| Name: Wind Style- Reaction Wind Feeling Jutsu Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C Class: Supplementary Range: Mid
Description: This is an adjusted jutsu that was taught and repurposed for Jinnouchi's use of his reaction tiers. After some hand signs, Reaction lightly surrounds himself with wind chakra that acts as a C rank wind displacement technique. This means that from a 40 feet radius, Enzo can sense any disturbance such as a hand sign performing, whole body movement, or anything airborne. However, with the introduction of Jinnouchi's Reaction tiers, the wind feeling can also serve as an extension of his reaction tiers, being able to react to things of that distance and receive a tier level boon depending on how close the sensed target is. The boon is based upon a chart that correlates to the distance and what's gained, and can be used for either Jin's speed tier or reaction tiers. The closer the target it, the greater the increase, an increase of rank is not met with recoil through this technique. The bonus is only gained if Jin can see the target and if it's within the zone. This sensory Jutsu can be countered by a B rank or higher air stillness Jutsu, or being out of the 40 feet distance. If the jutsu is countered in such a way, the tier levels cannot be gained.

Name: Morpher- Senbon Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Contact
Description: This Jutsu correlates to the Bakuhatsu's special ability regarding morphing materials into any explosive shape that primes them for detonation on frictional impact. Depending on the user's ability to morph what they can, regarding their marks, the user is able to make C-rank Senbon from any material they are able to morph. The Senbon are 10 inches long, each dealing C Hybrid explosive damage on impact. The explosions created are about a foot long in size, and the elemental damage in question is mostly dependent on the material that was used. This technique costs no chakra, but there is a 4 P.T cooldown before another round of Senbon can be made. The amount of Senbon made is dependent on the users rank.

Name: Heat Mirage Genjutsu Classification: Fighting Style Rank: C Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Mid
Description: This genjutsu style is Jin's own take on how to utilize genjutsu with his abilities. It takes the method of saturating the area with Heat based chakra in order to be used as an evoker for touch, sight, and smelling based genjutsu whenever a heat release technique is used. However, the proper use of this fighting style is to be used for heat mirage genjutsu, which is a multi-sensory affecting genjutsu that eats away at the targets stamina. This Justus regularly beats ambient genjutsu as an elemental gen, unless faced with an elemental gen that's stronger than heat chakra. A chart below states much stamina is wasted per round.

Name: Heat Release- Hiding In the Sauna Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Long
Description: After forming some hand signs, Jin covers the area in heat chakra from up to 80 feet, superheating the atmosphere in order for him to cause a mirage effect. This allows Jin to blend in the heated mirage as it creates a gradient in the refractive index of the air, being a unique concealing technique for Jin to use. While this technique is active, those who don't have heat chakra is subjected to a stamina drain while within the area, losing 2 stamina per p.t. As long as they are within the range of the superheated atmosphere unless the technique is ended, they will continue to experience their stamina drain.
Name: Heat Release- Crack Shoot Classification: Nintaijutsu Rank: C Class: Offensive Range: Mid-Long
Description: Charging heat release in either his hands or feet, Jin unleashes a heat chakra blast from either exiting section that deals with C Rank heat release chakra and melts C rank and lower objects. The blast travels 30 ft before dissipating and the size of the chakra blast depends on Jin's rank. He is also able to use the technique in a rapid-fire, successive motion and due to being a Nintaijutsu each waves traveling speed is determined by the speed at which Jin swings out at, making it quite a versatile technique. The difference between the normal version and the rapid-fire version is that while they both share the same time, the rapid-fire version sacrifices size for more blasts, with the rapid-fire blasts being half the size of the regular blasts. Also, the rapid-fire version only melts D rank objects.

Description: This jutsu is based on maintaining the intense heat that's already in the atmosphere and compressing it in order to increase the viable effects. For now on, if a target's stamina is drained to 0 while this jutsu is in effect and while they are within 20 feet of Jin, they are considered fully dehydrated and pass out for a number of P.T based off of jin's rank, with the chart displayed below. This is only dependent on whether the opponent has B rank endurance or barrier tiers. C rank Barrier or endurance tiers halves the duration.

Description: If it's almost too good to be true, it probably is. This jutsu doesn't take much work with the only thing that Jin has to do is saturate the area with heat chakra before it's use. However, once the target is under this jutsu, they start to feel extremely hot. With the amount of heat in the area, the perception they have with sight is that things are starting to look somewhat distorted, basically the same way things would look if there was a lot of heat. Finally, they would take a whiff of how hot the air is. This genjutsu can use any of the touch, smell, and sight factors as a trigger, but the main purpose is the mirages that distort the presence of things around the target. As far as 20 feet , the target cannot discern the true location of anything in the vicinity. This can be used with other heat mirage jutsu.

Description: This jutsu doesn't take much work with the only thing that Jin has to do is saturate the area with heat chakra before it's use. However, once the target is under this jutsu, they start to feel extremely hot. Name: Precision Aura- Singular! Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Passive Range: Mid
Description: With the Precision Aura, Jin's ranged physical attacks become a lot more controllable and steadied. Rather then being capable of striking multiple targets within the range of his Aura, Jin is able to attack a single target at 1.5x distance. The aura is directed at a singular direction during this time for the sake of increasing the range substantially.
Name: Displacement Aura Plus Classification: Taijutsu (Cyper Exclusive) Rank: C Class: Passive Range: Mid Range Description: Taking it a bit further, the constant use of the displacement aura has allowed the user to enhance the range of the aura in order for it to achieve new heights. This jutsu has increased Jin's displacement aura by an additional 5 feet, extending the range of his Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. If the blow seems like it didn't connect due to the opponent narrowly dodging it, the blow will still hit them at the original damage simply due to the physical aura which envelops them in battle. This stacks with all other displacement aura feet gains.

The speed tier of the user first dictates the base distance that they can potentially travel, before calculating the displacement aura range increases. This is treated as an air movement technique equivalent to the base speed tier used to initiate the propulsion. It can only be used once before needing to touch the ground to reassess the soulfire aura. Name: Morpher- Balloon Factory Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D Classification: Supplementary Range: Varies Description: Much like his Bakuhatsu ancestors and clan mates alike Jin is capable of using the Morpher passive to shift materia into different shapes and sizes priming them for detonation without additional energy sources. With inspiration from his teacher, Clio; he has developed his own variation which utilizes said Morpher to form Hot air balloons capable of detonating and releasing its contents at high speeds. This can be done without damaging the content inside and releases the projectiles like high-speed rains upon targets below. When used with heat materia, these balloons can be maneuvered around the field and much like most Morpher techs it does hybrid damage with its contents. Even with the introduction of heat chakra, this morpher line still follows morpher rules for cost, with the shell following cooldown rules and the introduction of a heat chakra/heat material cost.

Description: Jin can increase the mass of any inanimate object(s) that he touches with is soulfire aura, or creates with his morpher technique. The scale in which an object(s) can expand is dependent on the current volatility of Jin's soulfire aura . Due to the nature of his Soulfire techniques, the size multiplier increases for every chakra and stamina point paid for each successful increase. This allows expanded objects to travel at greater distances but despite the increase in mass the weight of the object(s) will not change.

It's one of the more spammable mass production techniques in regards to Balloon factory, and BF1 allows for the use of the balloon creation, movement, execution, and propulsion of held contents inside of the balloons to follow C tier speeds. However, If Jin already has C-Rank speed tiers, the following will be initiated at C+ speeds instead. Without a size-altering technique, the max size of BF1 balloons is 3 feet per balloon, with the ability to hold up to 15 atomic, 8 tiny, or 2 small sized projectiles/items. These items can be inside of the balloons so as long as the size of the items/projectiles does not exceed the size of the balloon. Items within the contents or placed inside of balloon upon creation is hidden unless those looking to inquire has the appropriate sensory depending on what's inside. Substance Volatility is based on what material the balloon is made from.

The versatility of BF2 is the amount of imagination one could have in regards to what they can make. BF2 allows for the use of the balloon creation, movement, execution, and propulsion of held contents inside of the balloons to follow B tier speeds. However, If Jin already has B-Rank speed tiers, the following will be initiated at B+ speeds instead. These changes affect BF1 as well, with it following the new speed increase. With Quicklinks the user can create an interlocking set of balloons that can entrap a target(s) and cause somewhat of a balloon implosion to deal damage. The versatility of BF3 is the fact that quicklinks has faces on them and shows signs of independence of locking on to targets and choosing targets while acting on behalf of the user. BF3 allows for the use of the balloon creation, movement, execution, and propulsion of held contents inside of the balloons to follow A tier speeds. However, If Jin already has A-Rank speed tiers, the following will be initiated at A+ speeds instead. These changes affect BF1 and BF2 as well, with it following the new speed increase. Without a size-altering technique, the max size of BF3 balloons is 18 feet per balloon, with the ability of holding 25 atomic, 20 tiny, 10 small, and 4 humanoid sized projectiles/items. Description: This Jutsu correlates to the Bakuhatsu's special ability regarding morphing materials into any explosive shape that primes them for detonation on frictional impact. However, these packs are especially useful for the creation of balloons, providing an efficient projectile spread with less work. Friction is a nonfactor when used with balloon factory, due to the grenade initiating upon the detonation of the balloon itself. The Shrapnel Pack looks like a frag grenade that's a foot long and upon exploding, the tiny pieces shootout to about 15 feet with each dealing C rank hybrid damage depending on the C rank materia used to make it. Since this is still a projectile technique, the speed of the frag grenade and the release of its contents will match the propulsion speed of how it was expelled, whether thrown or released through a balloon technique. This technique costs no chakra, but there is a 6 P.T cooldown before another round of Sharpnel grenades can be made. The amount of grenades made is dependent on the users rank (D-1/C-1/B-2/A-2/S-3), the chart below shows the C rank status effect associated with the materia in question, with that status effect lasting up to 4 p.t. These status effects take place when the contents makes contact with the inflicted. Tiers needed to resist the status effect is also listed, but in regards to poison, plant-types affects which kind.

Description: After paying the activation price of a single C rank of heat chakra, Jin starts to produce C rank heat materia that he can store within his soulfire Aura. The P.T production, due to the fact of Jin simply adding the Fahrenheit increase of his soulfire aura through chakra, no additional chakra price needs to be made for Jin to continue to make heat materia per p.t as long as it's within the limits of the amount he can store. Once Jin reaches his max limit, no more materia is made unless he uses up the one heal already stored. The amount of heat materia he can store within his aura depends on his ninja rank, with Jin's endurance tiers adding to the amount he can hold.

| Soulfire Propellant - Can only be used once before needing to touch the ground again to reassert displacement aura. Costs 4 additional stamina to use. Displacement Aura range increases count, the volatility of the Soulfire Aura does not.
Law of Expansion will cost 3 D-Ranks of chakra and 2 stamina per size increase. The size increase will also go 1.5x, 2x, 2.5x, 3x, 3.5x
BF 1 - 15 Atomic Sized, 8 Tiny Sized, 2 Small Sized
BF 2 - 20 Atomic, 14 Tiny, 6 Small, 2 Humanoid
BF 3 - Give numbers for amount of items held.
For ALL BF techniques - Appropriate sensory can also detect what is in the balloon, such as magnetic sensory for metal objects, etc. The additional range from the size of the balloon is not happening, remove that section. The substance volatility will also be based on the materia that the balloon is made from.
Shrapnel Grenade - What type of tier and at what level is required to resist the status effects? Increase the cooldown to 6 PT, the duration of the status effects will be 4 PT.

Name: Heat Mirage- Cruel Sun Classification: Genjutsu Rank: B Class: Supplementary Range: Mid
Description: This jutsu doesn't take much work with the only thing that Jin has to do is saturate the area with heat chakra before it's used. This technique causes the illusion of a tremendous ball of fire falling from the sky into a designated area. The targets involved in the illusion literally feel the ball's hot temperature getting closer as they are inflicted with a C rank amount of mental damage per round, with it increasing in size. This stacks with other mental damage that the target receives. Once the target receives a S rank amount of mental damage from cruel sun alone, the sun goes nuclear and explodes into a heat wave, knocking the target out and dealing them an B rank amount of brain damage. This genjutsu can use any of the touch, smell, and sight factors as a trigger. This can be used with other heat mirage jutsu. The amount of p.t's the target is unconscious for is dependent on their barrier tiers.

Description: This particular morphing technique involves Jin compressing the balloons that he has in store, or compressing balloons that he freshly created for future use. The compression itself makes them as small as tiny. These balloons that he compresses can be placed on his person in order for them to be inflated for future usage. The amount that Jin can hold on him before needing actual storage compartments in place is depending on his current ninja rank. The amount of time it takes to fully inflate a compressed balloon depends on the ballon type, along with the amount of slots a ballon takes up reflecting on the balloon type as well ( B1 = 2 P.T/1 slot, B2 = 4 P.T/2 slots, B3 = 6 P.T/4 slots & B4 = 8 P.T/4 slots).

Name: BF1- Streamline Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: C Classification: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Manipulation (Mid), Detonation (Long) Description: Using his balloon factory technique, Jin morphs the material in question to create three red round balloons that are 1 foot in length and width. The size of the balloon itself does not affect the amount that can be stored as long as the storage limits are within the rules of BF 1. The manipulation range of this technique is within 20 feet of Jin's current location, along with the detonation spread either by will or by intense friction propelling the projectiles as far as 40 feet at the speeds dictated by balloon factory, not counting the throwing distance modifier. Projectiles can be snuck in upon ballon creation, with max item storage reflecting BF1 split between the 3 balloons. The stored projectiles must be one rank lower than the item to avoid popping the balloon, morpher created projectiles/items can be stored if they are equal rank or lower. Due to the concentrated heat chakra from the inside, each projectile deals an additional D rank of heat release physical damage in addition to the explosion of the balloon itself dealing 3 D ranks of physical heat release damage with the 40 feet range. Cooldown for creation is 4 p.t, with a C rank amount of materia needed to create the ballon's outer structure and a C rank amount of heat material. .

Cruel Sun - Reduce damage to C-Rank per round, when damage from Cruel Sun alone reaches S-Rank it detonates. Dealing a B-Rank of damage and knocking people unconscious for a number of PT depending on their Barrier Tiers, 8 PT with none, down to immune at A-Rank.
Compression - Number limited based on Jin's rank. Starts at 5, goes up to 25 at S-Rank, BF 1 takes up 1 slot, BF 2 takes up 2, etc. Inflation time is 2 PT/4PT/Etc.
Streamline - Way too powerful. Number of items held are split as equally as possible among all balloons. Able to hold morpher items equal in rank rather than items one rank below. All distances in feet, not meters. All projectiles deal an additional D-Rank of Heat Release physical damage. Also, it creates. Cooldown is 4 PT. Each balloon only deals 3 D-Ranks of damage.
Double Digits - Basically the same as Streamline, no trying to game the system. Remove this tech or do something properly different with it.

The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds (5 P. T), it will come from behind as long as the opponent is within 20ft of the user. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite. With high skill levels, the time-lag before the additional senbon can be manipulated to repeat the attack can be shortened as the user gets more skilled with this technique's execution. Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed senbon. However, if the enemy notices both senbon, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency. Due to it's subtle nature this technique is not required to be placed in spoiler tags until it is triggered unless the opponent has a wind displacement sensory technique D-rank or above. The enemy cannot help but focus their senses on the numerous soaring senbon unless they have either A-rank Barrier Tiers or a concentration technique A-rank or above. The next move is to attack the blind spot that is inevitably created with the senbon now requiring Non Sight-Based reaction tiers equal to their movement speed in order to react in time to dodge due to their vision being focused elsewhere. At first glance, it seems to be a desperate move, but it's an intelligent attack with a hidden plot to drive the enemy into a predicament, giving a sense of Jin's mastery over the shadow clone killing method. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on senbon, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow senbon that fly around are equally lethal. Similarly copies can be made from copies as long as the user has enough chakra to fuel the technique. Copies do not have the same durability as the original and will dispel after one hit however they can cut, just as easily as the original and so long as they are not hit they are quite a threat. Description: This Jutsu correlates to the Bakuhatsu's special ability regarding morphing materials into any explosive shape that primes them for detonation on frictional impact. Depending on the user's ability to morph what they can, regarding their marks, the user is able to make C-rank explosive tip caps from any material they are able to morph. These caps are about a few centimeters long (Tiny) and can be placed on any senbon projectile in order to augment it with an explosive capacity, all while keeping the original value and purpose of the senbon and not changing it's structure. Each cap deals C Hybrid explosive damage on impact. The explosions created are about 5 feet in size, and the elemental damage in question is mostly dependent on the material that was used. The cap adds to the power and size of the senbon when used with morpher, this also combines the status effects in question. This technique costs no chakra, but there is a 6 P.T cooldown before another round of Senbon can be made. The amount of Senbon made is dependent on the users rank (D-1/C-2/B-3/A-4/S-5), the chart below shows the C rank status effect associated with the materia in question, with that status effect lasting up to 4 p.t. Projectiles can be snuck in upon ballon creation, with max item storage reflecting BF2. The stored projectiles must be one rank lower than the item to avoid popping the balloon, morpher created projectiles/items can be stored if they are equal rank or lower. Name: Blind Spot Stepping Classification: Shurikenjutsu/Taijutsu Rank: D Classification: Supplementary/Defensive Range: N/A Description: Due to his unorthodox style of burst shurikenjutsu, there was always a danger of Jin getting hit with his own techniques. However, what he did to fix that created a form of movement that involved using his reaction tiers and his own speeds in order to compensate with the speed of his projectile by moving into a no-strike blindspot with as little movement as possible. By doing this, Jin avoids getting hit by his projectile or even move around them with near misses as long as he has the speed and reaction tiers to match it. If Jin is tracking projectiles with wind sensory in addition to that, reaction tiers required are reduced by one rank.

| Explosive Tips - Remove the bit about the senbon and cap being made of the same material increasing the rank. Everything else is fine.
Tiger Make - 10 PT Cooldown, also the Heat Release damage will hurt the user.
Blind Spot Stepping - If Wind Displacement sensory is used, reaction tiers required are reduced by one rank, speed is unaffected.
Pelican Make - Projectiles are fired one tier level higher than normal, put down max number of projectiles it can fire each round. Heat Release damage still hurts the user. | Name: Shurido -Signature- Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D Classification: Supplementary Range: Varies Description: This is a fighting style created by Jin in order to create an explosive dynamic of throwing projectiles while maintaining the principles of Iaido at the same time. The result of such a combination has given birth to draw tossing style for projectiles of that nature. It's a smooth and swift movement that creates an explosive result that even a small senbon can punch a giant hole in a target. But unlike it's sister related technique of Iaido, Jin's cypher potential can prevent opponents from using equal or lower rank taijutsu if they are within a set amount of distance from the target. If the opponent doesn't stop however they will sustain damage thus interrupting them from completing their technique & causing them to lose 2x the stamina drain that scales on the rank of the taijutsu technique itself. Shurido is based on two things, the distance they are from the targets, and the size of the projectiles themselves. Since displacement aura doesn't extend the reach of a projectile being thrown, what it does instead is make it easier to hit things that cover an aoe radius of the user's displacement aura without even prior aim. This is called the zero zone, with projectiles being thrown in this range being treated as point blank range while jin being able to hit targets two ranks higher than his ability to hit targets. Other shurikenjutsu can be used with this style. | |

Description: Body Flicker must be learned prior to learning this technique. By cycling heat chakra into their body the user is able to rapidly move at an unreadable pace causing opponents without movement slowing dojutsu or sensory techniques besides vision, to be unable to follow their movement, and even then the user appears as a red blurred image. During the initiation of the jutsu, the user's movement is treated as a concessive blast in any direction, doubling as an air movement technique. It uses the base speed and distance that the user is moving in regards to speed tiers/ or alternative movement through chakra armor etc, along with the additional increase of distance travel that granted through heat flicker to cover that amount of feet within a single post. This additional increase in distance is based on the user's ninja rank. When Heat Flicker is being utilized, movement speed receives an additional Tier+.

Name: Jeiko Combination- Morpher Lodestone Powder Classification: Combination Technique Rank: A-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description: This is a unique support technique that Jinnouchi uses when working together with Elias. By using his Morpher technique, Jin morphs the Lod xdr bkestone Powder into an explosive variant of its former self, with Elias then dishing out a technique concerning the Lodestone powder as a followup. What this does is act as a secondary form of damage that does a fixed set of non-elemental A hybrid explosive damage. The distance of the explosion is based upon the original range of the technique that Elias chooses to use. Due to the nature of the Morpher combination technique, this technique cost's no chakra, but there is a 10P.T cooldown before Jin can morph Elias's powder into explosive material once more. Jin has to physically touch the powder that Elias is intending to use first. Those caught in the explosion are subjected to status effects that may be caused by the lodestone powder. Since Jinnouchi is morphing the lodestone powder with explosive material, there is a chart that reflects the blast radius of the technique, which can be enhanced depending on the amount of Stamina that Jin is willing to pay. The blast radius only adds to the distance that the technique involving this morphed powder already covers.

Description: Jinnouchi does this by paying a C-rank amount of chakra per target to imbued them with his thermal heat signature. When completed the imbued chakra will regulate the heat within a target’s body in order to keep their temperature at safe levels. This allows them to develop a resistance to heat/cold and heat/cold related techniques/status effects equal to the rank of the user and below. This effect would need a reoccurring chakra cost per target(including Jin) to keep active. And also, depending on the user’s rank, there is a max amount of targets that can be affected. Jinnouchi's self heat is passively being admitted from his body up to 2 feet.

Description: In order to gain more control over the field, Jinnouchi has created this technique. The VHTT tech causes the field to rise in temperature(heat materia) every-time a heat technique is used(stacking). Those on the field will feel the affects of the heat and experience heavier drains in stamina. Therefore when stamina is lost due to a heat technique, the drain will be subjected to new multipliers indicated by the scale below. The heat materia present in the atmosphere will be equivalent to the rank of the technique. Even if the amount of heat materia in the atmosphere exceeds the materia Rank multiplier of S rank, it will simply remain stationary as additional materia that stacks and counts against clearing techniques as a whole. This technique can be cleared with an area clearing/cooling technique neutral against heat release equal to the amount of heat materia present. If the area clearing /cooling technique is strong against heat release it’ll only need to be atleast one rank below the amount of heat materia present. If the technique used to clear VHTT is weak against heat release then it’ll require that technique to be one rank higher than the amount of heat materia present. Otherwise, Jinnouchi would have to leave the thread for the area to cool off or deactivate the technique.

It involves concentrating a considerable amount of chakra from the armor into one hand(the finger-tips) then performing a thrust motion. If hit by this technique, it’ll deal B-rank hybrid piercing damage based off the typed armor in use. Hell Stab can pierce through hybrid,chakra,physical, and mental based offensive/defensive techniques B -rank and lower. Name: Morpher - Dynamic Throwing Classification: Fighting Style Rank: C Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Varies Description: (Required: Hatsu marks must allow for the morphing of metal, earth, or gems) This particular shurikenjutu technique goes even further beyond fully morphing materia in order to create it's an explosive counterpart. Dynamic Throwing focuses on turning small parts of the projectile in question into explosive materia, creating shuriken that causes different kinds of explosions when thrown. These explosions are exothermic by nature and have many uses, like a blowback explosion, an increase of speed, changing directions, or even turning into a drill of some kind. They are treated more like modifications that can turn even a simple projectile into a deadly weapon, along with the great versatility that any projectile can be modified. Since the explosive materia is exothermic, the introduction of heat chakra can be used to create mods as well. With that in mind, Jin can have projectiles set up in advance for specific throws or combinations of throws to be complemented with other forms of shurikenjutsu. Using this jutsu has no chakra cost, but there is a paring p.t. cooldown that comes with the act of making these projectiles. Depending on Jin ninja rank, it not only lessens the p.t. cooldown, but it adds to the number of modifications that he can have on his projectile(s) at a time. Shurido- Jin capable of hitting things two ranks higher? What does that mean?
Morpher Lodestone Powder-
Remove :Those caught in the explosion will experience the A rank magnetize status effect that lasts up to 8 p.t. To counteract this, the inflicted needs chakra tiers of B rank or higher to negate the effect.
Just put that those caught in the explosion are subjected to status effects that maybe caused by the lodestone powder.
Add: a blast radius scale per rank of lodestone powder use and stamina cost for you to prime each tech per rank.
Silent Lightning Effect:
1)When it comes to techniques that change the effects of other techniques it’ll require almost a complete remastering of the element it’s changing. Ex: Lodestone Effect used by Elias and the other effect lines. Usually once changed it can’t be changed back. So for this combination tech to work it’ll require more than just Jinnouchi applying heat to someone else’s lightning.
With morpher lodestone powder I allow it because you have techniques which allows you to prime earth based materia to explode. So that’s more of an addition. This one is more on the lines of alterations. So I’d suggest making a separate technique called Volatile Dry Heat effect, which would essentially alter your volatile heat techniques giving it a silence effect and then you can use that to make this technique possible.
2. Misnomer probably doesn’t mean what you think bro bro. Honestly I don’t understand the second effect at all. To make the second effect possible either you or Kotone must add in the technique that has a time- slowing jutsu hindering effect.
3. what do you mean benefit from hit? And sure the blast radius effect from volatile heat passive is fine. But add in that the those caught within the blast radius of lightning techs done this way are subjected to status effects dependent on the silent lightning tech used(so yea this combination tech won’t be able to blanket all Kotone’s lightning attacks.
Morpher Enhanced Senbon:
1)In description: Depending on the user's ability to morph what they can, regarding their marks, the user is able to make B-rank Senbon from any material they are able to morph.

Body Heat Alignment: 1) This technique is more of an active technique than passive. So for class put: Supplementary .
2)In description: By paying a C rank amount of heat chakra per person, that person would be imbued with Jin's thermal heat signature. Not only does this serve as a C rank heating Jutsu in order to regulate the target body temperature to safe and warm levels, but whenever infuses a heat-related Jutsu that affects stamina, those that have his thermal signature will be unaffected by the stamina decrease.
Restructure to:
Jinnouchi does this by paying a C-rank amount of chakra per target to imbued them with his thermal heat signature. When completed the imbued chakra will regulate the heat within a target’s body in order to keep their temperature at safe levels. This allows them to develop a resistance to heat/cold and heat/cold related techniques/status effects equal to the rank of the user and below.
3. This effect would need a reoccurring chakra cost per target(including Jin) to keep active. And also depending on the user’s rank there has to be a max amount of targets you can affect(including yourself). You can scale it like.

2)In description: In order to gain more control over the field when it came to the usage of heat-related jutsu, Jinnouchi started to invest in a technique that seemed to make the most sense, the temperature of the area once it increases.
Restructure sentence: In order to gain more control over the field, Jinnouchi has created this technique. The VHTT tech causes the field to rise in temperature(heat materia) every-time a heat technique is used(stacking). Those on the field will feel the affects of the heat and experience heavier drains in stamina. Therefore when stamina is lost due to a heat technique, the drain will be subjected to new multipliers indicated by the scale below.
3.make a scale based on how much heat materia is on a field and how much the stamina drain on a heat tech is multiplied

I won’t be able to approve that effect. Mainly because fatigue sets in for everyone differently and had its own heavy penalties. It’d be a lot to add 1C -rank recoil damage per single stamina lost. So if they run at C-rank speeds after fatigue they’d suffer B- rank recoil per your technique.

2) In description:If the user is using a chakra armor or aura when utilizing this jutsu, The power of that armor and status effect will carry over as additional damage.
Correction: Chakra Armor works on the user not their items. If you’re trying to use your displacement aura then adding that in might just be redundant.
Heat Storage: Internal Furnace
1. Passive techniques are usually techs that your character is born. When this isn’t the case it’s usually an adaptation of a tech they are born with or atleast something that happens without them having to prepare for it. Your original heat storage isn’t passive, so this wouldn’t be passive either. You’d have to actively add more materia to a heat tech
2. I don’t think it’s possible to make a heat chakra based technique as strong as S-rank using materia. Maybe you can use the heat materia to increase range but not power.
Heat release body flicker:
1. To learn elemental body replacement you’d need to know actual body replacement. Sometimes you can learn elemental version of other techs without actually knowing the original but to do that you’d have to at-least know the parent technique. So to learn heat release body flicker you’d have to know body flicker.
Grand marksmanship step 1&2: Approved
Grand Marksmanship 3: Gain two tiers(++) . You’re stacking them if I’m reading correctly. Don’t write it the way you did because in that sense step 3 does the same as step 1.
Zero zone:
1. it seems just like shurido. It’s written better so I can understand it clearer but I will say displacement aura isn’t meant to be used like that. So if you’re going to make a technique like that then you’re going to have to work the fighting style more. 2. No aim, full hit doesn’t fly. So let’s go, no aim damage is two ranks lower(D-rank the lowest) while target is in the zero zone. An aim and miss while in the zero zone counts as half damage while the target is in the zero zone. And an aim and hit is full damage. Create a scale reflecting this. 3. Damage done through this technique counts as heat release physical damage. 4. The range of Jins zero zone will depend on the amount of chakra he puts into his soul fire. (D=5, C=10, B=15 so on and so forth capping at S rank). Make a scale reflecting this. 5. Make this fighting style B rank because technique is near auto hitting . It would be a chunin level fighting style at least. Keep in mind that this fighting style doesn’t blanket anything outside zero zone techniques made.
Format zero 1:
1) fix zero zone and adjust this technique accordingly. 2. zero zone projectile throwing moves will have to match speed of taijutsu move that it’s intercepting
Heat release chakra mode &Armor : 1. Modes are A rank and Armors are S 2. You want to stick to abilities and descriptions that fits the element. Like heat doesn’t produce water as shield and heat release wouldn’t electrically stimulate your body. 3. Also heat seals with concussive force, burn, or stamina depletion 4. Then from there you just find a pre-existing chakra mode and armor tech and fill in the blanks as so:

Name: The Four Tactical Talents Classification: Fighting Style Rank: B Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Varies Description: This Jutsu is the combination of Dynamic Throwing, Variable Projectile Throw, False Inaccuracy & Manipulated projectile Technique of any variation (Shuriken/Senbon/etc.). Each of these jutsu's represents four different tactics combined into one, focusing on the modifications of the projectile, the style of throw, and manipulation. This new fighting style, requires opponents to require reaction tiers equal to the speed the projectile is moving, Time-Slowing Dojutsu or Muscle Tension to detect them as they move through the air. However, if that projectile is avoided, after a time-lag of several seconds (5 P. T), it will come from behind as long as the opponent is within 60ft of the user. The amount of durability that's given is based on the amount of chakra that's used to initiate this jutsu as the chakra price. Since this is treated as bonus durability, it would be stacked on to the natural durability that the item already possesses. The chart below will reflect the chakra price of this Jutsu and the bonus durability granted afterward to the physical durability of the item.

Name: Dynamic Throwing- Heat Seeking Mod Classification: Ninjutsu/Shurikenjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Long Range Description: This particular mod is a heat-seeking mod that homes in on a target thermal signature and tracks them. The projectile in question will become a smart projectile, following the heat signature around until it hits the target, or something immediately comes into the trajectory of the projectile with the purpose of getting in the way. If the latter is not moving at the same speed or greater than the projectile, it autocorrects for the sake of hitting the target. The range of the heat-seeking mod is 80 feet, meaning it has to be that within that distance of the target at all times or else it would lose the mark. The projectile has to be thrown within the direction of the target, and the cost of making this mod is a c-rank amount of heat chakra. However, if the user has a thermal sensory technique active, they can auto-aim on the particular heat signature without throwing it in their direction.
Name: Dynamic Throwing- Blast Pressure Mod Classification: Ninjutsu/Shurikenjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Mid Range Description: One of the many offensive mods that Jinnouchi has in his arsenal, the blast pressure mod is classified as an Exothermic explosion that deals with physical damage. However, the speed of the projectile is what calculates the damage, using the overpressure of the user's throw through the use of this mod. Even if the speeds exceed S rank, the damage will be capped at that rate.

By cycling heat chakra into their body the user is able to rapidly move at an unreadable pace causing opponents without movement slowing dojutsu or sensory techniques besides vision, to be unable to follow their movement, and even then the user appears as a red blurred image. During the initiation of the jutsu, the user's movement is treated as a concessive blast in any direction, doubling as an air movement technique. It uses the base speed and distance that the user is moving in regards to speed tiers/ or alternative movement through chakra armor etc, along with the additional increase of distance travel that granted through heat flicker to cover that amount of feet within a single post. This additional increase in distance is based on the user's ninja rank. When Heat Flicker is being utilized, movement speed receives an additional Tier+.

Name: Jeiko Combination- Morpher Lodestone Powder Classification: Combination Technique Rank: A-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description: This is a unique support technique that Jinnouchi uses when working together with Elias. By using his Morpher technique, Jin morphs the Lod xdr bkestone Powder into an explosive variant of its former self, with Elias then dishing out a technique concerning the Lodestone powder as a followup. What this does is act as a secondary form of damage that does a fixed set of non-elemental A hybrid explosive damage. The distance of the explosion is based upon the original range of the technique that Elias chooses to use. Due to the nature of the Morpher combination technique, this technique cost's no chakra, but there is a 10P.T cooldown before Jin can morph Elias's powder into explosive material once more. Jin has to physically touch the powder that Elias is intending to use first. Those caught in the explosion are subjected to status effects that may be caused by the lodestone powder. Since Jinnouchi is morphing the lodestone powder with explosive material, there is a chart that reflects the blast radius of the technique, which can be enhanced depending on the amount of Stamina that Jin is willing to pay. The blast radius only adds to the distance that the technique involving this morphed powder already covers.

Name: Morpher- Enhanced Senbon Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Contact
Description: This Jutsu correlates to the Bakuhatsu's special ability regarding morphing materials into any explosive shape that primes them for detonation on frictional impact. Depending on the user’s morphing capabilities, he/she can make B-rank senbon. The Senbon are 10 inches long, each dealing B Hybrid explosive damage on impact. The explosions created are about a foot long in size, and the elemental damage in question is mostly dependent on the material that was used. This technique costs no chakra, but there is a 8 P.T cooldown before another round of Senbon can be made. The amount of Senbon made is dependent on the users rank (D-1/C-2/B-3/A-4/S-5), the chart below shows the B rank status effect associated with the materia in question, with that status effect lasting up to 6 p.t. These status effects take place when the contents make contact with the inflicted. Tiers needed to resist the status effect is also listed.

Description: Jinnouchi does this by paying a C-rank amount of chakra per target to imbued them with his thermal heat signature. When completed the imbued chakra will regulate the heat within a target’s body in order to keep their temperature at safe levels. This allows them to develop a resistance to heat/cold and heat/cold related techniques/status effects equal to the rank of the user and below. This effect would need a reoccurring chakra cost per target(including Jin) to keep active. And also, depending on the user’s rank, there is a max amount of targets that can be affected. Jinnouchi's self heat is passively being admitted from his body up to 2 feet.

Description: In order to gain more control over the field, Jinnouchi has created this technique. The VHTT tech causes the field to rise in temperature(heat materia) every-time a heat technique is used(stacking). Those on the field will feel the affects of the heat and experience heavier drains in stamina. Therefore when stamina is lost due to a heat technique, the drain will be subjected to new multipliers indicated by the scale below. The heat materia present in the atmosphere will be equivalent to the rank of the technique. Even if the amount of heat materia in the atmosphere exceeds the materia Rank multiplier of S rank, it will simply remain stationary as additional materia that stacks and counts against clearing techniques as a whole. This technique can be cleared with an area clearing/cooling technique neutral against heat release equal to the amount of heat materia present. If the area clearing /cooling technique is strong against heat release it’ll only need to be atleast one rank below the amount of heat materia present. If the technique used to clear VHTT is weak against heat release then it’ll require that technique to be one rank higher than the amount of heat materia present. Otherwise, Jinnouchi would have to leave the thread for the area to cool off or deactivate the technique.

The amount of projectiles that the user can throw at a time is dependent on his ninja rank.

After this, Jin can subtract any number of heat material from his storage to increase the range of a heat based technique that he is using. Description: The Hell Stab is one of the strongest techniques in the ninja world when it comes to utilizing chakra armor or modes to the fullest extent. It involves concentrating a considerable amount of chakra from the armor into one hand(the finger-tips) then performing a thrust motion. If hit by this technique, it’ll deal B-rank hybrid piercing damage based off the typed armor in use. Hell Stab can pierce through hybrid,chakra,physical, and mental based offensive/defensive techniques B -rank and lower. Likewise if the armor in use is elementally stronger than the opposing object or technique then it’ll be capable of piercing damage one rank higher and if it’s weaker then it’ll have a piercing capability of one rank lower. To keep this technique active a reoccurring cost of B rank chakra must be paid per round based on the user’s rank when using chakra mode. However, when using chakra armor this technique does not cost a reoccurring chakra price but rather reduces the duration of the armor by 3 every round.

Name: Morpher - Dynamic Throwing Classification: Fighting Style Rank: C Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Varies Description: (Required: Hatsu marks must allow for the morphing of metal, earth, or gems) This particular shurikenjutu technique goes even further beyond fully morphing materia in order to create it's an explosive counterpart. Dynamic Throwing focuses on turning small parts of the projectile in question into explosive materia, creating shuriken that causes different kinds of explosions when thrown. These explosions are exothermic by nature and have many uses, like a blowback explosion, an increase of speed, changing directions, or even turning into a drill of some kind. They are treated more like modifications that can turn even a simple projectile into a deadly weapon, along with the great versatility that any projectile can be modified. Since the explosive materia is exothermic, the introduction of heat chakra can be used to create mods as well. With that in mind, Jin can have projectiles set up in advance for specific throws or combinations of throws to be complemented with other forms of shurikenjutsu. Using this jutsu has no chakra cost, but there is a paring p.t. cooldown that comes with the act of making these projectiles. Depending on Jin ninja rank, it not only lessens the p.t. cooldown, but it adds to the number of modifications that he can have on his projectile(s) at a time. Jutsu that are derived from this technique are called Morpher Mods. Adding a mod(s) is treated as the creation of a morphed construct and can be done simultaneously as long as it's within jin's mod limits. | Name: The Four Tactical Talents Classification: Fighting Style Rank: B Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Varies Description: This Jutsu is the combination of Dynamic Throwing, Variable Projectile Throw, False Inaccuracy & Manipulated projectile Technique of any variation (Shuriken/Senbon/etc.). Each of these jutsu's represents four different tactics combined into one, focusing on the modifications of the projectile, the style of throw, and manipulation.This new fighting style requires opponents to have reaction tiers equal to the speed of the moving projectile. If the target does not have adequate tiers, time slowing dojutsu and muscle tension can be used alongside equal speed to avoid being hit. Furthermore, if the target does meet the requirements and choose to block the projectile then said target will be successfully. Unfortunately if the target chooses to dodge rather than block then the projectile in motion will undergo a time lag of a few seconds( 5 p.t.). After the lag time has expired, the projectile will circle back to hit the target from behind ; this time subjecting the target to another requirement check one rank higher than the previous. This can happen as long as the target is within 60ft of the user by the end of the time lag. Because of its combined nature techniques from its parent styles can also benefit and be used along side this style. Depending on the user’s rank, morpher mods per projectile will receive an increase as well as a decrease in time lag when used with this style

Name: Heat Release - Reactionary Thermoception Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Long Description: After forming signs, the user gains the ability of a B rank thermal sense. This allows them to perceive the infrared spectrum (i.e. temperature), allowing them to sense temperature variations in objects, people/creatures, and the environment from up to 60 feet away. Even the target's lack of temperature is able to be sensed with this technique, as well as the differentiation of near-identical temperatures. When used along with his reaction tiers, Jin is able to react to things of that distance and receive a tier level boon depending on how close the sensed target(s) is. The bonus can only be granted if the target is within the sensed zone. However, those with a B rank temperature shielding technique that specifically states it hides their temperature or those that are outside the 60 feet mark, are safe from being sensed. If this jutsu is countered in such a way, the tier levels cannot be gained in response to the sensed target(s).

With this technique, Jin can boost the Trajectory resistance of the morpher created construct(s), which is translated as physical durability. Instead of using chakra, this technique follows a cooldown chat that reflects how strong Jin is intending to make the bonus durability.

Name: Dynamic Throwing- Heat Seeking Mod Classification: Ninjutsu/Shurikenjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Long Range Description: This particular mod is a heat-seeking mod that homes in on a target thermal signature and tracks them. The projectile in question will become a smart projectile, following the heat signature around until it hits the target, or something immediately comes into the trajectory of the projectile with the purpose of getting in the way. If the latter is not moving at the same speed or greater than the projectile, it autocorrects for the sake of hitting the target. The range of the heat-seeking mod is 40 feet, meaning it has to be that within that distance of the target at all times or else it would lose the mark . The projectile has to be thrown within the direction of the target, and the cost of making this mod is a c-rank amount of heat chakra. However, if the user has a thermal sensory technique active, they can auto-aim on the particular heat signature without throwing it in their direction. In addition to that, when used alongside a thermo sensing technique, the heat-seeking mod gains range equal to the user’s heat sensory range(if greater than this technique).
Name: Dynamic Throwing- Blast Pressure Mod Classification: Ninjutsu/Shurikenjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Mid Range Description: One of the many offensive mods that Jinnouchi has in his arsenal, the blast pressure mod is classified as an Exothermic explosion that deals physical damage. However, the speed of the projectile is what calculates the damage, using the overpressure of the user's throw. With aerodynamic heating and the explosions themselves being exothermic in nature, the object's kinetic energy is converted into heat and generally adds to the power of the blast pressure mod. Even if the speeds exceed S rank, the damage will be capped at that rate.
