Teaching A Lesson (Bounty)

That last mission was a shame. It seemed he had underestimated a few of his skills after so long. He was a bit rusty. He began heading through the startled crowd directly toward the body of the person he had killed. His cloak covered his entire body and as he moved he seemed to just glide along. The clouds were thick yet oddly they did nothing to protect from the sweltering heat of the day. No one would be able to recognize Roxas even if his hood came off, but just in case he would keep it tight over his head as he approached at regular walking speed.

Maybe a free bounty or better yet two for one, Frank was over looking the crowd with a small smile his black glasses offering a glare from the sunlight if anyone was looking in his direction they would notice that and only that, he had no chakra, spiritual or mental signature too track him by. He was watching the body in the crowd and noticed Roxas moving toward it prior. He would have in his hand something he was working on for a few minutes. a Paper bird which as he lifted his hand would fly into the air followed by a poof which made it look more like a real bird. He would then start walking and as he moved his clothes would become more apparent a green trench coat with a long staff behind his back.

Considering no one payed attention too anyone if they did they would know his staff was not meant for combat at all. Once he made it toward the crowd he would stop the bird sitting on the body it would poof and move under his foot which he had lifted upon stopping. It was a simple way of doing things stealing others bountys so he did not have too get his hands dirty and every once and awhile he would apply himself or more so test his current level of skills.

Next he would start digging into his pocket pulling out a stack of paper before going through it like one would money, but it was not money they boy would begin walking around the crown and dropping tags.

Roxas came to a dead stop when the body disappeared, his body not shifting at first. But as he read the vibrations he could tell someone was up to something. Placing things down. He didn't need to let them set up. Within a millisecond Roxas had already turned and shot off at the boy at blinding light speeds, coming to a stop ten feet from him. Roxas was deadly fast to any onlookers, almost seeming to disappear in the blink of the eye. He held out a black staff and pointed it at the boy. Unless the boy had somehow moved faster and escape, the boy would find the ground no longer under his feet as the magnetic forces of the earth lifted him off the ground and pulled him toward Roxas at blinding light speeds with S rank force. Roxas didn't move an inch. Instead, he stood there and the staff transformed into a massive black jagged great sword, threatening to Pierce the boy.

Frank blinked and there the guy was in his face however he set up his own failure and Frank would smile upon looking over the weapon before him, he could not tell what it was made up but he knew it would most likely be able too hurt him if he got hit due too his no armor and all. However Roxas upon moving would find himself jerked to toward the body that had been moved then lifted into the air call it gravity working against him. Frank would just keep walking and dropping tags considering the boy would find it hard too move with the high speeds he had moved at he would be given more than enough time too set up.

"Your fast, but speed won't help you here."

Next Frank would toss his coat showing his body covered in tattoos next he would slam his staff into the ground though still holding it and would give a come hither motion toward Roxas now holding a kunai which was curved in his hand he would notice the gliding of this enemy and would take that into account, before throwing the kunai above him causing it too spin then launch toward Roxas at D-Rank speeds.

Roxas's scowl was unseen beneath his hood but he didn't seem to freak. He was used to the ripping discord movement. He didn't panic that he couldn't move or that he was being attacked. He merely looked from the boy to the kunai to the tag below him and popped his neck. Suddenly a golden aura enveloped him within three meters. The tag beneath him incinerated as well as the kunai before it even got near. Even the tags placed near him was destroyed within seconds by the aura. Roxas turned toward the man and held out his hand, motioning for more, before moving backwards ten feet, the aura disappearing when he came to a stop. "we will see. Try to keep up," Roxas would say before disappearing from view. The crowd that had somewhat dispersed from the action suddenly jerked there heads behind Frank, where Roxas was now standing tauntingly.

Everything works out was all Frank could think he was close enough now and maybe he could try out another technique of his, making the mistake of thinking all the tags were in one place was wrong as soon as Roxas moved he would once again be flung into statis above another tag. Upon doing this Frank would clap his hands and then throw 50 tags into the air following his staff being thrown into the air and then loosening into a long sheet of paper holding a abundance of writing upon it before moving toward roxas

Let's see how good you really are!

Frank would vanish just like Roxas had though he had not moved from his spot as of yet, it would be difficult too track him. Upon the tags starting too fall and the staff moving at Roxas at S-Rank speeds then the tags following each would begin spinning behind and exploding at SS-Rank speeds though for now this would be the only thing they would do the staff which held more seals would be in the center of the circling tags and the body moved prior would rise and wasting no time would take one step. The body would move at B-Rank speeds however it would begin too be pulled toward Roxas at A rank speeds following the tags all converging at a speed equal that the body was moving. If that explosion did not get are target then this one would most likely do the trick. The damage would be 50 tags with each tag holding 5x C-Rank explosives and the body bomb which held a B-Rank explosive.

Big Bang Attack!

Frank had used up all his pre made tags and now would be a sitting duck with the speed this guy had if this did not work, however since they were in the port the explosion would hopefully allow him too flee and save his own life seeing as how the enemy he was facing was not around genin level like him.

Spoiler:

Roxas wasn't jerked toward any tags. In fact, he didn't move at all from the spot he reappeared at. Maybe it was teleportation. But when Frank let loose his onslaught it was an amazing fireworks show. The sheer force of it all was enough to blow away the camoflague Roxas had created, showing him still standing in his original position, thirty feet away from the attack. He let out a low whistle as he watched the explosion go off. The enemy had wasted his major attack without confirming it was the right target. But that's what occurred when you fought against someone with concealment. Roxas didn't need to see the target, he could feel the vibrations coming from the ground, the explosions even helping to paint a better picture for Roxas. While his movements had been hidden by the beginning of the attack, Roxas had pulled a bow and arrow out from beneath his cloak and pointed it right at Frank's skull. Under the camoflague prior to its dispersing he had fired it at D rank speeds just to be safe. Thanks to silent shot, the arrow stayed quiet and camoflagued from the Flame Road. Unless he could see through the concealment the arrow would find the boy's neck its new home.

Frank would smile upon noticing the boy did not move however he would look around as he noticed that there was something coming toward him, the seals on his body allowed him too track it but he was frozen looking at the arrow he only could say one thing as he backed up in shock from a attack that no one had ever survived.

W-who are you!

Frank would then fall too the ground, dead.
