Shiro's First Mission

Shiro exited the hospital with a bandage wrapped tightly across his chest from his last excursion. He barely remembered what happened but apparently he had been in a coma for a few weeks. Upon awakening the doctors had explained to him the situation and kept him for a few days to make sure he was stable before releasing him. Now that he was free from that horrid building Shiro would head toward the kage's office in order to obtain a mission. Hopefully they had something for him that he could handle alone because he heard his sensei had taken over a new squad.

When Shiro arrived at the office he would pop his neck and smile before opening the door and walking inside. The place was a bit dreary in his opinion. They could do with a bit moredecoration in the building to differentiate it from the usual military buildings inside this rocky outcropped village. But to more important business. The young white haired boy that looked more like a teen pulled his hood off and walked toward the receptionist. "Umm, pardon me," he would say, "I am Shiroichi Tanimoto and I was wondering if there was a c or d rank mission available."

The receptionist was actually asleep, and would abruptly snap up when he spoke to her with a yawn, she'd take a moment to collect herself before rubbing her eyes and stretching out a bit, a mission he said well she had something but she didn't really know if he'd want it. Oh well being a career chunin was so boring anyways so she'd reach into the drawer before handing Shiro a mission it was a C-rank apparently a group of Kunchuu were tearing up some old ladies garden and she was willing to pay someone to exterminate them. She didn't know how many Kunchuu were there but it obviously wasn't just one hence the C-rank rather than just a high paying D. Here you go...mission details are include, return back here when your done if you finish early and want to do another, otherwise once you finish the client will pay you we've already deducted the village tax. the receptionist said lazily before making a shooing gesture so she could go back to sleeping on the job, times were pretty boring especially since everyone just either trained or were manning the various fortifications around the ASN.

Shiro took the mission scroll and looked it over, thanking the woman in a low voice as she shooed him away before going back to sleep. She seemed a bit lazy, maybe he should inform a Jonin... Though Shiro didnt want to be a sour puss so he decided not to. He bowed slightly to the superior officer before leaving the building.upon exiting he would re-examine the scroll, reading the name of the creatures that were giving havoc to the garden. He had never seen nor heard of these beasts before, granted his beastiology wasnt very strong. He was curious to see what kibd of creature they were and so he headed out toward the lower sector.

Shiro returned to the Kages building two days later. He had recently completed the mission then sold the Kunchuu off to a tamer named Neo. Now after some rest and cleaning up bug saliva from his room Shiro was back. He would walk intothe building and up to the receptionist. If it was the same girl and she was asleep again he would knock on the wood slightly and say, "Hello again. I would like another c rank mission." If it wasnt the same one or they were awake he would merely ask for a c rank mission. He was getting a little sad doing missions alone. He missed the company of his old team and sensei but there was nothing he could do about it now.

The receptionist wouldn't even bother getting up this time instead pulling out a scroll and throwing at him before making the shooing motion again. Back to blissful dream about some gallant daimyo sweeping her off her feet and riding off on his Tetsubukara into the wasteland sunset to live happily ever in his huge palace with a hundred servants waiting on her hand and foot. This receptionist chick was pretty lazy, or maybe she had a reason for sleeping all the time.

Shiro would catch the mission scroll and read it over. This seemed a little bit easier than his previous mission. Hopefully none of the kids could go underground. Or fly, he hadnt figured out how to combat fliers yet. But luckily he had a good amount of jutsu dedicated toward capturing rather than killing. Maybe he could do this one quickly or at least without much fuss.

Another day, another mission. Sure there was a war going on but Shiroichi was alone, no squad or sensei, as such he figured they wouldnt really use him in the war. So Shiro came to the Kage's office every other day to complete missions so he could become stronger and qualify for the future chuunin exams if they ever had one. That was why Shiro was back at the office today. He would knock and walk in like he had been doing as of late, curious to see ms. Sleepyhead again. The young man would be adjusting his jacket as he walked in and without looking at the receptionist he would say, "A c rank mission please. Whatever you got. Im decent with live capture."

The receptionist wouldn't even bother getting up this time instead pulling out a scroll and throwing at him before making the shooing motion again.  Here you go...mission details are include, return back here when your done if you finish early and want to do another, otherwise once you finish the client will pay you we've already deducted the village tax.  " With a small yawn, she went back to sleep*
