Dipu T. Jonin Mandate. (T. Jonin who are interested post here)

Feng sat on his throne in the back of the Kage Mansion his hands currently rubbing his temples as he tried to think of what was to come. He heard it the whispers the challenges the separation. Feng was a purist he knew the time for those with flesh and blood the ones who had caused everything, the humans their time had long since passed. He for one wanted to see their purged straight out of Dipugakure, their knowledge however could stay but the humans themselves would be forced the intermarry or be put to death. In order to strengthen the village the weakness must be purged from it's very roots starting with the bustling human population. It was time for the Zireh to shine and the first step was ridding his own village of the inferior species, Nova were tolerable they could stay besides one had much need for whores and the like. Nova made very nice whores and would be perfect breeding stock for an Army of Zireh which had the abilities of powerful human KG clans...yes indeed it was time for a revolution within the Abyss.

Ikkaku was searching for something well more like multiple things as he knew he wasn't the only one who had noticed something was up with the world. His summoning contract wasn't helping matters it wasn't strange to notice how summoning had become even rarer than before. Perhaps it was the doing of the Shogun weakening shinobi even further by taking their allies away from them..no it couldn't be that but if it was...someone had to find out what was happening to the Summonings...if nothing was done it could be cataclysmic.

Vera was a nice clanless shinobi and she had noted that clans were becoming even more self important than they usually were. After all what really started a clan was it not just one person who managed to pass down their techniques and find people like them to share their knowledge with. This was done over generations and all of a sudden you have clans like Rikigaku or Shinto. Even those with those...mutations they called Kekkei Genkai was it not just someone being unfortunate enough to breed their deformities into dominance. No she needed to research this she needed to know exactly where and how these things were formed and how to take them down if necessary. If she could make a cure..then it would benefit her village immensely..yes that was the way to go.

Calico already knew Feng was bat shit insane and honestly if left to his own devices the "genius" would ruin everything the Shogunate had built for their village and nation. He needed to be taken out so that Dipu could take a firmer root in the eyes of the Shogun. Perhaps after disposing of him they could look into these reports of tailed beasts...indeed that would be wise to do.

Ka had just finished his mission to escort the two new civilians back to Dipu, and decided to head back to the mansion in order to get some other mission. So he strolled into the building and placed his arms on the receptionist desk. "Jiko Ka reporting in, just finished my other mission. You know the one where you sent that other chick to check up on me. Need me to do anything else?"

More T. Jonin entered the room so it was quite crowded and Feng would give a speech dictating his plans and how he needed able bodies shinobi who would be willing to help him achieve his goal. He would say something about the approaching world wide jonin exams and how he expected some of his shinobi to represent Samuigakure in those exams as the Shogun was hosting it and they needed to make a good showing. Finally he would wrap up with dismissing them however imploring those who wished to volunteer their time, as it wasn't mandatory as he was more concerned with his shinobi training and preparing themselves forth, to stay behind so he could discuss things with them.

Ikkaku would head to the Central Library while requesting those interested in his cause to follow him there. Vera would head to the hospital to continue her research, asking those who were interested in her research to follow her there. While Calico would depart to the East Dome to check on the prisoners, who she heard were acting up lately.

After listening to the kage's speech for his plans for the village, Ka himself knew that the villages leader was certainly bat shit crazy. So before the kage had dismissed the group, he was already out of his seat and on his way out the door. "This is why I serve the people, and not the kage" he could not help but say as he walked out the door, this man couldn't be allowed to succeed in his plan.
