Kaos T. Jonin Mandate. (T. Jonin who are interested post here.)

Gamaran was sitting in his chair with his back leaned into it and each of his Sannin currently propped up against the wall. He had received orders from the Shogun apparently things were happening that weren't exactly good for him and there needed to be steps to be taken to remedy that fact. As such he had summoned this current generation he needed to mold them into serving the village and through that the Shogun. He knew there were those who believed the village should be independent but didn't they see it was impossible, all the villages that thought so were crushed under the might of the Shogun.

Ikane was leaning against the wall to the left of Gamaran, she respected her mentor through and through but she didn't like how whipped he was by the shogun. The council was constantly pressuring him, fucking civilians didn't understand that giving in to the Shogun's demands was only weakening the village further and making them even less worthy in the eyes of the Daimyo. To her the first step in changing their village was by capturing a Tailed Beast, all of them roamed freely and if they could have just one it would give them an edge over the competition and prove that they are useful even in these changing times.

Medusa was leaning to the right of Gamaran and while once she had held her sensei in honor she now thoroughly despised him, how could he simply stand idle and give into the Shogun's veiled threats. No she blamed him and the current administration for the faults of the village, in order to bring Kaosgakure back to prominence there needed to be a change in leadership. First starting with the Daimyo's assassination and the systematic pruning of the upper strata of Kaosgakure's shinobi elite. This generation was promising she would need to groom them to serve the village and eventually take steps in gaining the Land of Shadows independence once again.

Rex was a diplomat, he recognized that under the Shogun hidden villages were becoming a thing of the past and their respective isolation from each other were only making them weaker as a whole. No village had allies, no village had enemies other than the Shogunate and for that reason they needed to ally among themselves to defeat a greater evil. But any acts of village alliance were perceived as an act of war so it would need to be done..on the down low. Regardless change needed to happen...and it needed to happen soon.

Tennin would walk into the office nonchalantly acting all cool after he just finished his first bounty mission unlocking the first stage of his eye bust he still lacked in power that he needed to make up for. He was wearing normal clothes a pair of black baggy pants with timberland boots and a t-shirt, he looked around at the four sitting around waiting for more people to show up from the looks in their eyes. "Tennin Mishura here, what is it that you need of me might I ask?" It just hit him that this was totally a non scheduled meeting so he began to think that something bad happened.

More T. Jonin entered the room so it was quite crowded and Gamaran would give a speech dictating his plans and how he needed able bodies shinobi who would be willing to help him achieve his goal. He would say something about the approaching world wide jonin exams and how he expected some of his shinobi to represent Samuigakure in those exams as the Shogun was hosting it and they needed to make a good showing. Finally he would wrap up with dismissing them however imploring those who wished to volunteer their time, as it wasn't mandatory as he was more concerned with his shinobi training and preparing themselves forth, to stay behind so he could discuss things with them.

Ikane would head towards the Bone Colosseum while requesting those interested in assisting him to meet up with him there, Medusa would ask a group of shinobi interested in attending her experimental seminars to find her in the Laboratory before she too would leave and Rex would simply leave, heading to the library intending on reaching out to those who were tired of the shogunate's interference with their village.
