Kekkai Genkai: Clan Information: Members of the Jūryoku clan are born with a dark to charcoal skin tone, black hair, and piercing eyes either red, blue or green however being of a rich intensity. Description: The Juryoku clan is known for their sturdiness, an inability to be moved unless they specifically want to, this is due to all Juryoku possessing a localized Gravitational Field which was an evolutionary response to they weren't killed by their own nature release. This field is capable of being turned on an off at will with a set activation time depending on exactly how powerful it is starting at 1 post (total) and capping out at 5 posts (total) at max power. This passive is crucial in maintaining a Juryoku's immunity from the effects of their Gravity Release techniques, if they use a Gravity Technique stronger than their LGF and they are within it's range they are affected by it just like anyone else. This is due to the LGF triggering automatically in such situations to either decrease or increase the effect of Gravity the Juryoku feels when they increase or decrease the gravity in a set area respectively with only the strongest Gravity Release techniques (SSS & Above) affecting the user albeit at reduced intensity while this passive is active. While active under normal conditions, the Juryoku has an amplified center of gravity preventing them being knocked off balance and can be used in exchange for Strength Tiers when dealing with knockback causing techniques as long as they are either weak to or neutral to Gravity as it is ineffective on things strong against Gravity on varying levels. Explosive Release specific knockback is reduced by half when this passive is active, Phase Release knockback is treated as usual completely ignoring this passive whether active or inactive, Space Release knockback does the same except doubling the knockback sustained if this technique is active. Description: Juryoku have an impeccable sense of direction, being able to passively sense cardinal directions, as they grow older this only becomes more profound as they begin to detect Intercardinal directions as well with the oldest Juryoku capable of detecting Secondary Intercardinal directions. These directions are based on the planets gravitational field due to the Gravitoelectromagnetism produced by all things of sufficient mass to produce their own gravitational field. This is something that remains uneffected by changes in scenery, if anything it can be likened to an additional sensory organ which is located in the brain. Due to this Juryoku are notorious difficult to get lost, can often find their way around things with their eyes closed if they are familar enough with the geography and this sense of direction is difficult to disrupt unless by techniques which particularily target it. It is due in part to this that often when a Juryoku retires from active duties they become sailors as their innate sense of direction makes them natural navigators. Description: Those within the Juryoku Clan are notable for constantly exploring the limits of their natural advantages and thus have created this Shurikenjutsu fighting style which revolves around the use of their Gravitas Markings to temporarily lighten something rather than do so on a more constant basis. As a result it allows them to lighten objects that are naturally heavy before throwing them allowing them to cross a certain distance before their lightened state wears off and then hitting an opponent to deal serious damage. Likewise due to being lighter than normal Jurokyu are noted for being able to throw objects much farther than normal individuals though they do face trouble in combat with other shurikenjutsu users due to their projectiles rarely being as heavy as their opponents, at least until their normal weight is established. Description: Those within the Juryoku Clan are known for their unique style of Kenjutsu which actually doesn't use swords at all, rather those within the clan are partial to blunt weaponry in with Hammer's standing out in particular. This is because they've realized that it doesn't matter how heavy a weapon is as long as they can lighten it while they wield it and for that reason Juryoku are feared in combat as they often wield heavy weapons which can grow to obscene levels especially among those who splintered off to join the Pirate World. Gravitas Ken follows a simple principle, namely the lightening of a weapon for the general wielding and maneuvering in battle and then the sudden increase of it's weight when it's lightening is taken away to deliver hits typically incapable of being blocked due to the incredible weight of their weapon. The use of this fighting style is not only draining due to utilizing ones Gravitas Markings to alter the weight of objects but likewise can be damaging to the Juryoku using it due to the sudden weight changes inflicting Recoil Damage to their arms (Depending on Endurance Tiers) or Pain if they possess the LGFM fighting style. Description: When members of the illustrious Juryoku Clan broke off from the main branch within the ASN to join their traditional allies the Arashi and the Kukinorite they were lost. While the Arashi could predict and change the weather to their whim and the Kukinorite were able to make powerful ships by incorporating their Elemental Conduit Technology and through the use of their Regalia's the Juryoku had nothing. As such they decided to figure out what they could use to their advantage and it all came down to the utilization of their Gravitas Markings in conjunction with not only their perfect sense of direction but the skill that comes with steering a ship. As a result they learned how to influence their ship in various ways through either their Left (Light in Males, Heavy in Female, Reverse if not Heterosexual) or Right (Heavy in Males, Light in Females, Reverse if not Heterosexual) Gravitas Markings. This goes well with improving certain attributes of a ship however it is stressful to preform requiring cool-downs which can be bypassed albeit at an increased stamina price than what is normally used. With the Gravitas Sailing style modifications can be made to a Ship's Propulsion & Maneuverability primarily due to affecting Size or more specifically the weight of the ship which plays a huge part in why larger ships are less maneuverability and slower than smaller ones. However this fighting style can likewise be used offensively and it is said that a Juryoku Helmsman is able to treat their ship like a weapon on it's own, regardless of if it has cannons or not. While utilizing this fighting style depending on what is used it requires a cool-down period where the Juryoku Steering rests in order to not overexert themselves however in high tension situations or if they can spare the fatigue they are able to bypass this for an increased stamina price depending on their skill level. Description: Req. Either 1* (Boat or Airboat), 2* (Airboat), or 4* Ship Size. Juryoku are well acquainted with the concept of "An object in motion, stays in motion" and have learned to use it to their own devises in particular when steering a ship. This is a clever application of their Gravitas marking to a currently moving ship that they are steering causing the moving ship to have an increased weight yet still cost the same amount of fuel to propel it as it used to begin moving in the first place. However when utilized after Gyro Steer (Light) this allows the ship to utilize the fuel it's lightened version for a limited amount of time after which it reverts back to it's default price for it's size. Depending on the size of the ship this time varies however sufficiently skilled Juryoku know how to sail and with that comes the knowledge of how to read sea currents (C-rank Reaction) and use it hand in hand with their ships Propulsion (C-rank Reaction+Speed Tier Chain). Description: Stemming from the Gravitas Sailing Style, the Juryoku in question utilizes the specific Gravitas Marking at the back of their palm in order to either make the Ship they are steering Heavier or Lighter. Each increment depending on what is used has different effects. In the case of Light; the Ships Fuel, and Maneuverability penalties are lowered depending on the degree at which the ship in question is made lighter, as a result it allows the conservation of fuel due to mitigating the amount needed to propel the ship while likewise giving it increased mobility in the water as if it were a smaller and thus more agile ship. In the case of Heavy; the Ship deceleration is affected above water and distance traveled is affected if the ship is either capable of flight or underwater travel in regards to diving, likewise in situations of ramming the increased weight allows for more knock-back being inflicted to the other ship (if Juryoku's ship rams them) as well as less knock-back being inflicted upon the ship being steered (if another ship rams the Juryoku's ship). This is because they are biologically gifted with the ability to manipulate it as a defense mechanism so that they aren't crushed by the fluctuating fields within their mothers nor are affected by the presence of the Gravity Release Chakra circulating around them in the womb. Upon being born they notice that they are able to modify this field and train it like a muscle as their body is not only physically stronger than others but likewise more resilient to the effect of gravity on themselves. This fighting style is very versatile and is the primary reason that despite not possessing the chakra of their shinobi brethren that the Juryoku Clan is still just as powerful within the Pirate World. This technique allows the application of LGF's gravity to those within it's application typically being the user however it can be used on single targets (Req. Tensor) or multiple targets (Req. Partition) in order to decrease the effect of Gaia's gravitational pull on their body. This is geared to not leave the Juryoky Vulnerable while likewise giving them the ability to modify the degree at which they partition their LGF, as it can be done equally or even irregularly where one field (usually that which is affecting them) is capable of a higher intensity than the others. Description: Juryoku are masters of altered forces and their mastery over Gravity has allowed them to grant a partial piece of its power to their Wind Release as a natural ability. With this technique learned, all of the user's Wind Release techniques become Vacuum in nature and any previous techniques must be retrained to be comprised of this effect. Wind Release augmented by this effect become strong against Fire Release due to snuffing them out but, uniquely, become weak to Wind Release not augmented by this effect as the Wind Release fills in the gaps created. The Vacuums created by this technique have one of two specific effects depending on whether they are activated techniques or sustained techniques. Activated techniques cause victims to be dragged a number of feet depending on the technique's rank towards the direction the technique was launched as the Vacuum pulls them in, resisted by strength tiers(Although resisting without strength+endurance tiers causes internal damage equal to the rank of the technique).
