| Personal Info Name: Mariah Juryoku Alias: N/A Age: 19 Gender: Female Height: 10-14: 4'2", 14-16: 4'5", 17+: 4'8" Weight: 10-14: 34kg, 14-16: 30kg, 17+: 37Kg Zodiac Sign: Leo Animal Tattoo: Jaguar Personality: Quite oddly, Mariah is a far offshoot from her parents with how she acts. Despite both of her parents being rather humble and quiet people, Mariah is much the opposite to her own chagrin from her stature. She is loud and boastful, always bragging to others about how powerful she and her parents are as well as showing off as much as she can. This is something she loves to do and if only for the reason that she doesn't want to seem a failure to her parents, she shows off and practices so much so that her parents will realise how strong a child they have raised and that she can take care of them should anything arise. Over this, she likes to cuddle, usually a teddy bear but she'll only ever be caught dead with that during training, allowing it to act as an audience for what she wishes to do. Appearance: Ages 10-14: At a younger age, having just joined the Academy, Mariah is a rather innocent looking individual despite her personality. She usually prefers colours that go with her skin, which is snow white, which means that she usually wears light blues or whites as well as occasional grey or black. She never wears any brighter colours like reds, oranges, purples etc. In addition to this, she usually wears dresses over anything else, around to about middle-shin length and flowing over tight, just her preference. Also, maybe a hat, she doesn't like hats that much though and will only ever wear one when it's windy because she hates having to brush her hair so much, which extends to near enough her ankles. - Spoiler:
Ages 14-16: It was around about these years that Mariah hit her rebellious stages and went against what should've been right for a girl this age. Lopping her hair off to her waist and changing up her colour scheme, she decided to look a bit more feminine than before. Of course, she was still short but her figure had become more rounded and she started to wear much shorter dresses, down to just half way down her thighs and with many, many ruffles, something that she loved. As well as this, she started wearing a lot more red and black and ditched her hats, not caring how terrible her hair was after a wind/gravity storm. - Spoiler:
Age 17+: Finally though her common sense kicked in once she was seventeen or eighteen and she started to dress a little more sensibly if still keeping a hint of her rebellion alongside. Oddly Mariah still hasn't gravitated away from dresses at all but now they are down to knee length and still with the ruffles of her pubescent years with her body finally filling itself out and her hair extending to her ankles once more. Her colour scheme now more prominently features red, and shades, over black. - Spoiler:

This story all began after Hibanara had finished his latest mission. It was a gory and gruesome fight against the odd creature that had been taking over women for sex slaves but Hiba dealt with him, if he paid a dark price for it. The child of the taken over woman died in the crossfire, slain by Hiba’s own scythe and that caused him to think far too much. A downwards spiral he went into, unable to reconcile with himself for killing such an innocent child and it was then that he realised that if he still fought as he was, he would do the same again and again, he had to become better and there was only one thing he could think of…
Leaving his scythe behind him in Shigakure and taking off along an unused path, he headed towards the Ghost’s Oasis. Things were not to be that simple though as Hibanara was attacked along the way although not by what he was expecting. From the forest as he walked, jumped a large, majestic beast that Hiba had only heard stories of; a Kirin. It looked to him with near contempt and Hiba sat down before it and wept like a child, he knew of the sins that he had committed, of the wrongs that he had done, the innocents he had slaughtered. Yet the Kirin did not attack until Hiba was done with his tears and then it approached him. Its voice then echoed in his mind as it stood before him, this magnificent beast that could’ve slaughtered him in a second, spoke to him and it told him not to worry anymore, that it could tell he would be just from now on, that he would hold true and use his power to good ends over evil ones. It also told him that he didn’t need any more power that awakening would have no use to the Toketsu and thus it escorted him back to Shigakure. There though, despite Hiba’s protests, it left him and wandered back off into the wilderness, Hibanara never did see that creature again, except for once more.
It was after this that Hibanara decided to up his game. Training his way forwards and doing as many missions as was needed, he was finally put into the jonin exams and he was ready for them. Despite his newfound determination and the strength he had before, Hibanara never killed a person in the Jonin exams, knocking them all unconscious and leaving them there for the proctors as he moved on throughout the stages. At the end, as much as the battle was hard, Hiba eventually came out on top, soaked with his own blood and thus he was a jonin.
As a jonin, he was able to follow his dream; become a Hunter Nin. Although this took four years to get fully right and all the time he was training under Nyx, one of Cassandra’s juggernauts, who had taken him as an apprentice to train to Hunter Nin levels so that he would be able to move on and become the shinobi he had always wanted to be. From his Sensei, he learned a lot but it changed him, the somewhat deranged and masochistic Hunter Nin rubbing off on the poor Toketsu as he started to take a larger focus on Kinjutsu and actually starting to enjoy it, enjoying spilling his own blood to allow him to spill that of his enemies. Never though, despite his masochistic behaviour emerging, did he forget what the Kirin told him and he always managed to bring himself back from the precipice of mass slaughter.
It was after becoming a Hunter Nin that Hibanara started to meet with Emberlynn Juryoku a bit more. He knew for a fact that he liked the girl from when they first met on their mission, the fact she was awkward due to the fact that he was a Reaper and being that he was actually able to impress her made him feel good. So he started to be around her a bit more, inviting her along on missions and even just for talks and it was then that he started to become properly attracted to her and after mustering his courage, asked her out on a date. She accepted and it went on from there. They dated steadily for about two years before the inevitable happened; Emberlynn became pregnant.
It was soon after this that Hibanara asked for her hand in marriage and they were hitched after the child was born, a Juryoku/Toketsu mix that would soon become a rather feared shinobi.
It was soon after this that Hibanara died and it was almost upon the battlefield. He was out on a hunt, charging through the forests to try and secure this elusive Missing Nin that he had been hunting for a long time now when he came upon a clearing with a group of Dipugakure Shinobi that were talking with the Missing Nin, giving him sanctuary and it was then that Hiba’s true nature was revealed as his bloodlust rose. These shinobi should never have been communing with a Missing Nin and It was only going to end with bloodshed as Hibanara attacked them all, slaughtering them where they stood as they struggled to try and get their weapons up to protect themselves from the icy onslaught that the Toketsu Hunter Nin brought down upon them.
Of course, this had broken his promise to the Kirin and that much was obvious as the beast showed up once more beside him and Hiba knew what had to happen. He spun his scythe around and rammed it into the ground before walking off into the woods with the Kirin. It would take three days before the scythe and gory clearing was found, a note left behind for Emberlynn and the Child to always be just and fair and to never break a promise. They never found any remains of Hibanara or the Kirin, the Hunter Nin simply vanished it would seem…
The Frozen Sun Legacy: - Spoiler:
Mahrik that was the child’s name. Unfortunately, he inherited one main thing from his father over just Ice Release… His hidden bloodlust. Of course, in Mahriko this was heightened and nowhere near hidden. He was very, very open about his bloodlust and his distaste for Missing Nin, just like his father before him and Mahrik wanted to follow close to his father’s footsteps but fate would lead him elsewhere in this time.
So, enrolled into the Academy he was ready to destroy his opponents and Mahrik was one of the few people who did not give a shit about completely slaughtering someone who was in his village and as much as he knew that his dad wouldn’t like that, he wasn’t around so it wasn’t as if it mattered. Thus the life of the Frozen Sun began, that being the name of the move he perfected during his academy years and became pretty much feared for.
It was also during his Academy Exam that he used the move, which involved coating an opponent with super-dense ice, preventing their movement entirely and acting much like a coffin and then using his gravity release to turn his impromptu ice coffin into a compressed ball of ice that was done so quickly it generated enough heat to flash fry the opponent and melt the ice, leaving nothing but a charred skeleton and a pile of hot water. It was this that he done to his opponent, a Taki that had no idea what was going on as they were killed just after the match started. Mahrik was a genin now.
It wouldn’t be long after this and after a bit of training that he was put up for the Chunin exams, considering not much happened during his genin years other than him seriously wounding his teammates during a mission and yet still completing it on his own with his instructor. It was shown obviously that Mahrik was reckless as hell and they needed to try and be rid of him quick as possible lest he start to damage the structure of the team or even kill one of the poor sods. Thus the Chunin Exams.
Straight away Mahrik was one of the deadliest on the field as he took his scroll and his team and wandered off straight in search of a group of enemies to try and kill to steal their scroll. Of course it would never go down as well as this as his team was suddenly ambushed by something that could only be known as a prodigy team and this was where it got brutal. You see, Mahrik would never give up his scroll easily even to a team that could’ve killed him with ease so he kept it even as his team was being threatened and he was slammed to the ground and pinned under this girl who was monstrously strong. So of course, being the fighting chap that he was, Mahrik reached upwards and gently closed his hand around the throat of his foe before smiling. This caused her to look confused before he activated a couple of techniques left over from his father and snapped her neck like a twig before standing up, coated in an odd form of armour that was not only made out of ice but gave off an odd shimmer.
So with one of the prodigy team down and the other two staring at Mahrik as though he were a psychopath, he lifted the scroll and nodded to the other two, challenging them to a two on one fight against him, winner got the scrolls. So thus it began; one of the more difficult fights of Mahrik’s life or so he told others but there was only one way it could end.
The fight took ten minutes to get to this point, ten solid minutes of continuous fighting as Mahrik countered and re-countered the strikes from the pair of these prodigies but finally he was given a break. A lapse in the concentration of one of the enemies opened up their defences as Mahrik struck inwards and collapsed his ribcage, piercing his heart and lungs with his own ribs before turning to face the last person. Mahrik was nearly out of chakra but he was seeing red as he stalked towards her, a grin on his face and blood pouring from his body. So he strangled her, the last contestant of the other team who wasn’t dead, he strangled her into unconsciousness and was about to kill her before he was pulled backwards by his allies and they moved on through the Chunin exams. After that it was only a couple more pretty easy fights before he was a fully registered Chuunin and thus ready to continue his training.
It was around this time that he met someone that he liked though. It was during a walk through the town that he met her, a rather lovely lady and she owned a fruit stall. It was after quite a few days of this; Mahrik wandering past the fruit stall, buying some apples and talking with the owner that he started to really get to know her as she opened up to him. Her name was Helena Mortia and she was a Dakar as it turned out, although she didn’t want to be a shinobi so she became a shop owner instead and it all hit off from there. Scarcely half a year later and Helena was with a child who Mahrik was sure would grow up to become extremely strong. Thus all was well for a few years.
After the jonin exams went past with scarcely anything interesting apart from two more dead and little else happening. It was as though Mahrik was nigh unstoppable, wading through everything to get to where he wanted to go and even his child was born and he started to raise the kid, her name was Yniad Juryoku, to be the greatest shinobi ever and she was hoping to follow in her father’s footsteps if a little less batshit crazy and murderous than Mahrik. Then her father was killed.
It was during a mission for his Sannin ranking to hunt down and capture a Jinchuriki and all was going well until he went a little too far and almost killed the Jinchuriki. The tailed beast went insane and the Jinch and Mahrik ended up getting into a massive fight that annihilated a good chunk of land before Mahrik was finally brought down and killed by the Jinchuriki and then left splattered along the ground. He was later recovered and put to rest, honoured as a great if ruthless warrior. Thus Yniad came next.
The Chillbone Legacy: - Spoiler:
Thus we have moved on to the story of Yniad, who followed in her grandfather’s footsteps moreso than her father’s. This meant that she was a lot calmer than Mahrik and stayed gentle and caring. She was always a rather soft-spoken girl and was very shy about her abilities considering she was a hybrid but she didn’t like people knowing that as she is worried they will see her as a freak. Thus she was always very conservative during her time in the Academy, never truly showcasing her abilities and instead being happy just to listen and use what she learned along with her Ice Release, a passed down trait rather than her Gravity which would later be passed down to her child. So, she was taken as a Toketsu in Shi, much like her Grandfather and nothing ever showed up.
Once she was genin it was much the same, wandering through life as though she had no aim when in reality she was aiming for where her father had failed; Sannin. It would take a long time but at that moment she had something more annoying to deal with, chunin exams, and she found them so annoying that she never actually bothered doing them at all. Yniad completely ignored the Chunin exams and instead went for her Tokubetsu Jonin whereupon she was forced to use her full power.
It was during the third battle that it happened, her first two going rather well considering she just froze people in ice and gave them a nice solid punch to knock them unconscious before smiling serenely and moving on, as was customary for such an odd girl like Yniad. It was in the third battle that she was pushed to her limit though, running low on chakra and yet with her opponent still going strong considering she was fighting someone that focused upon taijutsu. So she pulled out her trump card and revealed the other side of her heritage; Dakar. With a sigh, her life release showed itself and she attacked her opponent with much gusto and took him completely off guard before slamming him into the ground and punching him unconscious as always, leaving onwards and letting the bones turn to dust behind her. She was not a Tokubetsu Jonin and yet hadn’t killed a single person, thus doing much better than her father or grandfather in that regard.
Then she was on to her jonin exams. Working hard to get to the level that was needed, Yniad was quickly accepted into the jonin exams and it was there that she found her future husband. He was a rather odd person, from Hakagure and was a Prime, thus making him a bit more powerful than the rest of the competition. The pair of them worked together, using Tario, the Prime’s, intangibility to dart and weave around Yniad’s life release, making them a fearsome team and allowing them both to pass and become Jonin before moving on together with their lives.
It was only shortly after this that Yniad fell pregnant with Tario’s child and she decided that maybe sannin wasn’t for her and maybe she would open up the choice for her own child and thus she became a jonin instructor and set about preparing everything for her child’s coming into this world. Sure enough, a few months later and the child pops out and into being, allowing Yniad to continue with what she was doing.
Leaving Tario to look after Mariah a few times, Ynaid honed her skills as a Dakar and a Toketsu as she became stronger and stronger but she never done much for the village, instead devoting most if not all of her attention to her child when she wasn’t out on a mission, giving Mariah the greatest quality of life that she could and Yniad firmly believes that she done quite well with that. Both Tario and Yniad are still alive and are the parents of one Mariah Juryoku, who should be a very powerful shinobi considering her heritage.
The Nebula Wraith Legacy: - Spoiler:
Of course Mariah earned a few traits from her family heritage. These manifested in a rather odd way though considering she ended up rather cocky and boastful with a more hidden cuddly side that she loved. Her birth was rather normal to be fair and she was raised to be a good, happy child. Her mother and father taught her that life was precious, that death was only to be a thing that was used in a last resort, only ever as a means to an end if there were no other options. It was something that she took to heart and despite her boastful nature, she truly did believe that life mattered and she would never kill.
Once she was eleven years old, Mariah was enrolled in the Academy and thus her story begins, she will love, lose and become stronger on her own accord before dying like her parents, grandparents and great grandparents before her. She only hopes that she can live up to her legacy, live up to the strength of her heritage, live up to herself. She had to do this and it all started with the Academy and a few friends…
- The Fates Move On:
Failure in the exams, a death before her eyes. Such things shook Mariah, she never realised that people could kill on such a whim, so easily as that boy did to her ally. No, she knew it was possible she just never thought someone so young would be capable of it. Mariah realised that she wasn't strong enough then, that she had to learn to be colder, to be darker in order to survive in the world... To slay those that deserved it.
So that was what she done, her Tokubetsu Jonin exams came around and she held no mercy anymore. Remorse was not part of her as she cleaved her way through the exams, blood flying through the air, staining the ground red before she came through the other side, her body limp, her mind sad... That was all that was left, killing had to be done but it could never be sustained, the world could not survive it... She had plans though, that had to come to fruition, no matter what...

Every Juryoku has a white birthmark identical to their clan symbol which is slightly raised and on the back of their palm, depending on the Juryoku's gender it has two effects which are located on a specific hand. Collectively the two are known as Gravitas Markings by the Juryoku with the effect being capable of being triggered at the Juryoku's will upon making contact with an object on the back of their palm which is required for their signature fighting style Gravitas Palm. The first is to Lighten; decreasing the weight an object possesses by imbuing a temporary gravitational field on a target. Those who have been made lightweight experience a boost in speed, however are now more easily knocked back and deal less physical damage with the same amount of force exerted due to their lowered weight. Rarely, oddly enough being connected to sexual orientation, are these markings on the opposite side but under usual circumstances the Lightweight birthmark is associated with the Left hand in males and the Right hand in females. For a weekly training topic of 500 Words a Juryoku can increase the strength of their Gravitas Marking though both can be trained at once for a 1000 Word weekly training, when trained it increases the maximum weight change that can be triggered through a single contact. Name: Localized Gravitational Field Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: The Juryoku clan is known for their sturdiness, an inability to be moved unless they specifically want to, this is due to all Juryoku possessing a localized Gravitational Field which was an evolutionary response to they weren't killed by their own nature release. This field is capable of being turned on an off at will with a set activation time depending on exactly how powerful it is starting at 1 post (total) and capping out at 5 posts (total) at max power. This passive is crucial in maintaining a Juryoku's immunity from the effects of their Gravity Release techniques, if they use a Gravity Technique stronger than their LGF and they are within it's range they are affected by it just like anyone else. This is due to the LGF triggering automatically in such situations to either decrease or increase the effect of Gravity the Juryoku feels when they increase or decrease the gravity in a set area respectively with only the strongest Gravity Release techniques (SSS & Above) affecting the user albeit at reduced intensity while this passive is active. While active under normal conditions, the Juryoku has an amplified center of gravity preventing them being knocked off balance and can be used in exchange for Strength Tiers when dealing with knockback causing techniques as long as they are either weak to or neutral to Gravity as it is ineffective on things strong against Gravity on varying levels. Explosive Release specific knockback is reduced by half when this passive is active, Phase Release knockback is treated as usual completely ignoring this passive whether active or inactive, Space Release knockback does the same except doubling the knockback sustained if this technique is active. Name: Inner Compass Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: AOE
Description: Juryoku have an impeccable sense of direction, being able to passively sense cardinal directions, as they grow older this only becomes more profound as they begin to detect Intercardinal directions as well with the oldest Juryoku capable of detecting Secondary Intercardinal directions. These directions are based on the planets gravitational field due to the Gravitoelectromagnetism produced by all things of sufficient mass to produce their own gravitational field. This is something that remains uneffected by changes in scenery, if anything it can be likened to an additional sensory organ which is located in the brain. Due to this Juryoku are notorious difficult to get lost, can often find their way around things with their eyes closed if they are familar enough with the geography and this sense of direction is difficult to disrupt unless by techniques which particularily target it. It is due in part to this that often when a Juryoku retires from active duties they become sailors as their innate sense of direction makes them natural navigators. The Soulless divides its chakra into equal parts creating up to three (1 if genin,2 if chunin,3 if jonin,sannin or Kage) copies of itself however the difference between the copy and the original is because the copy has no element yet. Name:Teleport Classification:Soul tech Rank:D-rank Class:Supplementary Range:Mid Range Description:A frightening technique which allows a Soulless to instantly teleport to a specific point ONCE (once if genin or chunin,twice if jounin,thrice if Sannin or Kage) per day. The user begins to fade away and then dissapears,reappearing any place they want as long as they can see it meaning they can't teleport to anywhere they can not see physically with their eyes. Name:Soul Sense Classification:Soul tech Rank:D-rank Class:Supplementary Range:N/A Description:Soulless have an acute sensing nature and can immediately discern the chakra nature of others around them. The reason for this is due to their high sensitivity to chakra making them valued trackers as they can sense individual chakra as well as chakra based attacks Name: Soul of the Beast (Signature) Classification: Soul Tech/Beast Tech Rank: D-Rank Class: Passive Range: N/A Description: This tech was created when Mariah realised that there was a possible way for her to utilise her Dakar heritage without using physical combat. This was through studying Dakar techniques and using soul tech to emulate them and allowing for chakra versions of the techniques to be used. What this allows Mariah to do is use any Dakar exclusive technique by having it as Soul Tech and using chakra equal to the rank of the technique. What this means then is that the Beast Techs no longer do physical damage at all but instead do full chakra damage and can be used with Mariah's Gravity Release or composite elements for bonus effects or non-elemental chakra to prevent weaknesses. Name: Compression Shell: Shadow Punch Classification: Soul Tech/Taijutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Melee Description: By focusing her chakra in two different points in her had, in front of her fist and behind her fist, using her Compression Shell style, Mariah lashes out with a punch against her target. Due to the separate focus this deals damage equal to one rank lower than her endurance tier but deals 2 counts of that damage and with the second hit knocks the opponent backwards a certain amount of feet depending on Mariah's endurance tier. (D = 5 feet, C = 10 feet, etc by counts of five) -C-Rank- Name: Prime Berserk Mode (Signature) Classification: Kinjutsu/Soul Tech Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description: This is a tech that Mariah has learned from her Dakar heritage, due to the small amounts of excess chakra that she generates from said Heritage. Thus, using this tech she released that chakra but rather than it morphing her physically, it instead forms a form of chakra 'shell' around Mariah's body. This 'shell' looks more primal, giving Mariah small primal features like sharpened and elongated teeth, elongated and clawed fingers and sharpened and spiked hair all made out of the chakra 'shell'. Of course, this technique cannot increase Mariah's strength as she does not have that what it does instead is focus her chakra together, increasing her endurance by 2 Ranks while dropping her speed by 1 Rank, this can be maintained for 10 posts. -B-Rank- -A-Rank- Name: Bone Halberd: Mariah Style (Signature) Classification: Soul Tech/Beast Tech/Ninjutsu Rank: A-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Melee to 15 Feet Description: (Requires Soul of the Beast) This technique works much like the Dakar Exclusive Bone Halberd technique by forcing Mariah's chakra to take a solid form that creates a large scythe-like weapon that does can have quite a few different effects depending on what element is used. It takes A-Rank chakra to swap elements and this technique naturally moves at Vacuum Release speeds due to it being a Ninjutsu over the physical type technique that Bone Halberd is as well as being able to stretch to 15 feet much like the normal tech. Over this, it can slice through B-Rank defenses naturally. Wind - This technique makes the scythe completely out of cycling wind currents that are invisible to the eye and can only be sensed by chakra sensing dojutsu. This technique however only deals B-Rank damage, slashing as it opens wounds up in the foe. The upside to this element though is the fact that it moves at Blinding Light speeds rather than Vacuum Release. Lightning - With Lightning Release, the scythe is entirely made up of flickering and crackling and is a light blue colour. This deals A-Rank damage per strike and moves at Vacuum Release but its specialty is the ability that whenever it strikes an opponent it stuns them for three posts where they cannot move. Life - This creates bones made of actual bone, forcefully made through chakra that looks much like the true Bone Halberd except that it has a slightly purple tinge to it. This technique moves at A-Rank speeds, deals A-Rank damage and slices through A-Rank defenses as its special ability. Gravity - This element causes the chakra scythe to take the form of a heat haze with a deep purple tinge to it, only somewhat visible but enough to notice. This technique moves at Vacuum Release speeds and deals A-Rank damage but after a strike the victim's speed drops by one rank after the first strike, 2 after the third and 3 after the seventh. Space - As with the other Mariah Style techs, Space Release creates the scythe with a deep black colouration made of solidified chakra. This deals A-Rank damage, moves at A-Rank speeds but after a strike, it creates a delayed implosion after the strike. If on the body of the opponent, this will deal an extra S-Rank of damage and if on a limb, it will separate the limb from the enemy's body after the hit. -S-Rank-
- Sigils:
Name: Soul Tech Art: Sigils (Signature) Classification: Soul Tech/Fuinjutsu Rank: C-S Rank Class: Supplementary/Defensive/Offensive Range: Short-Long
Description: This is a series of techniques that involve creating a small section of solidified chakra with a seal engraved upon it that gives special effects depending on the seal it is on. These Sigils hover around the person that was targeted and give a large variety of effects as well as their effects increasing depending on Mariah's rank. These Sigils are all very different but have a few things in common.
First of all, they can be added together like combination jutsu and their rank is equivalent to Mariah's, so at Genin, 2 C-Ranks would equal 1 B-Rank. This has two effects, the first is that the effects join together and the Dual Force Sigil has the same effects as both of the original Sigils while only taking up one Sigil Slot. However, this has an adverse effect of the Sigil needing one rank less damage to be destroyed. The Sigils themselves are destroyed by damage equal to Mariah's rank (Apart from Dual Force Sigils and above). Dual Force Sigils can only be combined with another Dual Force Sigil to create a Triple Force Sigil and these can only be combined with Triple Force Sigils, as well as requiring 2 Ranks less damage to destroy and having the effects of all the compotent Sigils.
Another thing about these Sigils is that they are naturally opposed to taking damage and so move away from attacks and behind the person that is wielding the Sigil. The Sigils themselves move at speeds one rank above Mariah's own rank (Capping at Blinding Light) and so can usually passively defend themselves.
Finally, there is only a certain amount of Sigils that Mariah can have out at once, this ranks up with her. At AS she can have 3, Genin can have 6, Chunin-Jonin is 9 and Hunter Nin/Med Nin/Sannin can have 12. As well, a person can only have 3 Sigils on them from a single person (So if Mariah can teach someone else this technique, someone could have 6 Sigils on them due to having two people sending them out). Also, each of the Sigils costs chakra equal to one rank below Mariah's current rank, meaning they become harder to maintain upon her ranking up (Minimum D-Rank cost)

Description: This is the first of Mariah's offensive Sigils which is always attached to an opponent. This sigil appears like a jagged ten pointed star with a sawblade design in the center of the Sigil. This Sigil glows red though and every post it is attached to an opponent it deals damage equal to Mariah's rank every post as long as they can't remove the Sigil.
Name: Sigil Art: Gravitic Attachment Classification: Ninjutsu/Fuinjutsu/Soul Tech Rank: B-Rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Long - Can activate at foe within 20 feet
Description: This technique, much like the other Sigils, is sent at an opponent at speeds one above Mariah's rank before hovering behind them. This one appears like a circle with a glowing diamond, in purple, inside. Upon attaching to an opponent it has a special effect which only works on people who are intangible. This effect is that the Gravity chakra it gives out, coalesces the intangible target and gives them a 'coating' of chakra, making them able to be damaged by physical techniques. (Only works on opponents one above Mariah's rank and below)
Name: Sigil Art: Weakened Synapses Classification: Ninjutsu/Fuinjutsu/Soul Tech Rank: B-Rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Long - Can activate on foes up to 20 feet away
Description: This sigil looks like an octagon with a glowing blue lightning bolt inside of it. When this technique attaches to a foe as with any normal Sigil it has a special effect. Through the use of lightning release ever so slightly striking the target, it attacks the target's synapses, weakening their chakra based techniques due to being unable to fully focus their chakra. All of the target's chakra based techniques are weakened by one rank. (Only works on opponent's equal to Mariah's rank and below)
Name: Sigil Art: Fractured Image Classification: Fabrication/Soul Tech/Fuinjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Long - Can activate on opponents up to 20 feet away
Description: A specialist Sigil that appears like a pentagon with a silver spiral inside of it. Once it contacts an opponent it places them into a Fabrication mounted inside the Fuinjutsu, what this does is make the target unable to perceive any other Sigils until they break the Fractured Image sigil. This includes moving Sigils, sigils already attached to others, newly created Sigils and so on.
Name: Sigil Art: Slowed Relays Classification: Fabrication/Fuinjutsu/Soul Tech Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Long - Can activate on opponents up to 20 feet away
Description: Another Sigil appearing like a Decagon with a silver three pointed star within it. Upon this Sigil striking a target and hovering around them it activates its special ability. This casts a Fabrication on the opponent that causes them to perceive the world as though it was moving much faster when in reality they slow down by a rank as their body moves slower. This lasts until the Sigil is broken.

-D-Rank- Name: Body Replacement Jutsu Classification: Ninjusu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description:This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach using the Body Flicker Technique, the moment an attack hits. Name: Clone Jutsu Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. Name: Transformation Jutsu Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description:This jutsu allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. -C-Rank- Name:Roar Classification:Ninjustu Rank:C-Rank (Can only be used by Dakar) Class:Defensive Range:N/A Description:The Dakar releases a blood curling roar that reflects C-rank tech and deflects up to B-rank tech and below when the Dakar is in Berserk Mode back to the opponent. This tech can be used a max of 6 times as a genin,8 times as a chunin,10 times as a jounin, 12 times as a sanin and 14 times as a Kage Name: Claws of the White Wolf Classification: Nintaijutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Passive Range: Contact Description: Following on from the natural coldness and slowing of metabolism that increases coldness, the Toketsu's body naturally becomes able to impact and inflict excessive cold burns upon a person. Of course the power of this passive is dependent on the age of the user although the effects of the cold upon the body of the victim is a facet of the Toketsu's focus, increasing in power with their skill level. Each level of the chill however can be negated if the victim possesses Defense (for the fatigue sapping effect), Endurance (for the numbing effect) or a Defense+Endurance Tier chain (for both) equal to the rank of the Toketsu using this passive ("Z" = SS, "X" = SSS). Skill Level of Toketsu - Effect on Body D - Slight chilling of body, saps 1 fatigue with each successful hit. C - Increase in chilling effect, cold feeling where struck, saps 1 fatigue plus 1 additionally every 3 hits. B - Heavy chilling effect, sinks deeper than just the skin. Saps 2 fatigue every strike and causes numbness unless opponent has B-Rank endurance tiers. Every third strike saps an additional 2 fatigue. A - Light frost effect, cold sinks bone deep, reduces speed, strength or endurance by one rank every third strike (Legs, Arms, Chest). Saps 3 fatigue every strike. S - Heavy frost effect, cold sinks bone deep, reduces speed, strength or endurance depending on location by 1 rank every third strike (Legs, Arms, Chest) as well as an additional sapping of 4 fatigue. Saps 4 fatigue each strike. 'Z' - Hypothermic reaction, skin turns blue, blood circulation slows. Each solid strike reduces a tier by 1 rank depending on location as of above. 5 fatigue sapped as well every fifth strike causing necrosis of skin permanently reducing the victims Fatigue limit by -10 and heavy therapy to heal their bodies (Medical Ninjutsu above S-rank). 'X' - Extreme frostbite/hypothermic reaction, skin turns black with necrosis with each strike permanently reducing the victim's Fatigue limit by -2 and reducing a tier by one rank each strike. After three strikes to the same limb it ceases to work, the blood coagulating in the veins and after twenty posts (Total) without medical treatment the necrotic part falls off due to frostbite. Name: Dance of the Willow: Mariah Style (Signature) Classification: Soul Tech/Beast Tech/Ninjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Short Description: (Requires Soul of the Beast) This technique uses Mariah's chakra to form a series of long, thin bones that slide out of several parts of her body. These are her palms, elbows, shoulders and knees and the bones can be made of a variety of different chakras. This gives her a great versatility but it takes a C-Rank of chakra to change the chakra type. Each chakra type has a different effect however. Wind - These blades deal C-Rank damage upon strike and deal slicing wounds, causing cuts to appear on the opponent but the main thing that makes these blades dangerous is that they are completely invisible and cannot be seen by anything except dojutsu that can see chakra. Lightning - These blades are visible, only barely in shape of crackling blue spines that deal C-Rank damage per strike but the ability of this element is that they cause the opponent struck to be stunned for one post, being unable to move for that post. Life - This is much like the usual Dance of the Willow, creating bones synthesised by chakra to give it the true physical form. These deal physical and chakra damage together at C-Rank per strike but the specialty is that these can cut through C-Rank defenses. Gravity - The spines created by this element are only slightly visible, appearing as nothing but a purple tinged heat haze lingering where the bones would normally be. These deal C-Rank damage per strike and if struck they cause the victim to be slowed by 1 rank for 3 posts. Space - The 'bones' made by this chakra nature are a solid black in colour and thrum quietly with power. If struck, these spines cause a mini-implosion in the area struck, causing them to deal C-Rank damage but after 2 posts, the implosion goes off dealing another B-Rank of damage on top of that. Name: Wind Release: Air Avenger Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive/Defensive Range: Short-Mid 0~15 Feet Description: By creating a small orb of Wind Release chakra in her palm, Mariah sends out a ball of compressed air that can knock opponents back and deflect any weapon moving at C-Rank speeds or lower. This attack deals C-Rank damage to opponents as well, the cycling wind chakra causing slashes to open up on the victim's body. Name: Lightning Release: Flicker Bolt Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Short-Mid 0~15 Feet Description: This technique focuses the user's lightning chakra to their fingertip before they use their finger much like a gun, marking out the target before launching the bolt of lightning forwards towards the opponent. This moves at Crashing Ground speeds but only deals C-Rank damage to an opponent and is unable to pierce through defenses at all, sacrificing that for the speed of the technique. Name: Gravity Release: Forceful Prison Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-S Rank (Requires chakra cost one above Mariah's rank) Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Cryo Radius Description: This ability ties in with Mariah's Crushing Frost and indeed requires that jutsu to be able to use this. What it does is cause the gravity to increase even further while foes are in the Crushing Frost, causing their speed to drop by an extra rank and for them to take damage equal to Mariah's rank every post that they are within the radius as the Gravity crushes them. -B-Rank- Name: Crushing Frost (Signature) Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B-Rank Class: Passive Range: Cryo Aura Description: This passive was created by the mixing of Mariah's chakra and her Cryo Aura, generating this ability which causes the area that is being touched by her Cryo aura to have its gravity increased depending on what rank Mariah is. At AS, all enemy speeds are lowered by 1 tier unless they have strength equal to their speed. At Chunin all speeds are lowered by 2 tiers unless they have strength equal to their speed, at Hunter Nin/Med Nin all speeds are lowered by 3 tiers unless they have strength equal to their speed and finally at Sannin/Kage all tiers are lowered by 4 tiers unless they have strength equal to their speed. The area of effect changes depending on how many posts Cryo has been active for. 1-5 posts gives it a 10 feet radius, 6-10 gives it 15 feet and 10-20 gives it a 20 foot radius. Its range does not increase over this. Name: Field Crush (Signature) Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Medium Description: This technique was made to deal with those who focused upon speed over strength to shut them down in time for much larger or numerous techniques. With this, Mariah creates a large focused gravitic field on a single point before it spreads out and then starts to crush in, this field is about ten feet in radius from the point of spreading. On the first post it is activated the victim is frozen in place (The effect itself moves at Crashing Ground speeds and is invisible to the naked eye) no matter the speed they are moving at. Once done, the gravitic field expands and then starts to slowly crush in on the target. This requires B-Rank strength to move in and deals B-Rank damage per turn that the enemy is stuck in, if they die in the technique and their body falls limp, this jutsu will cause them to implode, leaving little to use. This requires a constant drain of B-Rank chakra per post to maintain or can be deactivated at will by crushing the field down, dealing B-Rank damage to the opponent. (As for the speed drop, B-Rank strength allows movement at any speed, C-Rank strength allows movement only if speed is Crashing Ground or above, D-Rank strenght allows movement only if Vacuum Release is possessed and S-Rank speed and above naturally can move anyway.) Name: Gravity Release: Crushing Columns Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Short Description: By sliding her hand through an area on the ground or an opponent, Mariah marks it for a Column. The next post after she has marked somewhere, a column of Gravity Release chakra fires down and locks that area in place, becoming almost solid. This column is solid to anyone without B-Rank or higher strength tiers and anyone trapped in the column is dealt C-Rank damage every post until they can move out of it or it runs out, which happens after eight posts. Name: Graviton Blade Classification: Ninjutsu/Soul Tech Rank: B-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Short-Long Description: Mariah starts this technique by creating a large, flat discus of chakra, rotating it over her opened palm. She then floods the disc with one of her elemental natures, giving it a special effect depending on the element before throwing it at her opponents to deal B-Rank damage if struck and to move at Crashing Ground. In addition, with every form it is able to slice trough B-Rank defenses unless stated otherwise. Wind - When Wind Release is cycled through the Disc it turns invisible to all but chakra sight and air sensory as well as starting to rotate much faster than normal. When the Wind Disc is tossed it moves at B-Rank speeds still but deals A-Rank damage and becomes unable to cut through any defenses. Lightning - Upon being flooded with Lightning Release the disc crackles and hums with power but when thrown deals only C-Rank damage and is unable to cut through defenses. However it moves at A-Rank speeds and upon being struck stuns an opponent for one round unless they have endurance tiers B-Rank or higher. Life - With life, the disc transforms into a large disc of pure bone, rotating rapidly and when tossed it deals Physical damage rather than Chakra damage. It moves at Crashing Ground to deal B-Rank damage but is able to cut through A-Rank defenses. Gravity - When cycled with gravity, the disc turns dark purple and rotates so fast that it appears to be standing still. When launched it moves at Crashing Ground speeds to deal C-Rank damage but when it strikes something it releases a Gravitic wave ten feet around it that makes speed tiers useless, requiring strength tiers equal to the speed wanted to move. Only affects speed tiers up to B, higher will be reduced by a rank capping at S. Space - This is the most dangerous of the discs as it turns solidly black, moves at Crashing Ground speeds but upon striking an opponent deals A-Rank damage and then implodes inwards dealing another A-Rank of damage to their internal organs unless they have A-Rank or higher endurance tiers, B-Rank halves the damage. In trade off, this type cannot cut through defenses. -A-Rank- Name: Graviton Field Classification: Ninjutsu/Soul Tech Rank: S-Rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Long - 40 feet radius Description: A massive technique created by Mariah that allows her to expand out a huge dome of chakra, solidified of course, before shunting out a wave of Gravity. (Dome requires 2 S-Rank techniques or 1 SS or higher to break). The initial dome does nothing but the Gravity wave causes all inside the dome to take A-Rank internal damage if they do not have A-Rank endurance or higher as the wave ruins internal pressure. The wave has two other effects though. The first is that it switches off gravity inside the dome requiring that people either fly or use strength to push off of objects as speed becomes useless. The second one is that it also pushes all oxygen out of the dome. This means that people are unable to breathe, if they require it, and the amount of time until asphyxiation depends upon the targets' endurance tiers. -D-Rank- -C-Rank- Name:Reject Classification:Fabrication Rank:C-rank Class:Supplementary Range:N/A Description:The Dakar sees ahead of what would happen and predicts the move of his/her opponents allowing them to efficiently "reject" that fate and reverse time back to before the opponent made that move. This Move can only be used ONCE as a genin-jounin and TWICE as Sannin- Kage. Name:Cripple Stage 2 Classification:Fabrication Rank:C-rank Class:Supplementary Range:N/A Description:The user once again plays mind tricts on their opponents but this time instead of causing the opponent to lose feeling in their arms the Dakar causes them to lose feeling in their legs for 2 posts -B-Rank- Name: Cripple Complete: Level 1 (Signature) Classification: Fabrication Rank: B-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Sight Description: By focusing on the abilities of the Dakar fabrication and of one of her teacher's words about Cripple Stage, Mariah done a bit of research. By upgrading this and using more chakra in it, Mariah can cause the victim to lose control of their arms for a long while. Once activated like most Fabrication, Mariah causes the opponent to lose control of their arms for six posts (Total), preventing them from using them at all. -A-Rank- -S-Rank-

It is because of that their natural stamina has been hardened. Because of that D-rank techniques do half as much damage as they would towards the other races as they do towards humans. Name: Monk Way Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description:An advanced code which grants the user immunity to D-rank chakra-based attacks and C-rank chakra based attacks do half as much damage as they would towards others as they would towards the user. Name:Shock Wave Classification:Taijustu Rank:D-rank Class:Offensive Range:Short Description:Because Dakar constantly leak out excess chakra they had to find a way to utilize that excess chakra as an offensive move creating Shock Wave. In recent times now every time they strike an object they release all of the excess chakra in their body at that point causing either a powerful knock back pulse all around their body when they strike inanimate objects, or have the ability to immobilize an opponent as their body goes through shock for one post. Name: Swift Release Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description: The user focuses his/her chakra tweaking their chakra gates allowing them to move at incredible speeds to avoid getting hit by attacks. -C-Rank- Name: Bullet Release Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description:An advanced version of swift release. Although the user is able to move at extremely high speeds the sudden motion has an adverse effect on the body and multiple movements using the technique and permanently paralyze the user and as such it is limited to 5 times a day with out any ill effects, 7 times will land the user in a hospital for two days 9 would permanently paralyze the user. -B-Rank- Name: Crashing Ground Classification: Taijutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description: A fully refined Swift Release. The wielder can move beyond god-like speed only showing their footsteps crashing against the ground. This move is said to only be used the second the wielder grips their hilt giving so they waste no time when they need to attack. Name: Indomitable Will Classification: Taijutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description: Never Give up. Never Surrender. Those who phrases are etched to every human's frame of being. Now they have granted the user the immunity to D-rank chakra-based attacks as well as the lowering of C-rank and B-rank chakra-based attacks by one rank damage wise. -A-Rank- Name: Unbreakable Spirit Classification: Taijutsu Rank: A-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description: After Brutal training and countless battles the human has become used to taking blows from opponents. Because of that they have granted the human immunity to C-rank and below chakra-based jutsu as well as the lowering of B-rank and A-rank chakra-based attacks by one rank damage wise Name: Vacuum Release Classification: Taijutsu Rank: A-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description: The user actually breaks the sound barrier upon use of this attack, their bodies are not even visible the only thing seen being a cloud of steam formed from them moving in the air formed by the vacuum left by the user. -S-Rank- Name: Immortal Way Classification: Taijutsu Rank: S-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description: This is the result of the innate human desire to be immortal and well that desire has been translated into unparalleled endurance. The human is not only immune to C-rank and below chakra-based jutsu as well as the lowering of B-rank and A-rank chakra-based techniques by one rank damage wise but also S-rank chakra-based techniques do half as much damage to the ninja as they would do to others. Name: Blinding Light Classification: Taijutsu Rank: S-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A Description: This speed being the perfected version of Vacuum release. As the user is moving at speeds of Mach 3 the cloud of steam has been replaced with a sonic boom which temporarily deafens opponents causing their ears to bleed. The bright flash that is sometimes also seen is the light that is reflected off of the blade as the samurai is running.
- Medical Ninjutsu:
Name: Mystical Palm Technique Classification: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: A Class: Supplementary/ Offensive Range: Short
Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. In an offensive setting by sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. This allows this technique to be used as an offensive weapon even though usually that is not desirable.
- Mutation Passive:
Name: Winter's Breath Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Passive Range: Variable
Description: As the children of Winter, the Toketsu's adrenaline heightens their natural abilities causing them not to heat up but to cool down, causing the surrounding air to freeze around them. This just enhances itself the longer that the Toketsu fights causing the ground around them to frost over, snow to flutter down simply from the cooling water molecules in the air. This of course quickly gets uncomfortable for anyone not a Toketsu as they are immune to their own Winter's Breath but not the chakra signature of another Toketsu. Lastly the Toketsu's Breath can be sped up as they pour their stamina into it, paying fatigue to speed up the chill of the Breath. Due to their Chilled Physiology however the usual effects of the basic form of Winter's Breath do not affect the Toketsu. This aura actually doesn't deal damage on its own, instead it starts to inflict Hypothermia, draining a limit much like sanity or fatigue. This limit is equal to 3/4 of the victim's fatigue as it affects both the mind and body. Once the limit is depleted unless the victim possesses Barrier+Endurance tier chain equal or higher than the user's rank (Caps at S.) then they succumb to hypothermia, either entering a manic fear state as they claw at their own body to remove the numbness or find the smallest area they possibly can to curl up in and wait to die.
Number of Posts (Total) - Hypothermic Drain Each of victim's posts) - Cold Effect - Stamina Cost to increase Post Count to Next Level 5 - 1 - Cooling of air, misting of breath - 2 10 - 2 - Frosting of air, cooling of body - 5 20 - 3 - Dew coating ground, victim slows due to cold (+2 fatigue to continue using tiers unless they possess C-rank Endurance Tiers/Heat Based technique to warm body) - 10 30 - 5 - Light ice coats ground, victim slows down anyway (+3 fatigue for tiers unless they possess B-rank Endurance Tiers/Heat Based technique to warm body) - 20 40 - 7 - Heavy ice coats ground, hypothermia sets in (Requires either A-rank Endurance or A-rank Heat based(Fire/Blaze/Heat) technique equal to to avoid succumbing to Hypothermia) Fatigue costs +4 to all techniques now as cold saps energy. - 40 50 - 10 - Sheets of ice form wherever Toketsu steps due to moisture condensation & freezing, Hypothermia sets in requiring either an S-rank Heat based technique/S-rank Endurance Tiers to avoid succumbing to the cold or S-Rank or higher barrier tiers to avoid dropping to the ground and slipping into unconsciousness over the course of the next twenty posts (total) as the cold causes their body to shut down. Fatigue Costs +5 for everything.
