Personality: Riotoku is a very energetic and loud boy. He blurts out and speaks his mind as he wishes. Rio also is confident in himself, he believes that he can become a famous ninja if he tries hard enough. He never gives up and has a strong will. Riotoku is very proud to be part of the Juryoku Clan and hopes to become clan head someday. He likes to be around people and has a habit of making friends with almost everyone he meets. He doesn't like people who think they're better than any one else, even though he believes that he's better than his peers.

Appearance: Riotoku is a short boy for his age, although he has some muscle tone on his body. He has tan skin, that being the only part of his body differing him from his clan mates. Like the rest of his clan, he has thick black hair. His hair is long and spiky. Rio keeps his hair in a ponytail with some bangs coming out in the front. His eyes are big and red, yet they are keen. The clothes that he wears are quite simple. A red, high collared shirt that has his clan symbol on the back in white, simple black shorts and black shinobi sandals. He also wears black rimmed glasses that are a little too big, that he has to constantly push them back to the bridge of his nose. Riotoku wears his item pouch on his but and the kunai box strapped to his left leg.

History: Rio was born into a clan with high expectations and he decided to live up to them. Ever since he 3 years of age, he trained practicing how to learn to be a shinobi. His father pressured him into being the best ninja he could be. He wanted to be a ninja anyways so his father approving of his choice made him happy and made him want to try even harder. He then joined the academy eventually so he could get his career started.
