It wasn't the alarm that told Akira it was best to leave his workshop, no, what told him there was danger was much, much more direct. With the Southern Island being the first hit, the land fall of the mighty titan that was Kokuo, the alarm came long after. He didn't even bother locking up, something he hoped he would not regret, and had to leave Orpheus behind mid-repairs. It would be no use at all.

He stepped out and in to the chaos, holding his arm out to summon Kaen to his side. "Kaen! I need your eyes on the air immediately!" He went right in to shouting. This was no time or place to even think of not taking this seriously. "I need you to point out civilians. We need to get as many people away from the island as possible!" There was no delay, Kaen flew right up. Meanwhile Akira touched the brim of his mask, not activating it as for once he actually had to be seen, but to summon not just Arsene, but Io too. Controlling two puppets was incredibly strange, but not impossible for simple movements. Right away he sent the two out, whilst looking up to Kaen for her recon, calling out for civilians around.

When the Bijuudama landed it immediately decimated a chunk of the Southern Island, one moment people were walking around and the next moment buildings were gone civilians and shinobi were dead, and there was absolute chaos as one of the most important parts of Dipugakure had been ravaged out of the blue. Akira would see various civilians in a state of distress with some buried under rubble and various shinobi trying to help them out. Two chunin would spot Akira before one of them motioned for him to follow them. "We need to save the village library, priceless scrolls and other important records are stored there and it is currently on fire. Follow us and assist in the retrieval, Akira" she said knowing him from his recent appointment into the Logistics and Support Department.

On the other hand there were various civilians who needed assistance, one group in particular were trapped in a collapsing building, and no one seemed to be doing anything about it. On the other hand it seemed rather than evacuate a group of civilians were instead looting they seemed to be less than stellar members of society with shaved heads and tattoos and seemed to be somewhat enjoying the chaos in the village. At the moment, it seemed that Akira had a bunch of choices, which ever would he pick.

Akira looked around, weighing every choice at a moments notice, just as he was trained. His mind was always sharp, but that was because he controlled his surroundings as best he could. Chaos, well many thought his mind was chaos, but it was an organised mess. This... This was just a disaster event. The explosion, the decimation of a good quarter district, they needed to get away.

But there was one thing he didn't dare open his eyes to. And that was to the spirits. He had to avert his eyes, knowing he would see things so much worse than a lot of others just as a side effect of his position in his clan. "... Jashin help us." He muttered to himself, a rare prayer to the Deity. He was not going to sacrifice lives though. "I'm sorry! I am not going to give up lives," He gave the woman a rather harsh apology, and went right for the building of trapped civilians. With it coming down, he pulled Io to his side as his bulkiest puppet to act as a shield against debris. Once there he reached out, analysing everything to ensure he was understanding every bit of information that would help them get back out quickly. "Come! Please hurry we need to get out,"

Nothing but mayhem and destruction was being carried out throughout Dipugakure. The people living here now in a fluctuatinging state of sheer fear and panic. Which was normal, considering their very lives were at risk and their everyday life was being uprooted by a walking natural distaster. Numerous buildings had already been destroyed, while some were significantly damaged with their fall only being a matter of time. However, one would be delayed even further by a shinobi who put the lives before him above some relics and old scrolls.

As Akira, shouldered the weight of most of the falling debris with his puppet allowing those able to quickly run out, thanking him as they did so. Yet, one elderly man seemed to only move at a snail's pace as he crawled towards the opening but gave up halfway and had to be carried out by another civilian. At that point, the entire group was out of harm's way at least for now. The old man's wheezing was light and raspy but drowned out due to all the falling debris from the building they had just escaped. "Leave me, I know when it's my time." The man had given up. Upon closer inspection, Akira could notice the man's right leg had been crushed completely and was bleeding quite badly.

He was probably done for but who knows. If he chose to, Akira could get him the medical help he needed. If not, then the man would be just another life counted as lost due to the bijuu attack. All the while, the group of hooligans seemed to be getting rowdier and bolder with their antics.
