From Idols to Bjiuu [Kokuo Attacks]

Newt stood on top of a roof as she watched in awe as the five tails wreaked havoc on the village. She had never seen anything like this before and in truth, she found herself a bit fascinated by the creature. She had heard stories from Zhao about the power of the Bijuu and to think that she’d actually live to see one up so close almost excited her a bit which was odd as it was obvious that she should be panicking, yet she felt calm. “Damn, weren’t we complaining about how the last mission was a bit goofy? This is what we get I guess.” Vivaan said as he watched the people below them getting escorted to a safe area. Luckily for them, they were nowhere near where the Bijuu dama was fired so that meant they were safe, for now anyway.

“What do we do now?” Newt asked her colleagues as she was new and was unsure what their next move would be. She knew in times of crisis the ANBU would lend their support to the Kage but they were far from the Kage at the moment but they didn’t know what was the situation at the moment or where they were needed. Then there was the prison, she didn’t know if someone would use this as an opportunity to escape but she’d keep that in mind as she waited for instructions.

Event Details :

ANBU Hippo would stiffen when he saw the destruction happening to his home and the others would immediately get serious as well. "We need to aid the Abisukage, the civilians can be taken care of by the general forces, it's up to us to ensure the Gobi doesn't cause anymore destruction" he said and the rest of them would nod knowing that those in ANBU were the front line when it came to defense against such deadly threats. They would immediately move into action each of them rushing through the island at A-rank speeds, with ANBU Newt being forced to do so as well lest she get left behind. On their way they would see the panicking civilians, and the various shinobi who were attempting to save them, while in the distance they would see the massive trees which were currently being used as a bridge for various ANBU to surge towards the Gobi.

As they continued onward they would see an explosion which originated from the Prison causing ANBU Beaver and Manta to turn in response to it. "Shit, Buntaicho we have a problem, I think someone is using this opportunity to stage a prison break with the vast amount of our fellow ANBU fighting the Gobi those guys in T & I don't have any back-up." she said while ANBU Hippo would briefly look towards, the prison before shaking his head as it was a tough choice but the Gobi was a bigger priority for the time being but...there was a potential solution. "Alright in that case, Manta you and the rookie head to the prison to secure it, Marlin, Beaver and I will head to the front. When you are done with that head to the Western Island it seems like the Gobi is heading there next if we are unable to hold it back." he said before speeding up with the two others doing the same. "Well we have our orders. Let's go." ANBU Manta said before changing course to head to the prison. Sure enough it did seem like it was in a full riot with escaped prisoners fighting against members of the Torture and Interrogation department. There were three who were about to get finished off by a group of five prisoners, while ANBU Marlin would nod towards Newt. "You handle back them up here, I'll go into the prison and help with re-securing them."

Event Details:

In fairness she wanted to see the Bijuu up close but she understood that there were more important things to handle and it wasn’t time for her to go Bijuu sightseeing, besides, she was positive that the beast wouldn’t be welcoming towards her and her current level she’d probably die but man she wanted to see the thing up close. “Huh? Oh right!” She said having been snapped back into reality by the orders that were given. Heading over to the riot she would notice that a group of prisoners had cornered what seemed to be members of the Torture and Interrogation department and decided to put an end to their mischief. Running over at B rank speeds, Diana would look to capitalize on the fact that they were distracted by their bloodlust to not see her coming in and would attempt to disarm as many as she could, and by disarming she meant taking their arm off at the elbow with her sword. Vivaan would follow up by aiming a Starch Syrup Gunshot at the center of the group.

Newt and Vivaan:

Vivaan shot her starchy water bullet towards the center of a group that was attempting to kick a guard to death. The bullet would splatter and render them unable to move. Maybe with a little more time they could’ve escaped the bind but Newt was quick. Without hesitation, She’d  remove the arms off the five prisoners.

They’d stare and scream at the sight of what Anbu Newt had done to them. But before they could retaliate, they’d already begin to feel dizzy and faint from blood loss. “Oooo now I dunno who you are but I wouldn’t have done that shit!” One of the inmates shouted to Newt and Vivaan. “Yaaaahh, T dawg ain’t going to like that one little bitty.  Let me be the first to say, welcome to A block! This will be the end of the road for ya.” The other inmates began to turn their attention towards newt as well.  Manta was already deep within the prisons helping reclaim it. The T&I members on this level had been killed or rendered unconscious. It’d be up to Newt and Vivaan to clear this block.

In total there were twenty inmates and on this level four of them were higher rank ex shinobi(B-rank) and one man named T-bone led the pack(A-rank). The other fifteen were also very capable but not far more than genin would be. It was on; two of their lower ranks would charge Newt. First attempted a spin round house towards her head at C-rank speeds. If unsuccessful, he’d follow up with some wild hook punches at the same speed starting with his right then left.

The second would follow that barrage of attacks by charging newt head on. He’d attempt to use his C-rank strength to lift Newt off the ground and toss her over the railings and down to the bottom. If successful, Anbu Newt would fall many floors to the bottom(falling passed multiple cell blocks) . The second attempted this while moving with strength.

From behind her two more would charge, this time with batons that they got off the guards.  Each would attempt powerful swings on each side of her. They’d attempt to use these batons to beat her down to the ground with C-rank strength .  How would Anbu Newt deal with these threats?

Challenge:

It would seem that Diana was so distracted by what these men were saying she forgot she was in the middle of a hostile situation, fortunately for her Vivaan was able to push her out of the way of the first individual rushing at her with her summon getting kicked and then peppered with punches however it seemed that his intervention was for naught as she was grabbed by another of the inmates who then threw her off the railing to send her down below. When she landed on the ground she would land somewhat hard but fortunately for her, her ANBU gear took most of the damage for her, instead now she would have to deal with the four inmates who were rushing towards her with batons gotten from the guards intending on bashing her into unconsciousness. After all she was visibly female and it had been a while since they were able to get some action that wasn't from a fellow inmate, she probably had taken a bath with actual soap before all of this, so they knew she would taste exquisite.

72-Hour Penalty:

“Earth to Newt, we’re in the middle of a battle here, hello!” Vivaan called out as he was getting swarmed by the inmates. Unfortunately for her, however, she was too late in reacting to Vivaan’s words and was promptly picked up and thrown off the floor they were on. Fortunately for her she was adequately equipped to deal with such an incident and thus any damage she would’ve received would be absorbed by her ANBU gear. “Ugh. Bad time to space out, Diana.” She muttered to herself before standing on her feet. Making a slew of hand signs, Newt would envelope herself in lightning chakra before releasing it towards the onrushing group of men looking to electrocute them.

Diana:
