| How many years had it been since she was free? She knew the number yet it escaped her at the moment as it had been one hundred and fifty-one years since she swore revenge against those who had imprisoned her. She initially wanted to raze Subarashi to the ground but she had chanced upon something in her travels, a group of five islands which had numerous ningen flitting to and fro as if that was what they called home. No not any normal Ningen or even those sea-faring ones, these were shinobi and while she usually would ignore them, but one day she decided to spy on a group of them on a boat only to notice they all had a particular insignia on their foreheads. She would remember that unique pattern anywhere as she had seen it long ago before one of those ningen dealt a grevious blow to her flesh. No she loathed anyone who bore such an insignia, and just the thought of it provoke her into releasing a Bijudama which would impact the Southern Island. The water would churn and while it was a windy day, the wind would soon become filled with hissing steam as the seawater surrounding Dipugakure would begin to boil. Countless fish would begin to float upward as Kokou proceeded to rise from the ocean swimming towards the Eastern Island before stopping and switching to the Western Island as an echo of her movement continued on before being blocked by massive trees which would swirl to prevent the prison from being destroyed. The Abisukage was standing on one of the trees which hadn't been thrown to protect it. It was merely fortune that allowed her to be there at the right moment having been conducting a personal inspection of the prisons when a chunk of the Southern Island was scoured by wind. "It seems it has forgotten that it was captured by my predecessor and her team. That's fine, I will teach it why Dipugakure is the strongest hidden village in the Republic of Five." she thought to herself as she directed the remaining trees to head towards it. Alarm bells would begin to ring out as the rest of the village caught on to the attack and tried to quickly rally themselves in order to defend against this sudden assault... - Kokuo:

Description: Kokou swirls a chakra on her snout over a period of time (2 posts total), before releasing a sphere, 15ft in diameter, of condensed chakra which flies at Ripping Discord speeds to impact an opponent dealing SS-rank ambient chakra damage upon contact before exploding dealing SS-rank wind release damage around a 525ft Blast Radius. This technique is capable of flying 420 ft before dispersing and often when used on fleeing opponents if they are within the same location even in a different topic it can occasionally detonate causing destruction felt even that far away. Kokou can release this technique in a second way by eating the sphere before releasing a 20 foot wide beam which extends up to 840 feet away dealing S-rank ambient chakra based damage each post (total) while costing a constant drain to it's chakra reserves each of it's posts equal to it's original cost. Description: Being the 5 Tailed Dolphin-Horse comes with certain advantages one of which being that Kokou is an amphibious creature. As a result while in water or on land her ability to move or fight is not restricted unlike terrestrial or aquatic animals. To that end she had to alter the one thing she possesses which would have been affected by being underwater namely her Fire Release. Kokou is capable of utilizing unique white colored flames which burn via Hydrogen, which thanks to the introduction of chakra allow her flames to literally strip the hydrogen out of water to ignite it. This not only makes her Fire Release strong against Water Release but causes her flames to be neutral against Nature Release while being weak to Vapor Release. Depending on whether or not she is on land or underwater the properties of her Fire techniques change slightly, as on land they burn normally while underwater they explode albeit covering only half the distance they would normally. Kokou's Fire Release techniques can remain burning on water or ice for a set amount of time depending on her Endurance Tiers. Description: Kokou has a unique method of creating Energy Tech which incorporates not only her utilizing her chakra to form constructs but likewise infusing Steam Materia within them while doing so in order to make them more realistic. This allows her, as long as she not only has the chakra but likewise the steam materia available to be able to manifest any of her illusions as actual constructs comprised of energy tech known as Mirages. This makes her far more dangerous and demonstrates the Bijuu's close ties with chakra as something such as that bares similarities to Yin Release, however those with Reaction+Defense Tiers are immune to being affected by her Mirages due to being able to identify what they are. However these constructs lose their mental damage type to instead become Hybrid making them weaker in regards to power than the illusions were originally albeit being able to actually affect things in reality. Depending on Kokou's barrier tiers these constructs remain so for a set amount of time before losing that effect requiring her to infuse more steam materia (equal to genjutsu rank) in order to keep it as a construct. Description: Kokou is known for her ability to generate Steam by boiling her chakra over the limit, however what most don't understand is the difference between Steam Release and it's lesser counterpart Boil Release. This is because while Boil Release is corrosive, Steam Release is scalding capable of not only evaporating water and subliming ice with prolonged exposure (or instantly depending on how much damage is inflicted) but likewise inflicting scalding burns on victims hit by it's techniques. Unlike normal burns those inflicted by steam release techniques do not repeat their damage until they are treated but rather constantly inflict pain on victims gradually wearing them out mentally until they pass out from the pain unless they possess a Pain Resistance technique equivalent to the rank of the Steam Release technique, Pain Tolerance or Pain Immunity. Description: Kokuō drives her horns directly into the opponent using a powerful charge covering 175 in a single moment (P.T) & is capable of intercepting the movement of those within 35 ft (Equal Rank Speed to Kokuo's charge), 17 ft (1 Tier Level Above Kokuo's charge) or 8 ft (2 Tier Levels Above Kokuo's charge) anywhere within it's end point to deliver the strike. The force of this attack is so great that it can send another tailed beast flying a considerable distance away much less anything smaller than them and deals defense piercing damage equal to the strength Kokuo's put behind it. From there if an opponent lacks an air-movement technique in addition to strength tiers to halt themselves in place they will eventually smash into the ground leaving them open to a follow up, unless they possess a S-rank Pain resistance technique or Pain Tolerance/Immunity allowing them to quickly get up and out of the way. Description: Kokuo moves leaving behind an afterimage of herself which is capable of deviating from her established motion in order to do it's own thing. While not manifested it is not capable of dealing damage, albeit possessing all of Kokuo's physical capabilities, however it can be used to feint opponents that can detect it into thinking it is actually capable of harm unless they possess B-rank or higher Barrier Tiers (Otherwise they sustain B-rank Pain Damage if "struck" by one of it's attacks). When manifested it's true capabilities come to the surface as it is capable of utilizing Kokuo's physical based techniques albeit inflicting them as Hybrid damage. This makes them quite dangerous on the field as due to their nature they are difficult to detect, making them useful for ambushes or attacking behind enemy lines. Kokuo is only capable of making as many Afterimage Clones as she has tails and without being manifested they last as long as her Barrier Tiers.
