| The participants of the fight would be herded into metal boxes that had no windows or any way to look out of them, in fact they even seemed to shut off additional forms of sensory. The boxes were then lifted up and carried away to the fighting stage. As the boxes hovered above the battlefield, a series of small messages would appear on the inside of the box in glowing blue font that spelled out what exactly was happening. "You will be placed on a platform next to another individual. That is the person you are teamed with. The Finals are Cross-Team Doubles. Defeat the opposing team to win the round. Wins grant 2 points, Draws grant 1 point to each team, Losses count as 0 points. Battle starts in 5..."The number then counted down, when it hit zero the first four combatants would drop onto the battlefield. The battlefield itself was a flat plain of packed sand with large cracks running through it. A massive orb gleamed overhead, scorching any that stood under it, more than likely instantly making every combatant start sweating. Taigakai and Akira were dropped next to one another on the south of the battlefield, the sand crackling and crunching under them, it wouldn't be too difficult to move but it would sap a lot of strength. The second pair of boxes, one hundred feet ahead, dropped off Seiko and Indra Kukinorite, the earth crunching under them just like the other team. A klaxon then sounded out across the field, signalling the start of the first fight. - Battlefield: The Great Arid:
A flat plain is what greets the competitors on this field covered in dry, caked sand. A massive orb of gleaming light hovers above and burns down on the battlefield, sapping strength and evaporating liquids. Non-chakra based liquids evaporate in 5 PT, Chakra based liquids evaporate in 10 PT, Spiritual/Natural based Liquids evaporate in 15 PT. Additionally, all stamina uses are increased by one and everyone passively loses 2 stamina per round from the searing heat.

| Admittedly, it was super uncomfortable being in a metal box but it was honestly much more preferable than what Taigakai would get dropped into. He was met with a bright light and heat, something that was supposed to be the sun blaring in the middle. He landed on something that felt hard but not quite strong. Looking down it was sandstone or compacted dried sand. What a hazard. Honestly, this whole exam was unfavourable and he bit his lip as he hissed out a sigh. A look around and things got really unfavourable. On the other side of the field was Seiko. Knowing her, she'd pike him immediately. He looked over at who his partner in crimes was. Thankfully they were a familiar face. "Akira! Long time, no see!" He walked over, feeling each step out and figuring energy conservation would be important, which... knowing how things were going to go, pretty impossible. He kept an eye on the two at the other side while he grouped up with Akira, closing in to have a more private conversation so any sound din't travel over there. "I don't know much about that other one but I know enough about Seiko. She likes to bury herself underground sometimes while her golems are either doing the work or distracting the opponent.", he said. He knew Seiko was flexible enough to not do that if she didn't have reason to, but a warning was fair game right now. For additional preparation, Taigakai closed his eyes for a brief moment, using a D-rank of chakra to activate his Gekigan. It didn't appear to change his appearance too much, only his eyes turning from an icy blue to a dull stormy steel-blue. This should be find for the time being where it was at. Not like he tried to push further than this before anyways. The issue is he's never seen Akira fight really, and this just meant they'd have to wing out their teamwork. He had a feeling Seiko would waste no time in attacking, unless she set something up to force them to make the first move. "So what's the plan, super-chief?"- Spoiler:
WB Stage 0 (effects negated from heat until stage 4) Gekigan Stage 1 Activated Name: Gekigan Classification: Multi-Stage Dojutsu Type: Mutation (Activation Price collected once, Duration Price collected each post total) Activation: Activation = D of Chakra 1st (C) 2nd (B) Appearance: Stage One: Taigakai 6 Stage Two: Taigakai 13Lv1
Description: This Dojutsu turns the users eyes from whatever color it was originally to a grey-blue and gives them different techniques and abilities based on the level of mastery they have unlocked.
Activation - In this stage their eyes change into the grey-blue form. The user gains thermal vision allowing them to see heat signatures in addition to normal eyesight which is extremely useful in tracking hidden targets. This is obtained from birth. First Stage - In this stage their eyes gain four swirl like patters around their pupil and they are given the ability of Premonition. This ability allows them to view into the future and react accordingly to it. The max posts the user can view is 1 post (total) ahead and the events will then play in reality with the user being able to react accordingly. The amount of times this can be used is Once at D-rank, Twice at C-rank, thrice at B-rank, four times at A-rank and 5 times at S-rank per topic. During this effect it can fill the requirements for both a Time-Slowing Dojutsu & Muscle Tension being used simultaneously. This can only be obtained by the user sustaining heavy injuries during a battle at one point in their lives. Second Stage - This is the final stage of the eye which allows the user to detect life. Its unique sight pattern is extremely useful as as long as what they are searching for is alive they will be able to see it and it will be indicated by a gold outline. In addition this stage strengthens the Stage One's ability to be able to use its abilities much more potently; 2x At D-rank, 3x at C-rank, 4x at B-rank, 5x at A-rank and finally extending their premonition ability to the number of posts (total) in between the user's first post using this ability and their next post (an entire turn). Finally they gain a much stronger Premonition ability allowing them to make predictions of an opponents death which causes the eyes to lose their eyesight permanently upon use. The limit of this technique is that the death can only occur at least 5 topics later (Not including training and ooc topics). This ability can only be used once in the users lifetime. This can only be obtained by the user being beaten to near death at one point in their lives.

| Stepping in to the box Akira felt nothing but calm. He thought he had done well in the past two tests, showed off his skills at analysis and problem solving. He was never one for an outright fight, and he knew he was going to be going in to this at a disadvantage. But he could work with that. His goal was spot the most dangerous opponent and ensure they are not as dangerous. He sat down, legs crossed, and not caring much that when the walls rose again his leather skirt was just a little risen up. The lack of sensory was also rather interesting, he knew his spirits were around him still, and yet he could not contact them. It was eerily peaceful. He was not a fan. He never read the rules on the box. Too focused on himself and making his plots and thinking over everything he had used so far. Last he saw not many were 'eliminated' so there was a change he would be working with Gado once again. So when the field was revealed and he saw neither, well it was a surprise. Being addressed first he turned and smiled at his partner for the round. "Ah! Taigakai! What a pleasant surprise." He climbed to his feet, albeit with Kaen appearing just to assist with pulling him up. He looked across and a slight grin formed. "So, we're facing your... cousin, was it? Either way, I haven't met the other she is working with, but that isn't too difficult. Burying herself underground though is actually a rather strong counter to my own tactics. I'm an analysis and ambush sort. My skills aren't the best in outright fights. Not to say I can't hold my own." He dug in to his coat pocket and produced his Mask, slipping it to his face. "If you lose track of me, please don't worry. I'll be around and providing support. I'll likely be... hrm... around ten feet from Arsene." A bluff, when he had a larger range of control. And on queue he summoned his main puppet to his side, and like a mirror image, he and his puppet flexed and stretched. "And thankfully, this is a two on two. I can track two targets at a time, but if Seiko is going to bury herself underground, that might make that difficult." All set, he let his Heart Taker style kick in to effect, eyes trained upon both opponents. Already he was beginning to think this might be the round he needed to Unity with Kaen. - Spoiler:
Name: Heart Taker Style Classification: Fighting Style Rank: C Class: Offensive / Supplementary Range: Self
Description: The true style of the Phantom Thieves, to steal a person's heart, a piece of their inner self made of their warped desires. But in order to perform these tasks, the Thief in question must be prepared. They must step back, and analyse the situation, and especially their targets. They must know how, when, and where to strike to achieve their goal. And this is where the Heart Taker Style comes in to play. The style encompasses the observation of a target, and from there further techniques can be branched out to make use of these observations. For each turn that passes whilst the user is observing, they may gather information that will help them in a coming fight. And with experience, they can find flaws in armour, and weakpoints, in multiple targets at once. Of course, an unknowing target makes for an easier target, and the time necessary to find these weak points is lesser for it, and in turn, cause any strikes to find their target through their defences, granting even regular blows with short bladed weapons (daggers/knives/etc) defense piercing, depending upon how long they were observed, on that particular target.

Sword Description: Wearing the mask, Akira truly becomes The Phantom. His very presence is much harder to attain through forms of sensory and allow him to hide in busy areas by effectively removing their presense. Whilst wearing the mask, Akira can activate it's ability, effectively creating a barrier around himself that deactivates when he interacts with people and objects. This allows them to not be detected by any form of sensory bar spiritual and spatial, although they can still be physically seen, depending on the number of 1000 word weekly trainings performed. This ability caps out at S-rank, though increases to SSS when awakened to Reaper.

| Seiko went quite willingly into her box, humming quietly as the wall was put back in place, leaving her in darkness within the metal coffin. She could feel it moving into position but she just sat there, a small smile sitting on her lips. She didn't even know what fear was anymore, she had excised it quite a while ago now and with it, most of her anxiety went away too, why worry about things after all? After a few minutes, the instructions appeared and she read them swiftly before nodding. It would seem she was going to be teamed up with someone she didn't know and would be made to fight other teams. This was going to be more interesting than she first thought. Then the floor under her dropped away and calmly moved her hands down, pressing her skirt down so it didn't flare up as she fell. The air around her almost seemed to shiver and vibrate with the latent heat and immediately drops of sweat appeared on her face. She wiped them away with the back of her hand and turned to look at her ally. "I am Seiko. I specialise in disabling and locking down opponents, usually via travelling underground. I am also able to utilise Golems which I use to supplement my more open combat abilities. I will be moving underground and towards the opponents before attempting to drag at least one of them under. I trust that you will back up my efforts and I will assist yours." She nodded to Indra, keeping her voice low so that only the pair of them would hear. Then she finally turned to look at her foes, her smile spreading. "One of them is Taigakai, my cousin. Kaironokuma and Toketsu, utilises a large amount of area of effect and terrain alteration abilities. I suggest that you attack Akira, I do not know much about them but I know they are vigilant, Take care, try and end the fight quickly. I shall remove Taigakai from the equation and then move in to support you. If you must, play defensively and tap your foot on the ground three times in rapid succession and I will know to send a Golem or Sentinel towards you."With her brief done, Seiko performed a series of hand-seals before spinning around and vanishing into the earth and away from the blazing heat of the sun-orb. Once under she reached into the earth around her, willing it to shift and speak to her and then summoned her Golem, a Hexa Chassis that she quickly applied both earth and lightning chakra to with a touch, additionally drawing out a large drive from her own body as well as a pair of cores which she slotted into place. It shuddered and then turned to move away. Seiko took hold of one of the spokes on its back as the Golem shot off like a missile towards both of her opponents. However she was specifically targeting the vibrations she knew came from her cousin and once she was about ten feet away, she started with a simple technique to get him dodging. All of a sudden four triangles of earth would erupt from the ground to try and close around Taigakai and leave him trapped in the dark. - Spoiler:
Hexa Chassis, now upgraded with a Lightning Drive(A+A Chakra - 5 Core Slots) amplified by a Form Core(Humanoid - 1 Slot), a Dash Core(2 Slots - 1.5x Multiplier) and a Shell Core(2 Additional C-Ranks of Durability - 1 Slot), S+B+C of Chakra total. All 3 Tier Levels are put into Strength, boosting base Strength to A-.
Golem's Current Tiers: C-Rank+ Endurance, B-Rank+ Defense, S-Rank Strength. Tolerance to Lightning Release. Durability: S-Rank+B-Rank. Size: Humanoid. Movement Multiplier: 1.5x
ame: Rikigaku Art - Golem Path: Hexa Chassis Classification: Kenjutsu/Ninjutsu Rank: A-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A
Description: The second most powerful form of Golem that's readily available to Rikigaku members, the Hexa Golem packs a lot of punch in a small package. These are usually intricately detailed, more so than their weaker brethren and usually have some form of face rather than a blank face plate, although it is unique to each Rikigaku member. They possess B-Rank Strength and Defense tiers and can take up to an S-Rank of stacking damage before being destroyed. However their most dangerous aspect is that they possess three slots for Element Drives. As before, a single Drive grants C-Rank Endurance, tolerance to the element and elemental physical damage, two Drives upgrades that to B-Rank Endurance and Resistance if they are both the same element. With three Drives, the Golem gains A-Rank Endurance in addition to the normal Element Drive effects and if all three Drives are the same element, this is upgraded to both Tolerance and Resistance. The Hexa Golem also possesses an Overcharge mechanic, expressing all three of its Drives at once. This causes it to deal Elemental Chakra Damage of all three elements with its physical strikes, its elemental defenses are upgraded by one stage causing a Hexa Golem with all three Drives of the same element to become entirely Immune to that element. Lastly the Hexa Golem gains an elemental shroud, enhancing its striking distance by a variable number of feet based on the user's rank. When over, it goes on cooldown with its cooldown period being equal to its activation time.

Name: Rikigaku Art - Golem Path: Drive System Classification: Fuinjutsu/Kenjutsu/Kinjutsu Rank: C-Rank (Variable prices) Class: Supplementary Range: Contact(Extraction)
Description: Requires Drive System path to be chosen. This is where the true power of the Path is revealed. An Element Drive is the main power source of the Drive Path Golems and is what characterises this path. There are two different ways of gathering Element Drives. Element Drives when created possess a number of Core Slots which dictate how many Drive Cores can be attached to them, enhancing their power and granting variable abilities to the Golem they are then implanted into. The base number of Core Slots available is determined by the initial price paid from the user and then one of two methods follows, the Energy Method and the Death Method. When Energy Method is used, the user pays another price equal to the first one and the energy type used determines a multiplier to the number of Core Slots the Drive has. Then there is Death Method which involves using a dying or recently dead (within 10 PT) body and using the remaining shreds of their life force to generate their Element Drive, the rank of the victim determines the Core Slot multiplier.
When it comes to elements, Energy Method allows the Element Drive to possess a primary or specialised primary element that the user possesses. The Death Method instead allows the user to take a primary, specialised primary or Dual Combination technique from the body that is used to make the Element Drive. The number of Element Drives available to a Rikigaku is dependent on their rank and the number of Core Slots can further be changed with the use of Drive Seals.
Initial Price/Rank - No. of Slots - Element Drives Available D/D - 1 - 3 C/C - 2 - 6 B/B - 3 - 9 A/A - 4 - 12 S/S - 5 - 15

Name: Rikigaku Art - Golem Path: Physicka Archetype Classification: Fuinjutsu Rank: C-Rank(Variable Price) Class: Supplementary Range: Contact(Extraction, Merging)
Description: The Physicka Archetype covers cores that specifically modify the body and shell of the Golem, enhancing its basic physical attributes. These cores are split four types within the Physicka Theory; the Form Core, the Reach Core, the Dash Core and the Shell Core. These cores are created from various methods and when created and the price given, a small sphere the size of a large baseball appears in the user's hand. With this done they are then able to place this within an Element Drive and grant the effects of the Core to the Element Drive and thus any Golem that it is implanted within.
Core Types: Form Core - The Form Core is also known as the Size Core, it is created through pinning down or killing a person or creature of a size that one is looking to emulate. Upon doing so, the user places their hand upon the victim and draws forth the Core, a small glowing green metallic sphere. The first upgrade to Humanoid takes up 1 Core Slot and 1 C-Rank of chakra and each size upgrade from there takes a C-Rank of chakra and one half of a Core Slot, rounding up. So 3 full upgrades(Chibi->Humanoid->Medium(S)->Medium(M)) would cost 2 Core Slots and 3 C-Ranks of chakra.
Reach Core - The Reach Core is a rather simple one but potentially quite dangerous. This Core when added to a Golem enables the Golem to extend their physical strikes by a variable range, be it through elemental force or additional wires within the arms of the Golem. Additional reach is decided in 5 foot increments and in a ratio of 2:1 upgrades to Core Slots. Each size category a creature possesses above humanoid allows 5 feet of reach to be taken in core size. (For example, a Medium(L) creature would allow 15 feet of additional reach to be taken due to Medium(S), Medium(M) and Medium(L) for 1 and a half core slots). Each 5 foot range enhancement costs a C-Rank of chakra.
Dash Core - The Dash Core is a modification to the leg systems of a Golem through the power of the Element Drive, enabling a greater rate of movement. This can only be gained by taking it from a person or creature with a specific speed tier. D-Rank gives a 1x multiplier, C-rank gives a 1.5x multiplier up to S-Rank giving a 3x multiplier to movement. Each multiplier costs a C-Rank of chakra to gain and uses up a Core Slot, so a 2x multiplier is 3 Core Slots.
Shell Core - The Shell Core is the most defensive type of Core and is created through touching a creature or person with Defense Tiers. Each rank of defense tiers grants a C-Rank of additional durability that is needed to be overcome before the Golem is destroyed. Every 2 C-Ranks of durability granted takes up 1 Core Slot and every C-Rank of durability granted costs C-Rank chakra. This stacks to a max of a C-Rank of additional durability and thus 3 Core Slots per Core.
Name: Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique Classification: Nintaijutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: One of Seiko's earth release chakra flow using Nintaijutsu technique, mainly due to not requiring hand seals with the ground simply softening immensely the user slipping into the ground using their speed tiers in order to initiate this technique. This technique is used for sneaking and striking silently, like a fish underwater, and then suddenly appearing to the ground's surface making it a formidable underground movement technique. While moving through the ground only those with either X-rank vision, a C-rank or higher vibration sensory technique can detect the user while those who can't require Reaction Tiers equal to her own to dodge her taijutsu techniques. Furthermore, it's even more efficient when employed in a crowded area that, if the target notices something, can be overrun by the nearby masses, or with distractions like a Clone Technique to draw the enemy's attention negating the effect of, X-ray vision, muscle tension & time-slowing dojutsu as aids in dodging. When utilized in combination with the Silent Burial technique victims require either X-ray Vision or an B-rank or above Vibration Sensory technique and if they do not possess that they require 1-rank higher reaction tiers in order to dodge her taijutsu techniques.
Name: Earth Release: Underground Projection Golem Technique Classification: Nintaijutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self/Contact
Description: Requires Underground Projection Fish Technique. A modification on the basic technique, this one instead changes the basic function and adds a new one. Rather than using speed to move through the earth, it instead utilises the user's Strength to drag them through the ground. This is slightly less graceful but to most that really doesn't matter. It possesses the same hiding capabilities as Underground Projection Fish and the same reaction tier requirements when it comes to physical techniques. However, Seiko has further improved on this by being able to impart her chakra onto her Golems or Lobos to grant them the ability to use this technique, the number she can perform it on is dependent on her rank.
Rank - Number of Targets D - 1 C - 2 B - 3 A - 4 S - 5
Name: Earth Release: Prison Chamber Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Mid
Description: After performing the necessary hand-seals, the user sends their chakra into the earth, causing it to erupt upwards into a set of four triangular spikes. These do not aim at the opponent but instead around them, forming a pyramidal box around them to lock them in place. This rock is specifically hardened towards the inside to keep someone trapped, resulting in damage up to B-Rank without piercing to be ineffective from inside, while C-Rank from the outside will shatter the Chamber. In the chamber there is no light due to the earth being opaque, potentially leading to even more problems. The speed of the construction is based on the user's rank, although chakra can be spent to simulate having a rank equal to that.
Rank - Speed of Construction D - D+ C - C+ B - B+ A - A+ S - S+
Name: Lightning Release: Electrokinetic Burst Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Contact
Description: A simple technique that is used in conjunction with Golems or Lobos to enhance their basic capabilities. This technique involves taking Lightning Release and spreading it through the robot's body, causing it to gain additional energy to draw from. Once this is done, and the number of constructions it can be performed on at once is dependent on the user's rank, they gain an additional tier level to all of their physical capabilities(tiers), potentially changing the tide of a battle.
Rank - Number of Targets D - 2 C - 4 B - 6 A - 8 S - 10
Name: Metal Animation: Enhancing Touch Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: C-Rank (4 Stamina per use) Class: Supplementary Range: Contact
Description: Charging her body with energy, Seiko presses her hand to a metallic construct that isn't already under the effect of her Ronin Ability, such as a Golem or Lobo, and spreads her energy through its body. This animates the metal with a purpose to remove friction and enhance physical capabilities. Once done the construct is considered 'Animated' and Seiko has a number of tier levels dependent on her rank to spread out among the construct's own tiers to enhance them further, making the construct even more dangerous than before.
Rank - Number of Tier Levels to Spread D - 2 C - 4
Name: Earth Animation: Dirt Speak Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: C-Rank (1 stamina every round to maintain) Class: Supplementary Range: AoE
Description: By charging the dirt with her energy and activating her Ronin Ability, Seiko imprints upon it life with a single purpose, to find those that are hidden. Anyone touching the ground or under it that isn't intangible or using a B-Rank or higher physical form concealment technique will be marked out by ripples spreading out from under them whenever they move, these ripples being visible to anyone. Due to this it makes invisible or subterranean targets incredibly easy to spot and follow, the area of effect of this is dependent on Seiko's rank.

| OOC: Occassionally I'll post for Haio. Indra was sort of rethinking this whole thing she hadn't been able to really participate during the exams and didn't really know how she had gotten this far so when Seiko was talking to her she would just sigh and shrug as that was all she really could do. "Sure, I guess I'll do my best." she said before jumping into the air before making a Co-Ordinate Cube to stand on and then waiting to see what would go on through this fight. In order to make a bit more effort Indra's shadow would manifest around her revealing an indistinct shape as she hadn't solidified her particular shadow just yet as she was still unsure in life, still it was menacing enough to slowly start to intimidate her enemies. - Spoiler:
Those enemies without Barrier Tiers will suffer -2 to their Intimidation Limit every P.T (Will suffer -8 to their I.T. by my next post) Indra jumps up 15 ft (C-rank Speed + Gravity Control) then uses a Co-Ordinate Capture to give herself a platform to stand on.
Name: Shadow Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: The “Shadows” of the Kukinorite’s are a manifestation of their killing intent and/or fighting spirit. Because of this the “Shadows” can only be seen at certain points when the user’s killing intent and/or fighting spirit are at their highest. It has a unique effect where while active it makes use of the victims Intimidation Limit which is equal to their fatigue limit, but when used in conjunction with actual Killing Intent the amount the victim's I.L depletes is doubled. With each post (total) a Kukinorite's Shadow is out it constantly reduces the Intimidation limit, once fully exhausted the victims will be completely intimidated where they will faint for a period of time, however Barrier tiers equal to the user’s rank can make the victims immune to intimidation. These moments are usually at the beginning of a battle, used for intimidation purposes, or when the user uses one of their high ranking or signature techniques, Infinity Atmosphere techniques. Since the “Shadows” represent only a single person’s killing intent and/or fighting spirit every Kukinorites’s shadows take different appearances and as the user improves their “Shadows” will also improve, changing in appearance. Now if two Kukinorite’s were to do a combination jutsus, “Shadows” will also be shown but the appearance will be a fusion of the two “Shadows.” This fusion can also take place with users of Killing Intent or Fighting Spirit, allowing for high versatility with those who possess these techniques. Rank/Barrier Tier for Immunity - Intimidation Limit Depleted - Faint Duration D - 1 - 1 C - 2 - 5
Name: Wing Trick: Gravity Control Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C-rank (D-rank Recoil) Class: Supplementary Range: Short
Description: The third basic trick of this the Wing Road. This allows the user to shift their centre of gravity in order to extend the height and distance of their jumps beyond what is normally possible. This also allows easier dodging while descending from jumps as well as falling in the air which works hand in hand with the Non-Road Trick "Run" resulting in any technique which requires an air-movement technique to require 1-rank below Tier checks (Speed/Reaction etc). This trick is completely seperate from strength (height) or speed (distance) or any techniques which are used to increase either of the two. As a result it can be stacked in order to further increase the Kukinorites ability to jump in combat. Rank - Additional Jump Height - Additional Jump Distance D - 1ft - 5ft C - 5ft - 10ft
Name: Co-Ordinate Capture: Cube Classification: Fuinjutsu Rank: D-rank (Min. D-rank Chakra Price) Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Self (Shape-Weaving), Varies (Eye-Sight)
Description: This Co-Ordinate Capture is the result of the Inkan first forming forming a Cube out of chakra via Shape weaving. While the size of said cube may differ the function remains the same and it is the most basic shape an Inkan is capable of creating and thus has no additional multiplier attached to the size of the shape when initially created apart from those set by the Shape-Weaving technique. Co-Ordinate Capture: Cubes are able to seal away elemental techniques when the appropriate Elemental Seal as transmitted through it without destroying itself in the process or if said Elemental Seal is not present then equal to the Storage Seal transmitted through it at the cost of destroying itself in the process. By paying an initial price the base size of the Cube is established, however by paying multiple D-ranks the size can be increased by a set multiplier allowing for a much larger shape to be formed. (For example: An Inkan with A-rank Shape-Weaving can create a Co-Ordinate Cube with a base size of forty cubic feet (40 ft³), by paying 3 D-ranks instead of just 1 D-rank the resultant cube will be 120ft³). Current Price = Current Size = (Rank of Inkan or Rank of Shape-Weaving x Multiplier) x Price Base Seal Transmitted: (Insert Base Seal) Modification Seal(s) Transmitted: (Insert Modification Seals)

| "Not that much of a problem. Seiko can't really hide from meEeEeEeEEEEE-", Taigakai's voice grew a bit panicked as he saw Seiko rocketing her golem straight towards them. No, rather she was making it go straight towards him. She slipped into the ground, just like he knew she would. She only used one golem, and it was one of her stronger ones, so there's a good chance that she only intended to really use this one. Taigakai slipped out of the sash that kept his gourd on his back, giving Seiko some kind of hint that he was still there, and then tried to quickly use his gourd as a point to jump off into the air at C-rank speeds from and hopefully not get hit by that humanoid monster truck racing its way towards him. While in the air, he'd draw from his gourd the metal snow and compacted them into snowballs, throwing one after another at the Golem. He knew that he couldn't stay in the air forever but if he could avoid getting pinned in and trapped while an oncoming freight train of a golem barreling his way just to turn him into jam. The thought alone just wasn't something that made you feel great. At least one thing Seiko didn't seem to be aware of was heat signatures she'd give off. The sun object in the middle was a violent white but Seiko's body in the ground ws a different colour that the rest of the area around her. It's kind of funny how much heat eyes gave off. If his initial jump was successful to avoid the trap, Taigakai would make sure his movements were as erratic as he could make them. Though, considering how fast Seiko's toys were, his best bet was to get on one and hope she didn't notice. Haha, she'd probably notice. ...Most likely. At least that was something he could try to do for now. There was also that fresh face to deal with, just standing there.... Menacingly. - Spoiler:
WB Stage 1 2 C-Rank chakra and 2 C-Rank materia used
Name: Ice Release: Chilling Snowbomb Classification: Ninjutsu/Shurikenjutsu Rank: B-Rank (C-Rank chakra, C-Rank Ice Materia per snowball) Class: Offensive Range: Varies
Description: The user of this technique gathers up the requisite ice materia and gathers it into a compacted sphere in their hands before saturating it with chakra. This causes the ice to become slightly more powdered than usual, taking on the form of a snowball. These snowballs are thrown as projectiles, using the user’s tiers to determine their speed and any piercing they may possess. These snowballs, upon hitting a foe or a solid surface, detonate into a cloud of chakra infused snow, dealing Ice Release chakra damage over a radius of 40ft. The amount of damage dealt by the snowballs is dependent on the user’s Winter’s Breath. In addition, the snowbombs cause anyone struck to lose Hypothermia Limit and create floating clouds of snow and ice that hinder normal and chakra sight for 5 PT over the area of effect of the snowball and where it landed.

| Akira was noting as much as he could from the scene as quickly as he could. "Seiko's underground, kinda ruins my whole 'observation' method. That's fine, the other one's pretty out in the open so let's get to work. ... An Inkan? Interesting. I'll need to keep my eyes on them. Very interesting style though, I might have to get some tips once we're over." Cracking his neck silently, he stealthed his way ever closer with his Mask keeping his presence hidden. Time to remove someone. With a prep of his dagger, he let the shadowy daggers fly from Le Mat to stab into Indra's shadow from behind, electing the full usage. Without A++ strength, or B++ Strength and Endurance chain, she would find herself completely immobilised. As far she would be aware, she would be suddenly frozen, and Akira would continue to move, not staying in one place too long and make it even harder to see and remove the daggers herself. And to better establish the distractions, Akira had Arsene return to the picture from the opposite side, having always stayed on the very edge of his area of control, and raised it's arm, fingers clicking and unlocking, before a flurry of poisoned senbons were firing at Indra. His goal was to get Seiko above ground again, where he and Taigakai could properly deal with her. He just had to hope Taigakai could hold off the golem long enough. - Happenings:
Akira continues his stealth approach using the Mask of Ren to keep him outside of sensory, and uses Le Mat's three daggers to incapacitate Indra, who needs A++ Strength or B++ S+E chain to break out. Arsene unloads 6 sleeping poison soaked senbons each PT, going for 3 turns at 6 each turn, dealing a D-rank per senbon, and lowering slumber limit by 1 for each senbon. During Yuki's next turn unless stopped before, Arsene will fire the last 2 and empty it's tank.
- Techniques:
Name: Heart Taker: Analyse Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C Class: Supplementary Range: Mid (sight)
Description: As part of the Heart Taker Style, the user is trained to observe on the fly, to take in every bit of information, and turn that to their advantage. With the Analyse skill, the user takes note of their opponent and searches for distinguishing marks, unless they are taking special note to disguise the features that would be observed. This comes in terms of their race, their class, and their element, or specialist style if they lack element, such as puppeteer, archer, etc, the longer they are observed.
Observation Time (pt) - Stealth Observation Time (pt) - Analysis 5 - 3 - Race 10 - 6 - Class/Clan 15 - 9 - Element/Specialism
- Arsene's weapon:
Slot 3: Dream Needles
Despite Akira's dislike to poisons, he has found the perks to aiding Arsene's more typical fighting style can be useful if used in the right way. Within Arsene's fingers are housed senbons prime for soaking in poisons, with canisters stored in the wrists, that can be fired off at speeds equal to the control Akira has over his puppets, or can be used when Arsene is in range to scratch at the opponent. The senbons when fired deal only a D-rank each, the number fired increasing with Akira's rank, but the poison is what is the more powerful. Each poison soaked senbon lowers the opponent's slumber limit by a set about for each senbon, increasing with Akira's rank. Once the needles are all expended, the tank must be refilled for new needles and poison.

| A thump, another object on the ground, heavy vibrations coming from it and then nothing, no attempt to dodge. Seiko and her golem moved underground a bit more just before the snowballs hit the ground releasing more vibrations but ultimately doing nothing to her. Seiko then moved up on the back of her Golem and popped her head out of the ground, noticing Taigakai in the air and Indra getting teamed up on. It was time to do what she did best. Seiko let go of her Golem which immediately shot back towards Indra at S-Rank speeds before leaping out of the ground just behind Seiko's teammate. Raising one arm, the senbon bounced off the Golem's arm doing nothing and then it swung its fist down, annihilating the shadow daggers holding Indra in place, if she didn't dodge them, before disappearing underground once more. For Seiko's part she held her hand out of the ground and released a burst of lightning chakra to try and blind Taigakai before her other hand came up and dropped a large, sparking cylinder of metal and blue energy on the ground. She then disappeared under once more. The Activated Drive suddenly surged with energy, turning into one of Seiko's Sentinels before it dashed forwards as Taigakai fell to swing its blade through one of his arms, if successful it'd lead to a nasty burn and possibly even stunning him if his body's fortitude wasn't great enough. With that done, Seiko hummed quietly and moved further back towards the middle of the battlefield, ready to aid Indra once more or take down Taigakai if he tried anything fancy. - Spoiler:
Golem is using Strength for movement while underground, Golem has S-Rank Strength. B-Rank+ defense negates senbon damage, is a Golem so can't be poisoned either. S-Rank strength is strong enough to break shadow dagger hold. Golem retreats back underground at S-Rank speeds.
Seiko is underground, snowballs don't have Piercing. Blinding Burst is used requiring B-Rank Reaction to avoid being blinded, if chakra sight/electrolocation is possessed then it is A-Rank reaction.
Seiko activates Sentinel, Man-At-Arms, attacks at B-Rank speeds for B-Rank Lightning Release chakra damage and stuns for 2 PT unless the victim has C-Rank Endurance.
Name: Sentinel: Man-At-Arms Classification: Ninjutsu/Fuinjutsu Rank: B-Rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Varies
Description: Taking an Activated Drive, Seiko triggers it into a basic form known as the Man-At-Arms. The Man-At-Arms is around seven foot tall and seems to be clad in heavy chainmail and armed with a sword and shield. They are made of a chakra shroud corresponding to the colour of the element their Drive possesses. They have A-Rank Endurance and B-Rank speed and strength and are immune to the element that they are comprised of. They deal chakra based damage of their element and apply a status effect on each strike, dictated by the element and put next to the Sentinel but these are usually somewhat weak. In addition to this, they are intangible and immune to physical techniques, however a solid strike against the core destabilises them for an amount of time based on the user's rank, meaning they fall to the ground inert and must wait to be activated again, even while in storage. Like all other Sentinels, they are summoned at a base speed of the user's rank.
Rank - Destabilisation Period(PT) D - 20 C - 16
Name: Lightning Release: Blinding Burst Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive Range: AoE
Description: Channeling chakra into the hand, the user holds out and unleashes a massive burst of lightning straight down. This lightning however deals no damage, instead it is used to generate a massive amount of light on both the physical and chakra planes of existence. Due to this, anyone without B-Rank or higher reaction is immediately blinded for a number of PT based on the user's rank. In addition, if one possesses a dojutsu capable of electrolocation or chakra sight, they require A-Rank reaction to avoid it instead of B-Rank but the blind duration stays the same.
Rank - Blind Duration(PT) D - 4 C - 6 B - 8 A - 10 S - 12

| Indra positioned herself in the sky so she could get a nice bird's eye view of the fight and also so that she could rapidly begin siphoning wind materia into her AT's. Still that didn't mean she was a sitting duck and thus when she saw an airborne target she she would start skating woth a quick Bounce to get herself even higher in the air. It was useful that her Shadow had manifested as due to her trick usage it would contort itself and follow after her avoiding being pierced by the thrown daggers which had been aimed at it. After all it was no longer the usual shadow possessed by someone but a medium for her road to express itself and thus wasn't limited to being visible on the ground or any other surface her body blocked light on. Her Bounce would send her an extra foot into the air and she relied on her Wing Principle to allow her to skate on the very air to give her the additional height she needed to become more of a threat. It seemed her teammate was pretty skilled and she didn't want to hold her back by being dead weight as such she knew if she got high enough then they wouldn't be able to target her nor would Seiko have to split her focus to protect her. She recognized her lack of training for what it was and hopefully when this exam was over with she would rectify it though she put most of the blame on their crappy sensei. Still she needed to stall a bit longer before she could really make some moves. - gonna add in the actual techs later:

| Taigakai watched as Seiko peeked out from her hiding spot. To his surprise, she sent her golem after her teammate to protect them from Akira. A bright flash later and things were hard to see, even with his modified eyesight. The next thing he knew is that his arm was hit by something, likely one of Seiko’s golems. He motioned to reach and grab the thing, guessing from where it hit. While it was still a robot, he could still try to do damage to it. He wasn’t sure where the cores of these things were and it really didn’t help that he wasn’t able to see either. Though, Seiko’s golems were always trouble and somehow he knew that she was really using them to have him waste his energy on them instead of her. He bit on his lip as he quietly cursed that he was going to waste chakra on this, but he justified it enough that it was necessary. If he was successful at grabbing onto the sentinel, he unleashed a series of kicks with ice and snow chipping off his legs onto the Sentinel’s side and back. Hopefully that would do something. Probably not. - Spoiler:
B rank reaction tiers negate stun WB at stage 2 at Akira’s post
Name: Claws of the White Wolf Classification: Nintaijutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Passive Range: Contact
Description: Following on from the natural coldness and slowing of metabolism that increases coldness, the Toketsu's body naturally becomes able to impact and inflict excessive cold burns upon a person. Of course the power of this passive is dependent on the age of the user although the effects of the cold upon the body of the victim is a facet of the Toketsu's focus, increasing in power with their skill level. Each level of the chill however can be negated if the victim possesses Defense (for the fatigue sapping effect), Endurance (for the numbing effect) or a Defense+Endurance Tier chain (for both) equal to the rank of the Toketsu using this passive ("Z" = SS, "X" = SSS).
Skill Level of Toketsu - Effect on Body D - Slight chilling of body, saps 1 fatigue with each successful hit. C - Increase in chilling effect, cold feeling where struck, saps 1 fatigue plus 1 additionally every 3 hits. B - Heavy chilling effect, sinks deeper than just the skin. Saps 2 fatigue every strike and causes numbness unless opponent has B-Rank endurance tiers. Every third strike saps an additional 2 fatigue. A - Light frost effect, cold sinks bone deep, reduces speed, strength or endurance by one rank every third strike (Legs, Arms, Chest). Saps 3 fatigue every strike. S - Heavy frost effect, cold sinks bone deep, reduces speed, strength or endurance depending on location by 1 rank every third strike (Legs, Arms, Chest) as well as an additional sapping of 4 fatigue. Saps 4 fatigue each strike. 'Z' - Hypothermic reaction, skin turns blue, blood circulation slows. Each solid strike reduces a tier by 1 rank depending on location as of above. 5 fatigue sapped as well every fifth strike causing necrosis of skin permanently reducing the victims Fatigue limit by -10 and heavy therapy to heal their bodies (Medical Ninjutsu above S-rank). 'X' - Extreme frostbite/hypothermic reaction, skin turns black with necrosis with each strike permanently reducing the victim's Fatigue limit by -2 and reducing a tier by one rank each strike. After three strikes to the same limb it ceases to work, the blood coagulating in the veins and after twenty posts (Total) without medical treatment the necrotic part falls off due to frostbite.
Name: Ice Release: Flurry Kicks Classification: Nintaijutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Short
Description: The user builds up chakra in their legs, which is released as a series of flurries that fly at C-rank speeds when they throw a kick. The flurries themselves deal hypothermia damage, which is heightened if the user has Winter’s Breath and it is active. The elemental aspect can be melted with use of fire or heat-based techniques, but the actual kick can still go through. The Hypothermia depletion can be countered via the use of Warming or Heat-Based techniques equal to its rank, though the physical kick can still connect in order to deal C-Rank Physical damage unless defended against.

| Akira hadn't quite expected such a rapid and strong defence, and as such cut off Arsene from firing it's senbons the moment they were first being blocked. No point in wasting ammunition. He also just as quickly noticed his shadow daggers getting broken, but at least that was also done just as quickly so they could regenerate and be ready. But his tricks were getting that little shallower. Albeit his analysis was getting stronger. He really needed to up his game. He couldn't make a sound though, or he would give away his position and his Mask would be useless. Thankfully he didn't need to. Kaen was ready and waiting, and the two had worked together long enough that they understood the simplest non-verbal commands. He just threw his arm up, hand holding an imaginary ball. And then Kaen became that ball of spiritual energy. And with a wide grin, Akira performed the Unity. And suddenly, he was at his peak performance. Now he was tracking the golems just fine as his new fox-like eyes darted about, afixing everything to memory he could. Including where Seiko had popped out. Indra was a problem for his current ambush, short range style, but Seiko was a huge danger. And he still needed that bit longer to really get that big golem out of the picture. Not much longer but still, time was ticking. He could defend against Indra, and he could defend against the golem, but he was going to struggle with the offence. With a boost from the Unity, Akira once more went on the offensive against Indra though a little more personally this time. He had Arsene begin to climb in flight, only to once more use it as a stepping stone to throw himself towards the flying foe at his concealed B-rank speed. He knew not to go for killing blows, but slashing across their shoulder would hopefully take them out of the combat, and with the time spent observing, he knew just the spot to get through anything with C-rank (though this would be B-rank by Indra's turn) defence piercing along side his B-rank speed strike. - Goings On:
Performed a Unity Oversoul with Yokai spirit Kaen, granting heightened eye sight, and a max B-rank reaction tier. Uses Arsene as a jumping point to dive for Indra in the air with B-rank speed and using the reaction to follow any movement with a simple strike with his dagger

Name: Spirit Path: Over-Soul - Medium Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: A (A-rank Corruption Price at Recurrent Times) Class: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive Range: Self (Medium), Varies (Manifested Spirit)
Description: Req. Active Pact with an Obake, a Yōkai or/& a Goryō Class Spirit(s) or up to a Quick Advanced to "Goryō" Spirit. This is one of the keystones of the Spirit Path and is what allows an Ibwa to manifest their spirit into the physical plane. Over-Soul - Medium is an imperfect actualization of the Ibwa's guardian spirit through the use of the Ibwa's own body when they have a great affinity with them. When done this way they are known as a Medium and this technique is considered the advanced form of an Over-Soul due to granting the Ibwa Tier Level Boosts (stemming from Obake) while active. Upon coming into possession of an anchor the Ibwa must make the choice (Permanent) of what type of Over-Soul the particular spirit gives them. The four types of Over-Soul available with this technique are as follows: Spirit Soul - This form of Over-Soul manifests the spirit as a facsimile of the user similar to a Clone technique. They obtain a humanoid appearance unique to them, as well as weapons or tools befitting the spirit all being comprise of portions of the spirit's durability. While in this form, they can fight separately of the user, and are intangible being immune to damage from all physical based techniques. They are undetectable by any of the primary senses, however they can be picked up by other senses so long as they aren't at the Normal Levels or through sensory techniques. Likewise they possess the Tiers of the Ibwa but can utilize any of their spiritual based techniques & either (One Choice) either Physical, Chakra or Mental albeit dealing Hybrid damage when any of those choices are utilized. Weapon Soul - This form of Over-Soul manifests the spirit as an intangible weapon unique to each spirit. These weapons are versatile in their use, granting the user a bit of variation in battle due to their Intangible nature allowing them to bypass physical defenses & structures. The durability of the weapon is equivalent to that of the Spirit and they are capable of dealing Hybrid based damage & are unable to be touched by Non-Spiritual intangible objects in spite of being comprised of a Spirit. Armor Soul - This form of Over-Soul manifests the spirit as some form of intangible armor unique to each spirit. Despite being armor it does not mean that this Over-Soul is strictly defensive in nature despite granting the user immunity to physical based techniques. This armor likewise has a durability equal to that of the Spirit, possesses blocking to Hybrid based damage & are unable to be touched by by Non-Spiritual tangible objects in spite of being comprised of a Spirit. Unity Soul - This Form of Over-Soul manifests the spirit within the user's mortal coil granting the user's shadow the form of the Spirit in question while doubling the Tier Level Boosts granted while utilizing an Over-Soul. This type of Over-Soul is widely considered the most difficult to effectively use and the most dangerous due to it's techniques having reckless trade offs of corruption for more power. | Seiko was already on the move as Taigakai attempted to grab the Sentinel. Unfortunately while he was fairly quick, the Sentinel was a core surrounded by a chakra shroud, it couldn't be grabbed. The strange soldier of lightning just jumped back and let Taigakai lash out at the air around him before it moved back in, slicing at Taigai's leg this time, specifically to get him to turn towards where the Sentinel was, although really it didn't matter. This was due to the fact that once his kicks were done and both his legs hit the ground, a pair of hands erupted from the ground, grabbing his ankles and swiftly pulling him into the ground, he'd need a decent reaction tier to try and avoid it and considering the fact he was blind, it'd need to be attached to a different sense too. If Seiko was successful in pulling him underground and trapping him there, she'd gently grab his chin and whisper to him. "Stay down here or forfeit. You try anything fancy and I'll close the walls in on you. I need to go deal with your comrade now. You tried your best and I'm proud of you, Taigakai." She smiled and then swam away through the earth. She poked her head out and looked around again, noticing Indra in the air but no sign of an opponent... Or attacks. That was until Akira suddenly appeared in the air near Indra. Interesting form of stealth, Seiko mused to herself, sending a mental command to her Golem. The machine hopped out of the earth, fingers digging into the stone before it before it heaved upwards, twisted its top half and threw a nearly building sized chunk of battlefield at Akira with its monstrous strength. It was likely going to hit Indra as well, the Golem was strong not accurate but if Indra could dodge Akira she could dodge the rock and if she couldn't dodge Akira then it wasn't really a problem. - Big Rock No Jutsu:
50 foot across rock, thrown with S-Rank+ Strength, moving at S-Rank speed due to being thrown with strength, covers 25ft every PT. Probably deals S-Rank Earth Release Physical Damage? Might want to confirm that.
- Actual Techs:
Sentinels are Intangible, has B-Rank speed so can avoid the kicks by moving back.
Taigakai is still blinded by the time Double Suicide Decapitation goes off, requires C-Rank++ Reaction Tiers not tied to sight to avoid or ways of detecting Seiko before she appears.
Name: Machine Striding Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: A simple form of movement designed to facilitate speed while using the least amount of stamina possible, keeping it active for other techniques. This speed allows the user to move at C-Rank- speeds but consumes only half the relevant stamina due to the economic movement that the user possesses. In addition, if the user possesses Lightning Release, they can charge their joints with it, allowing them to generate 4 D-Ranks of Lightning Materia each PT that they are moving.
Name: Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: AoE(Movement), Contact(Grab)
Description: A simple, if dangerous, technique that involves the shinobi using chakra flow to disappear into the ground, akin to Underground Projection Fish. However, this technique is slower, moving only at C-Rank- speeds but harder to detect, requiring X-Ray vision or a B-Rank or higher vibration sensory tech to notice the user when they are underground. They are then able to surprise an opponent by grabbing them from underneath and pulling them into the softened ground, the reaction tier required to negate this is dependent on the user's speed and they are pulled into the ground up to their head, locking their body in place. This means they are unable to perform hand-seals and require at least B-Rank strength to break free of the ground or a form of underground movement themselves.

| Indra was trying to stay out of the line of fire and help in a more supportive role but it seemed that their enemies wouldn't allow her to side on the sidelines. All of a sudden she wasn't alone in the sky and all she could do was utilize a Wing Trick to try and knock Akira away from her, Her AT's would whir and the gathered wind materia she collected would burst outward and hopefully send Akira flying away from her with wind backed by B-rank force. This means if Akira was able to leap into the air to such a height before he had a chance to wound Indra he would be knocked flying while Indra would merely apply her Wing Principle again to make more platforms so that she could hopefully out run Seiko's thrown rock. Though she was merely buying time as surely Akira would be hit by it before she would be not to mention by the time it got up to her she would hopefully have gathered enough wind materia to knock it right back to the ground. - Spoiler:
Indra was already 15 ft off the ground, last post Indra jumped higher and then began to run upward Bounce + Gravity Control + Regular Jump = 18 ft (33 ft in the air) With Run (Moving at Bullet Release) + Catching Moon Drops she can run on air per use for 4 P.T = which means she has moved 10 ft higher in the air each P.T (63 ft in total) She uses Turbine to gather Wind Materia (Total Gathered by my post = (3 D + 3 D + C + C + C = A-rank in total in exchange for 5 D-ranks of Recoil Dmg) Utilizes Wing Trick: Gurētou~ingu and thus knocked anyone within 20 ft of him away using a combination of his movement and gathered wind materia (5 P.T of movement = B-rank strength knock-back)
Name: Wáṣerotapa: Bounce Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Short
Description: Drawing from the principles of the Wáṣerotapa fighting style this is one of the most basic types of footwork learnable in which the user shifts their foot rolling off the ball of their heel onto the tips of their toes before using that momentum to essentially bounce of a solid surface. The object of this is to propell one's body using the least amount of momentum and force possible relying solely on the muscles in one's calf and foot to launch one upward. Through practice the user is able to use this as a basis for some of the more advanced moved but primarily it is used to extend the user's jumping ability without the use of strength tiers. This is due to the way the user rises upward and when falling down due to gravity downward kicks are given more force depending on how high the user was prior to dropping down. The rider is capable of creating a surface of air through differential pressures, essentially granting the user flight. In actuality the user is able to skate on air without the constain drain on their chakra reserves by their chakra skates to facilitate it. This technique uses the Wind Materia she has collected and stored within her AT and releases it, the strength of the wind is complete dependant on the how long she was moving prior to releasing her wind materia; dealing knockback to whomever and whatever it comes in contact with within its 20 feet radius. | It was only a brief moment after Taigakai touched the ground that he felt the ground soften before he was dragged into the ground just up to his neck. At least that's what it looked like before his body exploded into a puff of dust revealing a log sticking out of the hole Seiko probably would have buried Taigakai in. He blinked a few times but it looked like he was able to see again. Seiko seemed more trained on Akira right now and scanned around for her since she was still likely in the ground. When he had an idea of where she was, he flashed through handseals and stepped to close in some distance with her, betting on her attention sticking to Akira. Taigakai's hands touched the ground and watching lightning crack and arc through stone aiming to at least catch Seiko off guard. He wasted no time after, generating a large amount of chakra enriched snow around the area that was difficult to see with normal eyes if at all. There was a noticeable chill in the air, which seemed to get even colder around where Taigakai was. He packed the snow into two snowballs, aiming one at where Seiko was and the other at the golem. - brb changing my title to ice gremlin:
Name: Body Replacement Jutsu Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A
Description:This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach using the Body Flicker Technique, the moment an attack hits.
Name: Lightning Release: Circuit Floor Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive Range: AoE
Description: With this technique, the user performs the necessary handseals before channeling their lightning release chakra into the ground. This causes a large pulse of lightning to suddenly explode around them, covering the ground with electricity at Bullet Release speeds. If anyone is contact with the ground then they are electrocuted, being dealt a C-Rank of lightning release damage and stunned for a single post total unless they possess C-Rank endurance, D-Rank endurance allows movement but at a reduced rank in speed due to the spasms from the lightning. This however is more dangerous when utilised with a conductive material as the electricity moves at B-Rank speeds and deals B-Rank damage, spreading out to the edge of the conductive material rather than the base technique's Area of effect.
Name: Ice Release: Winter's Snowdrift Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: A-Rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: AoE
Description: This technique is designed to be able to work alone as well as being able to be combined with any of the other Frozen Colosseum techniques to enhance the base power of this one. Some Toketsu rely a lot more on Ice Materia and their Winter's Breath to fight opponents rather than utilising chakra and Winter's Snowdrift was made to aid with this style of fighting. When activated, it alters the temperature of a large area, causing snow to fall rapidly, piling up around the Area of Effect. This snow is able to be used for ice materia requirements and the amount generated each PT is dependent on the user's Winter's Breath. In addition, this technique saturates the area with Ice Release chakra, naturally enhancing the Winter's Breath of any Toketsu standing within it, causing it to go up at double the normal rate, making it power up incredibly fast while fighting within this area, although this effect is lost if an area clearing technique good against Ice Release is used. Lastly, while in this area, Non-Toketsu experience a loss of 3 from their Hypothermia Limit each round that they stand in it.
Winter's Breath - Ice Materia Produced Each PT Stage 0 - C-Rank Stage 1 - 2 C-Ranks(1 B-Rank) Stage 2 - 4 C-Ranks(2 B-Ranks or 1 A-Rank and 1 C-Rank) Stage 3 - 6 C-Ranks (3 B-Ranks, 2 A-Ranks or 1 S-Rank) Stage 4 - 8 C-Ranks (4 B-Ranks, 2 A-Ranks and 1 B-Rank or 1 S and 1 B-Rank) Stage 5 - 10 C-Ranks (5 B-Ranks, 3 A-Ranks and 1 C-Rank or 1 S-Rank, 1 A-Rank and 1 C-Rank.)
Name: Ice Release: Black Ice Effect Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Supplementary/Passive Range: Self (Ice Release)
Description: The Toketsu have found that by altering the way they cycle their chakra they can alter the properties of their Ice Release and grant it additional effects and weaknesses. Taigakai himself has not only learned how to do this with his Ice Release, but also found a new effect to apply to it. This changes his Ice Release techniques so that they are fully transparent, being much more difficult to pick up on with traditional senses. This adds a Reaction requirement equal to 1-Rank above the speed at which a Ice Release technique is moving in order to accurately gauge the position and direction of the technique. For those techniques that are stationary, it is much more difficult to sense, being completely invisible to even enhanced eyesight, requiring a Heat or Chakra Sensory technique equal to the rank of the Ice Release technique to detect. Ice Release techniques that are made specifically with Black Ice are known as “Black Ice Style”.
Winter’s Breath - Area covered - Tier Reduction [PT] Stage 0 - 10 - 2 Stage 1 - 15 - 4 Stage 2 - 20 - 6 Stage 3 - 25 - 8 Stage 4 - 30 - 10 Stage 5 - 35 - 12
Winter’s Breath - Damage Dealt - Hypothermia Limit Drain(Per snowball) Stage 0 - C - 2 Stage 1 - C+3 D - 3 Stage 2 - B - 4 Stage 3 - B+C - 5 Stage 4 - A - 6 Stage 5 - A+B - 7

| Up close Akira attempted to swipe, but without Arsene literally at his side, something that would have given him away all too much, he couldn't quite reach. It just was not working out the way he wanted, his opponent was just too damn slippery, even for his abilities. He just couldn't get high enough. Deciding to just drop back down, his swipes at air having given him away as his Mask of Ren's ability cut out when he attempted, he came face to face with... a god damn rock! And honestly... Akira knew where he had fucked up. "Sorry Kaen," He muttered, bracing himself for the smash against his body. He had unsynced with his spirits before, but this was... this was an experience. He hadn't had the connection shattered like this before, as Kaen was forcibly ejected from his body by the amount of damage thrown his way. However once it was over, he tapped his mask to ensure it reactivated and dropped to the ground, dashing from the landing spot to ensure he wasn't be tracked again. This fight really did suck. Now Kaen was struggling to reform and wouldn't be able to before the end of the fight. So, he needed to work on slowing things down, biding his time. With the sentinel on the field now too, it just gave him another opponent to watch out for. If only he'd followed the traditional puppeteer style, maybe he'd be in a much better position. Rushing across the field he attempted to stab the shadow daggers from Le Mat down in to the golem's shadow to freeze it in to place using all three daggers again. He knew they could be broken by the larger golem, but it would still take up their time to deal with, and in the meanwhile would slow things down. Continuing on he rushed past Taigakai and whispered. "Call out direction if you see your cousin, I'll have Arsene unload some senbons on her hopefully." And then he was gone again, finding a little spot to continue to observe Indra and the Golem. He was going to find out exactly how to defeat the golem, and keep Indra from counterattacking. | |

| A series of ripples danced through the ground as Taigakai moved, keying Seiko in to exactly where he was coming from. She sent out a mental command as her Sentinel dashed forwards and slid past Taigakai, slashing his leg as it done so. When he sent electricity through the earth, the Sentinel slammed its blade down and crouched, absorbing the vast majority of the chakra that burst forwards, protecting Seiko who had moved to a section just behind the Sentinel. Seiko's head was still above ground and she turned, watching the field. Akira reappeared throwing daggers at the Golem's shadow. Seiko hummed quietly and tapped the ground around her. Shackles would suddenly explode upwards from the ground to wrap around Akira's limbs and pull him down, for the moments they were firing up they moved incredibly fast, however if they hit him they'd rapidly darken in colour and become incredibly hard to break. The Golem didn't even seem to care about the Daggers as it leaped forwards, shattering their hold over the Golem and causing it to land behind Taigakai whereupon it spun, its hand opened and flat to slam into Taigakai's side and try and knock him out, it specifically weakened its blow so it wouldn't kill him or break too many things. For her part, Seiko vanished under the ground again at C-Rank speeds, letting the snow slam into the ground above her and fade away. She might not have been able to see them but she could see Taigakai making throwing motions and that was dangerous enough as far as Seiko was concerned. - Spoiler:
Golem using S-Rank strength to break daggers and land next to Taigakai before backhanding him. Only going as far to knock him unconscious if it lands.
14 Stamina used to create Shackles, speed them up to A-Rank+ speed, if they land then they quickly turn to A-Rank physical durability, requiring A-Rank+ to break them or A-Rank damage.
Name: Earth Animation: Shackles Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: C-Rank(2 Stamina per use) Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Long
Description: Channeling her ability, Seiko touches the ground and unleashes her energy into it. This causes the ground to come to life in a minor way, following a single purpose; to restrain her enemies. The ground lurches upwards and turns into a series of shackles that leap towards enemies. If successful, the enemy is grabbed around the waist, throat, ankles and wrists, chaining them to the ground and preventing them from moving. The speed that these shackles move, the strength required to break them and the number of targets hit is dependent on Seiko's rank.
Rank - Speed of Shackles - Strength to Break - No. of Targets D - D+ - D+ - 1 C - C+ - C+ - 1
Name: Earth Animation: Earth Density Deregulation Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: C-Rank(stamina price varies) Class: Supplementary Range: Contact
Description: Seiko uses her ronin ability and physical energy to impart Life and a goal upon the earth that she touches; become softer and increase speed. When used, the earth becomes softer, easier to break but also much lighter, allowing it to move much faster than usual while being much less difficult to destroy. This means that any earth technique involving Deregulated earth is incredibly fast but very, very easy to break. The speed increase and durability decrease is decided by how much stamina Seiko uses.
Stamina Price - Speed Increase - Durability Decrease 2 - 1-Rank - 1-Rank 4 - 2-Ranks - 2-Ranks
Name: Earth Animation: Earth Density Regulation Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: C-Rank (Stamina Price Varies) Class: Supplementary Range: Contact
Description: Seiko uses her ronin ability and physical energy to impart Life and a goal upon the earth that she touches; become harder and resist damage. With this done, the earth she uses this one becomes denser and much more difficult to break, the end durability to physical techniques being based on how much stamina she puts in. However due to this, any earth technique this is used on, when called to move, moves slower depending on the end density of the Earth due to being much heavier and much more unwieldy.
Stamina Price - Physical Durability - Speed Decrease 2 - D - 1-Rank 4 - C - 2-Ranks 6 - B - 3-Ranks 8 - A - 4-Ranks

| Indra would remain in the air after using another co-ordinate cube to pick a stationary position where she knew she couldn't be attacked. To that end she was waiting to see of Seiko could handle both opponents while she merely waiting for her Shadow to do it's work. At this point she knew that she just needed to wait about the same amount of time as they had been fighting for the battle to be over. This was because eventually they would be so intimidated that they'd faint and even though she hadn't made the greatest contribution she'd be able to win. On the other hand she could use this fight to gather all the wind materia she would need for her other fights as ot would make her more effective in the long run which sje felt was a good strategy for the time being. - Spoiler:
IL of Akira and Taigakai should be depleted by -26 at this point due to being depleted by -2 every P.T.

| Taigakai clicked his tongue and sighed as he saw the Sentinel absorb the electricity. Of course it would. Seiko and her friggin stupid robots were super annoying to deal with. He was still distracted looking where Seiko was going until he caught something moving in his periphery. Unfortunately, he was too late as her golem landed right next to him with an arm moving over in front of its ‘stomach’ and a violent spin as it let its arm out. For a brief moment, everything moved in slow motion as he saw the Golem’s arm slam right into his side enough to knock the air right out of him and then some. Feeling the air get knocked out of him was wild. It felt like a gasp in reverse. Not only that, his vision turned strange. Everything blacked out for a brief moment. What few seconds he could see turned into a violent shake as the world spun around him. From the outside, the golem had sent him flying and tumbling into the ground hard. Everything hurt. In the last few moments he could stay conscious, Taigakai knew trying to go against Seiko was pretty useless and he was starting to question why they tried in the first place. Though he figured, just giving up would probably make him feel worse than losing to someone who made killer drones for a living. Oh well. Maybe next time. - Spoiler:
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

| Watching his partner taken out by the slam from the golem, Akira felt he could very well have had it. He could draw the round out, keep going until he had the perfect strategy to get rid of the golem. But... it was two against one, his Arsene was the only one still on show and he knew he wouldn't have time to repair any serious damage his favourite puppet might take. Kaen was knocked clean of his body and currently reforming slowly. With a sigh, he hurried towards his knocked out partner, removing his mask to completely reveal himself. "Stop! I'm beaten," He called out to signal his own forfeit, checking on Taigakai. With a wave of his hand, Arsene moved swiftly across and returned to his side. "I could keep going, I could keep avoiding you, but I think we learned with that dumb rock throw that I can't get a hit in on either of you. I know when I'm beaten." | |
