| Personal Info Name: Seran Kurogane Alias: Age: 10 Gender: Male Height: 4'8" Weight: 78Ibs Zodiac Sign: Aquarius Personality: Seran approaches life with a fairly calm perception. He is always trying to be upbeat and look on the upside of things, and has never before shown any signs of anger, hatred or sadness in his short life. He often prefers being the backup character thats there to support others in their life. Being the center of attention just normally isnt for him. He is real easy to get along with and is normally the opposite of rebellious. Though to be frank he doesnt even know himself. He sees all this as normal, as would most people. But to the observant, this is so unlike a person. If anything it would seem almost robotic and cold hearted. But is he like that? Seran doesnt even know himself. Appearance: - Age 10-12:

History: Seran's history is pretty uneventful for only being 10. He never cried as a child when he was born or even when he got hurt. He never got mad when he was told he couldnt do something and always did what he was told to do. His parents were somewhat off put by this as he had the wild Kurogane blood within him coupled with that of the Dakar, however his Cypher blood shouldnt make him like this no matter how dominant it was. His grandfather, however, saw this as a great benefit and told his father to put him into the academy. With how Seran never whined and always did as commanded, he would more than make a very good soldier that would not sway from his superiors and from his loyalties. And this eventually became to be true as while he was in the Academy he did not disturb classes or act out, he studied diligently and always made high marks. He wasn't necessarily a genius, he simply just did as he was told and studied every day without violating from that course, making him pass with one of the highest marks in his class. All in all he should be a perfect child, but still, something disturbed his parents from his behavior. From birth they are suffer vision deterioration requiring them to make use of glasses however after their prime has passed they experience blindness. This can not be corrected through transplants however in comparison to normal blindness.

Description: Possessing an innate affinity with Steel release itself, Seran is capable of altering steel objects into a liquid metal that can then be sealed within himself as a form of storage that he can call upon, automatically reverting them to their original state before conversion. This can make him into a walking armory if supplied right, one that can easily bypass security checks and allowing him to get close to unsuspecting targets while 'unarmed', giving quite the surprise for whoever is fighting him, as they would never know what he would pull out next. However, the maximum rank he can naturally convert and store are items in equal rank to himself or below. The amount he can store varies as he becomes stronger, and the speed of conversion can be altered with 500 word weekly trainings. Once Seran is A rank or higher and has maxed the speed at S/S+ rank, he can then do 1000 word weekly trainings to increase the speed to SS and SSS. Description: Being a Kurogane already brings ones body to the verge of unnatural transformations. Being a Dakar on top of this further brings about a body that is capable of naturally changing. Seran's zodiac sign is that of the Gemini, the twin, and due to that his body has taken its own natural process from both Kurogane and Dakar Zodiac transformations allowing his body to alter itself by merely touching another creature. This allows his body to copy a body part of a creature as well as becoming able to utilize some of its own physical techniques. However, he can only utilize a certain amount, though the amount does increase as he himself grows stronger. The amount of body parts capable of being mimiced also increases in time, however, unlike the techniques he can only copy a body part once per time he touches them while he only needs to touch someone once to temporarily utilize their physical techniques. additionally he can only utilize the physical techniques with the duplicated body part as it retains the muscle memory for the technique. However, the physical techniques he copies cannot be above his own rank, and techniques that are signatured or race exclusive take up 2 Phyiscal Technique slots rather than 1, while specific person exclusive techniques cannot be copied at all.
Copying the limbs of races he does not belong to (human/fauna) takes up 2 limb slots rather than one. Because of his Kurogane Transformation you will be able to copy the limbs of animals that matches his transformation's classification (i.e. Mammalian, Piscine etc) like he would copy that of someone who is the same race as you, though copying Fauna of other classifications will require 2 slots, while the classification's natural enemy (i.e. Piscine vs Avian, Reptilian vs Mammalian, Insectoid vs Amphibian) will require 3 slots. The number of technique slots taken for Physical techniques belonging to the races/animal classifications you and your trans animal don't belong to will follow the same trend. The duration he can maintain the limb and technique usage also follows a similar trend. Description: The Kurogane clan member has control over their fives senses. They can make their five senses increase or decrease. An example would be increasing your eye site to see long distances, increasing smell to smell poison or far away things, increasing hearing to hear whispers or talking from another building, or decreasing your sense of touch so you won't feel pain from an attack. You can also make it to where you decrease your senses making you blind, deaf, or even unable to taste. Though these each have a downside. An example would be a bright flash of light would temporarily blind a person making them unable to see even with control over their site, a loud noise would harm ones ears drastically if they had their hearing increased, or unable to feel how much damage they have taken making them unable to know when they should stop or if they have broken something. This technique can be used whenever, but takes 1 post to change 1 of the original 5 senses likewise a Kurogane has 100% in each of them (500% in total) since in order to increase one sense another must be lowered however all can be lowered to complete sensory loss without being required to raise any others. Description: A clan member is born with another sense which is linked with the ability of most animals to detect when their lives are in danger. Call it a heightened sense of killing intent but it is in fact much more than that despite only being limited to picking up threats to that specific Kurogane's life. Because of this sense their reflexes are top notch and they are able to engage in combat even in total darkness relying on their opponents to make the first move so that they can "sense" it and react accordingly to get themselves out of said danger. Despite this those with the absence of killing intent as well as those without the intention to kill can cause this sense to not be able to pick up their attacks. Depending on the Kurogane's age this sense grows more refined over time as the older a Kurogane the more attune they are to detecting when killing intent is being utilized on them as well as the speed of things which can trigger their 6th Sense. Name: Dead Bone Pulse Classification: Nintaijutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description:This is an additional ability of the Kurogane clan which gives them the ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure. By infusing their calcium with chakra, they could manipulate the growth and properties of their bones to their liking. This allows them to create weapons of bones that can either protrude from any part of the body, or pulled out and used like hand held weapons. Any bone that they remove from the body immediately regenerates, as does the skin that is damaged when the bones are removed however the speed at which the injuries heal vary and as a result the user if not careful can bleed out from producing bones too carelessly. Users can increase the density of the created bones, making them stronger than steel. This carries over to every one of their taijutsu based life release techniques and with rank they generally increase in power and strength capping out at S-rank in which even life release ranked at C-rank have the durability of an S-rank simply because the density of the bones have been increased to unparalleled levels. which even life release ranked at C-rank have the durability of an S-rank simply because the density of the bones have been increased to unparalleled levels. Description: Kurogane Clan members have an unnaturally high resistance to diseases being immune to all organic (2-ranks above) and inorganic (1-rank above) parasite based diseases and infections. Likewise when encountering new artificial diseases which have at least one part deriving from parasites (equal rank and below only) the Kurogane clan member's body will naturally produce antibodies within their blood before circulating it through the body to cure them of it. When it comes to diseases from things other than parasites however the Kurogane Clan member has an increased tolerance with the diseases effect countdown or it's effect duration being modified depending on what type of disease it is (Viral, Bacterial, Fungal etc) However due to not stemming from parasites the Kurogane Clan members body is unable to naturally produce antibodies to become immune to it. Description: The Dakar each have the Life Release genetic structure which comprises their body allowing their life release techniques to not require a chakra price in exchange for being able to create and utilize physical damaging life release techniques. However a Dakar's genetic structure is incomplete this is due to their Core being clear at birth, it is only upon the Dakar gaining an element that they are capable of utilizing chakra based life release for no cost with them learning a Fighting Style which entails combining their Life Release with their Core Element to give their bones the properties of said element. A Dakar can only choose a core element once in their lifetime which is done by surviving an elemental based technique after being hit by it.

Name: Reject Classification: Fabrication Rank:C-rank Class:Supplementary Range:N/A
Description:The Dakar sees ahead of what would happen and predicts the move of his/her opponents allowing them to efficiently "reject" that fate and reverse time back to before the opponent made that move. Similar to all other get out of jail free cards this technique is only capable of being used ONCE per topic.
Name: Fabricate Classification: Fabrication Rank: D-rank Class:Supplementary Range: Short
Description: This technique allows the Dakar to utilize Fabrication via Eye-Sight rather than through Proximity at the cost of utilizing hand seals to weave it together. In normal situations depending on the strength of the Fabrication technique it has a set maximum proximity trigger radius however now depending on the user's skill level they are capable of triggering any Fabrication as long as long as they can see their target by the time they complete their hand seals.
Name: Right Classification: Fabrication Rank: D Class: Offensive Range: AoE (5 Foot Radius)
Description: The user of this Fabrication sends an impulse to the targets mind to throw off their aim somewhat. This technique gives the suggestion for the target to aim slightly to the right. Aim is essential in fighting which this technique was created to disrupt. To resist one must first realize they are not doing what they wanted and then need either D rank.strength or barrier tiers.
Name: Alone Classification: Fabrication Rank: C Class: Support Range: AoE (10 Foot Radius)
Description: Alone is a unique Fabrication developed to gain the jump on targets mid fight. The user sends an impulse of chakra to the targets mind tricking it with a layer of chakra to make the target think they are alone and that no one was currently around them to cause them to stop mid action from confusion. Of course this only lasts two posts before the chakra dissipates and reveals others are nearby by unclouding their vision. This is done by the chakra attacking a portion of the mind that effects memory and sight, tricking it, not erasing, into believing no one was around and by copying the scenery into their vision without living creatures in the image. C Rank barrier tiers reduce the time by one post before remembering. B rank barrier tiers negate the technique completely.

Description:Because Dakar constantly leak out excess chakra they had to find a way to utilize that excess chakra as an offensive move creating Shock Wave. In recent times now every time they strike an object they release all of the excess chakra in their body at that point causing either a powerful knock back pulse all around their body when they strike inanimate objects, or have the ability to immobilize an opponent as their body goes through shock for one post.

Name: Iaido Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D-rank (Cypher Only) Class: Offensive Range: Close (Proximity to Trigger), Short (+Displacement Aura)
Description: Iaido refers to a specific style of kenjutsu that is concerned with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard. The linear motion and force applied to draw the sword from its scabbard result in much faster slashes than ones realised with the sword already drawn. This is explicitly used by Cypher simply due to their mastery of weapon based combat which allows them to literally stop opponents from preforming equal rank ninjutsu if they are within a set amount of of the opponent and use this technique. If the opponent doesn't stop however they will sustain damage thus interrupting them from completing their technique & causing them to waste the chakra used in the technique requiring hand-seals. Iaido is very specific in it's timing and proximity to determine the exact speed at which an Iaido technique can intercept hand seals at a set speed, Iaido techniques are by definition Contact range, any time an Iaido technique has any rage above Contact (Short, Mid & or Long) it means it involves the use of Displacement Aura to extend the range. If the Cypher lacks that type of Displacement Aura then the rage is dropped back down to Close or whatever the max range they can get when utilizing displacement aura. Description: Adhering to the principles of Iaidō, the user performs a quick and powerful slash with their sword in order to cut the intended target, before immediately resheathing the blade afterwards. This technique is a powerful C-rank technique simply due to the speed in which it is preformed as it can slice a person moving at C-rank speed as if it was nothing. In addition when the user has speed tiers the damage is increased by 1-rank above the user's speed tiers, if they have reaction tiers above C-rank the speed of the opponent they can slice is increased to be equivalent with their reaction tiers. Name: Steel Release: Dance of the Kaguya Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D Class: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary Range: Short-Mid
Description: Due to the abnormal change in Seran's Genetic Structure to Steel release through his technique Iron Structure, the normal Kaguya Dances associated with the Kurogane clan have altered into Steel Release rather than Life Release. The Dance of the Kaguya is a fighting style revolving around the manipulation of the bones within one's body which was popularized by the Dakar initially however the Kurogane clan is what truly gave this fighting style recognition. Despite that they did not ever lay claim to them merely utilizing their own unique bone structure to take it to new levels. Mujin learned this fighting style from his own sensei fully intent on passing it down to his own students. The Dance of the Kaguya is known for fluid movements in arcs or spins like a nimble dancer allowing for a high degree of balance and flexibility. This prevents the user from being knocked off balance by D-rank and below techniques while giving this sense of balance to all of the techniques in it's line each being able to serve in place of a same rank balancing technique to offset knockback. When utilized by a Dakar due to possessing the Life Release Genetic structure, or in Seran's case, Steel Release Genetic Structure, all of the Dances are labeled Taijutsu however deal no damage to the user's skin to preform. When utilized by a Kurogane they are also labeled as Taijutsu however deal damage to the user's skin (1-rank below rank of technique) in addition to being painful to use (equal rank pain to rank of technique) to produce which is offset by Dead Bone Pulse as well as being useful for dispelling genjutsu on the user. Regardless of the type utilized all of the techniques stemming from Dance of the Kaguya deal Steel Release Physical Damage.

Name: Trick Shot Classification: Shurikenjutsu (Cypher Only) Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Cypher have an acute sensing ability allowing them to react to speeds one rank above them. This sensing ability works hand in hand with their hand eye co-ordination allowing them to accurately hit moving opponents with thrown items as long as the opponents speed is equal or lower than the rank of their Reaction Tiers.
Name: Trick Shot: Boomerang Throw Classification: Shurikenjutsu (Cypher Only) Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self (Projectile)
Description: The user throws the Shuriken putting a unique spin on it so that it makes a wide arc before returning back to the user. Shuriken thrown using this technique move at Bullet release speeds. In addition if used on large opponents it is possible to do twice the damage to them if the first hit lands as the second one will land as well.

Description: This technique stems from the amount of willpower people put into their blows, Cypher have learned to harness this willpower and translate it into a sort of an invisible physical aura which allows them to extend the range of their Taijutsu and Kenjutsu by 1 foot. Meaning if the blow seems like it didn't connect due to the opponent narrowly dodging it the blow will still hit them albeit at a 1-rank lower than the original damage simply due to the physical aura which envelops them in battle. This makes engaging in a physical battle with a Cypher a very high risk for amateurs in close ranged combat.

Description:An advanced version of swift release. Although the user is able to move at extremely high speeds the sudden motion has an adverse effect on the body and multiple movements using the technique and permanently paralyze the user and as such it is limited to 5 times a day with out any ill effects, 7 times will land the user in a hospital for two days 9 would permanently paralyze the user.
