Captain Boomerang & Wolfboy (Mirstone City South Quadrant)

Rai let out a string of curses when he heard Armenezra's voice, of all the people he had to run into while trying to purchase something it had to be him. He would frown though his mask hid it perfectly the lone eye that was visible would immediately glare at the pages in front of him as his fellow Marked began speaking. Eventually when Armenezra's rant came to an end Rai would sigh and look away from his book towards the individual who had placed his hand on his shoulder. "I enjoy reading erotica, especially this one, the sex scenes are very well detailed and their is an actual cohesive plot line with well thought out and intriguing characters. Besides, technically quelling riots isn't even my jurisdiction I'm just taking a break from the Wildlife Preserve to pick up the latest release. Rai said before returning to his book deeming that a suitable response to what Armenezra had been talking about.

However when his companion screamed out what the fuck he would sigh again and pause in his reading. "Ugh, fine. Just..go ahead I'll meet up with you this won't take too long since people are actually getting off of the line thanks to you." he said and sure enough with Armenezra's appearance some of those on line had actually decided to walk away. Some of them were the more shifty sort who were into genin porn, but Rai wasn't one of those who judged you know? But he figured they probably thought they were going to get arrested or something and decided to skedaddle before they could be apprehended.

The South Quadrant was actually the most tame in regards to the rioting, this was because they were more so listening to one of the men in white give a speech about the short comings of the Bachiatari and how all of these foreigner were taking away their jobs and making it hard for people to make a living. Each time the lead speaker made a point the crowd would shout yeah and there would be cheering. So far no one had decided to intervene, but that could be because the Medjay who were originally stationed around had actually disappeared, whether that was because they went to get reinforcements or because rather than get involved with a hostile crowd they instead ran away. Or perhaps something else had happened to them..who knew.

Armen didn't pay mind to what was happening around him when speaking with Rai. It wasn't like he didn't know such places existed, he simply didn't want his little brother figure to be there. This sense of being over protective mostly comes from Armen's misunderstanding on how perverse Rai's mind already was prior to joining the Bachiatari. Maybe this was Rai's way of dealing with his tainted past and stolen innocence. All Armen could do is try to be there for him the best he knew how, because in his mind; mature or not, Rai was still a kid. He paused a bit wondering if he should correct Rai about what's in his jurisdiction but alas that could probably cause more friction than Armen ruining his one day off. Rai would tell him to go on ahead, and Armen would do just that; thinking that Rai probably remained in the line to get his money back for the smutty book that they sold him. After all " He a good kid" , was Armen's unchanging opinion of him.

So he went on ahead noticing the crowd,*cheering* and thankfully no bijuu in sight. *poof!* He performed his transformation jutsu in order to take the form of a white man. This wasn't his go to transformation, but judging by the pigment of the crowd, if one is going to blend in, then well ..blend in. *clap* *clap* *clap!* He would clap being a short distance away from the crowd and make his way closer.

" Ohhhhh Yes! Its bout damn time someone spoke out bout dem sum bitches! Dat damn Bachiatari is dem bitches dat im talking about! YEEEEEE Buddy! U speaking that Hot Sweaty Dog on Truth Right der Compadre! " He'd try to join the crowd, steadily making his way in and placing a supportive hand on a crowd members shoulder. His eyes started to tear up a bit. He'd look up to the speaker and began to get a bit more emotional. It looked as if he couldnt contain it until at last he would raise his hand and speak out. *thud* ..*thud* He'd tap his chest proudly " My Name is Hank .. Hank Bomblue! And.. And I just cant take der shit no more! I'm sorry preacher but i jus gotta testify! I grab da papers some time ago and i read the darnest thang! Productivity and Jobs have gone up, 200% since the medjay have come to town." He'd shake his head in disgust. He'd shake his fist appalled by the knowledge that he'd acquired about productivity. " But IIIIIII DON'T WANNA WORK! AND I DIFFINITELY DON'T WANT NO OUTSIDERS DOING MY WORK FOR ME! We been taken care of by those Bachiatari nutmongers! I miss dem good ol days when we use to sit on our porches and STARVE!" *shake* *shake* *shake* He'd shake his fist rallying the crowd with him against the Bachiatari. " I wanna STARVE! I WANNA STARVE!"

When Hank Bomblue started speaking the men in white would take notice of him and the crowd would listen, he made some nice points especially the bit about not wanting outsiders to do his work for him. And just like that the rest of the crowd would begin to chant Starve!. "Indeed, Those Medjay don't understand our way of life, they are filling this place with those Nova, and Zireh, we need to rise up and push them out of our fine city! Outsiders don't belong here, down with the Bachiatari" The man in white would say to cheers from the crowd and it would seem that Hank Bomblue would set off a chain reaction which would turn the otherwise peaceful albeit radical gathering in a full fledged riot. The gathered individuals would begin to spread out each of them grabbing whatever they could and going to stores and other institutions set up by the Bachiatari to try and break in, demolish and steal. It would seem that Hank Bomblue was merely the match that set off this powder keg of a rally.

As he expected they would cheer along agreeing with his statements mindlessly. That was when the real threats were made clear to him. The crowd were just emotional pawns ready to take charge on any matter so long as someone points the way. The offenders taking advantage of the situation were the men in white who themselves had logic built on sand. *Roar!* the crowd ignited marching forward in different directions to wreck havoc on the city. Fortunately it was as Hank wanted, he was subconsciously given a voice in the crowd the moment the speaker acknowledged him. So the crowd moved away fairly slow and so he'd be given enough time to grab their attention yet again by making his way onto the vacant spot that the speaker once stood.

" NOOOOOO! MY FOLKS THATS WHAT THEY WANT US TA DO! Somethin... they want us to do something. My friends, why do you think out of all the articles... Out of all the corn hole digging articles the one they print out here the most is on productivity?! Productivity Folks! I didnt know da fuck dat meant so i asked my good ol neighbor. SEXY neighbor wit tha slim ass and da big boobs that can feed a whole country. Who also happens ta be ma cousin! I asked her... whats dis productivity and my friends and my leaders, you know what she said?" Hank would look at the men in white knowing that they would understand his point faster than the crowd. Afterall they were the enlightened ones. " Ma Compadres! Comrades! Brothers! Sisters! .... My Leaders in white to the east, north, west, south, and north west! She said wit her fine juicy self!" *grind * He'd stiffly move his hips in a sexual motion , confusing some but getting the crowd to hopefully take interest in his hot cousin and listen to his story that doubled up as a warning so they may not fall for Bachiatari's trap.

" She said.. productivity means doin something?! Them sly girl scouts want us ta do something. They want us to rise up! and get ta work and clean da foreign mess that dey made! Why u think they tell us.. Hey get yo lazy ass on up! Get a job!" *points* He directs his speech to a lady in the crowd."Did ya wake up this morning?! yea? well that sounds productive enough for me!" *THUD!* He crashes to his to his knees seemingly tired and in need of his fellow leaders to lift his spirits." Dats Shit! Shit i tell ya.. I will not have it! We will not have it! So lets spit on their smug faces by just going home! Lets go home! lets go home! lets go home! Leaders to da South we're going home, leaders to da East were going home, North were going home, West were going home, North west we're going home. All my brothers and sisters and Leaders in white say it with me. We're going home! We're going home!"

Hank Bomblue also known as Armenezra the master of barricading and strategic redirection. He had done just that giving Rai enough time to catch up and take note to where the crowd leaders were and what they wore. Hopefully he'd take a smart approach with his genius level IQ and take out those leaders silently and without fatality. If in the worst case the leaders only used those outfits as a decoy, Hank would string his next trap.

Rai had managed to obtain the book he was waiting for, in fact he even managed to be one of the few of the a signed copy left by the author who unfortunately couldn't be present today because of their business. Still that meant he didn't have to search around for one of the eccentric novelist's random appearances within the the various factions in the world. Either way he had immediately stored his other prised possession in a storage seal and began reading the new book immediately becoming engrossed in the story. However upon hearing the shouts of Mark Bomblue he would sigh before looking up from his book to briefly scan the surroundings. He saw the various groups gathering up and would make a cross hand seal causing identical copies of himself to materialize. There were five in total and with that he would turn around before walking away leaving handling the protestors to his shadow clones while he did things more important to him.

The shadow clones would split up each of them moving over to one of the groups and standing in front of them essentially forming a barricade in front of whatever they wished to do while the last one would remain in the center pretending to be the real Rai and continuing to read it's copy of his novel. "Please stand down, whatever it is you are protesting about resorting to violence will force an equivalent response done to you. It's best for your own sake that you remain peaceful." Each of the clones said trying to state very clearly that if they continued to riot that they would be arrested.

Indeed Hank Bomblue had a voice, unfortunately the problem with the masses was that they tended to only hear things which applied to them and then ignored everything else, something that the men in white were skilled at taking advantage of. "We are going home! But the perfect way to make sure we don't gotta be productive is by making sure no one is productive right my brethen?!" the crowd would agree even though the various Rai were standing there to try and prevent them from doing anything. "You see, even though we haven't done anything yet the Medad are moving against us, constantly limiting what we can and can't do. So what do I say to that? Fuck the Bachitari! What are they gonna do arrest all of us? That can't happen come on my brethren let's push these outsiders out of our home!" and with that the groups would raly and then begin to run forward. All of them would run at E-rank speeds but they were brandishing various things mostly signs, or whatever they had on their person at the time of the riot such as bricks or crowbars. But either way they had already erupted into violence and it wouldn't be possible to quell them any longer. If Rai or Hank decided to stand in their way, well they'd just get attacked as well, in regards tot he former the groups viewed him as the threat and thus the civilians comprising each group would swarm him each trying to swing their weapons to try and harm him. Meanwhile the men in white would use that chaos to try and escape with them actually moving faster than the protestors at C-rank- Speeds.

These men in white are crafty with words. Hank's voice was once again used against him to fire up the violent crowd. The whole idea was to buy time so that Rai could incapacitate the figure heads that could twist his words into fuel. But the lack of communication between the two Medjay wasted time and made matters worse. If they had managed to take the five heads out, Hanks words would've been given more weight with the crowd, but like all plans some fail. Hank remained on his knees listening to the words of the mob leader, but when he challenged the Bachiatari by saying "What are they gonna do arrest all of us?" Something happened. Something magical was in the works! * ♪ ♫ ♬ * His challenge had triggered that sweet music in the background that compelled Hank to channel chakra to his ear to hear more clearly. It seemed to have been coming from some sort of a sound device in a house or shop nearby. This could not have been of Hank's doing, no no this was entirely coincidental. ♪ ♫ ♬ " Uwaaaaaaaaaa.... Uwaaaaaaa" ♪ ♫ ♬ .Soft choir voices are heard from a distance while the church organ is playing!

Hank's eyes sharpened to match the smirk on his face while the crowd and its leaders run forth to cause chaos. His plan had failed, something needed to be done, but he is smiling because, he knows. ♪ ♫ ♬ " Look on the hills he's comin... He's a hero REEAAAALLLL HE'S COMINNNNN!" ♪ ♫ ♬ The belting of the ebony choir leader is heard singing of a hero that is coming. Hank seems inspired, and from a low stance behind his back, he'd re-materialize 5 boomerangs so that the rioting crowd wont see. They were moving slow but even then he only had ♪ ♫ ♬" One chance ta geeeeeeeet em; well that aint no thang. Dats why da people em ..♪ ♫ ♬ The choir lady sang as the song came to an end with a voice like jack black screaming, ♪ ♫ ♬ "CAPTAIN BOOMERRAAAAAANNNNNNGGG!" ♪ ♫ ♬ By the time the final scream came Hank turned into as masked hero, popped up from his knees onto his feet in a 360 motion at S rank speeds.*whhhizzzzzz* While in the spinning motion the masked hero utilized his law of speed to release these 5 boomerangs in the five different location of crowd and its leaders.

Fortunately the Captain is a master marksmen using his Sureshot Trajectory to make sure the boomerangs zoomed quickly through the crowd without hitting anyone. But as the boomerang zoomed through a quick emission of seals marked all 25 men with immobility seals on their heads to render them immobile. His enhanced hearing would provide him with some reaction to incoming attacks and projectiles that can make a sound. " Citizen Beware! For sometimes this life isn't fair. But we will do what we mus. So settle down and don't cause a fuss." He'd point at the leaders in white and moonwalk in a circle to make sure his finger pointed at all of them as he continued his speech. " All your juckin and jivin and racist profilin isnt welcomed here! Because although we may all be different there is nothing to fear! So stop the nonsense there's no need to offen'. There can be peace, just say when." The Captain has spoken, drawing the attention of the crowd once more. All twenty crowd members mark with an immobility seal on their heads. The leaders with the same seal on their heads but with something more. A burn seal for each placed on their backs, for if they resist.
