Description: Req. Unlock of Bakufuku Stage 2. This technique is unique to the Zakiyoshi clan and makes it it impossible to receive damage from non-elemental pure physical attacks. From a single hair, to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Boasting high strategic value, the only way to contain a user of this technique is to lock them up in an airtight container so they cannot move about. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like state. Since this technique turns the body into water, the Zakiyoshi are extremely vulnerable to Lightning Release techniques, as well as Plasma, and Flux techniques. Their physical immunity likewise extends to those elements which are weak to water not being harmed by their physical manifestations including materia. Applying this technique, the user can also modify their body parts for suitable situations and any Water technique using this form requires a Fatigue Price instead of a chakra one while dealing physical Water release damage. Through additional training of 1000 words one is able to permanently increase the speed of transformation into a liquid state. When used while the Bakufuku Stg 2 is used the Speed of Transformation increases by +1, when used while Stg 3 is active the Speed of Transformation increases by +2.

Description: This technique replaces the traditional method of creating 'Hidden in the Mist/Rain/etc' techniques, incorporating the Hua Po vocal jutsu style to create the effect. In this way, the mist/etc technique can be trigger by voice so long as a chakra source, primarily created with Autumn Song, is also in range still. The mist/rain/etc can be triggered in an instant through this technique, making ideal. Any 'Hidden' techniques learned prior to this must be relearned with the new style.

Description: The Hiding in Mist Technique is a speciality of the Zakiyoshi clan which was added to the Dipugakure Academy curiculum when the village was formed. This technique causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool those with X-ray vision, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, those with chakra vision will only see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu. The size and thickness of the mist depends on the user's skill level as well as the water source used, and due to being the originators of this technique Zakiyoshi clan shinobi can pay a constant D-rank chakra price (total) to prevent area clearing techniques which are weak or neutral to Water equal the user's rank from dispersing it. It does nothing however for area clearing techniques or area concealment techniques which are strong against water.

Description: Ivanni's skill with her mind has come very far in her life time, however short it has been. As such, she has become very in tune with it, to the point where she knows it's inner workings like the back of her hand. By focusing her mental energy on cutting off her senses and strengthening her mind, she can fortify it so that it is nearly impervious. At the cost of her senses, Ivanni is able to give her self immunity to Genjutsu that effect them, though she is still susceptible to those that effect her mind directly, including Nen Tech. Because her mind is stronger, her Barrier tiers receives +1 to it's rank. This state can be broken out of, if she receives a high enough amount of damage. Her Barrier Tier determines what rank of damage breaks her out of this state. Because focus is also centered around her mind, mental damage, genjutsu that target the mind specifically and Nen Tech all count as 1 Rank higher when used on her successfully.

Description: Whilst not a difficult technique by itself, it does require both an active Bakufuko and at least 2 phials filled with her specially prepared water. With both, she uses the two phials of water and creates a lens, focusing on the moisture on a target's body, whilst also taking in water from her immediate surroundings which swirl around the outer rim. This then can be shot as multiple droplets of water at Bullet Release speeds peppering an opponents body with numerous impacts dealing D-rank Water Release chakra based damage & C-rank pain per droplet. Each droplet of water is capable of tracking opponents through their moisture up to 30 ft before losing their accuracy. This moisture can include but is not limited to sweat from physical exertion (fatigue) & water from spilled on their body from other techniques, and due to it's homing properties requires at least B-rank soeed or C-rank Reaction Tiers & speeds faster than bullet release in order to dodge them.

Description: Along with one's enhanced mind Jiko who are born with Psionic release or gain it later in life find they have the ability to mentally receive and/or transmit information. User can read/sense another person's thoughts and/or communicate with them mentally this likewise can transmit emotion. The Jiko are among the best user's of Psionic Release in the world and due to being naturally gifted they can multi-task with their telepathy using it on multiple targets at once while they have no limit on how many they can transmit mental speech to they can have separate conversations with allies, within a set range around themselves. This range can be augmented if the user possesses Barrier Tiers. Once connected to a Jiko via Telepathy one is unable to completely block them out unless with a Barrier+Defense Tier Chain. Those with Barrier Tiers are able to resist the Telepathy or even completely shrug it off, dependent upon the user's skill level.

Description: Upon trapping an opponent in a genjutsu or establishing eye contact with them the opponent is trapped in this genjutsu. This causes the opponents to visualize a large amount of vibrantly colored bubbles emerging from every surface surrounding them. The bubbled then flock to the victim and surround them, inhibiting vision and causing quite a bit of confusion for the target.

Description: A technique used similar to the Body Flicker Technique. When using this technique, the body appears like it's becoming transparent, disappearing from view slowly. In reality the user is already gone with the visual that is becoming transparent a mere afterimage mirage. It is used so quickly that often those who are not perceptive will be unable to detect that the user is actually not the mirage (afterimage) and instead will attempt to attack them. It requires reaction tiers equal to the speed used along this technique to accurately detect that it is in fact an optical illusion and thus locate where Marissa actually is.

Description:This technique creates a volley of small transparent spheres, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy each moving at bullet release speeds. In addition, the spheres are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be infused with chakra comprising, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack due to them being granted intangibility to pass through C-rank defenses and defensive structures on route to an opponent. Like the sphere, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra though after bypassing defenses they deal their normal physical damage before continuing to phase through leaving the wounds open to inflict bleed damage though a C-rank amount of Lightning will keep them tangible. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction, though each wound causing the victim D-rank internal blood loss each P.T in addition to the physical damage inflicted by the thrown shuriken if not treated by a C-rank or higher Medical Nin technique.

Description: Cypher naturally have better reaction speed and have inbuilt senses which allow them to detect small changes and point out things that seem out of the ordinary, however Marissa is blind and thus her sense of reaction is affixed to her hearing not her sight. This sense of battle grants her the ability to react to B-rank speeds even if she doesn't possess speed tiers and detect opponents who are being hidden by B-rank hiding techniques especially sound concealment as the only possible way of doing so is if an individual is using a B-rank or above Sound Release based Sound Concealment technique. In addition when she does possess speed tiers it gives her the ability to react to speeds up to 1 rank above her own as long as it doesn't exceed her rank.

Description: After liquefying a portion of the body via the Hydrification technique, the user manipulates the resulting water to surround their target's head, preventing them from breathing in order to either: render the victim unconscious or ultimately kill them, if the suffocation is sustained. This technique can be done in two ways, the first is when the body is previously solid and the user is touching the victim in which case it surrounds their head while using the speed of the Zakiyoshi's transformation, the second being when used on an opponent within 5 ft of the user which occurs at swift release speeds. In both instances the victim can be freed by using a chakra expelling technique D-rank or above or a mouth using technique which is good against Water Release D-rank or above, or any neutral to water which is C-rank or above. Victims drawn upon passing out due to suffocation with each rank of Defense due to the properties of the Hydraficiation technique determining how long they have (Posts total) before they drown and thus die. Breath holding techniques only add to the time period and stack with Endurance Tiers while those who either do not need to breathe or possess gills/water breathing are unaffected by this technique.

Shiani's War Gunbai = All Gunbai allow for the use of the material (Wind Materia) to fuel fire techniques while being able to double as a defense against impalement from projectiles. Shiani's has C-rank durability with thrown shuriken without defense piercing C-rank or above simply bouncing off. It is as large as her body with the Jiko clan symbol on it, and has a chain attachment due to being a War Gunbai which stretches up to 10 ft and can connect it to a melee weapon of her choice (Uchigatana).

Description: It is a misconception by most that Vapor release users can freely change the state of solid & liquid objects into vapor without limit. Unknown to most Vapor release user's only have a certain amount of substances that they can freely bend to their will and this mastery is actually gained in stages not being present at birth. From the moment they are able to function they are given a choice between the substance that they will primarily manipulate in battle and will be given quantities of it for use in combat.
Choice (Sulfur) - The most volatile material available for manipulation among the Jiko Clan. Vapor release user's who specialize in using Sulfur use it's explosive properties to their advantage and are best partnered with Fire, Heat, Blaze & Explosive release user's as they are able to fuel techniques of that nature boosting it by 1-rank.

Description: A technique where the chakra kneaded inside the body is used to sublime sulfur into it's vapor state resulting in a transparent pale yellow gas which smells fairly strongly like rotting eggs. This gas is shaped into a sphere which heads towards an opponent at Bullet Release speeds, reaching up to 20 ft before dispersing and upon hitting a target deals C-rank Vapor Release chakra based damage. Shiani's version of this technique thanks to her preference for the scent of lilacs she has ground up flowers into the sulfur she uses as a price so that upon being detonated the scent of the sulfur vapor would smell strongly of lilacs instead. By holding slamming her hands on the ground she can convert more sulfur into producing the spheres, allowing her to reuse this technique as long as she keeps her hands pressed to the ground. The released sulfur vapor will engulf their target, and if detonated depending on if it was ignited through flames or an explosion it leaves a crater on the ground's surface while spreading it's damage over either a 5 ft (Fire, Blaze, Yugure) or 10 ft (Explosion) radius.

Description: Req. Great Sulfur Sphere. This technique is preformed the same way as a Great Sulfur Sphere however upon subliming the sulfur to create spheres of Sulfur Vapor in sphere Shiani uses her Gunbai to push air into it in order to power up the technique, preventing it from being knocked off course unless by a B-rank or above Wind Release technique and upon detonating increasing the power of the explosion. The technique now moves at crashing ground speeds to cover up to 30 ft while dealing B-rank damage upon impact leaving a larger crater than before, depending on the ignition method, either 15 ft (Fire, Blaze, Yugure) or 20 ft (Explosion).

Description: The user makes hand seals, in preparation for a technique where chakra is poured into one's breath while exhaling releasing a condensed flamethrower which moves at bullet release speeds and is specifically made or engulfing flammable objects. When used on grass, trees etc, it creates a field of flames spreading along a 15 foot radius which deal C-rank damage each post (total) until they are put out. The Zakiyoshi Clan created this technique specifically due to it's unique use alongside water techniques as when exhaled on a water technique it heats them up resulting in the water now dealing scalding damage equal to the rank of the water release technique. This scalding damage can inflict intense burns which can only be healed through medical ninjutsu which deal with burns as a result of liquids.

Description: Those Zakiyoshi who possess Boil Release have an innate ability to control the Ph of their Boil Release techniques so that they do not end up suffering from the effects of their own arsenal or endangering allies by reducing it's acidity. In the case of the latter it works better by using moisture sensory to detect allies who are in contact with their Boil Release techniques. In addition depending on the rank of the technique it has a specific Ph attached to it, while the user's skill level determines by exactly how much one can raise the ph. When one raises the ph of a technique it results in the damage dealt being reduced to match the ph of a lower rank technique, this is how a Zakiyoshi gauges the safety of their techniques. Every Zakiyoshi with Boil Release can lower the Ph immediately around their own body however in order to lower the Ph of others especially those of different sizes it requires additional techniques.

Sure enough the mist begins to rise from the ground all around 10 feet of the user which has the ability to corrode offensive jutsu that come in contact with it as well as opponents (receive a C-rank damage each post) and physical objects (C-rank and below).  This technique was made to be used with Hidden Mist Technique and upon being used in sync it completely consumes the former technique causing it to corrode everything caught within it save the user thanks to a layer of Boil release chakra cycling through their body (D-rank chakra cost each post total). If one is currently utilizing the Hydrification technique then they do not need to layer their body. When this technique is further combined with Mirage Technique it grows in power by 1-rank due to the heated conditions making it easier for the acid to react when in the presence of other materials.
