This network allows them to store weapons, armor, consumables, lobos and golems being able to manifest them into this plane at will in combat at equal rank speeds at the base level. Description: The user makes hand seals ending with Dog and then emits lighting from their hand and forms it into a spear. The spear can then split apart to strike multiple enemies. The spear is 7 ft in length and when thrown can travel at a max speed of Crashing Ground. If the spear makes contact with its target the area hit will be electrified by the Raiton chakra causing the area hit to be shocked and unless the victim possesses B-rank Endurance Tiers that area will begin to go numb and wont be usable for a set amount of posts (total). Once thrown the spear can not be directed unless the user catches it and throws it into another direction. Depending on the skill level of the user the spear can split apart into additional spears each being shorter in overall length than the original yet just as dangerous. Name: Shunkō Classification: Nintaijutsu Rank: C-B (C or B-rank Chakra Price Each P.T to Maintain) Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Self - 20 or 30 Feet
Description:With a steady build up of chakra over a period of time, equivalent to that of handseals. The user shall then release said built up chakra with the added raiton elemental affinty within a pressurized state causing it to cling to the user. This pressurized chakra cloak once activated, shall increase the users speed, strength and endurance by 1 or 2 Tier Levels (dependent on the amount of chakra released. C amount - 1 Tier Level, B amount - 2 Tier Levels) due to the raiton effecting the nerves and muscles. The raiton elemental chakra can also be launched at an target in the form of a beam about 6ft in diameter, the beams maximum distance is 20 ft (C-rank Version) or 30 ft (B-rank Version) and its top speed being either Bullet Release (C-rank Version) or Crashing Ground (B-rank Version). If the beam connects it shall explode dealing C or B-rank Lightning Release chakra based damage over a 10 or 15 ft blast radius respectively, but there are no after effects after said explosion & the beam can only be fired once in C rank mode (& B-rank if using it at full power) but twice in B rank (if using it at half power), per usage of this jutsu. Firing the beam utilizes the raiton affinity chakra used to keep the technique active resulting it the technique ending once the beam is fired.

Description: The user releases their stored up raiton chakra, upon releasing said chakra anything within a 15ft radius is struck with raiton chakra which can cause numbness if the victim lacks the Endurance Tiers to shrug off the effect. After the initial spread the chakra surrounds itself around the user forming a dome though if used while airborne will form a sphere. The chakra acts as a defensive barrier and a conducter for incoming jutsu of similar natures of the same rank (C or B), below it (D or C), or half the power of incoming attack of a rank higher (B or A) only if they are weak against the Ration Affinity in the case of the latter. Incoming jutsu will hit the defensive barrier and channel itself off of the coat and out of a viable release point (opposite of position heat I.E Hit from chest -> Released from back). If the user so desires incoming jutsu may also be reflected back but at half the power of the original & only if the nature is weak against or neutral to Raiton. The B-rank version of this Barrier Nintaijutsu lasts for a set amount of post (total) depending skill level of the user before it's price must be reactivated whereas in the C-rank version it requires a constant C-rank chakra price to maintain each post (total). Afterwards the user needs to make contact with a target to enable the jutsu to continue further. If contact is made in any way, whether it be via physical or through a buffer (an object, projectile, etc) with the target then it shall from henceforth be 'marked' by a pulsating electrical aura, the sends small streams of electrical current through the bodies network and sending the feedback to the user. The electrical aura does not deal damage however its usage acts as a signal to be tracked as long as the target remains within the specified range (10 Meter radius). This aura allows the user to maintain the whereabouts of a target even if it is out of sight. Given the lower level of the technique the pulse only goes off after every other post of the 4 that it lasts (Traced for 2 posts total) , unless the technique is extended by sacrificing more chakra. Post lasts 2 post (without contact) and 4 (when contact is made) with a cooldown of 3 posts.

Name: Break-Dancing Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D-Rank Class:Supplementary Range: Varies, Contact (Knock-Back)
Description: A unique fighting style which is based on dancing and rhythm incorporating that into taijutsu resulted in something that is both flashy and effective. The user typically moves to the beat of his/her "Rhythm" and whenever actual music is being played this fighting style becomes much more effective requiring a Time-Slowing dojutsu to react in time to the user's strikes. Usually however unless the opponent has telepathy or brain wave sensory this fighting style is incapable of being read by Muscle tension due to the erratic movements which make sense only if you are listening to their "Rhythm". Break-Dancing as a fighting style can be quick and flashy like lightning and when users strike they often move in a angular yet erratic nature causing victims without equivalent speed or high perception to be unable to notice when he/she is moving in for an actual strike or is merely fucking around. This fighting style is very acrobatic utilizing spins and flips to either make the user's incoming Break-Dancing Taijutsu seem faster and thus require reaction tiers to react to, or an incoming Break-Dancing Taijutsu to be empowered by the user's fall speed in order to deal extra knock-back to opponents. However it requires impressive skill and co-ordination in order to pull this style off as if unskilled trying to do too much will result in a 50:50 chance of it succeeding, however even if it does the user typically lands wrong resulting in half the damage dealt back to them as physical recoil. Name: Kendo Classification: Kenjutsu Rank: D Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Self
Description: One of the ancient styles of Kenjutsu which was rendered extinct during the Era of Warring States due to the shinobi of that time fearing the samurai who practiced this style. Unrefined Kendo is applicable to any sort of Kenjutsu as it is simply the art of swinging a blade with all of ones force from an elevated position and attack in one powerful motion typically with both hands on the hilt in order to cut through all which dare approach them. The speed of the swing is done with strength and yet so quick that depending on the spacing it can outspeed incoming kenjutsu techniques to finish drawing to intercept them before they reach the individual. Likewise due to using two hands rather than one it is incapable of being blocked unless by a parrying technique above the rank of the kenjutsu technique used alongside Kendo or if the opponent has Sam. Level strength tiers equal to the strength of the user's swing. To all others they either have their weapon cut through while being sliced apart without any pause or if their weapon is of high enough quality it can merely break while preventing them from sustaining the damage due to dispersing the force from the strike. Name: Shadow Twin Lvl 1 Classification: Fuuinjutsu Rank: C Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Self
Description: Those of the Rikigaku lineage have been known to be able to resonate with weapons and the like, the idea is expounded upon said concept. Once handseals are completed for said jutsu the user will place a seal on the target of choice (nonliving objects are the only viable targets). After the seal has been placed it cannot be removed until the timer for the jutsu runs out. The seal acts as a gateway in order bring forth a object parallel to the object in question, in other words replicating it. The user will seemingly reach into the object and bring forth the object's twin. The twin is an exact replica of the original, maintaining all of the characteristics of the original but only for the first 2 posts. The deterioration of the object begins immediately upon the 3rd post as cracks begin to appear and it begins to fall apart. Upon the 4th (duration limit) post the twin disappears in entirety and the seal vanishes unable to used again on that specific object for another 8 posts.

Description: An ancient Kenjutsu style which had thought to have been wiped out by the shinobi during the era of warring states, Kendo is typically used in combat with opponents much faster than the user. Using their strength tiers the user swings their weapon causing them to boost the speed of their slashes due to their impressive strength. Fighting in such a way however often leaves a user vulnerable to those with the reaction tiers to capitalize on it as a result the Way of Kendo requires extreme power to reduce said openings. In addition due to each blow being back by strength each strike is potentially fatal, typically breaking through weapons and armor to slice opponents apart with physical crushing force (defense piercing) equal to the user's strength. Break-Dancers however learned how to utilize Kendo even with the absence of strength utilizing Flips and the pull of gravity or Spins and the conserved momentum to generate enough force to match a normal Kendo strike. When utilizing both Flips/Spins as well as strength tiers this style of Kenjutsu is able to showcase it's true power. Due to the need for added force in order to properly connect with an opponent this fighting style always results in an additional stamina price based on the rank of the technique being used when utilized with flips/spins. Description: After covering himself in either his Lightning Release: Chakra Enhancement, Chakra Mode or Armor, the user jumps into the air above their opponent and performs a downwards kick, using the momentum of the fall to increase the power behind the attack. This creates a crater dependent on the speed of the attack while due to the user falling downward thanks to gravity victims must possess Speed tiers above the user's to successfully dodge it or risk being smashed into the ground. This technique shows it's true power when coated with chakra in the case of the former the opponent is dealt additional Lightning Release chakra based damage upon impact while in the case of the latter the victim sustains additional defense piercing Lightning Release damage, both dependent on the user's strength tiers. Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra using chakra flow that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system granting them increased perception (A-rank), which when used with natural tiers to make them on par with samurai. The technique also speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed (A-rank), which when used with natural tiers to make them on par with samurai. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilise nintaijutsu (Lightning Release Defense Piercing). When utilizing this technique alongside actual Nintaijutsu techniques however it allows opponents feel additional pain when electrocuted by the user's hits. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed (S-rank). This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilise nintaijutsu (Lightning Release Defense Piercing). When using the Armour at full power, meaning alongside the user's natural tiers, it causes the tips of the user's hair to spike up and their reflexes are said to be comparable to those with Muscle Tension, making it difficult even for the Kyougan to keep up with them. Like all Release: Armor variants this technique benefits when applied with peak levels of physical prowess as it boosts them to be on part with Sam. Level Tiers. This techniques activation is dependent on the user's Skill Level & Endurance Tiers, likewise due to surrounding their body with Lightning the user is encased in it requiring a S-rank Defense Piercing technique strong against Lightning release to even damage them. Afterward the user will place their palm on a flat side of the blade and mimic a pulling out motion, activating the technique, causing 4 chakra blades to formulate behind the user. The blades would look identical to the original but a transparent like aura would give away their difference. The blades hover in place at the behest of their user. They cannot be touched by outside forces unless the user physically touches them himself.
The main point of the technique is to add a stacking power effect to ones original weapon. As the user would normally attack an opponent the chakra would follow after the original and would seemingly phase back into the weapon. As the chakra phases back into the weapon it would feel as if the user had swung again with the same amount of force in the same exact place. This ability also boasts a defensive style as well allowing the sword to block or parry with the stacking ability being used as support.
The swords can also be used individually however it cancels out the follow affect, causing the weapons to stay stationary no matter where the original is swung. The jutsu was created as a means to wear an opponent down or perhaps break through a specific force. The swords durability individually are weaker than the original and if used to deflect or defend against jutsu can only manage to withstand 1 jutsu of the same rank. The technique lasts for 3 posts without adding more chakra to sustain it (B rank). Upon the ending the swords will evaporate and cease to exist, unable to materialize again for another 6 posts (Cooldown). | |

By using it along with shinobi speed, this technique was born allowing the user to move at A-rank speed yet if subjected to knock-back from either a A-rank technique or Strength tiers below S-rank they can temporarily have a speed boost up to Blinding Light albeit for half of the distance they usually cover in 1 P.T
