Appearance: A dark blue reinforced Jacket which resembles the upper part of a wet suit and has no pockets but has a harness in the back for a weapon. In addition it has 10 slots on the left and right sides each allowing it to hold a total of 20 kunai. The arms have 4 more slots two at the biceps and two at the fore arm both holding two shuriken each allowing the jacket to hold a total of 16 Shuriken. Dipu Flak Jacket is long sleeved stopping at the wrists and is form fitting showing off muscles and curves.
Special Ability: Can sustain damage from 5 D-ranks, 3 C-ranks or 1 B-rank point blank physical, chakra or hybrid based damage before being destroyed. Damage stacks. It is insulated being completely resistant to lightning techniques B-rank and below protecting the wearer from those techniques even while submerged.
