| Upon being reverse summoned the genin would find themselves in a huge bunker large enough to easily fit all the teams and then still have enough space to fit tons more. As it was they each would find themselves standing off to the side on a slightly elevated platform, namely the sections which would allow them to look down from above and watch everything around them. They would find that they weren't alone however as each team would have their sensei seemingly waiting around for them, with some their were joyful reunions with others it was a more subdued affair. Either way the total number of teams that had made it were 8 and even then, it was still too much for the finals only a certain amount of genin could participate in it. After all the finals was to showcase the ASN's very best, mediocrity wouldn't be tolerated not even average skill sets wouldn't make the cut. This was why they had the prelims to weed people out. In the middle back in the arena a single person stood watching all of the teams before cupping his hands over his mouth to project his voice along the entire stadium. "Yo! Welcome to the next part of the Chunin Exams, unfortunately for those of who thought we'd let you take a break or that this is the last part your out of luck. We have too many of you really, too many genin who think they have what it takes to become chunin so we are going to cut you guys down to a more manageable size. " Laxus would say, most of the people here would probably recognize his as one of the ASN council members, it was sort of a thing for a council member to preside over at least one part of the exams, just like one had done so during the Exams the year prior. After he paused for dramatic effect he would spread his hands wide resulting in swarms of insects emerging from his sleeves and hovering in the air. They would settle and form numbers blurring through a couple at a time while Laxus decided to continue talking. So here is the premise, we'll do this in a Team versus Team format, ah but before you guys get too happy it's serial one on one matches. Don't fret though, if notice all of you are wearing the necklaces that you had during the exams, it's like that for a reason as they will play a crucial role in making this fun. he would pause again just so that they could be aware of the necklaces with the Yin-Yang symbol around each of their necks before continuing. We call this Swap Battle. The idea is to battle it out against another team until one wins whether by forfeit, last person standing or mutual elimination. Speaking of which does any team want to forfeit now? No? Not even one? Alright good, now as I was saying, the fun part comes with the swap as one would assume, during a fight either the person fighting or one of their teammates on the sidelines can swap positions with each other. This is done by 3 things; saying the "Tag Out" command in which case you'll be swapped out with another squad member who either touches their necklace first or a random one of neither do. Saying the "Tag In" command or touching your necklace to swap yourself in for your teammate and finally if your teammate is knocked out, heavily injured enough to be unable to continue or killed you'll swap in for them either randomly or the first person to touch their necklace after that occurs." he would stop yet again just to make sure everyone got what he said because he wouldn't be repeating it again. "You notice, I said killing. Hakagakure isn't like the other villages in the ASN, never has and never will as a result we won't penalize people aiming to kill nor will we jump in unless the person says forfeit rather than die. If you think your about to die, say "I Quit" so that one of your team members can jump in or "Forfeit" if you wish for your entire team to do so, however if your teammates say "Reject" or take to long to say confirm well...your on your own then. Each person can swap once per match, what that means is each person on the team can swap in or out once, meaning if you swapped out you can't swap back in, or if you've swapped in you can't swap back out unless another person on your team swaps you in or out. If you defeat another person on an opposing team you get a free swap, but if you don't use your swap during a previous match it is merely wasted. Either way that's all you need to know, when my hives choose the numbers you'll know that your team is called up...so let's have some bloody fun." he clapped his hands with S-rank strength & the echoing of the bunker would end up it sound like a thunderclap which was sure to make all of them jolt in attention. - OOC:
Swapping counts like an extra Get out of Jail Free Card, thus if you body replace you can still swap and vice versa. Swapping happens just as instantly with the swapped in person taking the exact position of whoever was swapped out.
I & the other Mods will be putting up topics with your fights in them, typically posting once as your sensei. These topics will happen simultaneously however treat them as if they are happening in order. In your topic ALL participants must put the following.
*Current Chakra Reserves *Current Blood Reserves *Current Stamina Reserves * Link to Bank
Have fun, try not to die.
- Match Listings:
Note all fights happen IC, however it is semi-liquid, meaning you can spectate another match if you like during your match however information from a previous match is not set in stone, meaning if you talk about which team won and they don't you will be expected to edit your posts (and the people who post after you if they too made said error) accordingly.
