House Shopping!

Omito stood in front of the Dosukei Clan District's residential area, just outside the gates. He was waiting for Cherish to come out so they could go ahead and look for a house so she could get away from her family. He decided he would split the costs with her and move in, also wanting to get his own spot. He didn't necessarily want to get away from his family, but he thought it was time to move out now that he was a Chunin. He was pretty sure he could take care of himself. The boy had tried entering but one of the guards refused his entrance, stating that they would inform Cherish of his arrival. It was kind of annoying, but he didn't mind too much. His light sea green eyes looked up at the sky while he waited. He was wearing some black shorts, with a basic pullover black hoodie, with black shinobi sandals and his black mask over the lower half of his face as usual. His black hair waved in the wind as it blew. It was so nice being on islands instead of some domes underwater. The nice air hitting his body everyday was definitely a plus. Omito put his hands in his pockets and looked at the gate, wondering when Cherish would come out.

Cherish had a typical morning and typical in her house meant she walked briskly out of her house while a rare angry expression crossed her face. This was why she hadn't told her parents she was moving out, who knows what type of fit they would throw if they learned that she didn't want to live with them. Especially after what happened today, she had just pressed her head to the floor to pray to the Mother Goddess and once she was done her mother made a comment about her finally acting like a Dokusei, she prayed all the time and thus made a defensive comment and both of her parents started berating her about her failures. Not that it wasn't obvious she didn't like staying within the clan district after all it wasn't like she was treated the best, no the reason they'd throw a fit is because it would make them look bad and all of the clans were more paranoid now that those hidden villages which were standing for centuries had been destroyed or taken over within the past five years. It was a dangerous time and her clan preferred to huddle together, well no more of that she couldn't wait to get away become free of them and live with someone who she actually cared about and vice versa. Sure it would be a bit odd living with a boy but she was sure she'd eventually get used to it.

She would see him and would take a couple of sips from her gourd the muted burn of alcohol allowing her to ease away her anger into the usual bubbly happiness which clung to her. She wasn't really faking since she was genuinely happy to see Omito it's just today's argument upset her so she couldn't just will the bad emotions away. "Hey boyo, you ready?" Cherish said with a wave as she got closer to him and slowing her pace once she got out of the clan district.

Omito would smile when he saw her and could see she was drinking already. He knew that either met she was stressed or was planning on having a good time. House shopping wasn't too fun so he believed it to be the first option. The boy would turn his body to walk side by side with her when she reached them so they could go look for a new pad. Omito nodded his head before blushing a little bit under his mask, "You look nice today Cherish." Omito couldn't help but to look way after he said this, it was a little awkward since he had a crush on her. After the nervousness left his body from not knowing how she was going to react, Omito looked her in the eyes, "So do you know what kinda place we're looking to get?" Omito honestly didn't care. He was just going to let her choose. The only real reason he came along was to hang out with her for the day.

"Thanks boyo, so do you." Cherish said completely missing the fact that her squad member was crushing on her and instead trying to look around to see where exactly she last saw the place. "I've had my eyes on this beautiful place in the residential district it has a roof top garden and a pool and it's rent is affordable since we are shinobi. One bedroom, a basement, kitchen, living room and an attic that can be converted into a bed room." she said pointing to the right and beckoning Omito to follow as she would leap up into the air and land on one of the rooftops. "It's faster if we travel the shinobi way, not to mention so cool hehe." she said spinning in a circle twice before taking off hopping from roof to roof at C-rank speeds. Sure they were shinobi but ever since the exam they really didn't have fun with the fact that they were shinobi anymore. Just training and seriousness and that was so depressing she wanted to bring back some of the fun from their genin days because life was too short to be serious all the time.

Omito would smile when Cherish gave him the compliment, but he could tell it was just a friendly thing. The boy would listen as Cherish explained the house she saw. It actually seemed really cool. He wanted the attic if they ended up buying the place. Omito would nod his head when Cherish would point in the direction of the house. It seemed like she wanted to go the Shinobi way. Omito had a better idea. The black haired boy would fly up to the roof at B-rank speeds before landing softly. He then would quickly grab Cherish by the waist before taking off again at B-rank speeds. Omito would do a barrel roll before moving Cherish over to his back with his right arm, "Way more cool. Hold on!" Omito would do a loop in the air before continuing at his max speed towards the residential area.

Cherish would begin to take off before she was suddenly picked up from her waist causing her to blush and turn as she was lifted off the ground. Thankfully she wasn't afraid of heights or anything it was just different maybe because she was usually connected to Gaia thanks to possessing the Plague of Nature. Still when he did a barrel roll and her body pressed up against his for the brief moment they were upside down the blue flush to her cheeks would intensify. She would look down and see all of the buildings with a bird's eye view allowing her to appreciate the infastructure in a different way than before. Was this how Omito saw things when he was busy flying? If so she could get why he liked it so much, underground wasn't this fun it was more knowing that your surrounded by earth and knowing where people are based on the shocks coming from above. "It's that way." Cherish said once they were closer to the residential district, as she saw it in the distance and would point towards it.

Omito would smile knowing that Cherish was having a good time. It would of sucked if she didn't like flying around. Omito would see her point towards the area they needed to go and would smoothly change directions while keeping at the same speed. After a bit more of flying, they reached the general area of their location. He would slowly descend from the ground until he was on one knee, waiting for Cherish to hop off, "I think we can walk the rest of the way." The boy would stand up slowly after she hopped off and would look around with his lught sea green eyes. The area was so buestiful, he knew whatever house Cherish was eying over here was going to be great.

"Awwh, but flying was so amazing. You should fly with me in your arms more often boyo it was fun!" Cherish once again would miss the romantic connotations of her words and instead steady herself a bit and then head off in the direction of the house. When they got there she would get to the place she would turn to see if Omito was just as amazed by it as she was. It was a beautiful view a pool, though not filled with water it was pretty spacious too even from a first glance having different wings and not to mention it was affordable what between the two of them. "I wonder where the realtor is. Bu twhat do you think boyo?" she said slightly nervous since she would be pretty dissapointed if he didn't like it. Finding a house with a roof garden was really difficult right now this was the only one she had spotted in the residential district.
