| Personal Info Name: Lycurgus(Lie-cur-ges) Shinto Alias: Lykos, TBD Age: 10 (currently 5) Gender: Male Height: 5'4" Weight: 112 lbs Zodiac Sign: Virgo Personality: Even for a young boy, Lykos, he is rather stoic,of course his stoic behavior isn’t always in play most things he can breeze by with no issue and others will not be effected by his stoical outlooks, which can be seen as both good and bad depending on who is asked. His stoical behavior is believed to stem from never knowing his father. Of course he has other traits to make him who he is. His better traits are Loyal, if you can get him to open up enough for him to trust you however beware breaking his trust as it will destroy that loyalty, Intelligent, Adaptable, and clear-headed. His less than stellar traits are he is a bit more aggressive than most, invisible(as in his presence can be lacking some times), sarcastic, self-conscious, and often very reserved. Appearance:- 9-13:

History:- Introduction:
Lycurgus is the only child of both Reiver Ogura, or the Hero of Dipugakure, and Crystal Shinto. While normally Lycurgus would actually take the last name of Ogura due to the fact Reiver was labeled as a war criminal by killing another ASN leader to end the war, little did anyone know it was a planned effort mostly stemming from Roxas. Reiver knew the outcome and figured it would be better than having the newest generation be molded by war like his generation was. Because being labeled as a traitors child it was decided that their child would have the last name of Shinto to avoid any misfortune. Neither Crystal nor Reiver knew if Crystal would actually have a child as there is never a guarantee in making a child. Now to move back to the budding young man.
Lycurgus also known as Lykos, mostly called that by family and friends, was taught by his mother the basics of being a ninja since he was able to walk, which meant he was trained to use ninja tools, weapons, taijutsu, and educated in the things he would learn once he joined the academy. One other thing he was given was a Jasasori hive at birth he selected as one of the highest acceptance rates due to being Crystal’s son.
Now that he is older its about time that Crystal sent Lycurgus to the academy. Lykos was speaking to his mother before heading off to the academy to start his own journey like his parents did. This day would be the mark of Crystal handing off Reiver’s scythe “moonlight” to their child before telling him that his father, who she hardly spoke of but when she did it was nothing but the good he did, said for Lykos to do as he pleased with the scythe.

How scythe looks in the picture Scythe Chakra Nature: Plasma (Convertable) Scythe Description: Moonlight has a unique ability to form to the chakra nature of the weilder. This ability allows it to be able to change the way its second ability is. Adaptability, with the possible ever changing user Moonlight has a total of three abilities, one known as adaptaion; the scythe changes the chakra nature to that of the nature the user feeds it, two is blessed moon; kenjutsu and element based jutsu that used the current element of moonlight are boosted, however moonlight must be used during the jutsu example using a water fang and using moonlight to launch it, the damage of these attacks during the day are upped by one rank, at night the attacks are boosted two ranks. The third and final ability is like Mizuri and Surah; Moonlight based off the element has a special version of it. Fire based nature: Moonlight's blade becomes engulfed in flames adding B rank elemental damage and C rank burning damage for every post if the target is caught on fire by the flame while boosting all fire based jutsu the user does by one rank Water based nature: Moonlight actually becomes a supplemental type weapon as the base of the blade actually starts to flood water out giving the user a source of water to help preform water release jutsus while boosting all water based jutsu the user does by one rank Earth based nature: Moonlight's blade becomes the type of earth chakra the user feeds, example if fed earth the blade would be rocky, if fed crystal it would become a crystal blade. This version is capible of stopping most attacks equal to the user's rank while boosting all earth based jutsu the user does by one rank Wind based nature: Moonlight is able to actually fling wind scythe from its blade during this version causing B rank physical damage, it also increases the speed of the user by one rank while boosting all wind based jutsu the user does by one rank Lightening based nature: This version of Moonlight actually becomes a conductor, the slightest touch deals C rank elemental damage and if zapped enough times in the same spot, six times the target becomes numb or paralyzed in that spot of the body while boosting all lightening based jutsu the user does by one rank Life based nature: Unknown Natural Energy: Unknown Nege Energy: Unknown Additional combat data: A rank physical damage + added effects.

Description: Based off of Lycurgus’s Inkan heritage he is gifted a very special method of chakra control that he has dubbed “The Emperor’s Mind”. This ability allows him to generate a passive shield of chakra around his mind in order to protect him from Genjutsu. The maximum amount of chakra stored within this shield varies, but it is carried across topics so long as no chakra is used in the defense of the mind. As a result, when a Genjutsu is used on Lycurgus, it is immediately deflected at the cost of an amount of chakra equal to that of the Genjutsu being drained from the shield. This shield starts off with no chakra within it, Lycurgus having to fill it with chakra, however he can only do so once per topic, and the topic must be put in a Claim in order to prove the chakra was stored for this technique. The amount of chakra Lycurgus is capable of storing in this mental shield per topic is equal to one rank above his own. However, to maintain The Emperor’s mind Lyc needs to maintain the chakra weekly to prevent degradation of the shield.

Description: Lycurgus is the child of an Inkan/Ninja hybrid and a Ghost, a union which has blessed him with quite a few unique skills. One such skill taps into his rather scant Inkan heritage. Inkan have been known for their ability to weave a specialized version of Hand Seals through their Co-Ordinate Mapping line of techniques. While Lycurgus is unable to tap into such a technique, he has found that he is capable of modifying the hand seals of his own techniques in order to make them faster and cut down on the time required to perform the handseals of his techniques. With his Seal Mapping, Lycurgus is capable of performing hand seals at a much faster rate compared to other Ninja, with the speed boost to the handseals of Ninjutsu increasing with his Rank.

By sacrificing a portion of his chakra, he is capable of projecting an entity into Limbo that is fully capable of autonomous movement. This projection, known as his Shadow Twin, possesses chakra reserves equal to how much Lycurgus filtered into the technique, and is capable of performing both the boy's Physical Techniques and all of his techniques that require chakra. The Shadow Twin shares tiers with Lycurgus, and thus matches his physical prowess. The Shadow Twin is also capable of effecting things that reside in Limbo, such as Prime or chakra-based techniques, as well as objects on the Physical Plane. It is also invisible to all forms of sensory outside of chakra vision, chakra sensory or those who have 2nd Dimension Sealing. The Shadow Twin is capable of being destroyed by chakra, physical, mental based techniques equal above to his rank, or a Natural/Spiritual Based technique 1-rank below his rank. When the Twin is destroyed, the chakra stored within it is lost. However, should the Shadow Twin return to Lycurgus before it runs out of chakra, the chakra is returned to him.

Description: The Parasitic Destruction Insect Technique is a practice exclusive to the Shinto clan. When children are born into the clan, their bodies are offered to insects to be used as a nest. Over the years, as the child grows up, they are instructed in the secret techniques of the clan, and learn how the insects may serve them in combat. Those who are lucky enough have one of the rarer breeds of insects which go by the name Jasasori which resemble nano-sized winged scorpions. In regards to Jasasori however depending on the skill level of the user the size of the hive within them varies, all Shinto use hives to determine how many insects they have available for techniques. The first hive introduced into a Shinto's body is known as the Primary Hive with each Shinto being able to intergate a new hive of the same species with every rank up for a 500 Word Weekly Training Topic. Techniques involving Jasasori utilize additional costs in the number of arachnids which determines the power as well as size scope of the technique, due to the parasitic destruction insects being alive when killed in battle it lowers the effectiveness of techniques which use them and as a result limit the amount of techniques and Shinto is capable of using with that particular species of insect.

Description: An Shinto clan member's Jasasori have breeding cycles which allow the power of their jutsu to fluctuate. Usually their bugs have a stable growth which doesn't affect use of their techniques during the beginning of the match however as the match goes on in 15 posts (total) the Jasasori undergo breeding which causes their techniques to go down 1-rank and this breeding cycle lasts for 2 posts (total) before going back to normal strength for 3 posts (total) after which due to the newer and stronger generation eat their parents their jutsu techniques go up 1-rank which lasts for another 15 posts (total) before the whole breeding process happens over again. An Shinto clan member's Jasasori are of two genders and they both have vital roles, females are usually less abundant than males (40:60 ratio) and both have differing abilities. Females have no wings while the males while possessing wings are hampered by the short time period they can survive outside of a host body and thus they are used in combination with one another to maximize their effectiveness however every Shinto's hive is unique in the exact ratioing. Every breeding cycle there are always enough Females to ensure the next generation assuming the entire hive is not destroyed in addition due to the make up of Jasasori prolonged battles results in the hive becoming stronger over time however this resets every new topic.

Description: An Shinto clan member's Parasitic Destruction Arachnids are resistant to genjutsu and have the ability to break the Shinto clan member out of it at differing speeds dependent on the Shinto clan members rank. The reason they are resistant is due to the complexity of the insect brain since they are governed by primal instinct rather than logic or reasoning like a human brain. Each insect feeds on a minuscule amount of chakra while inside of the Shinto's body due to the antibodies within their blood. Although they technically don't use chakra to fuel for their techniques they tend to eat a bit of the user's chakra as compensation which is why they take 1-rank less amount of chakra as a normal ranked ninjustu would consume. The Jasasori are a special breed of insects used by select members of the Shinto clan as part of their Parasitic Destruction Arachnid Technique. These bugs are known to destroy their enemies' cells, causing excruciating pain in the process however this only applies to the females as they use the cells to gather energy to produce eggs, the males however are able to inject corrosive liquids with their acid being capable of corroding objects and works hand in hand to get rid of things which prevent the females from feasting on flesh. They likewise share the abilities of Kikaichu in terms of tracking and chakra sensory.

Description: A Shinto Clan member who possesses Jasasori within their body are able to incorporate additional hives dependent on their age the process is rather uncomfortable however despite that it is something every Jasasori using Shinto Clan member must endure when they wish to add additional hives. With each additional hive added at Max rank the amount of Jasasori within said hive is reduced in comparison to the primary, this is due to the limited amount of space within a Shinto Clan members body. However it is a blessing in disguise as due to the Arachnid's filling the Shinto Clan members body sustains injuries such as slashes or stabs the Jasasori can instead bleed out of the wound along with the blood reducing the blood loss from techniques. This is based on the Shinto Clan members endurance tiers and the amount of Jasasori they can afford to expend when taking an injury.
