Personality: In a battle, he has the ability to look past his feelings. He would do anything that it takes to win, and will begin to ignore love, or an ally in a fight - and do whatever he needs to. Kei has kindness that could only be found in those stories about Buddha, or some fictional character. The trait knows no bounds with him, and is showed to almost anyone, even if they did just attempt to take his life. Whether it be in battle, or in school, or even in just learning basic techniques, Keikoku is able to learn very quickly. He can easily adapt to different combat styles, learn a new language, learn a new kido, or even learn how to not be socially awkward. Based on events in battle or even in everyday work, Kei-San has the ability to formulate great strategies to help overcome the feats. Almost 80% of the time, the strategies make no sense, but they have never failed Keikoku.....yet, therefore the confusing strategies win. Kei is very loyal to his friends and fellow shinigami. There isn't hesitation in the choice he has made towards his comrades. If need be, he would take a lethal blow to protect them.

Kei has been known to be very fond of the ladies, therefore he would be labeled a womanizer. Kei-San is to brave for his own good. This gets him in a ton of trouble because he will mouth off to someone way more powerful than him, and still keep his sense of bravery. His lack of powers make him very weak. This leads to multiple ass kickings, and a broken Keikoku. Keikoku loves to fight, but there is always the fear of battle - in the back of his mind. He is always terrified that he may die, but without that thought, he would be very arrogant. He loves to drink, and doesn't care who knows that. This usually leads to fights, and sometimes - an ass kicking. He tends to drink to the point where it is no fun, and he blacks out. So naturally, he never remembers what happens the night before.

Keikoku has been known to be rather compassionate. Which would mean he understands and respects someones needs and concerns by listening well and making an effort to see issues from their point of view. Even in the most dangerous and hectic of times, Kei manages to remain calm. This keeps his thoughts cool and collected in battle, and not strewn about - keeping him from focusing on the task at hand. Keikoku has some pretty great ideas flowing around in his head, which would credit his reputation as a creative thinker. Most of the time though, these ideas are unorthodox and unrealistic, which make people unsure of his thoughts. Keikoku has earned the reputation of being quite chivalrous. This was brought on by his extreme respect for women and children, and being a very proper person.

Appearance: Kei has wickedly dark, crimson eyes which show a hint of mystery, but also a bit of brutality. His skin really brings out his eyes, because of how pale the tint is - it is much like red lights being set out of a porcelain plate. Keikoku has long, black, flowing hair that drapes down to the nape of his neck, and has bangs that come just a bit over his nose, but are maintained - out of his face. The sides of his hair are always pushed over his ears, exposing them so he can actually hear. Style wise, his hair is somewhat messy, because he honestly doesn't take the time of day to sort it out, thus he lets his hair do its own thing. All three colors are really beautiful together, and bring out the true beauty that is Kei. His body is incredibly well toned, muscle wise - and they are very compact to, to allow speed and maneuverability. He stands at roughly 6'0" and weighs a nice little one-hundred-seventy pounds, allowing him to be muscular and proportional.

History: During a huge, unexplainable storm of darkness in Kaos, about 20 years ago, a great samurai was born. The name of this new rascal was Keikoku Tatsumaki, and he was believed to be the ancestral son of the local legendary samurai, Katsutoshi Tatsumaki. People around the village took care of him as a child, due to his 'Jesus Baby-Like' status and appearance There was no sign of a mother nor father, so they were presumed dead, and there were no signs of any family - nor were there any signs of where he was initially from. There was no need to neglect the child, though, so the villagers gladly took care of him - like he was their own. There were no direct bloodline that was connected to the young boy, just pictures of two men that were presumed to be his ancestors.

Growing up, the only person that was around his age that he actually got along with was his fellow samurai in training. He never actually had blood relatives, so he became a relative of anyone that was in need of a brother or a cousin, nephew, anything of the sort. Instead of constantly playing around as a child, he was always seen practicing different jutsu styling, in hopes that he would one day become a Kage, but he also tried to follow in his supposed father's footsteps as a samurai. That was a far-fetched dream however, and even Keikoku knew that at a young age. Nevertheless, he kept at it - even how to use the ray release at a very young age with his sword. This was a sign of his ancient pool of powerful chakra, which was obviously given to him as a gift from great ancestral relatives.

As Kei was on the verge of adulthood, he set out to find himself and attempt to become a Kage or samurai, or even more powerful than a Kage. His life was now on the edge, with not safety from his fellow villagers or anyone else - he was in the real world now. Everything posed as a threat to him, and he vowed to one day find his 'parents' and destroy them for abandoning him as a child. With all of these ambitions when will he have time to relax and enjoy life? But shortly after his journey, and failed attempt to find his parents - he returned to Kaos to lead young samurai in their ways.

Sword Chakra Nature: Ray (Storm Release in Anime/Manga)
Sword Description: The White Basilisk has an interesting ability, that helps Kei's assassin like war tactics. The blade itself is capable of using his chakra to vibrate rapidly - enough to wear it hums like a humming birds wings. It allows a minimal manipulation of wind currents, which can be used as projectile attacks. Of course they are incapable of actually damaging someone, but they are able to knock people back slightly or disarm them - or simply take them by surprise. It is more or less a blade of illusion and trickery, with a bit of a punch that can really make the difference in a fight.
