| - The Stadium:
The stadium was packed even though it was night time as those within Kohai tended to host examinations at night due to the scorching heat of the desert sun. More accurately the sun had just set and thus it was still moderately warm out the perfect time to relax and watch the finals of the Chunin Exams. The stadium was packed and there were numerous screen barriers which were projecting the stage from multiple angles all for the viewing pleasure of the audience. Courtesy of the Sasori Clan & the Rikigaku Clan, of course looking from the stadium the screens just seemed blank as they only projected one way while recording with the other. All of the participants had arrived at this time and were waiting in the viewing area for the participants, with their various fellow genin either seated among the stands or if they were also participating or a part of that genin's squad also in the viewing area. Their squad jonin at least the teams who still had squad jonin were also waiting. This was the third match after the results of the first & second had both concluded and the participants had left the fighting area the proctor would signal for the next two to enter. He would wait for both participants to enter before he explained the rules to them. Just like I told the others, showcase your skills but if I see either of you deliberately going for a kill or a maiming without good reason you'll be either disqualified or penalized heavily. That being said, in such an occasion that you feel your life is threatened it is justified to respond with lethal force in return. He said pausing to make sure they both understood before nodding. Alright...you may begin.- Spoiler:
In your post include your Stamina, Chakra, Blood, Nen Levels. In addition to a link to your Bank. Everyone's first post is an entry post you may begin fighting on the second post. The stadium has a Diameter of 500ft. Meaning it's radius is 250ft, likewise the geography is just like the picture. Weather is Clear Skies, Time is Night - Evening.
Good Luck.

Well the first two matches of the evening certainly did seem to entertain the crowds both in the stands and within the waiting area for the other participants, Knowing full well that this would be a match for them to remember. Sure it was getting dark outside so it would be slightly more difficult for the audience to see their fight, but Ka was okay with that, he would prefer that this match people not really seeing what he could do against his opponent since he himself wasn't really sure what to do yet. So he would make his way through the hallway into the main arena of the stadium and would be greeted by an uproar of cheers, which he won't lie did lift his spirits a great deal. He never really expected much encouragement from his team during the exams, so this was a bit unusual for him to say the least. Brisingr couldn't help but laugh in Ka's mind at his reaction of this. "Come on boy, let's show these people what it means to be a warrior"With that Ka would begin to make his way towards the proctor and his opponent who were waiting for him so patiently, but could help but egg the crowd on to cheer louder by swinging his arms around in the air. It did help a little bit to cheer harder, however as he swung his arms at bullet sppeed in the air his wind gauntlet would also collect wind materia. Sure the match hadn't started yet but who were they to know that he was already getting prepared for an attack at the same time. "Hey, not sure if you seen my last match, but the last guy did not come out too well, this maybe your one opportunity to back out now. Other wise you may not be walking out of here whole" He said placing his hands on Dragon Tail and Brisngr, the other two Katanas strapped just under the first two. |

| Fang would walk into the area with his katana draped loosely against his back his blue skin and shark like features still visible in the moonlight, especially since he was wearing a jacket with no sleeves and cargo shorts the former being navy blue while the latter was pitch black. Once he got into place he would crack his neck before smirking at Ka's comment. Oh I'm pretty sure I'll make it interesting for ya. Fang said while listening to the proctors instructions and raising an eyebrow. Ah well, guess you won't be pulling the same shit you did during the prelims, pity I was looking forward to replying just as viciously. he said with a dark chuckle his hands moved into the seal of confrontation while he awaited the signal to fight. He had prepared for today, not like before where he had trained enough to be strong enough to pass the prelims no his Sensei had taken him and molded him into a much more skilled fighter so as to properly show his stuff and be potentially considered for chunin. His moment was now and he wasn't about to let some punk genin take it away from him. - Spoiler:

| Ka couldn't help but chuckle as Fang made his comment about he also wanted the mutual bloodshed, perhaps this guy would make for an interesting opponent after all only time would tell. "Well how about this then, first one to to break or remove a hand or foot is the winner. Loser hands over a weapon plus a hundred Xel, deal?" He said with a grin as he would draw one of his katana's out in his gloved hand, holding it out in a defensive position letting his opponent make the first attack. "Sorry, I didn't really pay attention during your match. Why don't you start things off, it is polite to let women start first if i'm not mistaken"

| Going for mauling huh? I can dig it, but something more worthwhile like an arm. Also boost it to one weapon & a thousand Xel. I'm feeling... lucky. Fang said while one of his hands would drop down into his pocket, before pulling out a scroll. He would grip one end of it while raising his not hand seal making hand upward causing it to drop to the floor as he made a modified hand seal to trigger his technique. Why thank you then, Hidden Mist technique. he said choosing to ignore the insult after pulsing his chakra, from the scroll as it unraveled. This would cause the scroll to release copious amounts of water from within it a small portion of which would rise upward to form the mist. Due the the quantity of the water it would gush out covering the entire stadium floor as well as being waist height though considering 80ft around Fang would be blanketed in thick mist Ka probably wouldn't know this. Fanf would take that opportunity to drop the scroll so that he could make hand seals again, and thus continue his chain of techniques. Despite making them he would be utterly silent as he was employing the Silent Killing technique evidence that he had in fact trained heavily over the month. - Spoiler:
Scroll: Base (Water E.) - Mod 8/8 (Water E., Liq. S, Exp. F Lvl 2, Sta. F Lvl 1 x4, Materia Lvl 1). Amount of Water Materia = 20 C-ranks worth = 3 S + 1 B = 1 SS+1 S+1 B of Water.
Name: Hiding in the Mist Technique Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: AOE
Description: The Hiding in Mist Technique is a speciality of the Zakiyoshi clan which was added to the Dipugakure Academy curiculum when the village was formed. This technique causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool those with X-ray vision, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, those with chakra vision will only see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu. The size and thickness of the mist depends on the user's skill level as well as the water source used, and due to being the originators of this technique Zakiyoshi clan shinobi can pay a constant D-rank chakra price (total) to prevent area clearing techniques which are weak or neutral to Water equal the user's rank from dispersing it. It does nothing however for area clearing techniques or area concealment techniques which are strong against water. Rank of User - Size of Mist (radius) = Water Source - Mist Opaqueness (Reaction Tiers to See through) D - 40 ft = N/A - D C - 80 ft = D - C B - 120 ft = C - B A - 160 ft = B - A S - 200 ft = A - S
Name: Silent Killing Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Self
Description: As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user moves silently, it cannot be defended against, because the attack cannot be anticipated. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. Kisame's version of this technique is improved further when surrounded by water as victims are unable to detect his killing intent and presence when he is hunting on or under the water's surface.
Name: Silent Killing: Hand Seal Concealment Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self, Hearing Range (Sensory)
Description: An advancement of the Silent Killing technique which involves being able to muffle the sound of one's handseals requiring a sound sensory technique above B-rank, a Sound Release technique capable of detecting sound C-rank or above, or a Heightened sense of hearing. Due to the user's own skill in concealing the sound of their hand seals they are likewise more perceptive to hearing when an opponent is making their own thus this technique likewise doubles as a sound sensory technique specific to detecting when another individual is making hand seals within the user's range of hearing.

| Ka would chuckle when his opponent wanted to take his arm and a thousand Xel instead of his earlier deal, seemed like this guy was either blood thirsty, or possibly an ally with the poor schmuck that he crippled in the prelims. Once Fang made his first handseal to create the hidden mist technique, Ka would jump into the air with A rank strength, sending him two hundred feet into the air at Vacuum release. Hopefully this would launch him outside of the mist just as the water started to flow out of Fangs scroll. "You're going to have to try harder then that boy" Ka said with a smirk as he started rotating his arm atcrashing ground speed after his glove vented it's already stored materia. He had been trapped in this kind of jutsu before, and even though he was victorious, it cost him the life of his best friend, so he wouldn't be trapped again. Once at the height he wanted Ka would put chakra into the seals sewn into his cloak and his own scroll would emerge in his gloved hand. "last chance to quit"- Spoiler:
Name: Leap Of Faith Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: An Upgraded Twinkle toes technique. Ka will build up Displacment energy in his legs and crouch down, then like a spring he will blast off into the sky at one rank higher then his speed rank, sending him a vast distance away, such the other side of the village or a battle field. He is even capable of controlling his rate of decent with this jutsu. Cuts down travel topic requirements by 1/4, it's not flight, just jumping really, really far.
Name: Generic Sealing Method: Summon Formula Classification: Fuinjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Varies
Description: Rather than creating a seal, the user writes the kanji for “Summon” then proceed to place it on top of the Storage Formula. This is one of the basic building blocks of any fuinjutsu specialist’s technique list and is often the second technique any budding seal master learns following the Storage Formula. When either chakra or life force is poured into this seal, a D-rank amount of either, the item stored within the Storage Formula is summoned at D-rank speeds. Every Summon Formula can be further modified by the use of Modification Seals, the amount of Modification Slots this particular seal has is 8 before the max limit is reached and it can no longer be modified. Note Modification seals can only be equal rank or lower than the Summon Formula they are modifying, the Storage Formula this seal can be placed on can only be equal to the rank of the Summon Formula or lower, and adding modification seals does not alter the final seal’s rank.

| Fang would continue making hand seals with a cloud appearing in the air before proceeding to downpour rain, he would finish his set of hand seals as the rain would begin to drizzle constantly to fill the area. Fang would only be further concealed within it not that it was too much of a difference as even though Ka had jumped upward it didn't change the fact that he would still be unable to see through the mist and thus be unable to locate Fang. Regardless the rain would begin to fill the area and Ka would find himself losing chakra with the exposure to the rainwater. Fang would hear his boast and would chuckle to himself he didn't expect him to get above him but it wouldn't change much the terrain was under his control and Ka would regret letting him have enough time to set up. Your just a big fish kid, now hurry up and get torn to bits by this shark. Fang thought to himself actually awaiting whatever attack Ka was about to use while pulling his sword out from it's sheathe. - Spoiler:
Your technique didn't specify distance in regards to the height he could jump and using the Item & Measurement Rules as a reference, the Long range distance capable by an A-rank technique is 80ft. Meaning there is no way you could of jumped 200ft into the air with a C-rank technique even if you used A-rank strength. It's just not possible, so you should edit and lower it to 80ft which will be acceptable for this topic but for future reference you should attach distances to that technique and submit it for re-approval.
Mist Rain + Hiding within the Drizzle = Rain pouring down from 160ft in the air over an area with a radius of 160ft. Concealing it within mist & rainwater which can not be seen through without X-ray vision while those with chakra vision only see the color of Fang's chakra.
Ka loses 1 C-rank of chakra each post.
Name: Water Release: Hiding within the Drizzle Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C Class: Supplementary Range: AOE
Description: The user generates drizzle to hide themselves and/or their comrades in it. However, the technique is useless in areas with little moisture, as it prevents it from taking effect however it can be effectively used after a technique has already increased the moisture in the air like the Hidden Mist technique. It can be considered an enhanced version of the Hiding within the Mist technique however Fang's version is meant for use as both a set up and a modifier for Water Release: Mist Rain Technique. This allows it to essentially bridge a connection between the Hidden Mist technique & the Mist Rain technique rather than paying the constant chakra price the mist's opacity lasts as long as the Mist Rain Technique is active. Similarly the is now used to conceal the area mixed with the mist which makes it difficult for even reaction tiers to see through while those with Time-Slowing Dojutsu will be hampered due to the numerous rain drops falling from the sky. This technique fairs very well in areas with high concentrations of moisture which only improves this techniques ability to resist being dispersed by area dispersal techniques weak or neutral to water release. Water Source - Drizzle Intensity (Area Dispersal Technique Req.) N/A - D D - C C - B B - A A - S Name: Water Release: Mist Rain Technique Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: A (A or B-rank Chakra Price, Variable Water Price) Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Mid, Long (Within Hidden Mist), AOE (Within Hidden Drizzle)
Description: A technique known by a Dipugakure hunter-nin, the user makes rain which eats up any chakra when it comes in contact with that is not of the same signature as the original user, causing them to loose a C-rank of chakra each post this technique is active. It first forms a pool of water above the area in question either 40ft, 80ft or 160ft in the air before raining down the water to cover a 40ft, 80ft or 160ft radius (80ft, 160ft or 320ft diameter) causing it to rain down all over those underneath it's radius of effect. This technique can be altered when in the presence of allies in order to include their signatures however it requires double the preparation time to do so. In order to prepare this technique it requires a constant price of 3 D-ranks each of the user's post over a period of 10 posts (total) with the 10th post the user paying the remaining amount of chakra to facilitate this A-rank technique. When incorporating others it extends to 20 posts (total) with the same cost while paying the remaining amount of chakra on the 20th post. During the build up the water pooling begins to condense around the area and this technique does not need to be placed in spoiler tags until it is ready to be started. This technique lasts 20 posts and fills in for rainy conditions that some techniques gain bonuses from. Fang's variation of this technique involves an ample supply of water material in order to decrease the preparation time. | Ka would sigh as the rain would start falling on him as he himself would start falling back to the ground, he could feel his chakra slowly being drained from him with each falling raindrop. So his opponent was a water user, heavily relying on his chakra in order to combat his opponents. It was a good tactic to say the least, however against Ka it was meaningless, however finding out someone was stealing his chakra. "Steal My Shit?!?" He yelled as he threw his gloved hand above his head and release a burst of stored wind materia (B rank worth) sending him rocketing towards the ground at bullet speed. As Ka flew towards the ground he would spin his arm again at crashing ground speed, if he timed this just right he could possibly come out a head. So as he once again entered the mist and would throw his gloved arm out once again in order to send another burst of stored wind materia, Hopefully the burst of wind would be able to clear a path through the mist and possibly the water. If he was at all successful he would take his sword wielding hand and slam it into the ground with A rank strength, hopefully this would cause the ground to split underneath the water and cause some of it to drain. |

| The drizzle wouldn't clear even though Ka let out a burst of wind instead it would remain just as thick and the downpour would continue with Fang who was hidden within the drizzle repressing the urge to chuckle out loud as his opponent finally understood his predicament. Fang would each where his opponent landed, he did admit trying to drain the water away was some what smart but at the same time not really since it just put Ka right where he wanted him. Moving quickly yet silently at B-rank speeds Fang would pinpoint Ka's location and would attempt to cut into Ka's torso with his katana. Ka hitting the ground though would make it crack with some of the summoned water entering the hole in the ground that he had made but considering there was literally copious amounts of water it only decreased the water level by a bit, now rather than the water being enough to cover most of their torso's nearing their armpits it had dropped to below the chest, stomach height to be more exact. Though considering Ka had landed and make the crater upon landing it would only mean he was deeper in the water since the ground he would be standing on would be deeper than the rest of the ground's surface. - Spoiler:

Description: Zakiyoshi have ancestry from an outcast tribe of Dobutsu certain traits remaining even until today. The most prominent being the fact that all Zakiyoshi will eventually grow 3 sets of Gills in Males while 2 sets for females. While capable of breathing both on land and in water due to this they recieve more oxygen while submerged underwater allowing them to replenish their fatigue limit through breathing underwater. The more gills they possess the more oxygen they can sift through their gills at once resulting in a faster replenishing making an adult Zakiyoshi fought underwater a truly terrifying opponent. In addition Zakiyoshi are perhaps the only Humans capable of reproducing naturally with Dobutsu, if Aqua Tribe (3/10 aren't stillbirths), Terra Tribe (2/10 aren't stillbirths), Other Tribes (1/10 aren't stillbirths). Name: Swimming III Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short
Description: Being a skilled water user and heavily invested in utilizing aquatic terrain Fang has learned how to not only swim but to do so like a shinobi. As a result he has boosted his swim speed to B-rank levels giving him an advantage against opponents who lack aquatic movement techniques while they too are underwater. His swimming naturally consists of using his powerful leg muscles thus allowing him the freedom to make hand seals or utilize his hands freely underwater without compromising his swim speed. However when using both his hands and his legs his legs contribute to his swim speed while his hands give him additional strength to allow the two to function as a Speed+Strength Tier Chain.
Name: Hidden Mist Style: Slash Classification: Kenjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short
Description: A basic slash using Hidden Mist Style Kenjutsu as it's basis, the user swings their weapon forward suddenly throwing an opponent off guard and upon slicing a victim or making contact with another weapon the victim is knocked back a foot.
Name: Early Promotion II Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Fang was actually supposed to graduate this year or rather he would of been if he hadn't gotten an early promotion, lucky him perhaps it was due to the fact that he was rather powerful even as a child possessing C-rank strength.

| Ka smiled as the ground started to swallow the water that was filling the stadium, and knew that his opponent would be moving in for astrike at any moment. So as his body started sinking into the water he would keep his eyes on the water, watching the ripples from his body flowing from his location. However as Fang moved on the water, so did the ripples revealing his location. So as his opponent drew closer to him Ka would laugh and swing his katana at crashing ground speed, backed with A rank strength to where he predicted Fang was going to strike from, and hopefully knock the boy's sword from his hand before Ka was fully submerged in the water. If this is what it's like fighting me, no wonder Jazz calls me BakaHe thought to himself as his hand shot out of the water to grab at Fangs ankle. If he was at all successful in his attacks Ka would crush the boy's ankle with A rank strength. - Spoiler:
Name: Intercepting Sword Classification: Fighting Style Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A
Description: Drawing on the premise of utilizing the Cypher's perceptive abilities in combat Ka has created a kenjutsu style revolving around capitalizing on the openings in an opponent Taijutsu Style. His Kenjutsu is smooth, accurate, and brutal punishing opponents by going for disabling joints and going for kill shots. Resulting in victims without reaction tiers equal to users speed being unable to keep up with his basic kenjutsu. Also include that those with Time-Slowing Dojutsu or Muscle Tension simply need normal speed in order to read his kenjutsu techniques.
Name: Iai Prediction Classification: Kenjutsu (Cypher Only) Rank:B-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short Range
Description: Adhering to the principles of Iaidō, the user is able to see the path of an opponents weapon simply based on the faint twitches of their muscles. This allows them to predict the opponents movements when they are using close range weapons such as swords, knives, staffs etc. This technique is a set up for more powerful techniques using Iaido however it is also very useful in dodging. Users of this technique can predict the kenjutsu used by opponents B-rank and below.
Name: Displacement Aura Enhanced Classification: Taijutsu (Cypher Only) Rank:C-rank Class:Passive Range:Mid Range
Description: This technique stems from the amount of willpower people put into their blows, Cypher have learned to harness this willpower and translate it into a sort of an invisible physical aura which allows them to extend the range of their Taijutsu and Kenjutsu by 5 feet. Meaning if the blow seems like it didn't connect due to the opponent narrowly dodging it the blow will still hit them albeit at a 1-rank lower than the original damage simply due to the physical aura which envelops them in battle. This makes engaging in a physical battle with a Cypher a very high risk for amateurs in close ranged combat.

| Fang's katana would get knocked out of his hand however when Ka attempted to grab his ankle he would find his opponents body turn completely into water and thus he wouldn't be able to get any sort of grip on Fang' body. Baited, just like the big fish you are. Fang said though it was partially muffled since he was underwater as he would end up passing completely around Ka's body only to reform behind his opponent sporting an odd transformation which thanks to his blue skin and shark like features it only made him appear more like a shark rather than the atypical mermaid like appearance the technique usually portrayed. Fang would use his newly acquired tail to essentially bash Ka in the legs with A-rank strength, Fang knew he was a Jiko thus he was likewise a Cypher and so aiming for places other than his head or reactor core was fair game. If his strike connected not only would it have the benefit of potentially crippling his movement Ka would also get knocked flying. Thus allowing Fang to quickly swim over grab his katana and pursue after the flying body propelling himself using his powerful tail muscles to speed past the flying Ka to attempt to catch his body and thus halt his momentum through the air by means of a stab through the shoulder using Hidden Mist Style: Stab. - Spoiler:
Hydrification Technique has been retrained 5 times = Change into water state occurs at S-rank spd. Water Release: Water Wings Fang's Tiers = B-rank Samurai Lvl Speed, S-rank Strength Lower Torso & Tail.
Name: Hydrification Technique Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Req. Unlock of Bakufuku Stage 2. This technique is unique to the Zakiyoshi clan and makes it it impossible to receive damage from non-elemental pure physical attacks. From a single hair, to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Boasting high strategic value, the only way to contain a user of this technique is to lock them up in an airtight container so they cannot move about. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like state. Since this technique turns the body into water, the Zakiyoshi are extremely vulnerable to Lightning Release techniques, as well as Plasma, and Flux techniques. Applying this technique, the user can also modify their body parts for suitable situations and any Water technique using this form requires a Fatigue Price instead of a chakra one while dealing physical Water release damage. Through additional training of 1000 words one is able to permanently increase the speed of transformation into a liquid state. When used while the Bakufuku Stg 2 is used the Speed of Transformation increases by +1, when used while Stg 3 is active the Speed of Transformation increases by +2. No of Trainings - Speed of Transformation 1 - D 2 - C 3 - B 4 - A 5 - S
Name: Water Release - Water Wings Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: S-rank (-5 Fatigue & S-rank Water Price) Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: The user while making use of the Hydrification technique manipulates their own liquidated body structure as well as the water around them to give themselves a mermaid like appearance with fins on their arms and back which are shaped like wings. The technique can only be used for battles in vast amounts of water as it requires a constant water supply to maintain it however it gives the user unparalleled movement speed while in water as when used with speed tiers it boosts their movement speed to Samurai Levels while their fish-fin lower body & tail are granted S-rank strength to further bolster their swimming ability. When used outside of water if the Zakiyoshi is hit with enough force (S-rank) or any thing which is done to break their concentration however they turn back to normal forcing them to redo the technique.
Name: Hidden Mist Style: Stab Classification: Kenjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short
Description: A basic stab using Hidden Mist Kenjutsu as a basis, usually used as a follow up or to attack opponents usually out of range the user quickly lashes out with a stab forcing the opponent if they are within 5 feet of the user (kunai), 10 feet of the user (blade) to be impaled unless they have D-rank reaction tiers/muscle tension/kyougan etc.

| Ka would watch as Fangs body seemed to turn into a mass of water, and knew that this was indeed going to be a fun fight for sure. A grin came across his face as Fang moved around his submerged body, and would bring up his displacement armour as well as making a set of hand seals. This would make his body being replaced with a rock from the crater down below, meanwhile his real body would appear just on top of the water driving his katana into his shoulder if it was at all possible. If successful Ka would swing his gloved arm at crashing ground speed, followed by launching a blast of wind into the water in order to knock Fang into the ground while momentarily clearing out a space within the water. "Come on boy, let's speed this up" |

| Fang would simply shift into water yet again the blade piercing where his shoulder would of been but wasn't currently and Fang would make hand seals uninterrupted before darting away as Ka released a gust of wind. Fang would then thrust his hand out causing the water to be condensed into a shark form which would shoot forward at Crashing Ground speeds heading straight for Ka. If that wasn't bad then the fact that Fang was riding the projectile his own body smiling eerily within it only made things worse. Then add in the fact that Ka wouldn't even know he was within it considering the Drizzle was still concealing the area making it very difficult to see anything. Due to that Ka probably wouldn't notice the second shark coming behind the first one, unlike the one in front it didn't have anyone within it however that didn't make it any less dangerous. No while Fang was taking advantage of the drizzle and using his own method of hunting his prey he decided to up the ante after all his opponent said something about speeding it up right, thus he couldn't just slow things down. No let's start...a feeding frenzy.- Spoiler:
Name: Water Release: Water Shark Bullet Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B (C-rank Chakra Price + C-rank Water Price) Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Mid
Description: The user shapes water into the form of a large shark and thrusting their hand forward, sends it hurtling towards the opponent at crashing ground speeds, resulting in a powerful impact inflicting B-rank damage. The user can also ride inside the water shark to dramatically increase their swimming speed to equal the speed of the shark. Fang has an improved mastery of this technique in comparison to other users probably because of his family's affinity to sharks after all his grandmother was a Shark Dobutsu and his mother had a lot of shark based ninjutsu. As a result based on his skill level the amount of sharks he can produce with one use of this technique varies though each still move at the same speed and deal the same damage as normal. Rank - Number of Shark Bullets D - 1 C - 2 B - 3 A - 4 S - 5

| The moment Ka's blade pierced through the water and not feeling the blade connect with flesh like he had expected to, Ka would stop himself from releasing the wind materia he had gathered and would continue spinning his arm. This needed to end right now, but how was he going to do it without killing Fang and being disqualified? The sounds of water rushing towards him started to fill his ears as well as the water getting choppier, gave him a general idea on where he was coming from, but the second sound of rushing water made it more difficult. So he did the only thing he could think of doing, and that was jump. He would wait for the sounds of water getting nearer before he would jump into the air doing a back flip just a ten feet above the water's surface, and once airborne he would throw his gloved hands towards the ground and release 1 B rank worth of wind materia in hopes to somehow dispel the water shark bullets, but also to propel him into the air another 15 feet. | It was pretty nice how Fang had already anticipated something of that nature and thus had jumped out of the Shark Bullet at almost the same time Ka did except his jump was not only occurring with speed but also backed by B-rank strength. He would thus outspeed Ka and would preform a front flip while slamming down with his tail fin once again with A-rank strength aiming for Ka's right shoulder aiming to slam him back down and thus into the first water shark bullet. The second one however would rise up at the same time Fang did albeit moving to a lower altitude more so 5ft above the water surface this was essentially to prevent Ka would attempting to dodge downward and instead would hopefully smash into him jaws open and drag him downward for the second shark bullet to essentially seal the deal. Thanks to his front flip and the fact that over the sound of rushing water Fang was still using his silent killing and thus Ka would not only be unable to hear him but likewise not able to see him thanks to the drizzle Ka while pointing his gauntlet would completely miss the fact that Fang was flipping above him. Likewise the wind expelled from the gauntlet would neither dispel the water since the expelled wind was incapable of dealing damage nor would it knock it back due to how fast it was moving. The worst it could do is simply halt it in place and even then thanks to Fang coming from above and the second water bullet geared towards dragging him down it didn't really save him much. Fang wasn't hampered nearly as much as Ka was in the mist shrouded drizzle after all he currently had his Bakufukugan active and with all the moisture filling the area Ka's body stuck out like a sore thumb. Just one bite. Fang thought to himself sure he could of simply stalled enough to wait until the rain simply sapped all of Ka's chakra but he wasn't prone to passive combat like that. No instead he was more so for finding under a time limit so to speak, could Ka defeat him before he ran out of chakra and succumbed to unconsciousness. He's regretting acting confident and letting me set up now isn't he. Fang thought to himself with a mental chuckle. - Spoiler:
Name: Bakufu Manako Classification: Multi-Stage Dojutsu Type: Kekkei Genkai (Activation Price collected once, Duration Price collected each post total) Activation: Activation = -1 from Fatigue Limit 1st (-2) 2nd (-3), 3rd (-4) Appearance:- Activation:
Upon being activated, pure water begins to leak from their eyes giving them the appearance of constantly crying despite the liquid not actually being water.
Description: When activating this Dojutsu, the members of the clan enter a state where water molecules are picked up by their chakra which allows them a more skilled utilization of it in comparison to others. However this is the sign that they are controlling water molecules around them with precision. However in this state the clan member is also exhausting their own bodies liquids and as such, prolonged use will lead to rather severe dehydration which can be offset by them drinking liquids to replenish the lost water within their body.
- Activation - In this stage pure water leaks from their eyes to create an effect of water running down there faces looking as if they are crying, this results in granting the ability of moisture sensory, allowing them to detect sources of liquids as well as detect the circulation of one's blood or liquids within one's body. This allows one to detect others who sweat or possess blood/liquids inside or on their body even when hidden by concealment techniques C-rank and below. In order to activate the user must experience enough dehydration to cause them to pass out with the Dojutsu activating when they wake up.

| Well that was unexpected to say the least, Ka had thought that he would be able to evade the attack by going up, but it would seem that Fang was ready for him with a decent counter. The tail of his water transformation would smash into Ka shoulder of course, this would send him plummeting to the second shark bullet. However the force would send him into the the water just as the water shark bullet passed over him, so his armour was still safe from being destroyed although just barely. His body would splash into the water sending a wave crashing into the walls, so to say that he was regretting letting Fang go first was an understatement. "Okay that one could have hurt, if we were allowed to kill during this fight there would already be a winner. Gotta say your lucky you are born the way you are, almost like a friend of mine. Lab rat shit like yourself while ferocious as my other team mate" He said standing up on top of the water keeping chakra flowing to his feet as the rain fell on his body, his chakra draining away with each passing second. "Son of a bitch, going to make me use it here aren't you" Ka cursed under his breath as the rain started to fall through his body, his body now becoming intangible, a trick he hadn't let people other then his team until now. "Come at me one last time just you, and we'll see if you're sharks deserve dessert" He said as his gauntlet fell off his hand, expelling it's stored materia into the water as bubbles while it sank. By the gods he missed Stalker, he would have had fun with this match. - Spoiler:
Name: Destabilization Theory Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Phase Release using Jiko clan members are born with the ability to concentrate and cycle their Phase release chakra in their body to become intangible to physical and chakra based techniques the latter being up to 1-rank above them. However free moving particles serves to throw off their concentration causing them to become solid and rendered unable to become intangible for differing amounts of time depending on the release used to counter them. Lightning release techniques render them solid for 1 post, Plasma Release techniques render them solid for 5 posts and Flux release techniques render them solid for 10 posts total these effects can be stacked if the Phase Release Jiko clan user is repetitively hit with the offending releases.

| After hitting Ka Fang would continue to press the advantage making hand seals before thrusting his hand out once more the rain water converging into two Water Release: Shark Bullets which would shoot forward at Crashing Ground speeds as Ka hit the water's surface to further imbed him into the arena floor. Plus considering he slammed into the water's surface already it would serve to push him further underwater essentially attempting to prevent him from resurfacing. This time Fang wouldn't ride inside one of the sharks and would instead fall to the ground and dive underwater backing up to a more safe distance while under the drizzle. "That should do it." Fang thought to himself he didn't know what Ka was going to say nor did he really care all that much this match was his and there was no way he was going to give Ka the time to pull out something to put the match in his favor. - Spoiler:

| "Baka" The moment he hit the water, Ka would look up to see the two new shark bullets coming at him at crashing ground speed. So he would drop his spare Katana and grab onto the chain of dragon tail, perhaps it could have been this easy from the beginning. "Baka" So as the attacks neared him the jiko would roll onto his back and spin the sword above him at full extension at crashing ground speed, however he backed up the speed of his spins with his full strength, boosting the rotation up to samurai levels of vacuum release speed. "Enough!" Ka shouted not only at Fang, but also Jazz's voice that continued to run through his head, as his sword struck the sharks eight times each, then would stand up while launching his blade straight up to where the tail strike came from in hopes to hit Fang at vacuum speed. If the blade had missed or if Fang once again turned himself into water in order to evade the blade, Ka would instead continue to swing the chain with all his might, whipping it around his body. This would send the chain spinning all around his body at the same speeds he was using before with reckless abandon with about a 20 meter bladed dome. "Just like her, just like him. I've hated them for so long, and now I hate you. Let's see if you can at least measure up to them you bipedal bitch" He said grabbing the scroll he had retrieved earlier on in the match. - Spoiler:
Name: Deadly Darts Classification: Fighting Style Rank: A Class: Supplementary Range: Short-Long
Description: A style of combat Ka came up with to be used with any chain weapon, by swinging the chain at a certain speed he is able to inflict multiple strikes with the weapon[D=2,C=4,B=6,A=8,S=10].This style also allows Ka the ability to use the chained weapon in ranged, the weight of the weapon coupled with the speed of the swing allows it to be launched at tremendious speeds towards the target equal to Ka's own speed tier. With a high enough reaction tier Ka is capable of using the chain in order to alter it's original course of direction.
Name: Ventriloquism Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C Class: Supplementary Range: Mid-Long

| So he goes berserk huh? Didn't know he was a basket case oh well. Fang thought to himself turning into water thus when the chain hit him it wouldn't affect him at all. He had trained severely to improve his speed of shifting week after week pushing his limits to the point that now he could do so at S-rank speeds if he wished and that was without activating his Bakufuku Manako. He would land into the water taking breaths of air through his gills and basking in the fact that his clan replenished fatigue while in aquatic environments. It really helped to offset his dojutsu's activation. He would remain in the water in his liquid form yet would still move thanks to his powerful tail muscles it didn't seem like this opponent had lightning release thus he didn't have much to fear. Likewise he had provoked his opponent enough to cause them to lose their cool, no he could just wait it out by now Ka must be getting desperate after all in a couple more moments all of his chakra will be drained and he will end up succumbing to unconsciousness. - Match Details:
Water Release: Mist Rain Technique I an A-rank Technique. Destabilization Theory only grants immunity to Chakra Based techniques 1-rank above Ka. Meaning Ka still loses chakra each post from Mist Rain & the rain drops will not go through him.
Mist Rain = 8 Posts Remaining (7 on your post) Amount of Chakra Ka has lost from Mist Rain = 6 C-ranks (7 C-ranks on your post) On your post you will have 3 B-ranks of Chakra Left. 3 B = 6 C Which if your total amount of chakra is calculated (6+7 = 13 C-ranks in total) Ka has less than half his max chakra reserves. According to Recoil & Stamina Limits this effect of Fatigue is triggered = Chakra results in double fatigue loss when operating at Max Tier Levels (At least 1-rank Higher than Standard) Ka's Standard Tier Level = C-rank, Operating at B-rank or higher will now deplete double fatigue. If nothing is done Ka will have 5 D-ranks & 1 C-rank of chakra left upon Mist Rise's Conclusion.
Fang's Energy Source Info Current Chakra Reserves: 5 D-ranks, 3 C-ranks & 2 B-ranks Current Blood Limit: 1 S-rank Current Fatigue: (55 - 4, 3rd Max Tier Level due to External Construct Water Wings, +1 +1 +1, Gills, -1 -1 -1 -1 -1 +1, Gills, -1) = 49
Ka's Energy Source Info Current Chakra Reserves: 5 D-ranks (Body Replacement Technique used), 5 C-ranks Current Fatigue: (65 - 5 - 5 - 5 +1 - 8/Will be -10 if you operate at max tier levels on your post) = 43

| Ka would stop his spin fit only to drop to his knee's, his hatred was boiling over right now, but his logic was dictating that there would be no chance of him even landing a strike on Fang while he had the ability to turn into water. All of his previous opponent and even his team were all physical based combat for a base, which taught him to be a fierce combatant when it came to close combat. This guy however seemed to be a chakra based fighter, and the fact he was proficient in water release just made him all the more deadly. As long as this rain would continue to fall upon him, so would his own chakra which was probably used to boost Fang's own chakra . "I give up" Ka said through his teeth, he knew that people couldn't really see him with this rain obscuring their vision in the dark of night. However he was hoping the Proctor was paying attention. "I'll see you back in the waiting area and give you a sword and some Xel"

| The proctor would hear it before a gong would ring out, essentially signaling that one of them had forfeited, he would body flicker in between the two of them standing on the water surface with an umbrella the rain not getting on him at all as he nodded. "Ka Jiko has forfeited, Fang Tatsumaki please end your technique and proceed back to the stands." The proctor said loud enough that his voice could be heard even over the rain.
Fang would do so ending his mist rain before pulling out another scroll just like the first one he dropped and sealing the water back inside of it. Some of it still remained in puddles and ground was still damp but overall the massive flood was gone and he would place the scroll back in his ninja pouch. "Heh, thanks for the entertainment. Looking forward to fighting you again sometime fishie-kun." Fang said with a wide grin happy he had won his match and that he was now going to the next round. He would proceed up the stands before waiting for the next bout to commence but then remember what Ka said and thus would head out to seek him out for the reward from their bet.
