| he Obstacle Courses were set and Team Ten were standing and waiting for them, it seemed as if these individuals were more interested in talking amongst themselves than regarding their opponents. There was a girl crouched and tracing her fingers along the floor seemingly more interested in it thank looking at her opponents whereas one of her teammates who was completely decked out in a hook, cloak and other supplies would stare impassively at Team Seven when they eventually entered. The last member of the squad had a shirt with a high collar with sleeves that extended over his hands and a bag on his back who would initially look at the proctor before turning to glance at Team Seven when they entered. The obstacle course before them was fully set up, 3 challenges in total that they had to overcome in order to reach the end and the Proctor walked in front of both teams before speaking. "So, 3 Obstacles to clear to reach the end. This is not pass/fail just like the Written Exam. Speed, ingenuity in clearing the challenges and sabotage of the enemy team will result in points being awarded which will aid your progress in getting promoted at the end of all of this. There is one last check being done and then it'll be time to run the course. I hope everyone is prepared." The Proctor then turned and left, going back to speak to the groups creating the obstacles and waited for each of them to step to the two podiums so that they begin. - Spoiler:
Obstacle Course shifting currently will set in place when all induviduals have posted.

| Well it was time for the next part of the exam. Seiko walked over to where the obstacle course had been set up and looked over to check out the other team that they were taking on. A number designation, just like her own team, nice and simple... A lot had been told about them already. They were the Capture and Interrogation team after all. A slight smile, only a little predatory, slipped onto her features as she turned towards her teammates, waiting for them to catch up.
"I trust both of you in any tactics you will perform. I will be doing my usual and running interference." She said to them with a firm nod. They were the balanced team and she knew each of her teammates could fulfil various roles so she was happy to sit back and let them deal with things and support their actions, it would allow her to watch her opponents more and learn more about her own team and how better to synergise with them for the upcoming exam parts. | |

| Speed... Right.. Something Taigakai didn't have. He sighed. At least his stuff was more background anyways. As long as Seiko and Mei kept the other team off him, he'd be able to do some work. He had to stay on guard regardless, in case any slipped by. "You think we should plan a little before this actually kicks off?" Even if the plan doesn't work all the way through, he didn't want his jutsu to clash with Mei's at the very least. - Spoiler:
WB Stage 0
Name: Winter's Breath Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Passive Range: Variable
Description: As the children of Winter, the Toketsu's adrenaline heightens their natural abilities causing them not to heat up but to cool down, causing the surrounding air to freeze around them. This just enhances itself the longer that the Toketsu fights causing the ground around them to frost over, snow to flutter down simply from the cooling water molecules in the air. This of course quickly gets uncomfortable for anyone not a Toketsu as they are immune to their own Winter's Breath but not the chakra signature of another Toketsu. Lastly the Toketsu's Breath can be sped up as they pour their stamina into it, paying fatigue to speed up the chill of the Breath. Due to their Chilled Physiology however the usual effects of the basic form of Winter's Breath do not affect the Toketsu. This aura actually doesn't deal damage on its own, instead it starts to inflict Hypothermia, draining a limit much like sanity or fatigue. This limit is equal to 3/4 of the victim's fatigue as it affects both the mind and body. Once the limit is depleted unless the victim possesses Barrier+Endurance tier chain equal or higher than the user's rank (Caps at S.) then they succumb to hypothermia, either entering a manic fear state as they claw at their own body to remove the numbness or find the smallest area they possibly can to curl up in and wait to die.

Fatigue Costs +5 for everything.

| "I think you both know my usual tactic." Mei stated rather simply walking in to place with her team. Her knuckles cracked, and she jerked her head side to side to ready herself. "But I have had some new improvements since last. Hopefully I can show my tactics have spread away from simply throwing crystals," | |

| The platforms would shift before moving so that they were vertical columns spaced about 10 feet apart with both tracks being about twenty feet away from each other. There were five in total and it was obvious that they were meant to conquer these obstacles especially when the columns would start to move up and down at D- speeds. The one in the hood would snap his fingers causing the girl who was on the ground drawing up get up with a sigh before continuing forward to reach the platform, likewise the one with the high collar would move forward and his bag would start to open up causing a dark curtain to start to emerge from it and a distinct buzzing to fill the air. Hoodie would be the first to head out jumping and clouds would form underneath him despite not assist with his jump with them changing color and then moving upward towards Team Seven's side of the field. He would land on the first platform and leap off to the next one as Baggie followed after him while Artist would jump off and reach out with her arm extending forward till she could touch the platform and then she would retract herself towards her hand allowing her to reach it at the same time as Baggie. The dark curtain would continue to swarm before moving forward not crossing over but instead would start to hover in between the two teams buzzing rapidly and all in all spreading out so that they reached all the way to the end of each of the platforms. As for the clouds they would change from white to a light red after they paired up and merged all the while moving downward so that they were below the platforms of Team Seven despite not interacting with them. - Artist:
Artist stretches her arm 7 ft to touch the 1st Platform, then retracts at C+ Speeds.
Name: Soft Physique Modification Classification: Fighting Style Rank: S Class: Supplementary, Defensive, Offensive Range: Self (Life Release Ninjutsu), Contact (Body), Short-Mid (Stretching)
Description: Req. at least a High Life Affinity. Originally developed as something meant for spying this unique technique was adapted for combat through the use of Life Release making a versatile if strange elemental fighting style. This fighting style entails the alteration of the user's skeleton into soft bone tissue and the dislocation of their joints which allows their body to be manipulated through chakra flow. This allows them to stretch and twist any part of their body at any angle, elongating and even coiling around their opponent. This can also be used to make the user's body more malleable and bypass the need for hand seals when utilizing Life Release ninjutsu. Through the expenditure of chakra (Ninjutsu) one can even stretch any of their body parts (stretching relies on speed/strength available to user) well beyond their normal length while the normal method of contortion merely requires there to be certain thresholds of chakra to be utilized. Despite the state of the user's skeleton they are still able to utilize their Life Release normally, and while it offers unparalleled flexibility, careful management of their limbs is needed to ensure that they are not severed or damaged severely when combating others seeing as no protection is granted to the stretching limbs. Furthermore depending on the skill level of the user they are able to retract their stretched body parts at varied speeds, whereas the strength of their affinity determines the maximum distance their body parts are capable of being stretched when using techniques based on this fighting style. Chakra Threshold (Base Contortion without Price, Tech Restrictions) - Rank (Retraction Speed) Full (7 ft, None) - D (Swift Release) Almost Full (6 ft, Up to Z) - C (Bullet Release) Seven-Eighths (5 ft, Up to SSS) - B (Crashing Ground) Three-Quarters (4 ft, Up to SS) - A (Vacuum Release) Two-Thirds (3 ft, Up to S) - S (Blinding Light) Halved (2 ft, Up to A) - "Z" (Ripping Discord) One-Third (1 ft, Up to B) - "X" (Echoing Flash) One-Quarter (9 Inches, Up to C) One-Eighth (6 Inches, Up to D) Near Empty (3 Inches, Up to D with V. Name: Parasitic Destruction Insect Technique - Kikaichu Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: The Parasitic Destruction Insect Technique is a practice exclusive to the Shinto clan. When children are born into the clan, their bodies are offered to insects to be used as a nest. Over the years, as the child grows up, they are instructed in the secret techniques of the clan, and learn how the insects may serve them in combat. Most Shinto are inhabited by kikaichū, however, the clan does not limit themselves to the use of one type of insect. In regards to Kikaichu however depending on the skill level of the user the size of the hive within them varies, all Shinto use hives to determine how many insects they have available for techniques. The first hive introduced into a Shinto's body is known as the Primary Hive with each Shinto being able to intergate a new hive with every rank up for a 500 Word Weekly Training Topic. Techniques involving Shinto utilize additional costs in the number of insects which determines the power as well as size scope of the technique, due to the parasitic destruction insects being alive when killed in battle it lowers the effectiveness of techniques which use them and as a result limit the amount of techniques and Shinto is capable of using with that particular species of insect. Shinto Skill Level (Rank) - Size of Hive (Kikaichu) D - 10,000 C - 20,000
Name: Parasitic Destruction Insect - Kikaichu Hive Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: A Shinto clan member's Kikaichū have breeding cycles which allow the power of their jutsu to fluctuate. Usually their bugs have a stable growth which doesn't affect use of their techniques during the beginning of the match however as the match goes on in 10 posts (total) the Kikaichū undergo breeding which causes their techniques to go down 1-rank and this breeding cycle lasts for 2 posts (total) before going back to normal strength for 3 posts (total) after which due to the newer and stronger generation their jutsu techniques go up 1-rank which lasts for another 10 posts (total) before the whole breeding process happens over again. An Shinto clan member's Kikaichū are of two genders and they both have vital roles, males are usually less abundant than females (20:80 ratio) however they possess the ability to track the female members of their species. Female members of the species however possess no chakra tracking abilities and as such are used for the bulk of the techniques along with Male Kikaichu to maximize their effectiveness however every Shinto's hive is unique in the exact ratioing. Every breeding cycle there are always enough Females to ensure the next generation assuming the entire hive is not destroyed in addition due to the make up of Kikaichu prolonged battles results in the hive becoming stronger over time however this resets every new topic. "Baggie" Hive Ratio is = (30:70)
Name: Parasitic Destruction Insect - Kikaichu Effects Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: A Shinto clan member's Parasitic Destruction Insects are resistant to genjutsu and have the ability to break the Shinto clan member out of it at differing speeds dependent on the Shinto clan members rank. The reason they are resistant is due to the complexity of the insect brain since they are governed by primal instinct rather than logic or reasoning like a human brain. Each insect feeds on a minuscule amount of chakra while inside of the Shinto clan members body. Although they technically don't use chakra to fuel for their techniques they tend to eat a bit of the user's chakra as compensation which is why they take 1-rank less amount of chakra as a normal ranked ninjustu would consume. However once they take that amount from the user the additional chakra absorbed from opponents can be paid back to the Shinto clan member resulting in an Shinto's chakra levels fluctuating. Kikaichu are capable of consuming ambient chakra from victims at varying levels depending on the amount in a technique this determines the rate as well as the speed of consumption. Kikaichu Amount - Chakra Drained on Contact (Each post Total) 500 - 1 D 1000 - 1 C 2000 - 1 B 4,000 - 1 A 8,000 - 1 S 16,000 - 1 SS 32,000 - 1 SSS
Name: Parasitic Destruction Insect - Kikaichu Hive Body Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: A Shinto Clan member who possesses Kikaichu within their body are able to incorporate additional hives dependent on their age the process is rather uncomfortable however despite that it is something every Kikaichu using Shinto Clan member must endure when they wish to add additional hives. With each additional hive added at Max rank the amount of Kikaichu within said hive is reduced in comparison to the primary, this is due to the limited amount of space within a Shinto Clan members body. However it is a blessing in disguise as due to the insects filling the Shinto Clan members body sustains injuries such as slashes or stabs the Kikaichu can instead bleed out of the wound along with the blood reducing the blood loss from techniques. This is based on the Shinto Clan members endurance tiers and the amount of Kikaichu they can afford to expend when taking an injury. Age - No of Hives - Max Size of Hive in comparison to Primary Under 11 - 1 - 3/4 11-20 - 2 - 2 - 2/3 21-30 - 3 - 1/2 31-40 - 4 - 1/3 41-50 - 5 - 1/4 51+ - 6 - 1/5 Endurance Tiers - Blood Loss Debuff (Rank) - Kikaichu "Bled out" D - 1 - 100 C - 2 - 250 B - 3 - 500 A - 4 - 1000 S - 5 - 2500 SS - 6 - 5000 SSS - 7 - 10,000
Name: Secret Technique: Beetle Insect - Flutter Formation Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary/Passive Range: Self (Kikaichu Swarm)
Description: This technique is an add on to the Kikaichu thanks to improved breeding and co-ordination allowing them to move at Bullet Release speeds outside of their techniques, in addition their tracking abilities have been upgraded allowing the males to sense chakra even from opponents using hiding techniques B-rank and below thanks to advanced chakra sensory. In addition each Kikaichu swarm is now comprised of 100 Adult Kikaichu and can travel up to 80ft away before becoming wild, wild Kikaichu result in a permanent loss from one's hive until they naturally replenish the numbers that left them due to reverting to an untamed state. Untamed Kikaichu due to being isolated in breeding with the Shinto Clan do not last long while each turn this occurs half of the Kikaichu within said swarm die until there are none left.

2 Nimbus formed each P.T Each Pair off and merge to become Fire Nimbus Will have 4 by the next Mod Post.
Name: Nimbus: Cloud Generation Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: D Class: Passive Range: Self, Varies
Description: The Arashi are capable of producing pearly white Materia known as Nimbus which resemble clouds which manifest when the user is focused or emotional. Often called Nimbus clouds, they are integral to the use of Storm Release as an Arashi Clan member will shape Nimbus and may or may not saturate them with chakra to give rise to Storm Release techniques. Nimbus clouds are controlled telekinetically having a deep connection with an Arashi's mental state and each Arashi is able to produce and control more Nimbus clouds as they grow more skilled (rank). Similarily they all have a max threshold of Nimbus that they can control on the field at once without strain, under normal circumstances without resulting in self harm this can not be exceeded. When Nimbus are used up in Storm Release techniques however it eases the mind allowing more Nimbus to be produced when "space" is made available. Rank - Production (Post Total) - Max Threshold D - 1 - 20 C - 2 - 30
Name: Nimbus: Storm Radius Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self, Clouds (AOE)
Description: It is a common misconception that the Arashi clan are capable of controlling the Nimbus they produce no matter what. This is actually not true as every Arashi while being able to control their Nimbus Clouds telekinetically, can only do so within a certain radius. Exceeding that radius results in the clouds dispersing as the Arashi Clan member is unable to exert the control necessary to keep it in being. As the Arashi Clan member becomes more skilled however the radius that they can control Nimbus clouds expands. Rank - Radius of Control (ft) - Sphere of Control (Radius) D - 20 - 40 C - 40 - 80
Name: Storm Release: Fire Nimbus Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-rank (1 Nimbus + D-rank Chakra or Variable) Class: Supplementary Range: Self (Nimbus)
Description: This technique is required to be learned to utilize any Storm Release techniques of the Fire Nimbus Storm line. This technique results in one of the clouds the Arashi possesses turning a light red as it becomes imbued with Firestorm Variant Storm Release growing in size to equal to Arashi clan member. The cloud itself gains the ability to make things begin to sweat upon contact dehydrating them overtime and lowering their fatigue by -2 each post (total) they remain in contact with said cloud. The method of creating a Fire Nimbus: Cloud is by infusing a Nimbus with a D-rank of Storm Release chakra which is done instantly or 2 Nimbus while possessing the ability to utilize Firestorm Variant Storm Release which produces Fire Nimbus at speeds 1-rank slower than the user's Nimbus: Cloud Control.
Name: Nimbus: Cloud Control II Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self (Clouds)
Description: Sharply contrasting with their ability to produce Nimbus is the percentage of Arashi who are actually able to finely control them in battle. When this technique isn't learned the fastest Nimbus is only capable of moving at Swift Release speed. Once learned however it affects not only the speed that Nimbus Clouds can move but likewise the speeds that they can be manipulated to change in density, size and shape. More importantly this technique was learned by Arashi due to it's ability to speed up the time that a Storm Release technique can be weaved together to C-rank Levels.

| As the other team moved into position, Seiko reached down and slipped her shoes off, tossing them off the side of the obstacle course, leaving her barefoot. Then the whistle went and she jogged forwards at C-Rank- speeds, glancing to the side and performing a series of hand-seals, her foot twisting slightly as she done so. She finished the seals with a slide along her arm, causing a Golem to appear next to her which she tapped gently. As her foot twisted during her movement, several things would happen at once. A series of chains erupted from the earth to grab Hoodie and drag him back down. Then a series of walls would erupt around Baggie and his bugs, moving incredibly quickly until they struck one another, sealing him in. The stone that made them then turned dark and solidified, hopefully keeping him and his bugs locked in place. She hopped up onto the first column and flicked her fingers before hopping to the next. Her Golem reached down and ripped a chunk out of the ground before tossing it with A-Rank+ Strength to try and slam into Hoodie while he was dealing with the chains, hopefully removing him straight away. She'd leave the last one to the other members of her team and hope they also dealt with the clouds that were moving across their side of the field. - Spoiler:
Density Regulation used to speed up Prison Chamber by 2-Ranks, resulting in A-Rank+ Closing speed. Density Deregulation then used to nullify initial decrease and increase durability by another rank, meaning 3 ranks total.
Enhancing Touch+Electrokinetic Burst to grant Hexa Chassis A-Rank+ Strength(5 Tier Levels Granted in total) Using strength to pick up and throw rock.
16 Stamina Spent.
Name: Earth Release: Prison Chamber Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Mid
Description: After performing the necessary hand-seals, the user sends their chakra into the earth, causing it to erupt upwards into a set of four triangular spikes. These do not aim at the opponent but instead around them, forming a pyramidal box around them to lock them in place. This rock is specifically hardened towards the inside to keep someone trapped, resulting in damage up to B-Rank without piercing to be ineffective from inside, while C-Rank from the outside will shatter the Chamber. In the chamber there is no light due to the earth being opaque, potentially leading to even more problems. The speed of the construction is based on the user's rank, although chakra can be spent to simulate having a rank equal to that.
Rank - Speed of Construction D - D+ C - C+
Name: Metal Animation: Enhancing Touch Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: C-Rank (4 Stamina per use) Class: Supplementary Range: Contact
Description: Charging her body with energy, Seiko presses her hand to a metallic construct that isn't already under the effect of her Ronin Ability, such as a Golem or Lobo, and spreads her energy through its body. This animates the metal with a purpose to remove friction and enhance physical capabilities. Once done the construct is considered 'Animated' and Seiko has a number of tier levels dependent on her rank to spread out among the construct's own tiers to enhance them further, making the construct even more dangerous than before.
Rank - Number of Tier Levels to Spread D - 2 C - 4
Name: Earth Animation: Shackles Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: C-Rank(2 Stamina per use) Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Long
Description: Channeling her ability, Seiko touches the ground and unleashes her energy into it. This causes the ground to come to life in a minor way, following a single purpose; to restrain her enemies. The ground lurches upwards and turns into a series of shackles that leap towards enemies. If successful, the enemy is grabbed around the waist, throat, ankles and wrists, chaining them to the ground and preventing them from moving. The speed that these shackles move, the strength required to break them and the number of targets hit is dependent on Seiko's rank.
Rank - Speed of Shackles - Strength to Break - No. of Targets D - D+ - D+ - 1 C - C+ - C+ - 1
Name: Earth Animation: Earth Density Regulation Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: C-Rank (Stamina Price Varies) Class: Supplementary Range: Contact
Description: Seiko uses her ronin ability and physical energy to impart Life and a goal upon the earth that she touches; become harder and resist damage. With this done, the earth she uses this one becomes denser and much more difficult to break, the end durability to physical techniques being based on how much stamina she puts in. However due to this, any earth technique this is used on, when called to move, moves slower depending on the end density of the Earth due to being much heavier and much more unwieldy.
Stamina Price - Physical Durability - Speed Decrease 2 - D - 1-Rank 4 - C - 2-Ranks
Name: Earth Animation: Earth Density Deregulation Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: C-Rank(stamina price varies) Class: Supplementary Range: Contact
Description: Seiko uses her ronin ability and physical energy to impart Life and a goal upon the earth that she touches; become softer and increase speed. When used, the earth becomes softer, easier to break but also much lighter, allowing it to move much faster than usual while being much less difficult to destroy. This means that any earth technique involving Deregulated earth is incredibly fast but very, very easy to break. The speed increase and durability decrease is decided by how much stamina Seiko uses.
Stamina Price - Speed Increase - Durability Decrease 2 - 1-Rank - 1-Rank 4 - 2-Ranks - 2-Ranks 6 - 3-Ranks - 3-Ranks
Name: Lightning Release: Electrokinetic Burst Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Contact
Description: A simple technique that is used in conjunction with Golems or Lobos to enhance their basic capabilities. This technique involves taking Lightning Release and spreading it through the robot's body, causing it to gain additional energy to draw from. Once this is done, and the number of constructions it can be performed on at once is dependent on the user's rank, they gain an additional tier level to all of their physical capabilities(tiers), potentially changing the tide of a battle.
Rank - Number of Targets D - 2 C - 4 B - 6 A - 8 S - 10
Name: Rikigaku Art - Golem Path: Hexa Chassis Classification: Kenjutsu/Ninjutsu Rank: A-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A
Description: The second most powerful form of Golem that's readily available to Rikigaku members, the Hexa Golem packs a lot of punch in a small package. These are usually intricately detailed, more so than their weaker brethren and usually have some form of face rather than a blank face plate, although it is unique to each Rikigaku member. They possess B-Rank Strength and Defense tiers and can take up to an S-Rank of stacking damage before being destroyed. However their most dangerous aspect is that they possess three slots for Element Drives. As before, a single Drive grants C-Rank Endurance, tolerance to the element and elemental physical damage, two Drives upgrades that to B-Rank Endurance and Resistance if they are both the same element. With three Drives, the Golem gains A-Rank Endurance in addition to the normal Element Drive effects and if all three Drives are the same element, this is upgraded to both Tolerance and Resistance. The Hexa Golem also possesses an Overcharge mechanic, expressing all three of its Drives at once. This causes it to deal Elemental Chakra Damage of all three elements with its physical strikes, its elemental defenses are upgraded by one stage causing a Hexa Golem with all three Drives of the same element to become entirely Immune to that element. Lastly the Hexa Golem gains an elemental shroud, enhancing its striking distance by a variable number of feet based on the user's rank. When over, it goes on cooldown with its cooldown period being equal to its activation time.

| Great the stage was basically everything against what Taigakai was geared for. He sighed with a puff of mist escaping his lips, almost looking really drained all of a sudden. He was practically going to be a chicken running around after its head was chopped off. What a pain. Just when he thought he'd be able to do something and then he's faced with this. Though, something like this was bound to happen, he supposed. He followed Seiko's lead, keeping up at C-rank speeds. Though if they moved any faster, they'd easily leave him in the dust. Taigakai gathered up some chakra, metal snow coming out of the gourd and packing into the shape of a snowball. Hopefully he could keep it hidden long enough that this wasn't just a fancy container of snow and ice. Though the signature gourd probably was a telling sign already. Oh well. Taigakai lobbed the ball of snow at C-rank speeds, aiming to try to hit someone on the other side or somewhere near them. - Spoiler:

Name: Ice Skating - Second Form Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A
Description: Due to the nature of Ice the Toketsu have created a specialist form of movement that allows them to delicately skate over the ice and perform fantastic leaps and bounds without having to worry about falling over. When this is trained it counts as a C-Rank balancing technique at all times however the movements are odd in regards to moving about when not on ice. When not on ice, this counts as normal C-Rank speed in all respects however it uses fatigue one rank higher as the footwork and movements are not suited towards the greater friction caused by a non-frozen surface. When used on ice however it consumes the normal amount of fatigue and indeed moves faster than normal, matching Samurai levels of speed but only when used on ice.
Name: Stahlrim Rising: Conductive Ice Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: Thanks to Taigakai's mixed lineage, his Ice Release has been permanently modified by his Iron Sand production, as well as his other Kaironokuma traits. The snow and ice produced not only naturally via his Winter's Breath, but also via Ice Release techniques, contain trace amounts of metals within them. This enables them to be freely manipulated just like any other metal, enabling Taiga to substitute Metal Sand in any of his techniques that utilize it, namely Circuit Fist or Pulse Techniques, for Ice or Snow Materia up to a certain rank. Taiga is also capable of converting the metals within his Ice and Snow into others (via Atomic Metal techs) in order to temporarily give the techniques the properties of said metals. The rank of Sand that can be substituted and the time limit for conversion is based on Taiga's skill level. Rank - Max Ice/Snow - Time (P.T.) Name: Ice Release: Black Ice Effect Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Supplementary/Passive Range: Self (Ice Release)
Description: The Toketsu have found that by altering the way they cycle their chakra they can alter the properties of their Ice Release and grant it additional effects and weaknesses. Taigakai himself has not only learned how to do this with his Ice Release, but also found a new effect to apply to it. This changes his Ice Release techniques so that they are fully transparent, being much more difficult to pick up on with traditional senses. This adds a Reaction requirement equal to 1-Rank above the speed at which a Ice Release technique is moving in order to accurately gauge the position and direction of the technique. For those techniques that are stationary, it is much more difficult to sense, being completely invisible to  even enhanced eyesight, requiring a Heat or Chakra Sensory technique equal to the rank of the Ice Release technique to detect. Ice Release techniques that are made specifically with Black Ice are known as “Black Ice Style”.

Name: Ice Release: Chilling Snowbomb Classification: Ninjutsu/Shurikenjutsu Rank: B-Rank (C-Rank chakra, C-Rank Ice Materia per snowball) Class: Offensive Range: Varies
Description: The user of this technique gathers up the requisite ice materia and gathers it into a compacted sphere in their hands before saturating it with chakra. This causes the ice to become slightly more powdered than usual, taking on the form of a snowball. These snowballs are thrown as projectiles, using the user’s tiers to determine their speed and any piercing they may possess. These snowballs, upon hitting a foe or a solid surface, detonate into a cloud of chakra infused snow, dealing Ice Release chakra damage over a radius of 40ft. The amount of damage dealt by the snowballs is dependent on the user’s Winter’s Breath. In addition, the snowbombs cause anyone struck to lose Hypothermia Limit and create floating clouds of snow and ice that hinder normal and chakra sight for 5 PT over the area of effect of the snowball and where it landed.
Winter’s Breath - Damage Dealt - Hypothermia Limit Drain(Per snowball) Stage 0 - C - 2 Stage 1 - C+3 D - 3 Stage 2 - B - 4 Stage 3 - B+C - 5 Stage 4 - A - 6 Stage 5 - A+B - 7

| Mei felt getting through the course would be a little more difficult, but stopping the opponents, that was easy. With Seiko effectively taking two out of the game, she was focused on the other, Artist. Running along after her team her eyes fixed on Artist, and after the necessary seals, she clapped her hands together, creating a casing of crystal rapidly forming around them. If this all worked, then Team Seven just took Team Ten out of the race. - Spoiler:
Name: Crystal Release: Pentagonal Crystal Prison Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Offensive Range: Mid-Long
Description: Kris makes hand seals before a pink aura only visible by thoe wit chakra vision hovers around a target within her eye sight, she then makes a crushing motion with her hand and they are rapidly encased in crystal at crashing ground speeds. Once encased they are immobilized and when the crystal is shattered, the bodies of the victims disintegrate along with the crystal particles. If a target escapes the prison after being encased they are covered with a frostbite-like pattern. The crystal is actually very durable being able to sustain damage from physical and molical techniques B-rank and a below with out a scratch however if hit by a B-rank chakra based technique as long as it is not molecular based it shatters instantly. In addition Kris can shatter them herself after a delay of 5 posts (total).

| Hoodie would let out a high pitched scream as chains emerged from the earth that grabbed him and pulled him downward he would try to hit the chains multiple times but unfortunately he realized quickly that he wouldn't be breaking out of these chains. Meanwhile Hoodie would sigh before emerging from the prison as he moved through the earth, he didn't realize he'd run into someone else with an Earth affinity but fortunately such a thing couldn't hold him for long nor his kikaichu which would spill out of his body once he emerged from the prison. They had returned inside him once the prison formed around them so that they could emerge when Hoodie escaped, however upon emerging he would see that his two teammates had been trapped, one by chains and the other encased in crystals. This just wouldn't do and he would send two swarms of kikaichu to both of them, the kikaichu which were on the crystal encasing artist would work double time trying to drain the chakra out of the technique while the ones on the chains would try to do the same hopefully that would be enough to free them. This would allow Hoodie to continue forward to leap onto one of the pillars. - Hoodie:
Name:Earth Release: Hiding in Rocks Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: This technique allows the user to blend into rocks and then move in and out of other rocks undetected, similar to the Water Release: Hiding in Water Technique. It is shown that this technique is usable on any form of earth even rocks and dirt. As a result it concealed the user from not only sight but likewise vibration sensory technique B-rank & below. However, chakra sensory can detect them instantly if they are partially submerged though those with X-ray Vision in addition to chakra sensory can detect them even while concealed underground. While leaving concealment, the earth is slightly distorted as it raises from the ground up to reveal the user which is why chakra sensory techniques are capable of detecting the user. Depending on the type of earth the user's speed while moving through them is altered. Type of Earth - Movement Speed Soil - 2 Tier Levels Higher Rock - 1 Tier Level Higher Rock - Normal Speed Volcanic Rock - 1 Tier Level Lower

| Seiko hopped to the next platform, her Golem hopping up next to her as she looked over to the other side of the field, a slight frown hitting her features. "Earth release user, watch for him." He said to her team before flicking her wrist, a long cylinder of metal appearing in her hand which sparked with lightning. She handed it to her golem who proceeded to toss it to the other side of the field while Seiko used her strength and speed together to make it to the third platform. As the cylinder flew over to the other field, it flared with energy and a soldier of crackling lightning appeared, dropping to the ground next to Artist. The Sentinel then moved forwards, taking a swing at Baggie before moving past him to attack the cloud of insects moving to Artist to destroy them before they could remove the prison. The ones attacking Seiko's shackles could be ignored as that manipulation wasn't done via chakra and thus the chakra draining nature of the kikaichu couldn't affect it. "Taigakai, please attack and destroy any further clouds of insects. They are quite dangerous. Thank you." She said, flashing the boy a smile. - Spoiler:
Name: Drive Activation (Signature) Classification: Fuinjutsu/Kinjutsu Rank: C-Rank (C-Rank blood to activate Drive) Class: Supplementary Range: Contact
Description: Requires Element Drive. Once an Element Drive has been created, it can be combined with a Golem Core and then enhanced with the user's blood. Once this is done, it now becomes known as an Activated Drive or a Sentinel Drive. This technique is required to start creating Sentinels. Sentinels are a modification on Golems that do not possess physical forms but instead extend chakra shrouds from their Drives to form ghostly warriors that fight for the Rikigaku. Due to this they are usually easier to destroy than Golems, however they occupy a separate form of storage and the number that can be controlled at once is dependent on the user's rank.
Rank - Storage for Sentinels - Sentinels Able to be Controlled at Once D - 2 - 1 C - 4 - 3
Name: Sentinel: Man-At-Arms Classification: Ninjutsu/Fuinjutsu Rank: B-Rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Varies
Description: Taking an Activated Drive, Seiko triggers it into a basic form known as the Man-At-Arms. The Man-At-Arms is around seven foot tall and seems to be clad in heavy chainmail and armed with a sword and shield. They are made of a chakra shroud corresponding to the colour of the element their Drive possesses. They have A-Rank Endurance and B-Rank speed and strength and are immune to the element that they are comprised of. They deal chakra based damage of their element and apply a status effect on each strike, dictated by the element and put next to the Sentinel but these are usually somewhat weak. In addition to this, they are intangible and immune to physical techniques, however a solid strike against the core destabilises them for an amount of time based on the user's rank, meaning they fall to the ground inert and must wait to be activated again, even while in storage. Like all other Sentinels, they are summoned at a base speed of the user's rank.
Rank - Destabilisation Period(PT) D - 20 C - 16

| Taigakai didn't seem to enjoy having to be literal pest control. This was because he could deal with lightning and ice, wasn't it? He stared back at Seiko with a look of 'but why though' and then sighed, looking around for the insects with a newfound focus of something to do with this awful terrain. He eyed a cloud that was the closest to them and turns towards them, still hopping on the moving logs to keep in pace as he went through the needed seals and holding his hands out in the direction of the cloud of insects, bright shards of electric light firing out of his fingertips. He guessed this made him some kind of weatherman, and he decided the weather was going to get stormy. - Spoiler:
10 needles
Name: Lightning Release: Needle Rain Classification: Nintaijutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Mid/Long
Description: After forming handseals the user extends their hands with their fingers outstretched, producing thin needle-like streams of lightning that streak towards their enemies at speed equal to their rank. These needles are capable of piercing through C-Rank Defenses while dealing D-Rank Lightning Release chakra damage. The number of needles produced varies based on the chakra put into this technique. Alternatively, the user is capable of imbuing regular senbon with this lightning to increase the speed of their flight by two tier levels as well as grant them piercing equal to said speed. For this, the user simply needs to pay 3 D-Ranks of chakra per senbon they wish to imbue.
Rank - Needles Made D - 5 C - 10 B - 15 A - 20 S - 25

| Mei watched as the opponents were being incapacitated, and in turn, how the effects of her crystals would take hold of them. The insects that would try to eat through the chakra that comprised the crystals would find they were instead just being burned the moment they made contact, as did the occupant within the crystal prison. Next she just had a... well she hated it but apparently it was a handy technique for such a strange situation. Briefly increasing her rate of breathing she ran along twisting her ankle so slightly until she was ready to slip out, and then kicking. Disrupt, and slow, that was the goal to winning this. Her shoe slipped off, and soared across the field at 'Hoodie' to smack him. - Spoiler:
Name: Crystal Legacy: Searing Shards Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: As a member of both the crystal using clan Suisho and a part of the Erlang branch known for powerful fire Mishura, Mei was capable of bringing out a part of this in her most commonly utilised techniques. This manipulation causes the crystals that Mei forms to be super heated, with contact with the crystals causing those besides Mei to take a fixed amount of burning damage equal to one rank below the rank of technique used each round that they are in contact.
