Bound by lightning: Ok so first off needs a bumb to at the very least B rank. I do have a question or two about it though. It deals no damage, just binds the targets? Once a target is bound and you release the blade is the bind broken?

Description:

Description: This is a tech created by Riku to apply fuinjutsu without the usual physical contact needed. This is done by focusing and merging the fuinjutsu into a weapon or jutsu as use of transportating the seal to its target. When the weapon or jutsu has made contact, the seal is successfully placed. When using this method of applying fuinjutsu the chakra cost for the seal is reduced by a rank.

Description: Riku has improved his yaiba technique, now it is not focused from his fingertips rather it is an actual blade made of lightning with length and looks similar to a katana that he holds in hand. The blade is now capable of cutting/piercing through anything equal to or lower than Riku's strength tier, due to the high speed vibration of the lightning that makes it. The damage dealt is equal to his strength tier as well.
• When stabbed, the blade induces paralysis in the victim for as long as the blade is embedded in them.
• Another ability is that Riku can lengthen the blade to various lengths with an additional cost of chakra which is dependent on the distance. Thus, to lengthen the blade to mid distances a B-rank chakra cost is needed, for long distances an A-rank chakra cost is needed. The speed at which the blade stretches is equal to the speed tier of the user.

Description: The user shoots out very faint traces of lightning in a direction, these traces are near invisible, creating a pathway of electrical flow. Thus the air in this channel becomes very conductive, allowing a much easier route from the user through this path to the target location. Therefore any lightning style technique that goes through this channel has it's speed boosted two ranks and the channel can only boost one technique before dissipating, so to boost another technique would need another channel to be created.

All of these techniques need their ranks boosted. Yaiba should be A-rank since it's an enhanced version of the original.

Thought Union should be B-rank and should be stated to only be used inside of the same topic.

Nexus channel should be A-rank as well due to boosting by 2 ranks it would be B if it only boosted by 1 rank in damage.
