Description: Iaido developes the mind towards an ultimately peaceful, harmonious, and active state ready to react and deal with any life situation. Iaidō is a samurai-skill where the user quick draws the blade extremely fast to strike, then re-sheathing it, this this gives the user a rank boost in their speed tier. This prevents enemies from using hand seals and thus ninjutsu, making it highly effective against ninja. When mastered a person can use this technique to cut their enemy before they can finish one hand sign.Also, when using this style the user's attack reach is increased beyond the length of the blade by one inch, depending on rank. Genin-one inch, chunin-two inches, and stopping at jonin with three inches. Iaidō is a Japanese martial art associated with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard.

| uhhh unless I'm missing something ^^ this really does nothing at all....so I mean I'll approve it...but you might wannt add some scaling bonus to the fighting style or something to give it an edge to it. Just defining Laido isn't going to help you here unfortunatly

| Mmmmk this is approved, but realize just having won't stop ninjutsu. You have to draw your blade while they are performing the hand signs to stop them. Just means you can draw your sword quicker than a ninja can put together hand signs

Description: This skill allows the user to charge chakra into their palms, and eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and can be adjusted to be from 8 inches to a foot long, it is around 2-3 inches wide and lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The blade isnt as strong as a normal blade due to not being nowhere as dense or as heavy, yet easily capable of slicing complerely through an arm or leg. Because of how thin it is the blade is capable of doing major damage to others as well as the user. Able to pierce through defenses of one rank above and all below. | |

Each swing will unleash four condensed waves of lightning, the waves speed is that of its rank. The waves are capable of going long distances, and due to being condensed raiton can slice through things such as trees and earth but not objects made of steel or stronger. But still weapons like shuriken and kunai.

Description:
Basically, Riku's right arm begins to surge with raiton chakra, coating it in a crackling lightning aura. With the part around his hand taking the shape of a dragon head with red eyes. From this point Riku can use the move in two different ways.
First way: Riku uses the attack in a physical manner. By delivering a punch to the enemy's body, releasing all the lightning on the point of impact. This would result in the victim being thoroughly electrocuted and giving them 3rd to 5th degree Burns on and around the point of impact. A draw back to this is that his are immobile for one post and is incapable of chakra circulation for two posts.
Second way: Riku uses the technique in a ranged attack.The entire time using this method Riku CANNOT move from the position he began this way of the jutsu, and after this way his arm goes immobile for three posts and cannot circulate chakra for six posts.By directing his arm towards the enemy, and closing his hand into a fist. the dragon will roar as the aura grows to consume Riku's body, then the dragon's head will grow in size to be the same size as Riku's body. At that moment it will charge towards the enemy at A rank speed, while being connected to Riku still. Due to the connection Riku can maneuver the dragon towards the enemy if they dodge. This attack is a one hit only, it can destroy B rank and lower chakra attacks which won't count as a strike, and destroy A-rank attacks that would count as a hit ending the jutsu. The victim is not struck by this attack they are consumed by the dragon and are constantly electrocuted and burned by the lightning. When this has happened Riku can keep them imprisoned within the dragon for the post they are consumed plus one more, inflicting A-rank electrocution damage for each post imprisoned for a constant C rank blood price. Or immediately after being consumed, Riku will squeeze his fist tighter which would initiate the dragon to explode in an eruption of lightning focused solely on the victim, causing S-rank damage for a B-rank blood price. Basically, roasting them alive.
Note:
Can I get rid of some of the drawbacks I want the least amount possible and any suggestions on how to make it better.

| Okay first thing is I like it.
Now then The first way make the immobility of your arm last for one post while a lack of chakra circulation in said arm being for 2 posts (total).
The Second way make immobility of your arm last for 3 posts while a lack of chakra circulation in said arm being for 6 posts (total). Now then cause the dragon to destroy B-rank chakra attacks upon contact but not counting as the one hit while destroying A-rank attacks but counting for the one it. Also while trapping the opponent cause the damage to be A-rank electrocution damage each post for a constant blood price of a C-rank each post it is kept active. This will make it a Kinjutsu and it'll allow the technique to be much stronger. For the final function of the technique you can make it cost a B-rank amount of blood and causing the opponent be be consumed in an S-rank damage lightning explosion.

Description : This is a seal that Riku places on people and objects via contact with the palm of his hand and can only be done with his palm. The instant this is done, in black, the kanji representing the word spark will instantaneously appear on the spot touched.( the seal(s) disappear from wherever they were placed at the end of the topic.) Upon the snap of Riku's fingers the seal will discharge a D-rank amount of raiton electrocuting the victim, dealing D-rank damage. The number of seals placed on an object or person can stack therefore maximizing the amount of damage done by increasing the number of placed seals on the object or person. The amount of damage done by one seal can be altered by the amount of chakra put into it. Thus an input of an S-rank amount of chakra in one seal can deal S-rank damage, the norm amount being D-rank. The seal can also be placed on multiple targets at a time. | |

Due to being a werewolf now Riku's body has gone through some extraordinary changes. One being that his body will heal itself at a exceedingly faster rate than normal, even when not in wolf form. For example, he is able to recover from wounds caused by jutsu equal to his rank and below after one post from getting injured. With wounds given by jutsu one rank above his will take two posts to completely recover from and three posts for injuries caused by a jutsu of two ranks above his, and so on. This levels up with the user and caps at S-rank. | |

Every post after this seal has been placed, it will drain a c-rank amount of chakra from it's wearer. As the seal begins to drain chakra it will glow a dim red and will continue to glow brighter with the amount of chakra it consumes The seal will stop draining chakra after it has drained three C-ranks worth from its target. The number of seals can stack.

This genjutsu can be iniated when the user makes eye contact with the target. When initiated the user cannot move, without cancelling the jutsu, due to the focus needed for the technique.During the length of the technique a D-rank amount of chakra is drained to keep it active. After activation the target will find themself on a universal plane decorated by planets, stars, comets etc. They will have a feeling of weightlessness and will be unable to distinguish up from down. If they tried to move in any way they would then feel excruciating pain as then a large spear of light would be noticed embedded in the center of their person, dealing C-rank mental damage. When this is done the target is rendered incapable of movement but can speak. The user then would appear in the plane, and three more spears of light would appear hovering above the target. The user can choose when and where to plunge a spear into the target, each dealing C-rank mental damage. This genjutsu is perfect for torture or interrogation.Then at the end the user can just end the jutsu or at the cost of a A-rank amount of chakra will create a black hole in the center of the target. Which would cause a B-rank amount of mental damage as it tore & consumed them whole.

| bump both ranks up ( B and S now ) and the chakra cost to activate the black whole should be bumbed up to A rank as well.
In addition because your constantly dealing damage inside of the genjutsu its going to need a chakra drain per post. A D-rank chakra to keep it active is plenty. (This is if there is no "time" limit in the jutsu) | |

The lightning infused blows have a direct effect on the nerves because when hit lightning is being injected into the nervous system around the area of impact. Thus that area hit becomes overly stimulated with electricity causing that limb(s) to be uncontrollable for two posts. This in turn creates the same effects as the moon would on Riku. Allowing him to transform.

And the damage will stack for six posts as long as the victim stays within the mist.

Description:
This illusion is used as a means to escape a bad situation or as a diversion a finisher. It begins by the enemy launching an attack on the user, ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, etc. Any form of attack that requires the enemy to look at the user. The user weaves the genjutsu around himself so that when the enemy looks at the user to attack they are instantly caught in the genjutsu. When caught in the illusion the enemy sees their attack hit/effect the user in the way they wanted it to and continues for a post after that, before the illusion wears off. While in reality the user has either dodged the attack and fled or dodged and is readying a counterattack.

Description: Riku will first stream lightning chakra through any bladed weapon he has in his grasp i.e kunai, senbon, katana, sickle. He will then implant the weapon into the ground to send an electrical current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target at B-rank speed, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack and bind multiple targets individually. The technique binds the target(s) by paralyzing them for as long as the weapon is in the ground, and the user is holding the blade. The bind is released when the blade is released. When used in the presence of water the speed goes up to A-rank. This jutsu deals no damage and the target stays bound until the blade is removed or broken.
