| Battle Area
Bare grass land about two miles long with a lake on the edge of the south side surrounded by alot of trees. On the north side a volcano sits erupting every 15 post to spread through the whole area covering it with lava that will deal A rank burn damage if not blocked . On the west side a rocky area full of stones and pillars. And on the east side the ground turns to sand giving a good amount just sitting there
rule
After you kill someone your chakra reserves will refill each time.
And for every two ppl you kill you will heal from 50percent of your wounds.
and every three u will fully heal.
and if you die you can come back once after five post of the person that killed you or when they die

| Loki was above hovering on his crane he was closest to the lake and many trees just hovering on the back of his summon his sword rip in hand no shirt on showing his bare charcoal black skin, he had on pants though with two sets of kunai pouches on each leg just waiting for someone to show up so he could start the fight - Spoiler:

In addition she can heal allies by covering them with her wings and revealing her inner layer which releases a powerful healing aura. However her most powerful technique is used when an Ai branch member uses Ai Style: Ones Own Life Reincarnation as instead of only Resurrection one person the user sacrifices their life to save any ally that has died within the plot time period. Her feathers can also be used as physical [[weapons dealing S-rank physical damage.

| Jikei walked through the forest taking his hands out of his pockets and releasing four chains that had some of his lightning chakra running through them. The chains went into the ground so Jikei can use them for a sneak attack if somebody tried to attack him with their own sneak attack. Hmm...looks like I have a few enemies. He sighed not really wanting to fight but knowing that is where it always leads thanks to his father's reputation. OOC: 1/3 - Spoiler:

Special Ability: Yūsen Jun takes the appearance of a pair of gauntlets capable of releasing an infinite amount of the Magnetic Denki Chains. Under the top layer of the gauntlets are 10.5 inch retractable blades.
Magnetic Denki Chains: Through combining all the Denkou clan’s weapons, the triple thick thread has now been transformed into a chain with kunai attached to their ends, now can only be cut by A-rank strength or higher, which allows for higher flows of lightning through the chains. When lightning is pumped into the chain then one is able to fully control the chains without being in contact with it. The chains retains the ability to absorb and seal away lightning, weakening lightning jutsus not used by the user by 1 rank, as long as that lightning jutsu is within 5 meters of the chains.

Description: The Kami Raidengan, is the powerful fusion of the Denkou Clan’s Joukai Raidengan and the Kugeki Clan’s bloodline. The Kami Raidengan has all the abilities of all the Denkou clan Raidengans: ability to see if somebody is under a genjutsu, ability to see fast moving objects S-rank and lower as if they were moving at D-rank speeds, SS-rank speeds will be seen as if they were moving at C-rank speeds and SSS-rank speeds will be seen as if they were moving at B-rank speeds, and can perfectly copy lightning jutsus S-rank and lower(if chosen to one can instantly learn the lightning jutsu after the topic without training) while only partially copying SS-rank and SSS-rank lightning jutsus(this will allow them to be trained but only require half the word count).
The Kami Raidengan grants the new type of lightning called Gray Lightning, the fusion of the Joukai Raidengan’s White Lightning and Saisho’s Black Lightning, an extremely powerful lightning that burns anything it touches to the point where it can only be healed by S-rank medical jutsus and can literally destroy other jutsus it comes in contact with one rank higher due to Black Lightning’s void release properties. The eye also allows the user to absorb lightning and convert it into chakra not adding to one’s overall chakra supply but only resupplying their current amount of chakra or use the absorbed lightning to heal their wounds, can only absorb SS-rank and lower; neither affect can be done at the same time and only one can be done per topic.
Because of the inability to see chakra flow the Kami Raidengan allows for the direct creation of Occupation Zones, which has been renamed Vela Field for these eyes exclusively. This field spreads 10 feet around the user. Similar to the Occupation Zones anything that enters the Field will instantly be noticed by the user allowing them to track and locate said intruders with minimal effort, and the Field cannot be determined by anybody or anything. Usually those who posses this eye are completely sadistic and only want to paint the world blood red but that is only if one doesn’t possess the Kugeki blood, with the Kugeki blood then one is a lot more stable and only have a drive to find the perfect battlefield. These eyes have become the main kekkai genkai of the Kugeki clan’s Denkou Sect while altering the passives of the Denkou clan but keeping to their overall application.

| Seems like hazen was last to enter the arena he was determined to go Ham in this battle no matter what I am immortal! Analyzing his potential casualties he laughed snobbishly, and and waited he would not go in first he waited to see what these guys had. He did a couple hand seal in preparation. Description: This Doujutsu turns the users eyes from red to blue and gives them different techniques and abilities based on the level of mastery they have unlocked.
Activation - In this stage their eyes change into the blue form. No tome have formed and they are able to predict the jutsu the user is going to use allowing them to react before the jutsu is activated. This is acquired from birth.
Stage One - In this stage their eyes gain a tome and they are given increased agility. This allows them to predict the movements of their opponent. Their speed and aglity is increased to chuunin levels. Many genin have this few acadamy students have this. The requirement for this eye is to kill a samurai genin or a chunin level opponent.
Stage Two - In this stage their eyes gain an extra tome heightening their senses and sight. They are able to perfectly read their opponents actions and intentions as they gain full range of vision in front of them. Their speed and agility increase to jonin level. Many chunin have this ability and few genin have this ability. The requirement for this eyes is to kill a samurai chunin or a jonin level opponent.

The lightning looks similiar to that of a human but the chakra makes the lightning makes the clone look like a normal person. The clone may only last for an amount of two rounds per class level starting at "D" Class. Every time the user learns this technique the user may create another clone. The user must add in an amount of chakra to allow the clone to perform lightning techniques that the user wishes the clone to perform at later time. When the clone it hit the clone forces an electrical charge that may shock the opponent greatly immobilizing the opponent.

| Hmm two of them huh Loki flew down towards the first one in the forest well not at him above to be exact he swung his sword and about 4 black arcs were launched at him just to test his abilitys then he fleq up and jetted over to the other two in the mist and launched eight arcs at them in two swings it would test the threes abilitys and clear the mist so that Loki could see who he was fighting cause as off know he was just shooting at mist when it came to hazen... - Spoiler:

| Even with the mist and the fact that Jikei couldn't see it didn't mean anything as once those black crescents entered his Field he simply moved to the sides out of the way of each one. It was nothing to him and no damage came along with that simple dodge. Looks like they are attacking. He said continuing to stand still not really wanting to move as for him it wasn't completely necessary to fight. He closed his eyes breathing slowly as he knew whoever he was fighting would die in the next minute.

| Hazen clone jumped in the air seeing Loki attack coming and dodged them without a wasted movement, then used Blade of Mishura to hit the crane. As for the Real Hazen well he simply broke lose Hades as he used his Kazanrai justu to shake things up a bit. But before he does it Shikoku and its clone run for the man jikei. - Spoiler:

Description: With this technique, the user summons forth a bright bolt of lightning FROM THE SKY which strikes the battlefield, and upon striking the ground, it blinds everyone present for a moment before revealing the true purpose of this jutsu – a sea of grayish dust is ever present, blanketing the battlefield. This ‘mist’ is actually Raiton particles spread forth all around, serving to blind shinobi with regular vision, confuse doujutsu as they’d see nothing but bright lights due to the immense amount of chakra present, and finally, constantly shock whomever is trapped within. Every two seconds, all within the storm will be shocked for ‘C’ ranked damage; those carrying metal on them or those susceptible to Raiton due to their blood will have that damage increased to ‘B’. Lastly, at all times within the storm, a loud crackling noise can be heard, confusing regular hearing unless the user is adept at the Sound release. By default, the storm remains in place for five posts, but it can be blown away by ‘S’ ranked Fuuton and swept away by ‘S’ ranked Suiton. Does not differentiate between friend or foe. Can only be used twice per topic due to the toll it takes on the user. Storm size is seventy five meters.

| The crane would stop the blade of mishura not being affected by it in the slightest Loki then jumped off aimed at Hazen while he began building up chakra he launched three slashes at him which would send 6 black arc aimed directly at him then as Loki landed he would launch at the other man in the forest but only getting halfway as he began go do some handsigns in prep for his justu....
The lighting was not a problem the crane swooped under it and took the hit it would literly send the lighting bolt bacl into the sky, since the crane could reflect S rank and below justu then the crane would swoop over Hazen if he was dead or alive and attack spinning like a tornado which would gleam silver aimed at Hazen and his pet which would deal S rank damage. | |

| Its time. To recap those four chains Jikei released into the ground earlier had a point and it wasn't so he can perform sneak attacks. They were being used to create the patterns for his glyphs, the unique fuinjutsu and barrier ninjutsu combo he created to take down his father, not really it was just something he made so he can separate himself from the jutsus he inherited from Saisho. Circling around his two opponents a barrier appeared which would keep them inside. If one would look up they would the formation of three glyphs, in that short amount of time Jikei was able to create three glyphs. Almost as soon as the glyph was created the three formulas of the glyphs would combine into one. Luminous Glyph: Wrath of the Thunder Gods. Jikei said as a massive lightning bolt fell from the sky completely destroying everything with the glyph and thanks to its barrier there would be no collateral damage towards the area, that is saying a lot considering the lightning bolt will do SSS-rank damage towards the two. It must also be known for the component glyphs that made up the powerful S-rank glyph, Jikei used one of his genjutsu based glyphs designating the two of them. They will see hell hounds coming out of nowhere to devour both of them and since they were sharing the genjutsu they would both be able to see the other being eaten, I'm a sick person, but remember since he created three of this glyph then its power was raised to S-rank meaning one would have to be capable of breaking an S-rank genjutsu to stop this jutsu. As for the clone coming at Jikei he simply waited till it got close before reacting. - Spoiler:

Description: By running his lightning chakra through the Magnetic Denki Chains, Jikei will in some way send the chains into the ground. Due to the Magnetic Denki Chains giving him full control over it as long as his lightning chakra is running through it, then he will cause it to move underground creating different circular patterns, called Glyphs, that once finished will induce a variety of fuinjutsu and barrier ninjutsu effects, but these glyphs can only produce offensive and supplementary affects. These glyphs do take time to fully form: at academy Jikei can complete a C-rank pattern in 4 posts and a B-rank pattern in 6 posts. At genin he can complete a C-rank pattern in 3 posts, a B-rank pattern in 5 posts, and an A-rank pattern in 7 posts. At chunin he can complete a C-rank pattern in 2 posts, a B-rank pattern in 4 posts, an A-rank pattern in 6 posts, and an S-rank pattern in 8 posts. At jonin he can complete a C-rank pattern in 1 post, a B-rank pattern in 3 posts, an A-rank pattern in 5 posts, an S-rank pattern in 7 posts, and a SS-rank pattern in 9 posts. At sanin he can complete a C-rank pattern instantly but only one C-rank can be made per post, B-rank pattern in 2 posts, an A-rank pattern in 4 posts, an S-rank pattern in 6 posts, a SS-rank pattern in 8 posts, and a SSS-rank pattern in 10 posts. These glyphs can be placed on top of each other drastically increasing the effect of the seal or placing one ability on top of another, but doing this will take more time because more than one glyph will have to be created, if putting two C-rank glyphs on top of each other then it will take 6 posts all together, 3 to create the first seal and another 3 to create the second. Regardless of how many chains Jikei releases only one glyph can be in the process of being created at one time. When completed and activated the glyph formula will appear on the ground, the formation shining brightly, in some cases the formula of the glyph can be seen in the sky above.

Description: Because Jikei cannot be in the process of making more than one glyph at one time regardless of if he is using multiple chains or not, he had to create a conditions in which he could do so. These conditions are quite simple: the multiple glyphs being created must be of the same rank, the max number of glyphs that can be in the process of being created at one time is 3 regardless of rank, and once completed Jikei will be unable to create another glyph equal to the total amount of time it would have taken to complete all the glyphs (creating 3 C-rank glyphs at genin will mean he cannot create any other glyphs for 9 posts).

Description: Upon the creation multiple glyphs Jikei can fuse them together creating a stronger glyph. A side effect of using this process is that the new glyph created will retain all the powers of the glyph it is composed of while still allowing the usage of its own ability.

Description: Once this glyph is completed everybody designated by Jikei will be put under a genjutsu where they are being devoured by 3 hell hounds. Now this genjutsu doesn’t change the scenery and the battle simply progresses on as if nothing happens, when the genjutsu is initially activated. But after 1 post the person designated by the genjutsu will begin to see hell hounds chasing them and eventually devouring them. This genjutsu happens to be shared by everybody designated by Jikei, so everybody within the genjutsu will see the other people within the genjutsu getting devoured by the hell hounds but this shared connections true meaning is that everybody under the genjutsu must be able to break it or nobody will be able to (if 2 people are under the genjutsu one is jonin and the other is genin, since the genin will be unable to break the genjutsu then the jonin will also be unable to break the genjutsu). Because this genjutsu is created by the power of the glyph it cannot be countered but regardless of the fact that it can be broken Jikei can continue to put them in a genjutsu at no chakra cost to himself as long as the glyph is active, the only real way to stop the genjutsu is for Jikei to stop the glyph or for the glyph to be destroyed. Stacking more than one of this glyph on top of each other will cause the rank of the genjutsu to go up one rank for every glyph stacked upon it, making it harder to break out of. To make it truly fearsome once the target breaks out of one of the genjutsu they will continue to be in a genjutsu one rank lower until they break all the genjutsus equal to the number of glyphs equal (if 3 of this glyph is activated at once then the target will have to release 3 genjutsus starting at S-rank strength then going down as they break the genjutsus). The boundaries of this glyph is a barrier in which those who touch it are instantly put within this genjutsu, with the same conditions that they cannot counter it.
Name: Luminous Glyph-Wrath of the Thunder Gods
Classification: Barrier Ninjutsu/Fuinjutsu

Description: Once this glyph has been completed a large lightning bolt will fall from the sky completely electrocuting everything within the glyph with S-rank damage. Because of the boundary of the glyph creating a barrier there is no way to avoid the lightning bolt. If this glyph was made using the power of Cross-Sectional Union then two different affects can happen. One is a way of increasing the jutsus power, by creating this glyph using Cross-Sectional Union then the lightning bolts power will be increased by one rank for every component glyph that was used to create it (if 3 glyphs were used to create this jutsu then its power will be raised 3 ranks, capping at SSS-rank). The other affect is done in the same way as the previous but it grants more lightning strikes remaining at S-rank damage, for every component glyph that was used to create this glyph another lightning bolt will fall down and strike the target in addition to the first lightning bolt (if 3 glyphs are used to create this jutsu then 3 more lightning bolts will fall after the first one making a total of 4 lightning bolts). Unlike most glyphs after the lightning bolt has struck then this glyph is destroyed.

| As soon as the man said its time Loki jumped bacl pulling a kunai the crane halted and fly up hovering when it saw loki change up it did the same as the barrier formed and the glyphs appeared Loki fell into a genjustu but his crane was quick to react even if it was caught in the genjustu he would just rush himself with his own healing arura and swoop doqn to pick up Loki wrapping his wings around him to break him from the gen then if it had time it would pick up Hazen as well breaking him from the gen then as the lighting bolt hit it would be strong but it was still a S rank justu no matter how much damage ot did and the.crane.could reflect it sending it back up as it hit its wings hopefully hitting one off those glyphs as it went up | |

| Devin was laying on a cloud about 120 feet up in the air just relaxing and what not, around her were four additional clouds two of which had turned into Gale Clouds and the other two turning into Heat Clouds. At the moment she was just a silent observer and would look down at the moment not seeing much but being alerted that there were opponents in the area thanks to the lightning bolt she activated her Uzugan after seeing it and made a few hand signs before expelling water from her mouth which turned into mist, a mist which would begin to spread through out the area slowly sinking to the ground. - Spoiler:
Considering Devin is..pretty high up I'll say the mist will spread to the whole area in 5 posts (total)

Academy rank users start the battle with 1 cloud and produce new 1 cloud every turn for a max of 10 clouds. Genin rank users start the battle with 3 clouds and produce 1 new cloud every turn for a max of 20 clouds Chunin rank users start the battle with 5 clouds and produce 2 new clouds every turn for a max of 30 clouds. Jonin rank user start the battle with 7 clouds and produce 2 new clouds every turn for a max of 40 clouds. Description: This jutsu turns one of the white clouds into an color of the invisible light spectrum which radiates heat. Heat clouds are unable to be seen with the naked eye only noticeable by the sense of touch due to the vast amount of heat each cloud produces. This cloud has the ability to specifically target water and ice techniques which causes an attacks of equivalent rank to the clouds to separate on a molecular scale literally dividing them to hydrogen and oxygen. This technique is required for any of the Storm Release: Heat tech.

Description: This technique causes her clouds to permanently form into rings on her arms, ankles neck and waist. Inside of the clouds is an air pocket which causes extreme resistance holding back the user in both chakra and physical ability. Due to that the user is lowered to Samurai amounts of chakra and suffers from physical ability cripples. However this technique has the unique ability to literally stimulate the shinobi's ability to grow stronger and with each rank up 1 Tier is added to the users natural abilities in strength,speed and endurance. As well as in terms of chakra each rank up means a permanent +1 to the users Jutsu Limit. This technique is a one time uses up 6 clouds at all times. Also upon being released the user is freed from the physical ability penalties and their chakra restores to normal however they are no longer able to use this technique to increase their natural abilities. Basically its a test...to see how long the shinobi can afford to hold back.

Description: This displacement technique is a lost art obtained from scrolls of the past that Devin found in her village. This technique allows one to cause a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth. The user then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. Due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any chakra sensing dojutsu users will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the now blinded opponent.

| OOC: Since Loki and Lavon didn't post we are moving on. Jikei simply sighed he never really liked to fight in the first place that is why he made his glyphs so he can still battle without having to do much work, even though that led people to think he couldn't fight close range like his father but that is something he truly hides. Sigh...I guess I should.... He began to say before stopping catching something in his Field. He stood still yet again and simply closed his eyes. Looks like it starts again. He said activating his eyes which not even his mother has mainly due the fact that it was his father's blood that brought out this new dojutsu. - Spoiler:

Description: With the fusion of the two bloodlines the user’s blood and chakra will flow completely different than with others, it moves around their bodies at the speed of lightning which will create static discharge within their body. This discharge will only affect dojutsu that can see chakra flow, as when one does look at the user’s chakra flow their eyes will not be able to match the speed of their chakra flow rendering their eyes useless for 3 posts. This works in the same way as a scrambler, inverting direct signals.

Description: With the natural lightning chakra in the user’s body flowing at such a high rate then the adrenalin flow is pushing their body to its utmost limits, making their strength, speed, and endurance equal to their rank. Usually this cannot be sustained for an extended amount of time, but thanks to the Kugeki’s fighting capability this process has become as natural as breathing and there is no limit on how long they can maintain this.

Description: With the user's blood flowing as fast as it is their body is releasing small static particles, thanks to their lightning chakra. These particles can be released across long ranges along with their jutsus or when the user makes contact with their target, when the particles do make contact they will cause a knock back affect sending the target flying 10 feet. This can also make a solid defense, as if the user knows the exact position the target is going to hit then they can move the particles to that location and still cause a knock back effect when the target hits it. Even though the user's body is constantly releasing these static particles they can choose whether to guide it along their jutsus or not.

Description: Being born with advanced fighting ability the Kugeki have reached the point in which they can accurately measure a person’s power through one simple collision with them. This helps Kugeki’s figure out if fights are pointless due to their opponent being too weak or if their opponent will give them the fight they long for.

Description: To many the downside to the Kugekis is their chakra natures in which their secondary must be the weakness of their primary, and tertiary must be the weakness of their secondary. Even with this “weakness” the Kugekis are capable of perfectly fusing jutsus of opposing chakra natures without having them neutralize each other. With this as long as the Kugeki has the components of the fused jutsu then they are capable of training for it no matter what rank it happens to be along with being able to fully use them.

Description: With their above average fighting ability the Kugeki’s are very fast learners along with their bodies naturally being able to adapt to certain situations. These situations being when they come against tiers higher than their own, in which upon doing so their bodies will not instantly adapt but every time the Kugeki receives damage from that tier, in terms of defense when their physical attacks are blocked, they will gain an increase by 1 rank to that tier’s opposing tier: if going against strength tier will gain speed tiers, if going against speed tiers will gain endurance teirs, if going against endurance/defense tiers will gain strength tiers. This adaptation does come with the risk of dying as even if the Kugeki can gain their tiers in time to win the fight the damage received to gain those tiers might end up killing them. Naturally caps at S-rank.

Description: Taking on keen applications of its predessor, Zerosutairu, this style has applied Particle Aura into its power along with adding lightning chakra to most of Zerosutairu’s techniques making them more fearsome then they were before. This improved fighting style has gotten rid of the concentration on outdistancing and occupation zones and now follows the principle of improving upon one’s own style. It is a very dangerous style if one was born to the Kugeki clan Denko sect, granting them access to the improved techniques that come with this style, but without that this is a useless style.

Description: The Kami Raidengan, is the powerful fusion of the Denkou Clan’s Joukai Raidengan and the Kugeki Clan’s bloodline. The Kami Raidengan has all the abilities of all the Denkou clan Raidengans: ability to see if somebody is under a genjutsu, ability to see fast moving objects S-rank and lower as if they were moving at D-rank speeds, SS-rank speeds will be seen as if they were moving at C-rank speeds and SSS-rank speeds will be seen as if they were moving at B-rank speeds, and can perfectly copy lightning jutsus S-rank and lower(if chosen to one can instantly learn the lightning jutsu after the topic without training) while only partially copying SS-rank and SSS-rank lightning jutsus(this will allow them to be trained but only require half the word count).
The Kami Raidengan grants the new type of lightning called Gray Lightning, the fusion of the Joukai Raidengan’s White Lightning and Saisho’s Black Lightning, an extremely powerful lightning that burns anything it touches to the point where it can only be healed by S-rank medical jutsus and can literally destroy other jutsus it comes in contact with one rank higher due to Black Lightning’s void release properties. The eye also allows the user to absorb lightning and convert it into chakra not adding to one’s overall chakra supply but only resupplying their current amount of chakra or use the absorbed lightning to heal their wounds, can only absorb SS-rank and lower; neither affect can be done at the same time and only one can be done per topic.
Because of the inability to see chakra flow the Kami Raidengan allows for the direct creation of Occupation Zones, which has been renamed Vela Field for these eyes exclusively. This field spreads 10 feet around the user. Similar to the Occupation Zones anything that enters the Field will instantly be noticed by the user allowing them to track and locate said intruders with minimal effort, and the Field cannot be determined by anybody or anything. Usually those who posses this eye are completely sadistic and only want to paint the world blood red but that is only if one doesn’t possess the Kugeki blood, with the Kugeki blood then one is a lot more stable and only have a drive to find the perfect battlefield. These eyes have become the main kekkai genkai of the Kugeki clan’s Denkou Sect while altering the passives of the Denkou clan but keeping to their overall application.

Special Ability: Yūsen Jun takes the appearance of a pair of gauntlets capable of releasing an infinite amount of the Magnetic Denki Chains. Under the top layer of the gauntlets are 10.5 inch retractable blades.
Magnetic Denki Chains: Through combining all the Denkou clan’s weapons, the triple thick thread has now been transformed into a chain with kunai attached to their ends, now can only be cut by A-rank strength or higher, which allows for higher flows of lightning through the chains. When lightning is pumped into the chain then one is able to fully control the chains without being in contact with it. The chains retains the ability to absorb and seal away lightning, weakening lightning jutsus not used by the user by 1 rank, as long as that lightning jutsu is within 5 meters of the chains.

| Devin sighed before turning and laying back on her back as she knew her opponents had no idea she was there after all the distance between them was so far that one could barely even notice chakra signatures not to mention she was laying on a large white cloud which would blend in with the countless white clouds in the sky. Four additional white clouds lurked as well concealing the colored clouds which hovered above them, she hummed to herself as she relaxed her Uzugan deactivated as she had noted where her opponents were which was all she wanted to do. Sure she couldn't make out their exact identities, she could barely even see their body shapes but that was all she needed to really do now she could sit back and wait untilt hey had exhausted themselves out before she would swoop in for an easy kill. | |
