Description:The user creates a small white cloud in front of them which starts to orbit the user blocking 1 physical hit the same rank as them. This cloud is nessesary to use any of the other storm tech. It can also function as a means of transportation as it becomes solid enough for the user to stand on it. Academy rank users start the battle with 1 cloud and produce new 1 cloud every turn for a max of 10 clouds. Genin rank users start the battle with 3 clouds and produce 1 new cloud every turn for a max of 20 clouds Chunin rank users start the battle with 5 clouds and produce 2 new clouds every turn for a max of 30 clouds. Jonin rank user start the battle with 7 clouds and produce 2 new clouds every turn for a max of 40 clouds. Sannin rank users start the battle with 10 clouds and produce 3 new clouds every turn for a max of 50 clouds.

Description: Neo was born with the origin curse seal as the result of a generic hand-me-down of pure shitty luck. When being generically passed down, a slight disfunction occured, resulting in Neo’s curse seal being closer to the surface, constantly flooding his mind and actions. When this eye is shown, it will automatically put Neo into his Second Seal mode and attempt to kill everything that the eye sees. This includes enemies, allies and animals. Anything moving is a foe. However, certain individuals can be 'whitelisted' from Neo's tantrums by having Neo taste their blood at some point in the past.

When Eye right eye (Always bandaged) is shown, Neo will instantly be put into his second curse seal mode and loose consciousness.

Name: Origin Curse Seal

Description: The user is able to naturally produce a variety of enzymes which grant them the effect of curse seals. As such, he/she is able to use its power to its full extent without it eroding his body. Unlike those who have been given a cursed seal, user is not limited to one transformation, and can enter whatever form is best for the situation. He/she can change what form he/she takes almost instantly and can isolate the transformation to parts of his/her body. In the stage two form which can only be activated 10 posts into the battle like all the other Curse Seals gives the user a massive power boost giving them all the A-rank tiers simultaneously at once as well as retaining the ability to alter ones body to suit combat. However as a trade off the user enters a murderous rage rendering anyone as a target (within the topic) and does not quell unless stopped either physically by getting killed or knocked unconscious or mentally through genjutsu or rarely intense killing intent. In this form the users skin turns dark, with black sclera in the eyes and a black stripe running from the middle of his/her forehead and down the bridge of his/her nose. This technique also allows the user to create and implant curse seals in others however the rate of success is low with only a 1 in 10 survival rate.

Description: A clan member uses one of their clouds to make a clone of himself. These clones strength, speed and endurance are same ranks as the user. These clones take no chakra to make as well as they cant perform any jutsus, except for transforming their their body parts into weapons(as long as its not a projectile, i.e. cant make bows, or shurikens, etc) as they are still clouds.

Description: Neo will grow a tail with a sharp horn on the end. The tail is pure black except for the red tip. This tail is capable of extending to a length of 20 feet, and reclining again. The tail is thin and flexible, as it contains no bones.

Description: Sharpened body makes use of the Cloud Nine Technique (Which allows the alteration of clouds to be used as weapons). With this, Rather then releasing a cloud on a post, Neo will instead use that cloud to surround his body, before condensing and sharpening it. This allows the user to cut and slicing using their own limbs, however the cloud coating is equal rank to Neo.

Description: Normally Roxas's body generates normal body temperatures, however, when Tekio forces herself through Roxas's pores it leaks his Heat Release causing his body to generate an insane amount of heat constantly over time. This heat is also damaging to others besides Roxas and Tekio. Because Roxas is forced to deal with this heat he has obtained a type of resistance to objects that burn and produce heat. His body becomes resistant to natural fire, blaze, lava, heat, etc. while also preventing him from being frozen.

However, that isn't all. Because his body is constantly producing this heat the areas he is in will heat up over time. This causes frozen liquids to turn to normal then normal liquids to evaporate and eventually cause all to dry up leaving the area barren. It takes 10 posts for frozen liquids to turn to normal liquids. Normal liquids take 10 posts to turn to steam. It then takes ten posts for steam to comepletely dry up. Of course this process continues to repeat each time another liquid is introduced. However, this only works on normal liquids and jutsu based liquids equal to his rank. Drains D Rank blood each post of the users.

Description: A unique technique of Roxas's which takes the use of Kinetic Generator and Intensified Heat to further focus his internal temperature into a more deadly offense. This begins by having the heat from Kinetic Generator focused through Intensified Heat, followed by drawing blood from the palms through some means (knife, nails, teeth, etc). The blood sacrificed then fuels the heat and draws it in, focusing it solely around Roxas's fist and feet further enhancing his close range lethality. When struck by his superheated areas then target takes B rank spiritual damage. However, the heated areas can be launched through concussive blasts of heat in a straight line at crashing ground speeds, dealing C rank spiritual damage. It then takes the now cooled area 3 posts to reignite with the intense heat. Because this technique uses Kinetic Generator as a basis it carries over the constant D rank blood drain per post maintained.

Description: Neo’s power over the weather is quite significant, as a storm seems to constantly follow him. Neo’s chakra system effects particles within the sky generating storm clouds after 5 posts, raining after 10 posts, and lightning bolts/thunder will arrive after 20 posts.

Description: Clouds formed naturally by Neo can be altered in size. From their usually starting size, they can either Contract, or expand. When Contracting, the density of the cloud will increase. When half sized, it will be capable of slowing incoming attacks, and stopping equal rank projectile throws. The smaller it gets, the harder getting through it gets, until it appears to be a small solid (Solid = to Rank). When expanding, the density of the cloud will lessen, becoming nothing more then simple fog capable of bringing difficulty to sight.

Description: Neo’s clouds are just as effected by Neo’s curse seal as he is, and as such, whenever neo looses his mind to the seal, his clouds will gain equal tiers to his curse teirs as well as turn a bright redish colour. The main property of this cloud its connection to Neo. If Neo consumes 5 clouds when in his curse form, his speed tier will increase by one. If Neo consumes 10, his entire body becomes harder, granting +1 to endurance. If 15 are consumed, Neo also gains +1 to his reaction.

Description: Hope has mastered the use of his invisible physical aura, pushing it to new limits., taking the cypher ability to a new level. It will allow him to extend the range of his Taijutsu and Kenjutsu by 20 feet. Making him highly dangerous even from a medium range.

Description: This is a method of increasing the range of willpower, while reducing the quantity. When using projectile weapons, such as a kunai, or a shurikan, the user is able to have their displacement Aura link to that weapon, granting it an invisible range. Displacement Aura = to current rank. I.E C-Rank aura = 5 feet radius. So a weapon could miss by 5 feet, and still deal weapon damage.

Description: Cypher naturally have better reaction speed and have inbuilt senses which allow them to detect small changes and point out things that seem out of the ordinary. This sense of battle grants them the ability to react to D-rank speeds even if they don't possess sped tiers and detect opponents who are being hidden by D-rank hiding techniques. In addition when they do possess speed tiers it gives them the ability to react to speeds up to 1 rank above their own.

Description: Ronin have a greater affinity for genjutsu than Ninja and use that to their advantage as one of their adaptations makes it impossible to disrupt the flow of their genjutsu by simply cutting off chakra flow as well as overrides dojutsu eye immunity to genjutsu. In addition Ronin genjutsu techniques can be used on Dakar as long as they are the same rank or higher as the Dakar. Ronin genjutsu can only be combated with other genjutsu and can only be broken with the will or death of the user. (As well as the end of the topic)

Description: This genjutsu creates eerie black ninja illusions, which appear one by one from trees and rocks, and corner the enemy. Their movements are slow, but when attacked they multiply, and in this way they appear like ghosts inhabiting the mist. Kunai are added to this technique, by throwing them to match illusions movement, making them seem real. As the clones continue to multiply, the victim will eventually be worn down. This technique can be used more easily when their are substances that can aid in its spread like mist, smoke, fog, water etc.

Description: This technique stems from the amount of willpower people put into their blows, Cypher have learned to harness this willpower and translate it into a sort of an invisible physical aura which allows them to extend the range of their Taijutsu and Kenjutsu by 1 foot. Meaning if the blow seems like it didn't connect due to the opponent narrowly dodging it the blow will still hit them albeit at a 1-rank lower than the original damage simply due to the physical aura which envelops them in battle. This makes engaging in a physical battle with a Cypher a very high risk for amateurs in close ranged combat.

Additionally, because the user moves silently, it cannot be defended against, because the attack cannot be anticipated. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. Neo’s version makes use of his displacement aura, allowing him Neo to attack anyone within his Range without them being directly in front of him. The Aura no longer moves in a straight, destructive line, but rather becomes more defined, allowing it to attack multiple areas at once, and avoid attacking others. This can be utilized in a number of ways, such as Neo slicing multipe necks while standing some distance behind, without dealing damage to their backs. (So long as they are within his Range)
