Chandra Erlang is Complacent:

The following things are available to be added to by any of the members of the village.
- Missing-Nin Hunting (Members are able to suggested missing-nin npcs that operate within the Land of Graves. Either Lone Nuke-Nin A or S, or groups of missing-nin B-rank and below all of which can now pop into missions done within this territory or hunted down by Hunter-Nin)
- Maintaining Correspondence with the Bounty Offices (Doubled rewards for providing information that can be added to Bingo Book Entries for Missing-nin hailing from the village)
- Border Defense (Coastal Border Defense Missions can now be made which can involve Pirate Crews. Likewise those with Pirate World Characters can now participate in any coastal border defense missions located in the Land of Graves)
- Bandit Purges (Each Area within the Land of Graves is now occupied by notorious bandit groups, feel free to expand on backstories for them and each will possess 1 reward which under normal circumstances would be restricted to a delve)
-Hunt Fauna (Missions can be done to hunt Fauna in the Land of Graves with Sub-Species and Rare species giving double or triple the mission rewards respectively. In addition there are now a higher chance of encountering God Beasts in A-rank or above missions. In addition Mythical God Beasts now are triggered by the usual God Beast Encounter chance)
-Restructuring of Exams (Able to decide how the Chunin and Jonin Exams in Hakagakure function, whether they are single, double, or team based and what each category entails)

Bandit Group: The Night Vipers, a group specialising in night raids, brutal methodology, seem to murder for the fun of it rather than for actual loot. Most heinous part is that they possess a series of tags and bombs the method of construction for which has been lost for years and are known for heavily trapping the areas that they have raided.

Reward: Unique Tags/Bombs, possibly method for construction if one raid is enough to wipe them out. (Something akin to like Ibara style Poison Tags for example.)

Exam Change for Chunin Exams: Doubles rather than team with a focus on teamwork and unity, use of combination techs could result in bonus points.
