The following things are available to be added to by any of the members of the village.
- Clans Declaring their Heirs (Members of clans are now able to apply for Heir status, which will entail a proving of sorts where individuals compete against other members of the clan, one from each branch if branches are present, for the right to be the Clan Heir. Each proving is different with them counting as a Branching Mission, so feel free to suggest them for the clan you belong to.)
-Updating Clan Techniques (Members who add to clan techniques will get Xel rewards, this is done per technique with technique lines which are finished getting their own rewards while full clan revamps getting it's own reward. Those who are currently revamping a clan will only get a reward when one is finished, while those who revamp clans that none of their characters are in will receive doubled rewards. If you want to claim a specific clan, feel free to stat eit as a reply to this post, furthermore if you want or do not want assistance in doing so please state it here, with assistance the rewards are split and the Xel rewards can go to any of your existing characters)
- Adding to the Village's Exclusive Techniques (The Fire Release Master List has a section dedicated to Mahou, if you wish to add techniques in order to represent the different departments within Mahougakure feel free to do so. If you want to add to the Mahou section in the Republic Exclusive Techniques you are also free to do so. Doing so will give your character the normal rewards for contributing to the village's techniques, in addition to IC recognition for your contributions. Those who are currently contributing to one technique line will only get a reward when it is completed, as such doing multiple at the same time will not net any rewards until all are done.)
- Doing missions to Clear Delves (Delve Missions now give double the Xel Reward, alternatively members of a village are able to use Village NPC to have delved just ahead of their character in order to weaken the challenge albeit forfieting the rewards to Mahougakure. These rewards if techniques are added to the Forbidden Scrolls, or exclusive techniques where applicable, while gear is added to either be purchased or earned after completing missions, on loan during certain missions for ANBU members or asked as a reward after winning Examinations)
-Higher Focus on Information Security (The T & I Department will proceed to co-ordinate with Bounty Offices, meaning missions given by this department have halved Xel Rewards however there is a priority for information on Ex-Mahougakure Nuke-Nin resulting in Bingo Book updates giving double xel rewards for those characters who can give reliable information on them)
-Minimize Bingo Book Updates (Information on Mahougakure Shinobi give half xel rewards which is used to compile Bingo Book entries on them, in addition Mahougakure Shinobi can pay off their own bounty in order to remove their Bingo Book Entry requiring new info to be added to subsequent bingo books)

Updating Clan Techniques: Juryuko Clan Revamp (Dibs)

Claiming Kukinorite for Mahou and Sidonie Jayne declaring Heirship

Kukinorite Heir Trial = Current Kings and Queens hold a test for promising young Riders (Priority is as follows: Regalia > Sub-Regalia > GC or BC > Normal). 2 tests are administered: the Test of Ride (Obstacle Course) and the Test of Rider (Tournament) with the last Kuki standing being declared Heir.

Juryuko Heir Trial = Tournament between Juryuko Academy students and genin students, the top 4 are given the title of clan heir, however only the top 3 candidates gets any benefits of being the clan heir while the number one candidate gets all the benefits of being the heir. The any of the candidates can challenge the top heir at any time and as many times as they like for the top spot, however the one with the number 4 spot can be challenged by any juryuko in his tournament for the 4th spot. The succession to clan head is a challenge that the top candidate gets against the clan head, if the top candidate defeats the clan head the other three are stripped of their clan heir status and are offer to their allies as gifts to maintain the alliance. if the top candidate fails to beat the clan head, they are stripped of their clan heir title and the other three move up a spot, with an open tournament being held for those who are below prime and prime age to take the last spot.

When the top heir succeeds to clan head
3 and 4 are offered to the kukinorite and arashi, and gain the title of clan ambassador.
2 is given the title of interclan ambassador.

Kukinorite Heir Trials have been already decided, it will involve Parts War. Your character, can however compete for heir upon going to Kakegoe island. But due to you being a shinobi you can compete in parts war in the republic until you've unlocked Air.

Okay that's fine for Juryoku, due to them being based in Malice those who are in the Pirate World will have to come to Mahougakure to compete against the others, also due to them being based in Mahou it means missing-nin juryoku can no longer compete for clan heirship.
