Description: No matter the times or the Advancement in life, thousands of sea-lovers die to the ocean they love and hold dear so much. Sora has created this technique to ensure that those around him don't face the same harsh faith, this technique requires him to be within kissing distance to the target it. It works by transfer air from his mouth to someone else, this in change cause his breath-holding to go down by 2 P.T instead of 1 P.T. if they are lucky, which requires a success roll of anything except 1; if it lands on 1 the sora loses 4 P.T of breath holding instead of 2 P.T due to the excess air escaping into the water.
- Tekkai Kempo:
Name: Tekkai Kenpo: Crab Coil Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C (Various Stamina Drain) Class: Offensive Range: Contact, Short (Dash)
Description: Requires Tekkai Kenpo: Fist. This technique begins with a short dash of 10 feet in order to close distances with an opponent, and during the dash his fists are placed at waist level. Upon being within 3 ft, he applies tekkai to his fist then strikes out with both fists in a circular motion at the victim's chest requiring Reaction Tier equivalent to the speed that he had dashed in order to tense their body in time to avoid being knocked back. Upon impact this technique deals C-rank damage, while sending a victim flying back 10 ft with force equivalent to the speed that Sora was initially moving. This can cause them to sustain additional damage if they collide with something during their knock-back while if Sora utilizes strength tiers alongside this technique then the distance the victim is knocked back is increased causing them to sustain additional damage if they collide with objects. Tekkai/Strength Tier - Knock-Back (Additional Physical Dmg from impacts) None (Tekkai Only) - 10 ft (D) D - 15 ft (3 D) C - 20 ft (C) B - 25 ft (B) A - 30 ft (A)
Name: Tekkai Kenpo: Coiling Crow Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C Class: Offensive Range: Short (Strafe), Contact (Impact), Self (Victim).
Description: requires Tekkai Kenpo: Fist. this technique created through sora’s playfulness, yet when used seriously the technique can be quite devastating to those who get caught in this move. This move utilizes sora’s speed tier to move to the corner of the targets eyes as long as they are within 10Ft, this is done to make themselves look smaller to the opponent, the user applies tekkai onto their fist before smashing their fist into the stomach of the opponent. Due to entering the opponents blind spot it negates C-rank reaction tiers relaying on vision unless they possess Panoramic Vision or Mantra with briefly appearing smaller in their eyes. The punch knocks the opponent back 3 Ft unless backed by a Strength tier which increases the distance by 1 Ft. Tekkai/Strength Tier - Knock-back (Strength Modifier) None (Tekkai Only) - 3 (N/A) D - 4 (D = +1 ft) C - 5 (C = +2 ft) B - 6 (B = +3 ft) A - 7 (A = +4 ft)

Name: Alchemic Weaponry Classification: Fighting Style Rank: B Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Alchemist as a whole focus on Essential and Classical style yet moved away from the concept of Alchemy, Equivalent Exchange, Sora noticed this while studying the basis of the essential and the classical Style. Soru can create weapons comprised of Gelel, through equivalent exchange and the type of weapon created is dependent on it's complexity. This is done by creating a transmutation circle from which the weapons manifest themselves after donating Gelel (or Gelel + Core materia) for the Equivalent Exchange. These weapons only last for a set amount of time which is dependent on his level of skill while when formed they deal Non-Elemental Hybrid Based damage rather than physical. Upon possessing the Inventor or/& Quartermaster positions this technique can be utilized with raw materials to create weaponry with the properties of the core materia used to create it, in addition to dealing Non-Elemental Physical damage. In either case the durability of the weapon is established by the Gelel Price (durability can increase or possess additional traits depending on materia used in it's composition), however it functions like a normal weapon relying on additional techniques (Kenjutsu, Kyujutsu or Shurikenjutsu) to deal damage. Evil Shark Drain is a no, that isn't how Actual Medical Treatment works it's more like OOC medicine than anything special and nothing about your Alchemy deals in draining blood so I can not allow this technique for you.
T.S.: Restrict Blood I, you should name it Transmutation Circle: Bandage I. Also the way you have the latter part of the description is very confusing instead it should be: By applying his Transmutation Circle onto a wound he his able to reduce the bleeding by 3 D-ranks or in exchange for inflicting 3 D-ranks of Pain to the patient this reduction of bleed damage can be increased to a C-rank.
Kiss of Life should follow this format: Actual Medical Treatment: Kiss of Life. Everything is fine however all Actual Medical Treatment have a roll attached to them, so have it be Success Chance with a roll if you get a 1 then your breath depletion goes up by 4 P.T instead of 1 P.T as some of the air escapes while you are giving the Kiss of Life.
- Tekkai Kenpo:
Crab Claw = You need to put Req. Tekkai Kenpo: Fist. The Short Dash should be 10 feet as this is a C-rank technique, the rest of how you worded it is a bit confusing so it should look like this.

Coiling Crow: Remove the part about using your fastest speed tier, that's unnecessary, so long as when you use the technique you state what speed you are using during your post you'll be fine having that in the technique means you won't be able to use a lower speed tier if you ever wanted to. If you have it use your Shin, then you'll need Tekkai Kenpo: Shin, however if you change it to Fist then you don't have to learn another technique. Coiling Crow is a bit confusing, from the description essentially you are moving to the corner of your opponent's eyes before striking?
If that's the case then have the range be Short (Strafe), Contact (Impact), Self (Victim). Have the initial strafe be able to be used on an opponent within 10 ft, causing you to enter their blind-spot negating C-rank Reaction Tiers relying on vision unless they possess Panoramic Vision or Mantra with briefly appearing smaller in their eyes. Then he lashes out throwing a punch to their stomach and follow the same mechanics as Crab Coil however the knock-back is 3 ft (each level of strength increases the knock back by 1 ft).
- Item Creation:
This technique is a no for various reasons, the first being that there is no fighting style, the second being that it will require both Gelel & a Terra Core Materia Price, the third being that it wouldn't scale with endurance but rather similar to Alchemic Creations would be completely dependent on the Gelel & Core Materia Price. Gelel for the Rank of Barrier Tiers, Core Materia Price for the Duration. Likewise the fighting style will have to follow the same forma of Alchemic Creations albeit using Inventor/Doctor instead of Inventor/Quartermaster. What you could do is have this Fighting Style be named Alchemic Creations and the other Alchemic Weaponry to distinguish the two. Finally in regards to the pricing for Alchemic Creations: Roko if you want to make it a standalone technique then you can have the Rank be equivalent to Gelel while the Core Materia Price is a multiple of that price to determine the total duration. (For example, D-rank Gelel & 4 Terra means whomever smokes the cigarette gains a D-rank of Barrier Tiers for 4 P.T.
- Alchemic Creations:

For example, paying an A-rank of Aqua Core Materia (D, B, J & S), can result in the weapon possessing either D-rank Physical Defense (D), A-rank Heat Resistance (B), the ability to absorb up to an A-rank of physical Recoil when wielded by the user before breaking (J) or has the ability to Corrode through A-rank Objects (S) Find the other examples by looking at Deconstruction Index then going to Raw Material List & Item Template all the way down to the various properties when applied to equipment to figure out the other ways Core Materia can benefit the created equipment you make. Since you have 6 creation methods you should be able to fit 6 types of Core Materia, this way you don't have to go through that process (opening 3 tabs) when you are trying to figure what Core Materia gives what Property to your created weaponry.

| Bondage I - My one major problem with this is the disconnect between the base Distortion, which is a technique line designed to conceal one's form of alchemy, and this technique which is clearly medical in nature. You'll need to make a fighting style revolving around combining Actual Medical Treatment with Alchemy/Transmutation Circles in order to make this a viable technique. The style itself would be Medical Juinjutsu, as would this technique.
Crab Claw - You copy-pasted what Sav wrote and included: "The Chart should likewise be altered to reflect that." Which is a note for you and not a part of the tech description >_> This technique also bears no mention of anything Tekkai related in it the description itself, only in the chart. This needs to be fixed.
Alchemic Weaponry - My only problem with this is being able to apply 4 effects to a weapon when adding Inventor/Quartermaster. Upon gaining one of the positions, each effect you wish to add will require their own Core Materia Price (Ex: Creating a weapon out of Ignis will require an initial price which can apply one effect on its own, then three additional prices if you wish to add all the properties of Ignis). Upon gaining both positions you are capable of applying up to 2 effects for a single price (Ex: Creating a weapon out of Aero will require an initial price which can apply two effects on its own, then one additional price if you wish to add all the properties of Aero). *********************** ~~~~~~~~~~~~ | |

| Using the word "or" in a sentence does not naturally imply that each property requires its own price. And if the technique was always meant to work with one price per property, why did you not simply make the change instead of doing this back and forth? Sora’s idea brought him with quite a few surprise like by relaying on speed rather than strength he could get off more punches or deflect incoming strikes. This technique begins by sora applying tekkai to his fist before throwing a punch at his opponent with soru, the strength of the punch is determined by a tekkai he possess while the speed is determined by the soru he posses.

Guringurin Akusu will require Tekkai + Soru. This is because it’ll require Soru to speed up the movements of your body to throw out rapid punches using Tekkai Kenpo similar to Shigan: Oren. It should be a Offensive/Defensive technique as due to Tekkai it should be able to deflect incoming physical strikes with your fists. However the damage each punch deals should not be fixed but instead based on your strength tiers. Just like Shigan Oren it should have a -6 Stamina price per P.T used. They tend to move in groups of three or four and rarely do they move in larger groups, this technique from the Velo Velo no mi - Velociraptor fruit focus on the enhanced intelligence a raptor possesses and focuses it on their pack mentality. Allowing the user to learn combination techniques in battle at a cost of word count between them and whomever is involved in it, while at higher bounty he can add a i of people to the combination.

Okay, a couple of things: Bambi-Raptor would deal slashing not piercing damage however in either case it doesn't seem to really do much so instead you should have your attacks using your claws deal Bleed Damage. Have each limb deal additional D rank bleed damage when using claws with your taijutsu, and then have that bleed damage increase to 2 D ranks per limb when fully mastered.
Raptor Mentality: I like it just need to fix your chart a bit that's all. It should be Bounty (Combo Available) - Tech Rank (In-Battle WC). Then have it be like this: D (2 Man) - D (100) C (2 Man/Pet) - C (200) B (3 Man) - B (400) A (3 Man/Pet) - A (600) S (4 Man) - S (800)
