Description: The Arashi are capable of producing pearly white Materia known as Nimbus which resemble clouds which manifest when the user is focused or emotional. Often called Nimbus clouds, they are integral to the use of Storm Release as an Arashi Clan member will shape Nimbus and may or may not saturate them with chakra to give rise to Storm Release techniques. Nimbus clouds are controlled telekinetically having a deep connection with an Arashi's mental state and each Arashi is able to produce and control more Nimbus clouds as they grow more skilled (rank). Similarily they all have a max threshold of Nimbus that they can control on the field at once without strain, under normal circumstances without resulting in self harm this can not be exceeded. When Nimbus are used up in Storm Release techniques however it eases the mind allowing more Nimbus to be produced when "space" is made available.

Description: A Nimbus is Storm Release in physical form, however it is capable of having it's density shifted at the user's will. When increasing a Nimbus's density it becomes thicker and solid not allowing things to pass through it and being more difficult to see through, when decreasing a Nimbus's density it becomes very faint almost completely transparent while allowing things to pass through it with ease. The Nimbus itself ties into an Arashi clan members stamina as all Nimbus can sustain damage from a D-rank technique before dispersing however by expending stamina while they are produced they can be saturated improving their durability at the cost of rapidly tiring out the user. This price affects all of the Nimbus produced at the specific time it is used, and can be used without limit and can be stacked in the same post though overuse often leads to users being fatigued very quickly. The most skilled Arashi are capable of producing Nimbus clouds which are S-rank in durability through this method making it a versatile skill for any Arashi to possess. Despite this, all Nimbus are worth the same amount when being used in Storm Release techniques this passive typically finds more use for those Arashi who lack the ability to use the advanced variants and are stuck with the basic variant.

Description: The Arashi clan shares genetic material with the same beings which Nova were created from the Chakra Beasts. Due to this and constant intermingling with their Nova "cousins" an Arashi typically has large chakra reserves equating that of Soulless however depending on how far back the last Nova relative was this can drop to Inkan levels (5+ generations of non-nova ancestry). Along with this the Arashi Clan has a unique trait, a partial genjutsu immunity which is known to fluctuate as the Arashi grows in skill level (rank). Those of the "Royal" Taifū, "Elite" Tatsumaki branches as well as those clan members at the pinacle of their growth (Elite ranks & S-rank) are able to control the fluctuations more easily. Upon entering a topic the Arashi Clan member places in spoiler tags which rank the genjutsu immunity is active for and it lasts for the end of the topic. Until the Arashi clan member learns how to control it, it is always an equal rank genjutsu immunity.

Description: The Arashi have a close relation with weather, this is mainly due to their Kekkei Genkai revolving around storms. As a result an Arashi is able to read the subtle changes in the environment and use that to make educated guesses, on the weather. This is not true prediction as the Arashi Clan member may be wrong and upon making their last post in a topic they have the option of making a Weather Roll to 
"predict" the weather of the next topic upon travelling through Areas or Lands. Due to occasionally being wrong in the Arashi Clan members post in the new topic assuming they are the first to post they can do an optional dice roll to see the weather for the topic or they can choose to stick with their "prediction" which results in the weather for that topic being what they guessed it would be. If they reroll and it is something different then their guess was wrong, if they reroll and it was the same then their guess was still correct and they worried for nothing

Their connection to lightning and electricity doesn't just influence their chakra system but rather their nervous system as well as well Denkou have a natural resiliency towards sustaining paralysis, nerve dearrangement or muscle contraction as a result of intense volts of electricity. It is something which only become heightened as they age as their resistance to status effects a result of Lightning Release gets stronger the older they are always resulting in equal-rank endurance to the rank of the technique the status effect is included in to be immune to it's effect.

Description: This dojutsu swaps the users eyes from black to electric blue, which improves their reception speed and higher brain functions due to the electricity accelerating their neural passageways. This gives them varying abilities based on the level of Raidengan they have unlocked.

• Activation - In this stage the user's perception increases as the clarity of their vision becomes more sharpened preventing motion blur from those moving at D-rank speed. Utilizing this, to the user's eyes movement becomes slowed like a time-slowing effect allowing them to "predict" physical actions to improve their reaction speed even further. In order to activate the user must possess 3 D-ranks, 1 C-rank Lightning Release technique.
  
• First Stage - In this stage the eyes gain two jagged patterns as more chakra courses into them further improving one's clarity of vision preventing motion blur from those moving at C-rank speed. The user's eyes are now capable of picking up electrical impulses as well as electrical fields produced through electrolocation allowing them to analyze and recreate D-rank Lightning Release techniques upon seeing them in battle after which the Denkou can train them after the topic. • Second Stage - In this stage the eyes gain two more jagged patterns further improving the clarity of vision preventing motion blur from those moving at B-rank speed. • Third Stage - In this stage the eyes gain more vibrant jagged markings as well as a Sowilo Rune within their pupil, this increases their clarity of vision immensely not only being able to prevent motion blur from those moving at A-rank speed but also able to become more perceptive towards things which blend in the background as long as the camouflague technique isn't above an B-rank. The user's eyes are now capable of analyzing and recreating B-rank Lightning Release techniques upon seeing them in battle after which the Denkou can train them after the topic. In order to activate the user must possess 9 D-ranks, 7 C-ranks, 5 B-rank, 3 A-ranks & 1 S-rank Lightning Release technique.

Description: This unique genetic structure gives its user the unique ability to break their bodies down to a molecular level at speeds completely dependent on their skill level. The user can use it to merge with the bodies of others, with those with defense tiers equal to their skill level and above blocking the user's ability to merge causing the user to sustain equal rank damage to their body. This technique however is simply a gateway and through techniques based on the Parasite Technique they can improve it further and gain a more diverse method of body melding however it is always limited to those the same race as the user as the cell structure of other races is to different for this technique to be a viable method of jumping bar Medical Nin. Once a medical Nin for a 500 Word Weekly Training the user can meld with 1 other race, then a 1000 Word Weekly Training for a third race and finally a 2000 Word Weekly training for a fourth race. This odd yet unique ability is especially useful as the user can destroy the host's cells from the inside before separating with them leaving them to die or can be used to repair the hosts body allowing them to instantly heal from all damage equal and below their combined rank (I.e two Chunin would allow the host to heal from all damage that was sustained that is equal or below A-rank instantly) both abilities require ranked chakra to preform. The drawback of this technique however is that any injuries the host body receives while merged are also suffered by the user, leaving them susceptible to any of the host's suicide attempts.

To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. The cloud itself gains the ability to amplify electricity conducted through it increasing the damage output of a Lightning Release technique by 1-rank. The method of creating a Thunder Nimbus: Cloud is by infusing a Nimbus with a D-rank of Storm Release chakra which is done instantly or 2 Nimbus while possessing the ability to utilize Thunderstorm Variant Storm Release which produces Thunder Nimbus at speeds 1-rank slower than the user's Nimbus: Cloud Control.

Description: While spinning their Denki created weaponry within their palms the use cycles lightning release into them resulting in a rapidly spreading, at swift release speeds, discharge of electricity outward ten feet to temporarily interrupt the actions of her opponents attempting to engage her. Usually this occurs in a crescent extending five feet around each of the user's blades (meaning with only 1 it would only extend in a five feet radius to either the left or the right) however when used while fighting within the Hidden Mist technique it extends through the entire radius of the mist. This jolt does no damage and merely interrupts the chakra gathering of those without the Lightning Release Affinity (Includes Magnet, Raiden in addition to any Dual Combination or Tri-Combination Releases which have Lightning as one of their components while excluding Void, Null, Emotion & Anti-Matter due to either being Void release or not being comprised as chakra based damage) thus preventing them from gathering chakra for techniques done in the post immediately after the one she is using this technique. When the victim is preforming a D-rank technique it is completely disrupted while higher ranks are merely delayed a post later, note this technique can not be used to delay the same technique over and over again. However once said technique is completed when the opponent(s) are trying to gather chakra for the next one it can be used once again as a disrupting agent.

Name: Lightning Release: Synapse Boost

Description: Req. Active Raidengan. The user charges their body with chakra briefly to enhance their natural condition to D-rank levels spending 1 D-rank of chakra per tier they wish to boost, while they are unable to boost any of their natural abilities past D-rank level it is a useful technique as the user's body is able to be adapted rather quickly. While active however it utilizes chakra per post these boosts are used causing the user to eventually use up their chakra with overuse. The Denkou created this technique mainly as a method to gradually work one's way up to infusing lightning into their body and is typically a technique taught to young Denkou to help with learning how to manipulate their lightning affinity.

Description: Xing performs handsigns and spreads her hands in a fanned out gesture. A high voltage shower of blindingly bright electrical sparks sprays out from her hands, moving and striking at C-rank speed and inflicting C-rank Lighting Release dmg on opponents within 10ft, making this useful as both a 'keep away' and small scale area of effect (15ft radius) blinding attack as well as a concealment for her movements. Xing herself is uneffected by this technique's brightness, as it is directed outwards however those utilizing electrolocation or time-slowing dojuitsu have a loss of sight for 2 posts (total), those with both (Raidengan) suffer for double the amount of time being blinded for 4 posts (total).

Description: A simple nintaijutsu technique in which the user imbues their fist with lightning release chakra moments before an impact with a target which results in the forced discharge of said electricity into the victims body. This technique deals C-rank physical damage + Lightning Release chakra damage equal to the amount of chakra put into the user's fist prior to impact. The technique initially can causes the user's fist to glow a bit (C or B) however when a large amount of electricity (A or S) is put into it the fist sparks with electricity signifying it's lethality. The amount of electricity capable of being imbued into the user's fist caps at S-rank.


Name: Lightning Release: Body Flicker Technique

Description: Req. Body Flicker Technique. Xiu-Mei is a natural at the body flicker technique if only because her father utilizes it extensively coupled with the fact that she is a prodigy at utilizing the Lightning Nature Transformation, it only made sense she took this movement speed technique one step further. This was done by imbuing the rapid movement technique with her lightning release to imbue it with static electric currents which is generated by kinetic energy. The way Xiu-Mei uses it is, a rapid boost in movement which allows her to quickly change directions without any reduction of speed or loss of momentum while discharging a large amount of electricity (C-rank Lightning Release chakra based damage) in the vicinity during the momentum switch. This technique shares the other effects of the original technique being more costly due to the element infused in it, while the radius of the discharge effect depends on the speed the user is moving with this technique.

Description: This is a technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into lightning, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of cackling electricity extending over 20 ft before dissipating or as a continuous lightning bolt stretching a distance of 10 ft. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered and within the Denkou Clan this technique is treated as a coming of age ceremony that one must master if they wish to join the combat forces of the clan. To that end the Denkou's mastery of this technique can allow them to pay an additional chakra price each turn for the lighting bolt version to be kept up over multiple posts (total) while holding the Ram seal. The released lightning will electrify their target at Bullet Release speeds, and leave a crater on the ground's surface which is electrified with the electricity shocking everything within its range (diameter). Depending on the skill of the Denkou using this technique the size of the orb and the radius of the lightning bolt can vary.

Description:Noharu's Flash Step is merely a spin on the mishura's shadow step except in that instead of their raw use of stamina to increase in speed, noharu's requires his focus and manipulation of C-rank lightning release chakra through his nerve system in his legs alone that he can move in short bursts up to 2-rank higher than his current speed tier but requires him to be moving already as standing still this will only result in regular speed. The downfall to this technique is that like the mishura's it costs stamina to maintain draining 2 stamina points for every post used and requires another c-rank to maintain per post.

This technique requires a constant C-Rank chakra price, however the interval one can maintain this without paying said price is increased based on their Lightning Affinity.

Description: After forming a series of hand signs, the user forms an orb of lightning which they then launch at their opponent moving at C-rank speeds. Upon colliding with an object, the orb explodes into a shower of electrical sparks, inflicting an additional D-rank of damage on everything within a 40ft radius each post (total). The time this lasts is dependent on the user's endurance tiers but the constant jolts serve to electrify the area which is quite useful in conjunction with an AOE water release technique or any other conductable substance which raises the power of the Lightning Release damage by 1-rank.

Description:After a successful melding Noharu will begin to focus the lightning chakra throughout his body into the connected body at high intensity to paralyze a non lightning style user with strength tiers one rank lower than his own or endurance one rank below strength will also negate paralysis and instead result in a one rank drop to speed, equal endurance results in no speed loss. This is used to aid in the process of cell destruction in an attempt to neutralize the threat of suicides and can be maintained for a C-rank of chakra each post after the initial B-rank. A good technique for silent killing and assassination missions when stealth is needed due to the paralysis

Description: This chakra flow technique involves the user channeling Lightning Release Chakra into her sword and then stabbing the ground releasing a discharge of electricity which flows outward around them at Crashing Ground Speeds. This electricity flows into an opponent paralyzing them for 3 P.T, however it can be used to paralyze multiple opponents at once albeit holding each additional opponent for a shorter duration that it could paralyze a single one. This duration can be increased through the lack of Endurance Tiers as this techniques focus on paralysis is so effective that it requires either B-rank Chakra Tiers, a B-rank Endurance+Strength Tier Chain or A-rank Endurance Tiers in order to prevent paralysis from this technique. This technique however can be utilized with other Lightning Release Chakra Flow techniques which imbue Lighting into one's weapon in order to trigger higher Tier Checks and allow for a longer paralysis duration.

Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand after making hand seals to guide in both activation and the flow of chakra. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. The piercing ability increases with the speed of the user and without a Time-Slowing Dojutsu the user is locked in place confined to running in a straight line to strike an opponent due to this technique dragging the user forward with it's momentum boosting them, for the duration of this technique to equate Samurai Levels of speed hence the assasination aspect.

Description: This is a basic Water Release technique which has many variations. After preforming the necessary hand seals water gushes from the user's mouth like a waterfall extending over a distance of 15ft and washes away the enemy at Bullet Release speeds. One can freely control the power of this technique with the amount chakra one releases while holding the Ox hand seal while expelling water outward each post (total).

Name: Water Release: Hiding in Mist Technique

Description: The user makes hand signs before either expelling or drawing from a water source a mist which fills an area surrounding a 40ft radius around themselves. Due to being mixed in with the user's chakra it conceals the area hampering normal vision in addition to method of chakra sensory with victims only being able to detect the users chakra signature uniformly through the mist. It is incapable of fooling Dojutsu with X-ray vision however those with chakra vision such as the Itsugan have their advantages cancelled. Those with enhanced senses or a D-rank area dispersal technique and either get around the loss of vision or disperse the mist to restore sight.
