Description: From the entirety of the user's body, an Exoskeletal interface is crafted to be treated as some form of body armor for the user to wear upon themselves. The durability checks that the armor contains matches that of  Dead Bone Pulse and supportive variations. Dances and bone manipulation variations can still be performed with this armor intact. If the user chooses to pay an A tier chakra price for the crafting of the armor, it will gain an additional A rank chakra durability that will follow the strengths and weaknesses of life release chakra. With Psionic Calcite Infusion intact, Gado can use Psionic chakra instead for the A rank chakra durability to be based off that and check neutrally instead. The chakra durability is also passed on to the user's dances for the duration of the Verbena dance. This technique can be ended at the user's discretion and adjusts to the user's transformations.

Description: This amazing technique is something that Gado figured would be useful in coordinating for missions and things of the sort. What this does is utilize Gado's Psionic soul orb's chakra to set up a mental link with a select few. This can be used as a form of communication, with thoughts and mental notes being used as a primary form of contact.  The distance for this connection once established can be maintained anywhere as long as those involved are in the same topic with each other.  If those who the user is trying to establish a connection with has C rank or higher barrier tiers, Gado has to be "let in" in order for the connection to establish. If those involved lack that, the connection is forcefully established. Not only can this be used socially and for recon, connections can be forcefully made with opponents for the sake of transferring gen directly through the mental network.  The amount of links is dependent on Gado's ninja rank. Gado has to either touch someone in order to establish a link, or utilize a bone crafted material made of psionic bone as a medium.

Name: Psychometry Evaluation

Description: This Psionic technique is something that Gado came up with all on his own, mostly used as a medical method of receiving residual information of their current status. What this does is provide Gado the ability to perceive anatomical structures and functions psychically. This includes shifting one’s vision to see an overlay of the subject’s anatomy. This allows Gado to intuitively detect mental anomolies and mind based problem/symptoms. This one of Gado's best techniques that he relies on when evaluating a patient.

Description: Bone crafting is a special technique that utilizes Gado's bone structure in order to craft materials made out of his bone for varied uses, whether it be weapons or armor. The durability of such things will be based upon dead bone pulse.  This unique form of crafting contains an inherent relationship with dead bone pulse in regards to its available durability.
Life release chakra is needed for the creation of these items, but a blood price from the Kurogane themselves can enhance either the durability of the item to have spirit resistance equivalent to the bone durability, or the damage type of a weapon based bone crafted construct to do spirit based damage.

Classification: Soul Tech/Ninjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Long-Range

Description: In regards to this Psionic technique, after clapping his hands and touching his head with his finger, Gado is able to track people through brainwaves. That intent is receptive from up to 40 feet, with the sensory also serving in place as B rank reaction tiers.  However, with every telepathic link that Gado shares,  the distance of the technique are increased by an additional 20 feet for each individual involved.   Psionic Navigation can be countered by those who don't aren't capable of thought, or a B-rank cameo technique specifying the blocking of mental waves. Information gained from what's sensed can be transferred to those in the network in real time.

Verbena - The durability does not stack, hell no. Also, your Life Release does not gain damage equal to the durability, they keep their own damage, none of that nonsense.

Finger Bullets - It's already a thing, also any Non-Dance of the Kaguya Life Release is Ninjutsu for Kurogane, you are not a Dakar.

Telepathic Link - Halve the number of links, 1-5.

Psychometry Evaluation - Only functions on mental and mind-based problems, not the rest of the body.

Psychic Operation - No.

Bone Crafting - Will take chakra prices, it's not Dance of the Kaguya.

Bone Crafting - The second and third sentences basically state the exact same thing. One of them isn't necessary so you may want to remove it. Remove the ability for a Blood Price to make the items deal Spiritual damage, and the items will gain spiritual resistance one rank below the Dead Bone Pulse durability. Add in that the amount of chakra capable of being used in the creation of these items caps at S, and that it requires a blood price equal to 1-Rank below the Dead Bone Pulse durability to apply the spiritual resistance.

Bone Armor - Those "quality" types don't exist, as that isn't how we class armor on NB. You should remove them because they....literally mean nothing. Remove Liquid and Fiber armor from the technique itself, as those aren't going to be approved without separate techniques and heavy changes. Making 5 pieces in one post? Never. Up the PT to make items to 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 for D through S respectively. Instead of those "Quality" types I will suggest you allow him to make different size armors, though.

Bone Weapons - Just a note but I think better weapon types would be: Blunt Melee, 1-Handed Melee, 2-Handed Melee, Piercing Melee and Polearm. Increase the PT to make these to 18, 15, 12, 9, 6 for D through S respectively.

Bone Projectiles - Halve the numbers you have for how many are made per and change that to USE not POST. Also, make a note that in order to create bullets the user requires knowledge of Hojutsu.

Bone Crafting - Remove the last sentence that allows you to have multiple projects going at once.

Bone Armor - Remove the "pieces made" part. You're not getting 10 pieces of Medium L armor in 5 posts.

General Note - When a mod is checking your techs, do not add anything to the techs that they have not told you to add or that you have not discussed with them to ensure that they're alright. It gets annoying when I need to double check techs to make sure you're not attempting to sneak things in there and it looks like you're trying to get away with something.

not really, just wanted it to be clear that once i'm S, if i make it that far, the p.t is not gonna stay the same. Plus, with how it takes forever as it is, i wondered if i can just have a bunch of stuff being made instead of one at a time. So i can work on a armor piece and a set of weapons.

* First Slot: Enraged Arts- Deviljo Kurogane transformation has access to a special moveset that allows Gado to tap into the secet energies that a Deviljo has access to when angered. During this mode, Gado's will be surrounded by a red and black aura with lightning streaks as his eyes turns red as well (doesn't affect senses/dojutsu).  Gado's taijutsu will do spiritual damage with the enraged arts  line, as well as his other taijutsu. Enraged arts don't have to be learned, they are a rankless taijutsu that's cost is dedicated to how much of the anger limit is dedicated to executed to it. The amount of rage that Gado has access to is equivalent to 1/4 of his stamina limit. Enraged arts can only be performed during a transformation. This limit gains a boost based off of his ninja rank.

This increases his muscle density depending on how much he overeats with each food based consumable eaten serving to not only fill his Hunger Limit like a normal individual but upon exceeding that for a set amount of time grant him strength tiers as the excess food is stored away.  Due to Gado mixed heritage, his hunger limit is extraordinary. The topics spent eating can be done off screen to replenish. Naturally, age would possibly affect this, but due to his soulless heritage allowing Gado to be in a permanent prime condition, there is no restriction to how much food he can consume based off his age.

Gluttonous Strength, Tier- please, so D-, C-, etc.

Enraged Arts: Take from his Anger Limit, not a separate meter. His Anger limit gets a modifier based on his rank, 1x for D, 1.5x for C, 2x for B, 2.5x for A, 3x for S. Anger limit is 1/4th stamina normally.

Oversense Smell - Too weak a drawback. Inability to identify Friend or Foe would work, loss of ability to use reason or weapon based techs would work as well. Come up with something harsher please.

Animal Spirit: (Deviljo)

Description: In this transformation (Gado) takes minor characteristics of their animal spirit while ALL of their tiers are raised by 1 Tier Level. (Gado) gains (a height increase of about 1 foot, with a more vascular tightness of his muscles). Also, (Gado also a little scale, with his eyes being a bit slit and primal like and a gaining of sharp teeth.). Regardless of how it is unlocked, within the First Transformation a Kurogane is able to keep some shreds of their sanity & decision making allowing them to distinguish between allies (Min. 10 CD Topics), friends (Min. 15 CD Topics), Loved Ones (Min. 20 CD Topics), Family (5 CD Topics) and foes.
*(Near Death Unlock Only): This transformation was unlocked through a near-death experience, the first time it is unlocked it is treated as a "Get out of Jail Free Card" however until Mastery (250 Word Weekly Training) the user will be unable to retain their complete mental faculties while it is active (Berserk Status).
*(Sanity Unlock Only): This transformation is unlocked upon sanity depletion (3/4th's Sanity Limit), the first time it is unlocked it replenishes the user's sanity limit however unlike the near-death experience method they do not need to train for mastery to retain their complete mental faculties. If they do retrain for mastery during the Weekly Training to increase the time-limit it is able to increase by a +3 rather than a +1 (Maximum remains 50).
Once the transformation duration of any state has ended they will require a cool-down of half their total duration before they are able to return to any of their unlocked transformations. Pre-Awakened Kurogane can only utilize any Transformation Once per topic, whereas Awakened Kurogane is able to return to any Transformation after each cool-down, however, with each time they do this the cool-down will continue to double.

Name: Second Transformation
Classification: Multi-Stage Transformation
Type: Kekkei Genkai
Duration: 15/45 (0 Training)
Animal Spirit: (Deviljo)

Description: In this transformation, (Gado)'s characteristics are much more detailed in comparison to their animal spirit while ALL of their tiers are raised by 2 Tier Levels. (Gado) gains (an even more vascular type of appearance with the muscles being a little bigger. He also is now two feet bigger in height). Also, (He grows a tail that resembles the deviljo tail while his fangs get a little longer. He also obtains claws and the slit eye is now the deviljo color. In addition to that, Gado's skin changes color to a type of green matching his reptilian origin). Regardless of how it is unlocked, within the Second Transformation a Kurogane is more primal only being able to distinguish between loved ones (Min of 15 CD Topics), family (Min of 5 CD Topics) &/or a mate (Min. of 3 CD Topic) whereas all others will be attacked with no mercy (Berserk Status). The Second Transformation has a shorter duration than it's preceding form namely -5 P.T Less, and when first unlocked this is also consumed from the Kurogane's 1st Transformation Duration & each 2nd Transformation grants unique abilities to the user while it is active.
*(Near Death Unlock Only): This transformation is unlocked through the near death experience of an friend (Min 10 CD Topics), loved one (Min. 15 CD Topics) or Family Member/Mate (Min. 5 CD Topics). The first time it is unlocked it acts as a "Get out of Jail Free Card" for the individual being targeted, however until Mastery (500 Word Weekly Training) the user will be unable to retain their complete mental faculties while it is active (Berserk Status) & when Weekly Training to increase it's duration it now goes up by +3 (Maximum Remains 45 in 2nd & 50 in 1st).

Description: This is actually considered as a jutsu only Gado can do with his doppelgangers, as well as the relationship of his special characteristics involving the psionic bone that he contains. A series of bone-like horns appear on the head of Gado, no bigger than a few inches and looks like armor design if he was wearing it. However, it's more complicated than that. Each horn is a representation of the bones that surround the brain, with the brainwave relationship synchronizing off of itself. With more of it's type appearing in a unified tempo, this synchronization can allow for an increase of ability whenever physical techniques are being utilized. For each individual copy involved, there is a tier level + increase of speed of a technique if the doppelgangers are either involved in a technique with the user or performing the same technique type as the user is currently using. After doing so, like a flash mob, there is a dispersal of that same speed rank with it also serving as a reactionary dodge at that rank once the synchronized action ends. The recoil itself is split across the user and the doppelgangers, but it can all be put on one particular doppelganger instead. This follows normal recoil rules.

Name: Dynamic Unified Neo-Kinetic Energy Drive - DUNKED

Class: : Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary

Description: This is another Jutsu that only Gado can do with his bones because of the psionic fusion that's located inside of the bones he produces and creates. Dunked is the acronym for Dynamic Unified Neo-Kinetic Energy Drive, which allows for the complete manipulation of these bones through the use as a pure additional reflex. It's somewhat akin to a  psuedo-telekinesis involving his bones alone. The speed, force, and distance of this manipulation are based off of a weekly training of 1000 words that the user can do and caps at S rank, which serves as his mental control in this setting. Description: The Clone Fist is a fighting style revolving around the use of the Shadow Clone as well as it's advanced variants the Elemental Shadow Clone and Explosive Shadow Clone in order to formulate a diversionary, unpredictable fighting style using superior numbers and tactics to overwhelm opponents. The fighting style links well with with it's techniques as it is meant to seemlessly move into combinations utilizing unconventional uses of clones in it's assaults. The only limit to this style is the fact that shadow clones are rather fragile, as well as the creativity of the user. The former can be mitigated throught he advanced shadow clone variants while the latter is easily solved when said use is creative in the application of this fighting style. All of the Clone Fist techniques are interchangeable with techniques utilizing the shadow clone technique and can be interrupted or modified in order to incorporate those techniques into their use on the field. Colt improved upon the technique in comparison to R'tari upon learning it allowing him to utilize additional Elemental clone types along with it to increase it's versatility and unpredictability. This is based on his skill level as while he grows more skilled the types of clones available to him will vary.

Victims who are struck by the first clone are knocked off their feet if they do not have strength tiers used to root their body in place equal to the user's. If they dodge however they now require 1-rank higher reaction tiers than that they used to dodge the first strike in order to avoid it. This technique ends with the third clone sprinting forward while pulling their leg back in order to soccer kick the falling victim's head with victims who do not possess a C-rank balancing technique & speed tiers equal or above the incoming clone being completely unable to avoid the finisher.

This technique can be repeated with more clones for even more damage as the damage scale increases with both the use of the users tiers as well as the number of clones involved.

Depending on how many clones are grabbing an opponent their combined strength will stack preventing an opponent who is normally capable of escaping from their hold with brute force or a C-rank grab escape technique from escaping. This only becomes more dangerous when the user is physically very strong as their as with their clones aiding them this technique though simple can become rather effective. Furthermore, due to being immobilized depending on the height the victim plummets from the eventual damage from the knee can be amplified by a fall multiplier.

The user then starts spinning around to gather sufficient speed, before releasing them, throwing the clones at the opponent, spinning in a shuriken-like fashion, which quickly strikes them requiring B-rank Reaction Tiers and speed equivalent to their movement speed to successfully dodge. If struck the victim sustains either C-rank (Long) or B-rank (Mid) physical damage due to the clones either hitting the opponent at the same time within mid-range distances or one of the clones letting go of the other in order to use their acquired momentum to slingshot said clone even farther than usual. The distance they can be thrown depends on the user's strength tiers, furthermore the speed they can be spun at depends on two variables the first being the user's speed which determines how fast they are initially swung while the user's strength determines how much speed can be built up each P.T spent spinning them around prior to throwing them.

Description: This is a blood release technique that adds as a benefit to Gado either using his own blood, available stored blood, or his Kurogane flask. With it, this jutsu allows for Gado to instead use the blood price of any technique twice in order to pay for it fully if it has a multipayment type. When this method is used, Gado can simply use the materia instead and pay a D rank amount of blood to reignite the spiritual essence of the blood as if it was as fresh as it was drawn, allowing it to be used for the jutsu or technique.

Okay so overall you need to do a better job explaining these.

Flash Mob - All Dance of the Kaguya, whether they are unique to the user or not, must be named after plants. Also...I don't know what's going on here. It explains the horns and then just jumps into copies. Explain it better please.

SANS - This will need to be a fighting style that either has the speed/strength you are capable of controlling your bones with as its own weekly training or as a tier line because you're not getting free manipulation just because your bones are at such and such durability. Whether it also incorporates psionic energies or no. It will also need a maximum range they can be controlled, and the explosion will need to be removed. Too much in one tech.

Blood Elixir - Like with Flash Mob, I don't know what you're trying to do. Explain it better and I'll come back to it.

Dance of the Dandelion a couple of things need to be addressed,
1. It should be 1 Tier Level, not 1 Rank.
2. The Rank of the technique can't be C-rank this is at least an A-rank Technique, since it contains a field buff (No. of Doppelgangers = Fixed increases to techniques they utilize), recoil distribution (the recoil inflicted can be put in a single doppelganger) & the technique buff itself. If you want this to be approved it needs to go through a couple of changes for instance toning down the technique buff (+1 Tier Level, to either Speed or Strength) & raising it to A-rank with A-rank Damage + S-rank Pain Per Doppelganger.

Dynamic Unified Neo-Kinetic Energy Drive - DUNKED = I don't think it should be a C-rank Fighting Style, it would be better as an A-rank once because of the fighting style being capable of scaling damage. If you just had it increase Force which is just knock-back then it could be a B-rank Fighting Style but at it's current state I can not approve it as a C-rank fighting style.

DUNKED: Psychobomb = You'll need to make a chart, the detonation price will have to be C-rank Chakra, the range has to be Self (Bone), Contact (Detonation), AOE (Trigger) and the chart will be like so.

In a less wild and more martial arts style, Gado sustains himself with the violent and crackling red and black energy as he does a double handed palm strike to push the target back. This technique gives the inflicted target a knockback effect at the speed of Gado's anger level, along with the knockback distance being 40 feet naturally.  With strength tiers, this technique is enhanced dramatically, requiring the target to need samurai strength tiers or an air movement technique equivalent to the knockback rank to resist. The strength tiers also adds to the distance of the knockback as a bonus. The damage done by this technique will be spiritually based S rank damage that is centered on the part of the body that's hit. Anything that the target is knocked into does a fixed fall damage of physical damage that's one rank below the strength tier that gado used.  This can also combo with other rage arts, being treated as an additional instance of damage depending on the rage level.

Blood Coating - No, materia is not spiritual. Blood Materia is inert blood, without life force, thus it has no Spiritual Properties. In order to do this it'd need to be an actual blood price one below the defense you're wanting, applying it to Dance of the Verbena causes the blood price to rise to equal. In addition, it'll be separate prices for you and the armour, if something bypasses the armour and you don't have the tech active on you, only your armour, then you take the full damage. Also, it'll need a Duration.

Retaliation Rake - Okay, Rage Level needs to stop being a thing, please stop using that. Use Rage Invested. 1 Anger Limit used is D-Rank up to 5 for S. For this, you have two options. Reduce the Interception Range to 1-5 ft or Reduce it to 3-15 feet and have separate prices for the damage/speed and the Interception Range. You'll only intercept physical attacks and you need to clarify the bit about usage of tiers in addition. As they will need to be equal to the speed in order to trigger bonuses, I have no idea what you're trying to say about Reaction. Also, Rage is expended whether or not the attack hits, none of this 'only if it hits' shit, I don't want to see that on any other techs after this.

Flash Pounce - Price goes 2-10 Rage for D-S. Your strength will not cause additional damage for this.

Rashomon - Wrong number in the start, should be -5 Rage. Requires equal rank Samurai Level Strength or an equal rank midair movement technique, not both. The damage is only at the point of impact, not across the entire body. The damage for striking an object will be physical damage one rank below the strength used as part of this technique. Rage is expended whether or not this hits, once more, don't want to see this on any other techs moving forward.

Anger Point - Not how that works. A Limit is a general sense of how much you can control that emotion. Getting hit does not give you more control. So this tech is just a no.

Clone Trap - Okay, first of all. You'll need to put that you need to be able to intercept the coming attack. After that, the rest of it is just... No. The basic version, which is C, would be say the bones clamping around the limb attacked, causing it to be unable to be used properly until the bones are broken or removed. The Juinjutsu would be a more advanced version, so just remove all of that, I won't even get into it.
