The Chunin Exams - First Round

It was that time of the year again, the Chunin Exams were now being hosted within the Land of Anguish. It was smaller than usual it made sense considering the ASN wasn't exactly pooling with teams especially after the war, most of them had either died or were promoted via War Promotions. Out of those actual teams only half of them were even ready for this years exams the rest were unfortunately unprepared and thus would have to wait until the next exams swung around. The proctor for these exams wasn't present yet but the teams were arriving steadily. It was a building with a spacious waiting hall big enough to hold about 20 teams or rather 60 genin in total as a result it would still look spacious considering only about 12 Teams were competing.

Of the teams that had already arrived they were all grouped in their own places, leaving just two who had not arrived yet the actual rookie teams namely 7 & 10. It was originally thought that teams 8 & 9 would also make their debut during these exams unfortunately said projections were wrong leaving just these two teams against the remaining ten more experienced ones who didn't exactly take kindly to rookies thinking that these exams were a cakewalk. Most of the teams had typical run of the mill genin just average descriptions and what not however 4 of them had genin who seemed like they were at ease with the quiet yet increasingly tense atmosphere surrounding the exam room.

Team 11 was comprised of two boys and a girl, the first had a constant grin on his face his katana lazily hanging on his back his piercing eyes roaming across the room sizing everyone up, to his left was a very muscular genin with a bandana covering his head with his forehead protector on his right bicep and a serious facial expression adorning his face. The lone female was smirking both of her hands in her pockets as she leaned against the wall her outfit consisting of wiremesh and a skirt with no weapon being in sight.

Team 12 was comprised of two boys and a girl as well, the girl seemingly in charge as she was berating the two boys waving her large fan ominously while the second a feminine looking boy with an umbrella quaked in fear. The other boy was sitting in the seiza position apparently meditating his sword to the right of him as he pointedly ignored everything the girl said much to her ire.

Team 13 yet another standard 2 boy to a girl format, one of the boys looked brash and was currently being held back by the other boy who was wearing a hood his features completely concealed as his squad member seemingly wanted to start a fight with another team. The girl who had a nice blouse which bulged a bit evidence that she was concealing things underneath simply giggled in the background at her squad's antics.

Team 14 was the last one with 2 girls and one boy, the girls were twins and were currently playing numbers the constant pitter patter of hands slapping against each other being one of the few constant sounds in the room while the boy rather small and looked seemingly young sat on the window sill and was currently staring outside his only identifying features being the mask he wore and his spiky hair everything else was a miniature version of standard shinobi attire.

Summer stared, almost forlornly, at the floor of the room that wasn't her own. She was sitting on a chair in the room, her hands clasped before her. She wasn't a religious person, she had never really been raised as one but she still thought that the Gods were real. "Kami... Lend me strength in these coming trials." She whispered and then rose to her feet, stripping off her bedclothing and finally getting ready for the Chunin Exams. She put on her underwear first of course, pulling on a tight top over that, black in colour that hugged her young form. A pair of small shorts, in black, came on after that and she pulled on her boots, tying them tightly after her socks went on. After that a pair of pink fingerless gloves went onto her hands and her belt went on.

Taking a deep breath she reached up, placing two fingers on the eyepatch that covered her new right eye, one that was difficult to keep open for any length of time. She pulled the eyepatch off and pulled her hair back with a white hairband before pulling her actual genin headband on, tilting it so that it covered her Kyougan, leaving her other eye open. With her depth perception still firmly fucked she pulled on all four of her swords, two on each hip and stroked each of their hilts fondly. Two weren't very special... Two were very special.

Walking out of the room she made her way to the kitchen where her mother was talking to one of her friend's, the woman that owned this home where Summer and her mother were staying until the exams were over. Turning to face Summer, the older woman gave her daughter a bright smile and a hug, wishing her luck before sending her out of the house. She then set off towards the exam hall, her step was slow but she still had plenty of time. After a while she reached the main door and looked over it before shaking her head and moving to the side where she stood waiting for her friends to show up so that they could all enter the exam together... It was time to show everyone why she deserved to be a Chunin.

A boy rolled over under the blankets a few times before he felt himself hit the floor with a thud. He slowly sat up holding his head before he realized that he fell off the bed. This boy was a Genin named Omito Fantom. He laughed at himself for a quick second before he jumped up, sending the blanket into the air, Oh yeah! The Chunin Exams are today! I hope I'm not too late! The pre-teen ran over to the small closet that was in the room and grabbed the one outfit that was hanging up in there. Omito put on his black t-shirt, black 3/4 pants, and his mask that was then pulled up to the bridge of his nose. He quickly tied his forehead protector around his head, and put on his black fingerless gloves that went half way up his forearm before grabbing his equipment and attaching the small pouch to the back of his belt. He then slipped on his black shinobi sandals. The boy then quickly shut the door as he raced out of the room and into the hallway.

Omito had to stay in an inn because he wasn't at home. He had to travel to Kohaigakure to participate in the exams, since that was where they were being held. The kid ran out of the inn, waving goodbye to the receptionist that was stationed at the desk, who waved back with a warm smile. As he ran down the road that led to the place he was suppose to go, he felt something tremble in his stomach. He stopped for he felt the pain pass over his body again as his stomach released a sound that sounded like growling bears before they killed their prey. Oh! I almost forgot to eat breakfast. Don't want to be hungry while I'm there. He scratched the back of his head in awkwardness towards himself. He stopped at a little tent that was cooking giant rice balls, his favorite food. "Hey. Do you think I can get an order of a rice ball?" The man nodded as he began to start cooking one. I should get some for Cherish and Summer too. Omito smiled at the man, "Think you can make that three?" The old man who was cooking smiled back, "Sure thing kid!"

After a short mount of time, Omito grabbed he bag of his order and paid and started flying towards his destination, trying to get there faster, so he wouldn't be late. About a minute went by and he saw Summer standing in front of the building. He could tell it was her from that rare pink hair that she had. He lightly landed a few feet in front of her and waved to her with his left hand, which wasn't holding the food, "Hey Summer. I don't know if you ate yet, but I got you some breakfast." The boy grabbed two of the rice balls out and handed one to the pink headed girl. He then noticed how she was wearing her headband tilted down covering her eye, causing him to cock his head to the side slightly, "Isn't it a little hard to see like that?" He gave a little laugh before he took a big bite of his food. He was excited for these exams to prove that he was a powerful shinobi. Omito wanted to get started right away, but noticed Cherish wasn't there yet, And I thought I was late. Where's Cherish? He really hoped she hadn't got so drunk she didn't wake up early enough.

Ka had been up all night in fact, half due to his lack of a need to sleep, and the other half due to the excitement of the upcoming Chunin exams that should be starting within the next couple of hours. So after throwing on his camo cargo jeans and blue tank top, he would look at his cloak which Jazz had modified with storage seals so that they could hold all of his shuriken and other goodies. It was one of the few small nice things that she had done for him since they had became a team, and now after so much has happened the three of the will be entering the exams. So he would put on the cloak and slip the wind gauntlet onto his left hand, and would place his katana and Dragon's Tail onto his hip then would tie a ninja wire to the middle finger of his right hand. Who knew what would happen during the first part of the exam, it would be foolish to not be prepared for such an event. His team mates had promised to have a nice meal together before the exams, so breakfast would have to do. So after tieing his Dipu headband onto his shoulder, Ka would leave the hotel room he was staying in and go grab his team for breakfast.

A couple hours later Ka would be standing in front of the examination building where the first portion of the exam would take place, he had gone on ahead of Jazz and Ada from the establishment from where they had met for breakfast just so that he could check out the competition. As he entered the building he recognized a girl from back at the war meeting in Dipu, it seemed that she would be taking the exams as well. "Well this should be interesting" He said in a hushed tone as he examined the others in the room as well. Most of them seemed rather unassuming, while others looked like they had been ready for this their entire lives, jeez people learn to have some fun. "Okay people the obvious winner is here, so you're services are no longer acquired and may leave in a calm and orderly manner" He said clapping his hands together as he stood on a chair so that people would be drawn to him.

Jazz was already dressed, she had slept for her allotted hours and Lynx would open her door causing her to look towards the door would the barest hint of a smile graced upon her. Ara Ara is it time already, how lovely. Jazz said having nothing to pack seeing as she had already done it days before she wasn't exactly the type to postpone things to the last minute in fact the only thing on her person were her fuinjutsu materials a common ink brush & a small cylindrical weapon on her hip everything else she had was safety kept in her Digitized Storage like any Rikigaku with a decent head on their shoulders would do. She ate breakfast the nutrient paste she ate to aid her development mixed in with actual food and once she was done she would put on normal sandals and walk to the place where they all were supposed to meet up.

When she arrived she would see Ka at least, but would scan the area instead looking at her competition and analyzing their capabilities something which would be admittedly easier considering Ka played his part perfectly, attracting attention to himself that is. Her unique shaped pupils, a recycling symbol with bisecting centre lines, would flit across the room never staring for more than a couple of seconds if that before shifting to another target. Well well well, such interesting competitors but only 15 are worth anything or rather 5 teams to actually give me a workout. she thought to herself her turning into a happy innocent smile as she would wait until Ka was done gallivanting before walking over to him. Ara ara Ka did you really have to aggravate the entire selection of genin this year. Then again subtlety was never his best trait. she thought to herself as she got near to him before deciding to keep up her ruse and rush over to glomp him. She would then look around deciding to act her physical age her eyes wide with excitement as bar that other boy looking out the window she seemed to be the youngest here. Play along Onii your here yay! We made it and now we are gonna kick butt right right? Jazz said having quickly whispered the first part as she would attempt to glomp him while overtly acting like an overly excited child completely oblivious to the danger of the exams.

The exams were something on Ada's mind for a while now. His position in the clan had been solidified, and normally that would mean he wouldn't participate in events such as these but he'd been given special permission. Rather he order a consul be gathered to give him time to take the exams. The Zerin's may be a secretive clan, but Ada's view for their future required them to actually be a part of the world. The morning was like any other as Ada prepared, but he'd laid out a very special attire for this time. Pressed black pants, freshly shined shoes, and a pressed white shirt. For more formal than he'd wear to a village outing much less an event that involves combat, but this attire was important to him. Cleanly he buttoned the shirt and tucked its tails away and strung a belt around his waist. No pouches, no knives, not this time. Nothing was to be hidden away. A crip black tie was strung around his neck, pulled tightly under the collar of his shirt. His unusually white hair was combed and slicked back. Everything about him today was different than he normally wore. The final nail in the coffin came from a pair of cuff links. Symbols of his clan, casted in silver, were slipped through the holes of his cuffs as Ada looked at himself in the mirror. A smile crossed his face when he was satisfied with his appearance. As he walked out the door he picked up a simple sling sack, that completely clashed with his attire. He slipped the two shoulder straps on himself and let the weight drop to the small of his back, and with that he was off.

It wasn't a long travel to the waiting area. He was a bit late compared to everyone else but he wouldn't realize that till he actually entered the room. His eyes didn't search for anything in particular as he entered the room, and he remained calm and quiet. At least until he heard Jazz babbling to Ka off on the side of the place. "Either you two have gotten far to close to each other or someones trying a little to hard to not show anything." Ada said as he slowly approached the pair. "Was ganna say the games haven't even begun yet, but one of you is bound to say that cliche thing of 'the games started the moment you walked in.' To bad though, we never did get that chance to have that meal as a team. Should think about having it after this is all over eh."

Overslept, yep she did oversleep but not because of booze or anything like that she was just tired from all the packing she did last night. She had to make sure she had everything she she needed her kunai, explosive tags, her gourd still thankfully filled to the brim with her precious alcohol. Her outfit actually ironed or once and her forehead protector all nice and shiny. When she stepped out of her room she was ready her forehead protector framing her hair so she had sidebangs and a ponytail while her gourd was secured to her back it was quite heavy that was for sure but she'd manage as long as she didn't need to run or anything. She would be stopped by her parents trying to tell her how proud they were of her and that if the exams got hard it was okay to quit she would quickly zone them out and walk out skipping breakfast because she didn't want to deal with their judgment. It would take her a while to get to the hall where the rest of the teams were gathered but she would eventually make it looking around for a bit before she saw her teammates and would smile before walking over to them lazily.

Hey Girly, Ghosty. We are finally here huh? Cherish said while stretching out her arms to attempt to pull the two of them into a group hug and once that was done she'd release them and look around some more. Oh sweet you have food. Don't mind if I do. she said reaching out to grab one and if it wasn't a problem would quickly scarf it all down rapidly as if she were starving. Which she was since she was too nervous yesterday night to eat dinner, usually she'd drink to calm herself down but she wanted to wait until the exams completely started before she indulged.

So...... It would seem that no one was going to pay him any attention what so ever, quite rude of these people. Ka would start to step off of the chair he was standing on only to be pounced on by Jazz, now normally he would have been able to catch her and ask her what the hell she was doing, however since he was a little off balance from stepping off the chair he would fall over with Jazz on top of him. She would whisper in his ear to play along, and a slight grin would come across his face knowing what she had planned. So he would stand up, lifting her up in his arms and placed her on his shoulders. "Well it seems that no one was fooled into leaving, so I guess we have a lot of butt to kick" He chuckled for a moment as Ada would join the group, looking like he was confident that he wouldn't get touched in the exams. "Yeah you're too late for anything like that, but by all means when the next part of the exam starts you can say something"

Kukuku, yep. Oooh other Onii-chan Hi, give me a hug. Jazz said flashing a smile at Ada her eyes filled with happiness this was one of those situations where telepathy would come in handy though she would instead opt for motioning for Ada to come closer as if she wanted to hug him. Bio-hacking please please please. she whispered the first part yet again though she was facing Ada so he could probably lip read and guess what she wanted to say but the repeated please was to add on to her seemingly wanting a hug even though honestly she couldn't be bothered normally. Though it wasn't like she was adverse to physical contact or anything like that just under normal circumstances she wasn't a touchy feeling sort of person. But if she were to act her physical age she had to be clingy to a certain degree she would notice another person entered after Ada did and a quick scan would allow her to notice that there was about an even amount of people on each of the teams. I wonder if this is it or will there be more. she thought to herself while placing both of her hands on top of Ka's head as if his hair were a method to steer his direction.

Thankfully Summer's hearing was just fine and she wasn't particularly focusing on anything so she could hear Omito as he walked over to her. The scent hit her next, the rice balls he was carrying causing her stomach to rumble. She had forgotten to get breakfast, hadn't she. The girl shook her head and chuckled softly before looking up at her new squad member. "Mmm... Those smell good..." She mumbled and took the rice ball, chomping it into it with a delightful little smirk on her features. "They taste good too..." She told him after she finished her first bite. As for the comment about not being able to see great, well that caused her to pause and lift one of her hands, touching the forehead protector and the scar that it covered up now. "Y-yeah, it would be a bit of an issue usually but thankfully Vexos helps. I... Well I had a bit of an accident during my mission... " She opened her mouth to continue onwards before another voice reached her ears.

Her best friend strolled towards her and she gladly embraced her with one arm, wrapping her other around Omito to pull him in tight... Although she was sure he wouldn't complain all too much. After breaking out she set into her Rice Ball, finishing it up quickly and dusting her hands off... Well as best she could. She then took a deep breath and set one hand on the hilt of Glimmer and her other on the hilt of the Crystal blade on her right hip before grinning at her friends. "We're gonna go in there, kick some major rump and come out on top, we'll show Sensei proud even though Omito hasn't really met him yet and we'll show the rest of these bumpkins the real power and team spirit of Team 10! Are you guys with me?!" She called out, with a massive, happy grin on her features as she held out her hand, palm down towards the ground for her teammates to get in on it. "We are the best around and we aren't going to let anyone show us up... We were given this chance and we won't waste it, it's time to move on with our careers and become the strongest shinobi we can be. I trust in you guys, with everything that I am and I know that together... Together we can be the strongest that this great nation has to offer. LET'S DO IT!"

Ada started to remark back to Ka, but the absolute shock of Jazz jumping him was enough to actually worry him. "You have more problems than I thought." Ada said readjusting himself after Jazz's most rude attack. Of course he knew exactly what she was aiming to get out of this bombardment of a personal attack, and he was really tempted to turn it down. There was nothing he had worth hiding. But instead both Jazz and Ka would feel the chill as Ada's invisible vectors melded with them. A chill, a loud pop, and the connection was made. "This isn't really neccissary." Ada thought out into the path way. Then he realized something. "Ka's hasn't experienced this yet." He continued as a smile crossed his face. Bio-hacking was a new unique thing and he had opted out of the trail stage of it. "No memories traded unless you want them to but try to keep a calm head." Ada tried to lay out some ground rules before their heads got crowded with pointless chatter.

Omito smiled when Summer said the food tasted good. He liked to share the things he liked with others. After finishing his rice ball, he pulled his mask back up to the bridge of his nose. The boy listened as Summer began saying that one of her swords that would help her see. Then she told him that the mission she went on didn't go exactly how it was supposed to because she got into an accident. Omito's light sea green eyes quickly glanced at he spot that she was covering and then dropped to the floor, "Oh. I'm sorry." He thought she was just doing it for fashion or something like that. It was sad to know a friend of yours got injured and could of died, but that was what happened when you were a shinobi. Still though, Omito wish he could of been there to prevent it from happening.

Omito's eyes looked over when he heard anther friend's voice. It was Cherish. He couldn't help but think that she looked cute with her hair up. He was surprised when he got pulled into a hug by the two girls. His arms would wrap around the both of them and would let go when they did. Summer than said that they were going to go in there and kick some ass which Omito was hoping to do. The boy nodded, "Yeah." His right hand would rest on top of Summer's and he would raise i when she was done giving her motivational speech. A smile was on his face. He was ready to go. He had been training non stop and he did believe he was one of the strongest. "Alright girls. Let's get in there." Omito walked over to the door of the building and pushed it open. He'd hold the door open for the girls to follow him and and then would release the door.

The boy's light sea green eyes roamed around the room, looking at all the other Genin that were present in the spacious area. He'd put his hands in his pockets as he tried picking the strong from the weak. There seems to be about five other teams than us that pose a challenge. The rest look like some scrubs who don't belong. He thought this to himself as he walked in deeper, finding an area for his team to chill at. His eyes then caught something strange. It looked as if there was a little girl on some guy's shoulders. She couldn't be older than six! She might be young, but a little kid like that must have some crazy ability if she is taking the Chunin Exams. I'll have to be careful around her. Omito smirked, this was going to be fun.

Ka had heard the faint pop going off in his mind and knew instantly why Nazz had leaped from his shoulders and into Ada's arms. "Nessisary, but certainly unwanted. After these exams, you and I will have some words Ada" Ka said keeping the grin on his face, but his eyes were screaming from hatred at the moment. They both knew that Ka had his issues with people in his mind, but would tolerate it for the duration of the exams. "you look as though your expecting not to get touched during the exam, pretty ballsy if you ask me" Ka said out loud with a bit of a chuckle as he pat Ada's back, then would ruffle Jazz's hair. "Are we able to see what each of us are seeing using this?"

Ada laughed slightly as Ka's remark. Words? Please I intend to return the favor for blowing me up. Ada remarked in their little chat room of sorts. Besides its not like I can actually see past memories unless you think about them. So please. Don't. No one needs to see how the poorest of the three heirs has lived this long. Ada said before turning his gaze out to the other people. He was enjoying being here with other people. He really was, and even though a part of him nearly died there, Ka did actually bring up a good thing. Something he really hadn't tried out all that much. Ada shut his eyes as he chuckled as Ka tussled Jazz's hair. We can, and I will, but don't panic. Ada started as he stepped up the stage of bio-hacking allowing the group to share their sense. Out side noises would seem to echo a bit as now three sources heard them instead of just each person hearing them. Their sight would shadow over each other as their visions combined. It could be a shock first time experiencing it. It was one of the reasons why Ada had shut his eyes. So only Jazz's and Ka's visions got crossed.

"Its not that I expect not to get touched, but where I'm from you dress nicely for other people's funerals." Ada spoke up out loud replying to Ka's final remark. During all this, Ada's eyes began to shift. A mutation he'd rarely used but decided now was as good a time as ever to reveal it. Ka step off to the side, and shut your eyes. Take a nap. Will help clear up our vision. Jazz. Watch closely you may get more from this than any of us. Ada said as he opened his eyes to look around. A new vision granted, allowing him to see through things, but much more importantly inspect for hidden weapons as well as the contents of any bags or pouches. This is what you really wanted isn't it. Ada continued, directing the conversation to Jazz.

Reiver was dressed simple for the most part, he had an Anbu mask, as to hide his identity since he knew his squad was participating, his hair was tied back in a tight ponytail, something he normally wouldnt do either, his outfit consisted of nondescriptive black clothing. He would also change the pitch of his voice as well so not to give himself away. "It seems we have everyone here, for those who couldnt bother to show up they are shit out of luck" he wandered to the front of the room as he looked to his other test administrators nodding "you will be handed an exam, there will be absolutely no cheating or helping of the other genin, if you are caught you and your team will be sent home understood?" Truth be told he was curious as to which teams would try to cheat. With another nod he allowed the other administrative assistants to pass out the tests.

Jazz would utilize Ada's seemingly hidden talent to her own use, she honestly didn't know he possessed the Zenraigan but it was something she was interested in and not exactly going to fade from her memory. Now with that she would be able to not only detect the various levels of proficiency of those involved but likewise any concealed weapons they had on their person allowing her to compile a lot more information on the other competitors. I'll give us the information next round no need for me to do an information dump right at this moment when half of them might not even be our competitors. Jazz said before her eyes would narrow slightly as the proctor arrived and she would move to the seats which apparently appeared along with the proctors to take the test that they were handing out. It was easy enough, but if either of her teammates needed her assistance she would help them at least to pass with a high enough percentage. Sure it was cheating but she would be interested to see if the proctors could even figure that out, besides wasn't it something shinobi all did; cheating, lying, stealing & killing. If they couldn't do it while being watched by others of their trade then well they needed to step their game up.

Hehe you two are pumped up I guess I have to be too, we are going to kick so much butt aren't we. Cherish said holding out her hand and pounding it with her fist as if she were ready to fight. She would follow Omito at a leisurely pace and notice how many other teams there were mainly marvelling at that slightly nervous because she knew that while their team was solid so were others who were confident just like they were. It would all come down to who was better than the other everyone else here was a measuring stick to compare herself and her squad against to see how far away her goal was from actually happening. A written test?! Cthuhlu I suck at those... she said facepalming not realizing that she had to study for the exams well maybe she did but she probably forgot when she went drinking the other day.

She would find a seat and wait to be handed a test sheet which she would attempt to fill to the best of her ability looking over to her teammates and giving them a thumbs up. She really didn't have any cheating edges so she was mainly going off of memory and hopefully a little luck.

"My dear boy, when you feel that your ready for a rematch by all means step up" Ka thought as he closed his eyes to allow Jazz and Ada to use their special eyes together, meanwhile Ka would be purposefully projecting his memory of when Ka blew up Ada at point blank range. "Spectacular if you ask me, yet could have been avoided with two little words" His mental voice chuckled as his eyes shot open when the instructor had called them into a class room and were all seated around the room to take a written examination. "Uhh guys, written exams aren't really my forte. Too many distractions in here for me to focus" If there was any blood flowing through Ka's body, anyone from watching him could see the colour drain from his face. Unintentionally his mind would flash back to when he was in the academy and had failed the genin exam for the first time. "Fuck" Was all the Jiko heir had to say as he went through the exam, filling out the questions to the best of his own memory.

Summer wasn't going to get very far in life if she didn't know how to study for exams so she had done all that she could over the entirety of her training, cramming as much information in as she could. So when she was given a written test she felt totally prepared for it. A grin was on her features and she flashed a big thumbs up and a wink to both of her comrades, having unshipped her blades and had them resting against the desk to free up some space. Carrying four swords was a lot of work. So with that she got to work, jotting down all of her notes, thinking over everything as she typed in and even despairing at one of the questions, running her fingers through her soft pink hair to try and calm herself down, reciting calming words in her mind. She wasn't going to have any silly flashbacks or sudden words of wisdom, she knew that she would have to deal with this on her own, her pencil scribbling over the lines, her handwriting flowing and neat. After all if she wanted to learn seal work at any point in her life her ability to draw had to be top-notch and her mother and father had encouraged such. It wouldn't take all too long for her to finish but once she did she went over everything and then made sure to try and look busy until someone else finished...

Omito watched as the proctor gave the information about the first part of the exams. He believed he was pretty knowledgeable so he wasn't worried to much, I wonder how those two will do. I know they're good fighters but how are they on a piece of paper. He looked at his two teammates and Summer gave a thumbs up and he nodded, when he looked over at Cherish she was saying how she wasn't good at written tests. Omito looked at the paper when he it hit is desk. A small smirk appeared on his face after he saw some of he questions. He actually knew a lot of the answers! I know most of this stuff! The boy picked up his pencil and started righting down his answers in the lines provided.

Ada smiled and laughed as the images flashed over, but they'd flow back to Ka showing the other side of that coin. The sight of falling from a huge height into complete darkness just a few days before the explosion. The sound of Ada's leg and ribs snapping on impact with the ground. Then the sight of Ada using his vectors to keep himself standing. Funny I seem to remember that as the day that our team member was unable to finish off someone with rather sever injuries received before the conflict. Ada smile left his face as the proctor walked into the room and began barking orders. Well this will certaininly be a waste of time. Ada thought as he left the pair and went to find his seat.

Enough boys your bickering is pointless especially when we have actual enemies among our midst. Save any lingering animosity towards each other till we make it to the finals. Jazz said before turning over her test paper and raising her hand attempting to alert one of the proctors that she was finished. Done proctor-san! she said in a cutesy voice still in character while noticing that none of the others had finished yet which would indicate at least two things one they were still going over their test and her saying she was finished would make her seem like she didn't write much. Or that they were unable to answer it in time and now she would seem smarter than she let on. Unlikely though she was more so going for the third outcome those who finished were holding back until someone else said they were done while those who weren't were attempting to use the potential commotion from proctors taking exam sheets to try and cheat.

At least that would be something she would do during such an occasion, either way now that she was done she would look over her opponents once more her eyes mainly scanning to see what was up. Who was nervous, confident and who she would most likely end up seeing in the next part of the exam.

"He started it..." Ka said as he tried his best to fill out the answers to the questions on the exam, knowing that he was going to get a couple wrong but not enough to fail him. So after reviewing all of his answers confirming were correct tot he best of his knowledge, he would raise his hand while at the same time placing his head on his desk. "I'm finished" He said with a sigh and his arm would lower to wrap around his head, trying to show the organic expression of mental exhaustion. "Please tell me your not going on with this cutesy act for the duration of the entire exams"

Reiver nodded to the fellow proctors and gave them the orders to collect and grad the papers the best a ninja proctor could. However, Reiver had his eyes on two teams in particular, teams 7 and 10. Team 7 seemed to be up to something but thus far Reiver had been unable to find out what they were doing, it seemed more possible that Jazz was scoping out the other genin this was mostly due to what Roxas had told him about the squad Jazz was the brains the other two were more just muscle. Team 10 his own squad of genin were a little less organized as a team, this however didn't stop them from getting the test done, or so he hoped.

Reiver stepped forward and looked around the small group "It seems most of you have finished your exams, i do hope that over the time you've been growing up you have been able to gain some sort of brain in those tiny little heads of yours after all if you don't you will be nothing but kunai fodder, expendable trinkets we can toss aside when done. Remember you are ninja's so far it seems that no one grasped that, well one did however his performance was so bad we couldnt just watch." Reiver nodded once to two proctors and they grabbed one of the boys and dragged him out kicking and screaming. "His team wont be going any farther. We will see who just passed as well in but a moment." based off his watching he knew team 7 was doing something however he never figured it out, which was a good mark from them.
