Omito casually made his way down the poorly lit stairway with his hands in his pockets. Once he made it into the giant room, he spotted the next proctor standing with his arms crossed. The boy walked closer to the man so he could hear the instructions of the next round. After everyone made it into the room the proctor finally spoke up. Once the man cleared his throat Omito's light sea green eyes watched him, waiting for him to talk. The man had said that the maze behind the gates had stuff in there that could kill Genin, but it didn't scare Omito. He already knew that there were going to be dangerous parts in the exam where he was going to have to risk his life. Fortunately for his team, the man also said that the maze would test team based combat, which Team 10 was pretty adept in. Omito picked up the fact that they were also going to be facing off against other Genin. This caused a smirk to crawl on to the boy's face, I've been waiting for a chance to see how I matched up against the others. The proctor stated that the teams would have to complete objectives to pass through the maze. Omito gave a nod, getting an understanding of what they were doing. Omito watched in confusion as the man created lightning in between his hands. How was that going to assign the gates to the team? He didn't know, but his squad ended up getting gate number two. After the proctor was done giving his warnings about the dangers in the next round, Omito walked over to the gate that he, Summer, and Cherish were assigned to. After looking at his two team mates with his light colored eyes, he walked into the opening. Once the boy was in, he immediately brought his arm up to cover his nose. Even though he was wearing his cloth mask over his nose, he still smelled the scent of blood and something decomposing. "Ugh. It smells like death in here..." It really did stink. The constant sound of the bugs made it seem like they were in a forest or jungle. His eyes wandered around, noticing how dark it was.. After all of Team 10 made it into the maze, the door of the gate would shut and the sound of locks locking could be heard. Omito whipped his head back to see the door shut, Looks like there's no going back. Not like I was planning to or anything. The black haired boy continued to walk down the path, finally putting his arm down, trying to get use to the strong smell.

Cherish would end up at the bottom of the stairs letting Omito lead the way she would pay attention to what the proctor was saying her hands edging towards her gourd everytime he said something more frightening. She didn't want to die that was for sure, and would look towards her teammates seeing that Omito was confident and Summer was, well she was Summer. That gave her back her own confidence in the situation and she wouldn't show any of her nervousness because it would disappear just like that *snaps*. When the proctor did the lightning thing she raised an eyebrow but when she saw the various names and stuff she was fascinated by the display of shape manipulation and chakra control. So that was a jonin huh, well she'd be capable of things like that when she eventually got to A-rank too well not exactly but still cool stuff, much cooler than what she could do now. Her mouth would open into an o when the gates opened and would nod when Omito looked at her before strolling right in after him. When the door closed and she saw the conditions of the maze she would reach for her gourd and open it pulling out her straw and putting it in her mouth so she could sip at leisure. She wouldn't though not just yet. So this is it huh, alright it's just us guys, whew I was so scared when that proctor played that prank. What of you two? Cherish said looking towards Omito and Summer her voice slightly distorted due to the straw in her mouth. Her gourd cover was replaced except not as snuggly closed as it could be so that she could still draw in the liquid with ease. Well no way to go but forward right guys, though a light would help, anyone got one? she said with a sigh and would start walking forward expecting her friends to follow. - Spoiler:
Current Drunk Limit = 60
Name: Alcohol Dilution Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: Cherish has been drinking alcohol since she was a little girl, and thus she has a high tolerance towards getting drink, unlike others her natural Drunk limit is equal to her Fatigue Limit however as she gets older her alcohol tolerance will increase even more making it more and more difficult for her to get drunk. This is due to her blue blood functioning as a natural purifier due to it being acidic simply dissolving the alcohol she intakes into her body into simple sugars rather than alcoholic substances. This works hand in hand with her liver to make sure she is able to drink copious amounts without killing herself. Age - Drunk Limit Under 11 - 30 Posts 11 - 60 Posts

Deep breaths through her nose, taking in the mould that surrounded her, the rank air that permeated the maze. It was underground so that meant it would probably be quite dark. The walls were thick as she scanned her pink eyes across them, trying to take in as many details as she could. It wasn't easy honestly because she was currently trying to not freak out. This area could mean her death, worse still it could mean the deaths of her teammates and even worse than that it could mean failing the exams! She reached up and brushed her hair back over her ears, fingers stroking through the soft pink locks before she finally calmed, fingers dusting over the eyepatch that covered her eye. "It really was a mean prank the proctor played on us! I couldn't believe they'd do something like that." She told Cherish and then placed one hand on Omito's shoulder and the other on her bestie's. "At the very least I can detect anyone trying to sneak up on us, unless they can somehow hide their physical presence but that's rare. We'll need to look out for Entity because they can just float through the walls." She whispered to her friends just in case anyone tried to be listening in and then she released them and stepped into the maze, one of her hands moving to the hilt of Vexos, she didn't need to touch the weapon to get the effect but it was reassuring. "We'll proceed quickly for the first bit. Keep close, keep on the lookout, I'll move at the back as rearguard, Omito... If you can move through walls you can be scout, I know you are ghostly. If not, stick at the front, keep your eyes peeled. After first threat we'll convene about what to do." She told her friends, looking over her shoulder, a smirk on her face and her eye glittering with determination. "We're going to get through this together, damn the dangers... I'll keep you guys alive." She told them, giving them a thumbs up with her free hand. Hopefully they didn't mind her taking the lead, she'd done it without thinking. - Spoiler:
Sword Name: Vexos Sword Appearance: This sword is much like Glimmer in that it is a Nagamaki. However the decorations and colour scheme are much different, much more grim compared to her shinier weapon. The blade of Vexos is a deep grey in colouration, veins of red running through the blade. Several small holes have been drilled along the back edge of the blade however they do not seem to pass all the way through the sword. The hilt is white in colouration and wrapped with iron grey wrappings that are marked with lines of runic script in deep red. The pommel is bronze and drilled through to have a ribbon fluttering from it, the ribon being white with the kanji for 'Blood', 'Ash' and 'Fire' inscribed on it in silver. Sword Chakra Nature: Ash Release Sword Description: Vexos does not actually have an ability on its own rather it infers an ability upon its user. When this weapon is held on the body, be it in a sheath or in the hands it projects a field around the user that matches the length and reach of their weapon, for example a Geka Seido samurai would find that the range is equal to their batto range. This field is closely linked to the user's spatial awareness and they are able to detect anything that moves into the field, the general shape and size of it and where it is in relation to their facing.

| It was a good plan, it showed initiative instead of simply charging forward but how many genin had done that in years past only to end up abandoning such carefully thought out strategy after the first sign of trouble. Regardless they would find upon proceeding forward that initially the pathway was simple and straight forward however soon enough if they kept walking they would come across a fork with two gates. One left and one right. It was a simple choice nothing really indicating that one path was better than the other. Likewise there wasn't any sounds coming from behind either of them, it was their first choice would they simply leave it to fate and trust in their skill or would they try to stack the deck so as to maximize the potential for success. Either way this would be their first choice in a series of choices which would ultimately leave them either dead or walking out of the end of the maze. One would think the ASN wouldn't kill it's genin in exams due to needing the numbers in case of war with the other factions but truth be told they didn't want quantity, every shinobi knows that Quantity while effective against low level shinobi meant nothing when your opponent was powerful enough. Kage in the distant past were known for being army killers monstrous opponents capable of wiping out battalions with a single jutsu. No they weren't looking for numbers they would leave that for the Shogunate to try and exploit what they wanted were quality shinobi & kunoichi forged from blood, sweat and tears all under the threat of death. It was a crucible that they all had to go through and in comparison to the jonin exams this was much easier. - Make your Choice:
Left or Right.

| Omito listened to Cherish as she said that she was scared when the last proctor had played the prank on them. He nodded, agreeing that he too was a little scared, "Yeah I was scared that we actually failed." It was true. Thinking back on the moment, it was kind of rude for playing around like that in a situation as serious as the Chunin Exams. Omito wondered what would of happened if they actually did fail. Would they blame him because he wasn't as close to them as each other? He didn't know, the good thing was that they had passed. He then heard Cherish ask if anyone had a light, "Nope, no light here." But if they could find a stick or something they could possible use some of the alcohol from Cherish's gourd and make a torch. Omito felt Summer place a hand on his shoulder, it seemed like she had something to say.
She explained how that she could detect anyone that was trying to come in for a surprise attack. That was good, it meant they wouldn't have to be worrying about that, but Omito knew he still had to be alert just in case. She then said that they should look out for Entities because they can go through walls. Omito didn't even think about that, This part of the exams must be easy for them. I wonder if the proctors do something to make it hard on them too, or else they can just go through all the walls and find the exit easily.
Summer said that they were going to be keeping close and moving quickly for the first part. He understood the strategical advantage in that. Since they didn't know what dangers were up ahead, keeping close would make it easier to communicate when an enemy or obstacle did appear. The boy would nod his head, making it clear to her that he agreed with her plan. She then stated that she would be in the back of the group while she wanted him in the front, regardless if he could go through walls or not. Omito smiled a bit, "Yeah I can't go through things, but I'll keep my eyes up ahead." The boy's light sea green eyes would look up ahead, already looking for some potential dangers that could be waiting for his squad up ahead. Summer said that she would protect the group from any threats that the group faced. "Yeah, same here. I'll put my life on the line to make sure you guys get outta here okay." He wanted the girls to know that he was there for them too.
Omito would continue to walk along the straight path. I didn't expect us to go this long without meeting anything yet. It was weird, they still haven't met any trouble yet. The boy's eyes widened when he spotted something ahead of he group. Omito could see that the path split into two different directions, left and right. He would stop an would kneel down in front of his team, "Okay. The path splits up into two. We can go left or right. I don't know what hides behind those corners, so we should probably check it out first." He whispered this, not wanting for a potential enemy to hear them coming. The boy would stand up and would slowly walk over to the wall on the left side. He'd press his body against it, trying not to get seen, hopefully while he was doing this either Summer or Cherish was doing the same on the other side. His heart was pumping, there very well may be someone or something lurking around the corner. Omito would peak his head around the corner quickly before hiding behind the wall again. He took in a deep breath, it was just a gate. He didn't hear anything coming from behind it either, meaning he didn't know if it was dangerous or not. He'd stop pressing himself up against the wall and would whisper to the girls, "Its just a gate over here." He wondered what was on the other side. It was dark, so from where he was he couldn't see to the right side, not knowing what was over there.

| Cherish would smile at Summer, guess it was her turn to take charge of the group that was cool, Cherish already got her time to shine as a leader and honestly she didn't want to ever do it again. Sure they had survived it but it was a close call and Summer lost an eye, no she would happily be a follower listening to orders than have the pressure of leading the group hanging over her head. When they eventually got to the split she would see that Omito moved to the left and thus she would head to the right also pressing her body against the gate to try and listen. She would also press her body against it trying to hear whether or not there were people behind it or anything really to clue them into which they should pick. She couldn't really hear anything and so she would trot back to where Omito and Summer were before shruging. Same, couldn't hear anything either I guess it really is a choice situation. Cherish said with a pout before deciding to just go for it after all they only lived once right? Left or Right, I say we should go right because usually when someone comes to a fork and they are lost they go left so it's obvious that the right choice would not be left. Unless they are trying to confuse us and know we will pick right in that case we should pick left. But...maybe they think we think that they will psyche us out and thus we should pick right. she said before confusing herself a bit and rubbing her head.
Ugh...confusing. ***********************

| What Cherish was saying was just muddling up Summer's head, even from the very first words. So as soon as she got to about half way through her little speech Summer walked over and placed her hand over Cherish's mouth and whispered into her ear. "Shhhh, people might hear us if we keep talking as loud as we are. We need to stay calm and stay focused and due to that... We should just choose whatever door we want, we'll leave it to Omito due to him being our vanguard." She told her best friend, giving her a quick hug before turning back to look at Omito. "Okay, ghostie, you've got the call here. Do you want to go left or right?" She asked him, keeping her voice down so that people wouldn't be able to hear what she was saying. Summer herself didn't really believe anything in regards to going one direction in a maze, a maze was always going to be rather random and difficult to get through. So they'd just have to get through this as quickly as possible and try and find their way out of here... This was going to take a while, hopefully they got lucky. *********************** ~A message to all~ I am always available to help if you need it! | The moment Cherish pushed her body against the door it would open and she would fall through thus separate herself from her squad members at cutting said conversations short. The next room was square with three doors other than the one Cherish entered from. Left & Right while the door opposite her own would open resulting in three other genin entering. Their door would close but Cherish's would remain open for a time as it slowly began to sink downward an indicator that if the rest of the team didn't rush into the room she would be stuck inside alone against another threat. By the same token the other team sought to press their advantage as all three would rush forward, two boys and one girl. The girl was the fastest but she would make an arc coming from the left, the boy in the center was second at bullet release speeds coming from the right while the last one was slower but looked to be the most buff one of the three rounding it off at Swift Release but taking the straight charge approach. - Spoiler:

| The boy's eyes would widen in shock as he watched his friend fall into a different room after the gate on her side opened. Omito began running toward the gate, trying to go help, "Cherish!" He would duck under the gate as he entered the square room. His eyes glanced around for a moment and spotted the three other doors that were in the room. His light sea green eyes caught the door on the opposite side of the room opening. It seemed like only one team was getting out of the room because another team had came through the door, and they were attacking right away. He wondered if they had a plan because they were charging right away, but they seemed organized. Omito was standing a few feet behind Cherish and saw the two trying to flank her. Now was his time. He had to prove that he could be useful to the group. He noticed how one slow one was coming in the middle, and how it'd be too hard for her to defend against the three of them at once. Omito smirked under his mask, it was time for the fighting to begin. The black headed boy trained his eyes on he guy that was coming from the right, "Don't worry, I got the right and middle, you just focus on the girl!" Omito's hands slipped into the pouch that was attached to the back of his belt and pulled out 5 shuriken with his right hand and two kunai with his left. He would cross his arms over his chest before releasing the 5 shuriken towards the kid coming from the right and the two shuriken towards the buff guy, using C-rank strength. Once the kunai got closer to the big guy he might of noticed that each one was wrapped with explosive tags, but most likely too late. Once the kunai got into range they would explode. Hopefully the man was too late to notice the explosive tags. Omito would then pull out another kunai in reverse grip for protection against any attacks that might be coming his way. - Weapons Used:

| Oh no. Cherish said as the door opened and she would end up falling into the room, thankfully Omito had seen her vanish and would quickly come to her rescue since their opponents had wasted no time in trying to dispatch them. Right, becareful Ghosty! Cherish would say as she slipped into the ground layering her body with Earth Release chakra while tightening the lid on her gourd. Once underground she would spin twice and then take off bursting from the ground with three kunai in between her knuckles attempting to punch the girl in the throat chest using the simulated C-rank Strength from her Rock Armor. She would keep quiet trusting in Omito to do his thing and hoping Summer got here quickly, still she was kind of anxious this would be her first confrontation against well people their own age. She didn't know how she fared against them sure her, Summer and Colt had taken down a much more skilled opponent on the mission they were on and Omito was a much better partner than Colt ever was so she was confident but still she was slightly wary. This was a life or death situation and she had yet to grow used to being a kunoichi enough to no feel fear in such a situation, nor was she drunk enough yet to not care. - Spoiler:
Underground Projection Fish + Multi-Terrain Swimming: Terrain Bonus = Mud (U. P. F.) = Samurai Lvl Speed Teeter Dance Second Step = C-rank Speed. Result = C+ Speed & Req. B-rank Reaction Tiers or B-rank Vibration Sensory to sense her taijutsu. In Cherish's Hand 3 Basic Kunai, Punch backed by C-rank Strength.
Name: Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique Classification: Nintaijutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: One of Cherish's favorite earth release chakra flow using Nintaijutsu technique, mainly due to not requiring hand seals with the ground simply softening immensely the user slipping into the ground using their speed tiers in order to initiate this technique. This technique is used for sneaking and striking silently, like a fish underwater, and then suddenly appearing to the ground's surface making it a formidable underground movement technique. While moving through the ground only those with either X-rank vision, a C-rank or higher vibration sensory technique can detect the user while those who can't require Reaction Tiers equal to her own to dodge her taijutsu techniques. Furthermore, it's even more efficient when employed in a crowded area that, if the target notices something, can be overrun by the nearby masses, or with distractions like a Clone Technique to draw the enemy's attention negating the effect of, X-ray vision, muscle tension & time-slowing dojutsu as aids in dodging. When utilized in combination with the Silent Burial technique victims require either X-ray Vision or an B-rank or above Vibration Sensory technique and if they do not possess that they require 1-rank higher reaction tiers in order to dodge her taijutsu techniques.
Name: Earth Release: Rock Armor Classification: Nintaijutsu Rank: C-rank (C-rank Chakra, C-rank Stone) Class: Defensive/Supplementary Range: Self
Description: This technique makes earth-chakra flow through the body, absorbing the properties of stone around the user to form a skin-deep armor that is transparent and is only visible when light reflects off it. Despite encasing the user's body, the armour has no apparent affect on the user's speed or agility. The armour is shown to be able to defend from all forms of blunt-force trauma C-rank and below. At the same time, it enhances the user's strength for more powerful physical strikes and break free or through restraints and walls being able to simulate C-rank strength when striking objects. Because this technique works by constantly absorbed earth properties, it requires no extra chakra after initiating it, yet still needs a sufficient amount of stone to be performed otherwise it is unable to be used, thus when first initiated this technique requires contact with the stone being used. While powerful, it is highly absorbent and too much water (1 B-rank) will eventually affect the user's mobility and reduce its defensive might by 1-rank slowing them while also making them more vulnerable to physical attacks. Also, if in a muddy terrain, the user's excess weight can lead to sinking under at bullet release speeds.
Name: Multi-Terrain Swimming Technique (Signature) Classification: Taijutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Cherish has practiced swimming in multiple substances, after all you never know when you need to swim in some strange terrain and she noticed how it was a good work out apparently one used all the muscles in their body in order to swim. As a result she decided to make it into a technique using a combination of strength & speed in order to boost her mobility underwater or underground. She found much to her amusement that she is actually able to swim faster than she can run and considering the way she does run it is quicker to initiate all she needs is terrain which she can dive into to swim. Due to relying on external constructs (aka the terrain in question) this technique does not trigger recoil but caps at S, swimming however still takes the required fatigue for tier levels (Low, Standard, Max & Exceeding Max) so can tire out Cherish if overused. Note: In order to swim in different terrains Cherish Speed & Strength must be equal to or at least one must exceed the requirements needed to swim in a specific terrain. Terrain - Speed & Strength Needed = Movement Speed Water (No Current or With Current) - N/A = +2 to Speed Water (Against Current) - N/A = +1 to Speed Mud - D = Equal to Samurai Movement

| With the door opening and Cherish's disappearing act, Summer charged over and dived between the doors as they closed over, rolling to her feet and putting herself between Omito and Cherish. "Okay team, let's do this." She told them, nodding and putting her hand on Glimmer. She didn't need to touch Vexos and its aura completely nullified her botched depth perception due to one eye being covered by her forehead protector. "Omito, you take the guy on the right, I've got middle..." She told her friend, stepping forwards and taking her stance, both of her hands resting on Glimmer's hilt and she narrowed her remaining eye. With her current weapons she honestly didn't need to see but it massively helped. "Come on you... You won't be put down by something as simple as that..." She muttered to herself, breathing shallowly as she waited for him to show up. Hopefully she would be able to end it in a single swing.
She had killed before... She knew she had. That Missing Nin that tried to kill her, the one that she had an eye from. Would it be as easy again. Focusing on her hands caused them to stop shaking. If she didn't kill these people they'd kill her friends... That was a good enough reason... Or at least it would push the fears and doubts away. Perhaps afterwards she would learn their names, apologise to their families... Would they even accept the apologies anyway? Summer grit her teeth and pushed the thoughts away, focusing intently on the buffest member of the enemy team. Him against a tall, if slender girl like Summer, this was going to be fun. *********************** ~A message to all~ I am always available to help if you need it! | The three would pick up speed when each of their opponents arrived, the boy would actually dodge the shuriken Omito threw while catching four of them the last shuriken just whizzing past him before he threw them back at him at crashing ground speeds. He wouldn't stop however and when He got the closest to his target, Summer, he would slip into a boxing stance leaping forward to cover 15ft. Once closer if one was perceptive they could see the brass knuckles on his hands which were geared at maximizing the damage of his punches. - Second "Boy:
Brass Knuckles = Punches Deal D-rank Physical Dmg
Distance between Summer & Boy = Between 1-2 Feet Straight = Taijutsu interruption within 5ft if below Crashing Ground Speed Straight Damage = C-rank Strength backed Punch moving at Crashing Ground speeds. Leap Damage Multiplier = 2x (C-rank Strength Punch)
Name: Leap Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Mid
Description: The user jumps either forward or back to put additional force onto a strike or to put distance between him and an opponent to likewise deliver additional force to opponents moving towards him. This all relies on distance with the damage multiplier for his strike increasing relative to the distance between her and her opponent. When he leaps forward if the opponent is within 3 feet of her as she throws the punch they sustain normal damage, if they are in between 1-2 feet they sustain double the damage while if they are in within a foot they sustain triple damage from the strike. Likewise when he jumps back opponents moving towards him to bridge that gap likewise suffer the same predicament with the follow up strike. Leap's distance and speed increases with the user's tiers, each speed tier allows him to dodge strikes with a leap back equal to the speed she is moving while each strength tier increases the distance of the leap by five feet starting at 5 at D-rank strength.
Name: Straight Classification: Taijutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short
Description: The user throws her fist forward closing the distance between her and the opponent with it to deliver a jarring blow usually aimed at the face to knock the opponent out of sync and throw off their rhythm once it connects. It is specifically used to disrupt an opponent using taijutsu before it connects so long as the opponent is within 5 feet of her and are moving at or below the speed of the straight when it is thrown.
The buff guy would attempt to dodge the kunai only to realize that they had explosive tags on them causing him to be caught in the blast radius, and die. Or not as when the smoke cleared a log was in it's place with the buff guy instead dropping down from above where Omito was at Bullet Release speeds with an upside down toe kick. Finally the girl, would have her run intercepted as Cherish popped out of the ground and punched her, while she was rather fast her sensory skills weren't exactly the best and thus she would end up with a kunai in the throat, while the remaining two in the chest causing her to cough up blood all of which would land on Cherish, the girl's body slumping to the ground, and Team 10's first kill during the chunin exams. - Buff guy:
One Shot Kick Dmg = C-rank Physical Dmg + Push Paw Print C-rank Strength = B-rank Physical Dmg + 10ft Knockback if victim doesn't possess C-rank strength to lock themselves in place.
Body Replacement Technique
Name: Push - One Shot Kick Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Offensive Range: Contact (2 Feet), Mid (Knockback)
Description: Taking advantage of the paw-prints, the user "pushes" their leg with their foot pointed to launch it upward at bullet release speeds, dealing a strong toe-kick to opponents causing C rank physical damage. If contact is initiated, the target of the attack is pushed away at bullet release speeds at the end of the technique. A second damage check is added dependent on the users current Paw Print "Strength" tier potentially dealing even more damage due to the force the leg is propelled by. Victims that have been made contact with require Strength Tiers to lock themselves in place to prevent the knockback instead sustaining C-rank physical damage while knocking them flying 20 feet with victims potentially sustaining additional damage if they impact anything during their flight.
Name: Push Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D Rank Class: Passive Range: Self (Palms & Soles of Feet)
Description: The Kaironokuma clan has the ability to "push" objects using ghostly white paw prints that are released by the paw print mutations on their hands and feet (Caused by their kekkai genkai) at varying extreme speeds (Swift release - Vacuum Release.). This justu has much potential and is the base for all of their Push techniques. The justu goes up in strength with their Rank. This justu is merely a template in which the rest of their push justu is based on and as such doesn't require chakra on its own. A Kaironokuma is able to increase the repelling force of their Paw Prints by completing a weekly 1000 Word Training topic allowing said paw prints to simulate Strength Tiers when "Pushing" objects. When a Kaironokuma utilizes their "Push" techniques with normal speed tiers instead of their Paw Print Strength the object is moved at speeds 1-rank below the speed the Kaironokuma used (capping at Vacuum Release Speeds). However when both Speed and the Paw Print's "Strength" are both used in conjunction with each other objects are moved at speeds 1-rank above the speed the Kaironokuma used (capping at Ripping Discord speeds). No. of Trainings - "Strength" Tier Gained -Max Push Speed - Size of Object Pushable Bar Techniques 1 - D - C - Tiny 2 - C - B - Small

| So it looked like both of his opponents had managed to slip away from the weapons he had threw, great. Now he had to continue fighting them. Omito would fly into the air at B-rank speeds, evading the shuriken that were tossed back at him. His light sea green eyes watched the buff guy come down, aiming to kick him. Omito would fly over to the side a little bit and would grab the guy's ankles. Using C-rank strength he would swing the man in a circle at at B-rank speeds, using his flight ability, and would release him, sending him hurdling towards the ground. Quickly after releasing him he would throw another two kunai that had explosive tags wrapped around them towards the ground, backed with C-rank strength, where the buff guy was going to land at, "You won't get away this time!" Omito knew he had to kill in this fight, if he didn't, he or his team could end up dead and he didn't want that to happen. Omito also noticed that Summer was now fighting with them which was good, seemed like Cherish finished off the girl too. - Weapons Used:
Weapon Name: Standard Kunai/Basic Explosive Tags Type of Weapon: Projectile/Tag Rank: C How Many: 8 Appearance: A Basic Pack of standard issue one pointed Kunai with 1 explosive tag wrapped around the hilt. Special Ability: Each explosive tag deals D-rank physical explosive damage over a blast radius of 1 foot. Used: x2 Remaining: x6
- Techniques Used:
Name: Ghost Physiology: Ghastly Flight (Fast) Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: B Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Omito has the ability to fly via levitation because of his Ghostly Physiology. Outside of this levitation ability this technique acts in place of his speed tiers and allows him to move even faster at B-rank speeds while airborne. Due to levitating he isn't subject to the effects of gravity, as a result while using this technique Gravity techniques which involve crushing a victim to the ground due to increasing their gravity, or pulling airborne targets back to the ground via gravity B-rank or below do not affect him. Likewise he can travel up to 30 feet into the air before being unable to rise further through this technique.
Name: Shatter Rend Classification: Taijutsu Rank:C-Rank Class:Supplementary Range:N/A
Description:The user naturally posses an inhuman strength which allows them to preform tasks that would seem impossible. They are now able to smash through C-rank defensive structures with brute strength as well as easily lift boulders or throw heavy opponents.

| Cherish would let the body fall to the ground and would close her eyes a bit, breathing in and out as she had made her frist kill, well solo kill since the Mishura was done as a team effort so she didn't count it all that much. "I'm sorry to have taken your life, please find peace in the comfort of the Mother" She would calm down after her short prayer to Gaia, enough to turn to see her teammates still fighting and would sink back into the ground as she hadn't emerged from it completely initially due to knowing if her assault failed she would need a quick escape plan. Omito seemed to have it handled though so she would look towards Summer wanting to have her friends fight their opponents on their own but she would rush to help them if need be. She understood how important it was for someone to gauge their skill without the assistance of a team these were the chunin exams and in comparison to doing it on a mission this was against fellow genin so it was somewhat controlled in comparison to the unknown that a mission brought. ***********************

| To think that Summer's foe would get close enough to actually attempt a strike against her was folly. She could have killed this boy if she was blind and admittedly she was half such but she made up for that in other ways. As soon as he reached fourteen foot away he entered her Batto Range and thus the extension of her Vexos aura, giving her immediate understanding of his physical form and exactly how far away from her he was. Then he moved closer and Summer moved at the same time. Her sword was swinging even as he reached seven feet from her, the dim light of the underground arena glinting, reflecting, becoming more powerful as it struck the diamonds that were located along the flat of Glimmer. The light was of course directed, by a subtle tilt of the blade, straight into the boy's eyes and he wouldn't have time to launch himself at her from two foot away as her blade screamed at him at Crashing Ground speeds. Of course due to the nature of her draw; two handed and the distractions and distance, he would require at least S-Rank speed to dodge the strike but only if he had S-Rank reaction tiers to actually notice the attack coming in the first place, the attack being directed straight at his ribcage to come close to cutting him in half with her sword. She was steel, just like her blade and she knew she would have to kill... So kill she would. - Spoiler:
Name: Geka Style - Batto Distance Classification: Kenjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Short-Mid
Description: The most important part of Geka Seido is the draw distance, which is based upon height, the taller one is the bigger the radius they are able to cover as their Batto Distance. This is likewise amplified by the use of a Nagamaki the two going hand in hand to create the optimal distance in which a Geka Style Samurai is able to unsheathe and simultaneously cut an opponent either incoming or attempting to flee. The draw speed of Geka Seido is perhaps among the, if not the, fastest among Kenjutsu and as a result it is often used to punish victims which get within range. Height of Samurai - Nagamaki Length (Blade/Hilt) - Batto Distance 3 Feet & Below (1 Foot Arm Length) - 2/2.5 Feet - ~8 Feet 4 Feet (1.5 Feet Arm Length) - 2/2.5 Feet - 10 Feet 5 Feet (2 Feet Arm Length) - 3/3.5 Feet - ~ 14 Feet 6 Feet (2.5 Feet Arm Length) - 3/3.5 Feet - 15 Feet 7 Feet (3 Feet Arm Length) - 4/4.5 Feet - ~ 19 Feet 8 Feet (3.5 Feet Arm Length) - 4/4.5 Feet - 20 Feet
Name: Geka Style - Battojutsu Classification: Kenjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Self (Within Batto Distance)
Description: The originator of the Geka Seido Kenjutsu style was a Samurai Cypher Hybrid who looked at the multiple styles of kenjutsu in his arsenal and noticed the inherent flaw in Iaido. Iaido isn't an offensive kenjutsu style, it is a counter-offensive style which has been honed into a lethal art. As a result the originator decided to delve through the history books to see where exactly Iaido originated from and stumbled upon Batto, the art of drawing a blade to initiate and attack not in reply to one. Combining that with improved speed and the Nagamaki resulted in the formation of one of the key components of Geka Seido. To Draw the Blade, as a result their are three types of drawing each with it's own effect. Two Handed Draw - Standard (Kenjutsu Out Speeds 1-rank Higher Speed Tier within "Batto Distance", if not backed by equal rank strength or possessing reaction tiers equal to speed of Geka Style Kenjutsu)
Name: Geka Style: Quick Draw Classification: Taijutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Offensive/Defensive Range: Self
Description: The Geka Style version of speed tiers extends up to the arms, which is gained through constant practice until the art of drawing and slicing become muscle memory a skilled user not even needing to think before slicing targets. As a result opponents with telepathy/brain wave sensory are unable to read the user's mind to predict incoming slashes moving at B-rank speed. This technique is better used however with no feet movement, as the solid base allows a faster draw with the user's stance anchoring them in place resulting in all the user's Kenjutsu techniques requiring reaction tiers equal to the speed of the slashes to detect.
No movement in post, slash requires base B+ reaction to notice. (B from Tiers, B from Two Handed draw)
Name: Distracting Blade (Signature) Classification: Kenjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Defensive/supplementary Range: Up to double batto range
Description: With this Summer uses the side of the blade to reflect light into an opponent's eyes, causing it to be difficult for them to notice attacks or react to attacks coming towards them. How useful this technique is actually depends on the weapon. If Summer is using Glimmer then the diamonds on the side are particularly good at reflecting light meaning that opponents require 1-rank higher reaction tiers than normal to see an attack coming and if use to distract an opponent, allied attacks against them will require reaction tiers equal to the speed to notice. If used with a different weapon, only the former ability will apply. (Also used in post)
A+ reaction tiers due to Distracting Blade
Name: Geka Style - Close Cut Classification: Kenjutsu Rank: A-Rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short
Description: Req. Sheathed Weapon. Only skilled users of Geka Style are capable of utilizing this technique. This involves a target coming within half of the Geka style Samurai's Batto Distance and as a result being much closer and thus more vulnerable to being sliced. Due to the increased distance the draw is able to cover such a short distance much quicker causing the incoming strike to require 1-rank higher reaction tiers to detect it incoming. Upon impacting a victim they are dealt A-rank physical shattering damage over the length of the Nagamaki with bones being shattered and organs being ruptured along that specific length & width unless the victim possesses A-rank defense tiers. The impact itself causes the blade to be wedged into the victims body which can be removed with A-rank strength. Removal of the blade results in the wound spurting blood with victims sustaining bleed damage equal to 1 B-rank of blood each post (total).
S+ reaction to notice as well as outspeeding A-Rank speed.

| The buff guy would miss his target and would be helpless as he was picked up and swung around before thrown into the ground, as he looked up he would see his other teammate be cut down ruthlessly by Summer's assault and would spare a glance to his female teammate who had died before either of the other two, the last thoughts he would have before the kunai pierced his body and detonated was that his team hadn't been ready for the exams after all their gambit and taking it this year having resulted in their deaths. That being said the doors would rumble as all three shinobi from the rival team had been killed, now it was left to the competitors to determine whether they wished to continue, left or right. A nice display of their own individual abilities truly the other team didn't stand a chance from the get go. |

| Omito would watch as the explosion occurred after his kunai hit their mark. He would fly down to the ground and would land on both feet. The boy sighed as he looked at the dead bodies on the ground. It was his first time ever killing another human being. He felt kinda bad. He ended someone's life. That person was someone's son. Could of been someone's brother, a friend. Now he was just a memory. His hands slid in his pockets as the doors on the left and right opened up. So they had to chooses again.... Well, it was a maze after all. Omito wondered which way they should go.
After a short moment, Omito's light sea green eyes fell upon Cherish and Summer. He assumed that they never killed before either. Looks like this was their first time too... Well, its better we get it out of the way now so later on down the road we weren't afraid to do it. Omito would point to the left with right arm, trying to draw their attention to the opening on that side, "Okay girls. Lets go left because two rights in a row would leave us going in the same direction that we came from." After that he would pull his other hand out of his pocket, "I say we hurry too, I wanna be one of the first teams to make it outta here." Omito would then take off running in that direction. He was sure the two girls would agree on going that way.

| Cherish would nod, looking back to Summer to see if she was okay she was surprised that he bounced back from it so quickly, maybe he had killed before if he hadn't well he- Cherish would gag before taking two steps to the right and throwing up as the adrenaline faded away and she realized she had killed someone, not in the heat of battle but specifically aimed to kill them because it would be easier to fight two than it would be three opponents. When she finished she would wipe her mouth and then taken a gulp from her straw of sake to calm her nerves that was when she would see Omito was already heading to the left. Okay..left we go. Cherish said getting her bearings as the burning feeling slid down her throat hitting her with the fire which would allow numbness to addle her mind into a feel good state. It would only last for a moment but that moment was enough to calm her down enough to proceed.
I'm okay girly don't worry, just needed to process, let's go. she said quickly trying to interupt Summer before she asked, and flashing a closed mouth smile at her friend before running after Omito, normally though not with any shinobi speed or anything like that. Hopefully they would get out of this maze or at least not have to fight another team again so soon, sure they had beaten this one really quickly, Nee-san used to say that fights among shinobi rarely last but a couple of seconds, minutes if among those of a close skill level. Very rare were fights which lasted hours unless they were engaging sheer monsters or it was a fight between very closely matched kage level opponents. It was just the nature of how dangerous shinobi were, all it took was one mistake and it was over, but really she sort of hated it, she felt like a persons shouldn't go out so quickly. But that might just be due to her wanting to be a medic that she valued life so much, but still if she was going to die she wanted to go out with people remembering her not in some damp dark maze among other members of some exam to be a chunin in a fight that lasted just under a minute.. ***********************

| Summer didn't even notice Cherish's retching. Her eyes were locked onto the body that her weapon was half embedded in, already crystallising, veins, lines and shards of diamond spreading over his frame. Her pupils were pinpricks, her breathing short and sharp but her body was ominously still. She wasn't scared or ashamed of what she had done, no, she was ashamed of the power that it brought. She could feel the bile at the back of her throat, trying to break free but she forced it down, staring into the boy's empty eyes. Then she screamed and stepped forwards, kicking her once-foe's chest and punching him straight off of the sword, after all there was no resistance for it. She then rested the gory tip of the blade on the ground, staring at it, staring at the crimson that leaked from the weapon. Why did it feel right to kill? Was it due to a purpose? Was it because she had protected herself and her teammates.
Summer pushed the thoughts away to the back of her mind, bringing her blade up, cleaning it off on the edge of her sheath and then sliding it back into the scabbard with a whisper soft 'snkt' as it sank all the way in. "We.... We done it..." She mumbled, looking up to see Cherish's tight-lipped smile. Summer returned it, her face pale before she nodded and moved over to Cherish, wrapping an arm around her shoulder and giving it a squeeze. "We'll be okay, bestie, I promise." She whispered, nodding and then jogging forwards to catch up to Omito. "Take the lead then, hopefully there won't be another fight." She patted Omito's shoulder, a silent 'good job' and scanned around once more before shaking her head and following her teammate into the next tunnel. *********************** ~A message to all~ I am always available to help if you need it! | As they walked through the door to the left they would come across a hallway with an open door at the end, it seems they made the right choice, as the right would have put them against yet another challenge. Now they could proceed forward heading towards the light and when they exited they would come across the Prelims stage. - Spoiler:
Some teams were already there waiting, Team 7, 11, 12, 13 & 14 had arrived each of them standing in the middle along with the proctors who were seemingly waiting for the next proctor. Either way after the events in the maze it seemed like this would be the last challenge for the day to further narrow down the amount of genin who were trying to become Chunin. (Round 2 Complete, Post in the other topic I put up earlier for the Prelims) |

| Cherish would wipe off her kunai on the dead girl's clothes before nodding at Summer and moving towards the door, she would be greateful that they didn't have to fight another team and would continue moving until she exited and saw the other teams assembled. She knew that each of them had successfuly gotten out of the maze meaning bar the really lucky ones that each of them had killed, whether it was an animal or another team the latter seeming more likely due to the number of teams in the area being smaller, and had pushed past it. "From here on out this will be the true test then." Cherish thought to herself before taking another gulp of sake as she felt the barest creep of nervousness come over her the burning feeling of the liquid going down her throat calming her immensely. With that she was ready to continue, she was just one step closer to her goal of becoming a Chunin.

| Omito would reach the end of the maze and would stop running when he figured out he was at the end. He had completed two rounds of the Chunin Exams and was on his way to finishing the whole thing. He saw that a few teams had been disqualified. Omito knew that it was only going to get harder from here on. The boy had no clue what his challenges would be coming up, but he was ready to give it his all and get promoted from being a mere Genin. He had to prove himself and make sure he had the skills to become a Chunin.
