| Well that was a waste of chakra, Jean thought as he had just remembered that the woman was a ronin and was unable to be damaged by physical attacks. Well the level of physical attacks he could dish out at his current rank, which sucked for him. Since it seemed she was still unable to locate him he was about to use his Shadow Imitation technique to attempt her to try anything funny but he had remembered that he was limiting himself from using any obvious Mikaboshi techniques unless he absolutely had to, and since he wasn’t in any real danger there was no need to blow his cover…Why was he hiding the fact that he was a Mikaboshi again? While he was struggling thinking about what non Mikaboshi techniques to use during the spar, a shock wave that came out of nowhere forced him to stumble and land on his backside. He had no idea what exactly had just caused the shock wave or the crater he was currently in but there was no way he would give her the chance to find where he exactly was so he decided to quickly tunnel underground the moment he had stumbled in order to gain the upper hand once more, well something like that. - Spoiler:
Name: Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique

Description: This technique changes earth into fine sand by channelling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

| While the ultimate battle between teacher and student raged on, judal was sitting down and reading some of the earth scrolls. | Vendetta would pause listening closely, still spinning the hammer portion of her sword before stopping it and placing it back on it's harness. She would conclude that even though he had indeed fallen some how he was gone from the place that she figured he was, that wasn't much of a problem. She would begin to whistle a happy tune mainly to unnerve him wherever he might be and hopefully get him to make a mistake or something like that wasn't much else she could do but wait at the moment. But she was grateful it had opened a large flaw in her fighting style, after all what type of archer could she be if she couldn't see her targets under some cover. She would endeavor to learn a better sensory technique well she did have one but more so one that could be used when her eyes were obscured by things. Who knew a Maleficar could use the same tactics and she would be helpless that wouldn't be good no, not at all. She would commit herself to prayer to find the direction she needed to go in terms of sensory, Kami always had answers after all. ***********************  | |

| Pinpointing the current location of Vendetta using magnetic forces, Jean stopped to think of his next move. He was unsure of the reason she was standing still, maybe she happened to know where he was and was anticipating where he would pop up or she genuinely had no other alternatives. Either way he knew if he got hit with whatever she had done to cause that mini earthquake it would be the end of the spar and his life, though he highly doubted that she would actually kill him since she was all for justice, peace and all that jazz. Without La Croix, Jean didn’t stand much of a chance against this woman and in all honest he was out of options, since he was getting a bit anxious to see what she truly was capable after what she had done. Tunneling directly below her, Jean would emerge from underground at Crashing Ground speeds and attempted to deliver an uppercut with B rank strength. If the initial attempted had missed he had a special surprise for her. - Spoiler:

Description:: The user flows chakra through all parts of their body causing it to become noticeably darker, which increases their defensive power to its utmost limits by making the skin as hard as diamond. The amount of chakra the user puts in the technique determines the defensive capability,( D-rank chakra for D rank defense etc.) Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. The amount of chakra the user puts in the technique determines. (D rank chakra for D-rank Strength etc.) The user is able to coat their entire body for SS rank chakra, giving them SS rank strength and Defense. The user pays a separate cost for boosting Attack and Defense.
