A recent and not so recent trend on the site is added effects such as status 's and other things of that nature. So I've decided to put up a key for Statuses and the tiers which are used to counter act them. This gives tiers more of a use and what not other than just being for physical things. Anyways they are listed below.
Strength - equal rank to status effect's technique rank to nullify.
Endurance - equal rank to status effect's technique rank to nullify.
Defense - 1 rank below status effect's technique rank to nullify.
Barrier- equal rank to status effect's technique rank to nullify.
Chakra - 1-rank below status effect's technique rank to nullify.
Reaction - equal rank to status effects technique rank to nullify.
Spirit - equal rank to status effects technique rank to nullify.
Nature - equal rank to status effects technique rank to nullify.
Burn- Burning or igniting objects causing them to sustain additional damage as long as the flames are on them.
Counter Tier - Defense, Endurance or Chakra depending on source.
Melt- Melting of objects due to heat.
Counter Tier - Defense, Endurance or Chakra depending on source.
Desiccate- Forced Evaporation of liquids within objects leaving the non liquid parts desiccated and dehydrated causing fatigue and death.

Electrocute- Fibrillation of the muscles resulting in ceasing or muscle spasm, and in dire cases organ failure.

Knockback- Forced movement as a result of impact force.

Paralyze- Partial to Complete immobility in affected body part.
Counter Tier - Endurance, Chakra or None depending on source.
Poison- Constant damage to an opponent as long as poison is coursing through their system, poison can also cause additional status effects depending on the type of poison.

Corrode- Dissolving due to liquids or gases of breaking the bonds between the atoms comprising the structure of an object due to rapid reaction.
Counter Tier - Defense, Endurance or Chakra depending on source.
Evaporate- Evaporation of liquids into their gaseous state.
Counter Tier - Chakra or None depending on source.
Magnetize- Attraction of objects due to magnetic or electromagnetic forces.
Counter Tier - Strength, Endurance or Chakra depending on source.
Gravity- Alteration of Weight either in increased or decreased levels due to gravitational force can also be used to attract or expel objects similar to magnetic or electromagnetic forces.

Blind- Loss of senses including but not limited to vision.
Counter Tier - Reaction, Endurance or Chakra depending on source.
Clot- Coagulation of blood which can trigger intense pain, immobility in limbs, as well as heart attacks, strokes and limb death.
Counter Tier - Hachibi Ability (Spirit Tier) or None depending on source.
Bleed- Accelerated blood loss sustained from wounds, causes increased fatigue loss and eventual death.

Numb- Difficulty of mobility to partial immobility in the affected body part as a result of various things including but not limited to poisons, blunt force trauma, electrocution, clot, cold and bleed.

Freeze- reduced reaction speed to cell death in the affected body part as a result of intense cold, afflicted limb may or may not likewise cause intense pain during the time it is frozen.

Dizzy- disorientation as a result of blunt force trauma or poison.

Stun- Complete cease of motion without stopping life functions as a result of severe blunt force trauma.

Radiate- Gradual to rapid increases of constant damage resulting in muscle failure, rapid cell mutation, immune system weakening and cell death in dire cases.

Stop- Complete cease of motion "pausing" life functions, perception and cognitive ability in relation to standard time. Inflicted due to distortions in time.
Counter Tier - Hachibi ability (Spirit Tier), Endurance or Chakra depending on source.
Pertrification/Crystallization- Gradual solidification of affected limb, dire cases results in a spreading effect or complete solidification resulting in opponent being put into a halted state, shattering of solid structure results in inability to reverse petrification. Petrified individuals are unable to be ressurected due to them not being death but rather being in suspended animation.

Hallucination- Disorientation to complete destabilization of sensory perception as a result of poisons or lingering mental damage and prolonged torture, dire cases can lead to insanity.

Chakra Destabilization - Complete halt of chakra flow in affected body part causing the inability to harness or direct chakra to that body part, advanced cases halt entire chakra systems and lower overall amounts of chakra in affected individuals.

Chakra Destruction - Complete destruction of chakra &/or chakra pathways in affected body part causing the inability to replenish chakra reserves & permanent loss of ability to harness & direct chakra into that body part, advanced cases result in complete destruction of chakra leading to a crippled chakra system (Pseudo/True All Taijutsu) or death

Nen Destabilization/Destruction- Complete halt of nen flow in affected body part causing the inability to harness or direct nen to that body part, advanced cases halt/destruction of entire nen nodes and lower overall amounts of nen in affected individuals or brain death.

Natural Energy Destabilization - Complete halt of natural energy accumulation, storage or flow in affected body part causing the inability to harness or direct natural energy to that body part without triggering petrification.

Natural Energy Dispersal/Destruction - Dispersal of natural energy accumulated back into the environment or destruction of natural energy causing the inability to gather natural energy by an individual in Sage Mode or into a within a user's body to utilize natural energy consuming techniques.
