Travelling from Port whatever it is called to the wetlands.
Previous two attempts…Failed. Completely and utterly. Yet, Neo was a tamer, at least, he was going to be, and as such, he shall be capable of taming a creature, it is his only roll in his career, there was no chance of this being so easily given up. Besides, its not as if Neo could let the beast, named Beast, go, as it would perish without his care, or at the very least someone’s care. Why? Neo almost killed it. Anyway, This time, rather then simply having the two of them floating separately, they were both on a single cloud, or rather, two clouds which have been joined together too make a platform type of object, much like the flying carpet featured in Aladdin, the classic Disney movie. The best would lay, grunting and twitching, trying its best to give Neo the silent treatment. Unfortunately, it could be as silent as it wanted, because it wasn’t the one taming, it was being tamed. Clouds passed, they floated along the path leading to the wetlands. A location said to be within the Foresaken lands which Neo has not yet seem. Letting out a sigh, the poor cloaked boy once again, for what should be the third time, stroked the beast in an attempt to comfort it. Throughout the slow, boringly scenic trip, he’s occasionally say a few words to it. After awhile, it stopped with his annoying sounds, and simply accepted it current state, not tamed, but acknowledging its defeat, as well as its inability to do anything in the circumstance.
Circumstantially, the wetlands contained, mud, mud which can be bathed in, mud, which when bathed in can relax muscles, relaxed muscles which can shorting a healing process and prevent pain and strain on an injured body as well as working wonders for once skin, additionally keeping their body cool, acting as a lovely little sunscreen against the sun, which beamed down intently on the dual of cool characters. For the second time, Neo would apologise to the fucking stubborn thing before jumped off the cloud to walk beside it, giving the beast its own space to think. It was coming around, that much was obvious, yet, how much longer will it be, that was the question. No doubt, right now, it considers its life, what it means, whether Neo is a threat and where his loyalties will lie. The end result already known. While the beast’s mind and curiosity slowly moved its emotional well being closer to Neo, the scenery slowly began to change. The 30 minute walk leading to the wetlands was short, yet long, yet boring, yet eventful. A contradictory walk all in all, no doubt being man and beast closer together, yet simply being a shitty walk. The dirt trail they followed began to turn to mud, as they reached the wetlandy shit hole. The cloud lowering the beast into a mudpit not far from Neo’s seat he created out of a cloud, watching Beast as it wiggled in the mud both painfully and relievingly.
