More traveling, really should make a new way to travel (Travel/Training)

Regal has been creating a good amount of weapons these past few days. He created a flash grenade, a smoke grenade, during that same day failed at creating a canister to hold both of those items. The next day he would make another attempt at the canister, successfully creating it this time, and remade his Slash, increasing its power and durability. And just yesterday, he attempted to create a new method to control puppets which included life force receivers and a transmitter, the receivers were a raging success but the transmitter would have to be put off till after his trip back to Greed. That would be his objective this day, to return to Greed and check up on his shop, and maybe get some money he was running low and needed more materials to make greater weapons. However he needed to address that fact, he failed a couple of time over these past few days and he could not take it anymore. He needed to create a method to reduce his chance of failure.

As he left his crafting area he would begin to think. What would make it easier to create weapons without the risk of constant failures. This would mow over in his mind, but suddenly his mind would jump from reducing chance of failure to a new method of smithing. His fuinjutsu, at this point Regal knew the basics of the modification seals so he thought why couldn't there exist smithing seals. Additions to the storage formula which fuse the materials sealed away into the select weapon. With that thought that is when it came to him. He would have to put that thought on hold as he would get on a traveling wagon and begin to ride it all the way to Greed. With a comfortable ride, he would go back to thinking, back to his discovery before he jump on the wagon. His discovery brought him back in time, to times when he was around his grandfather fighting. Jikei didn't fight to end battles quickly, rather he took his time with his battles, this even crossed over to his techniques as a majority of them were released at one point but not activated till another. What did he say was the reason again, his techniques ended up costing less chakra when he didn't activate them immediately. Regal's brain took that bluntly back then but with his new knowledge, he had a new view on it. Time, the reason Regal's creations had a higher chance to fail was because he was in a rush to complete his weapons, but if he took his time he would be able to increase his chances of success by focusing on the materials more.

At this point he would be passing the Greed/Soul border into Greed, his trip was almost over and his new ideas were coming together. So far he had the idea, now was time to create it. The construction was not that difficult, with his knowledge of fuinjutsu, all he had to do was make the seal, then figure out its placement into the storage formula. This was closely similar to the modification seals, as what Regal was doing was directly telling what occurs while materials are sealed within the storage formula, rather than just making it bigger or allowing it to hold more items. This seal will take the form of a diamond with the kanji for construct, it was pretty basic actually and would lead to much greater feats. However he would need to specify this seal to katanas, his most used weapon, to complete it. Apparently this seal could not create multiple weapons using one seal, it wasn't a bad so Regal didn't bother to change it. Next would be the most important part, abusing time. Regal already knew that if he was doing it by hand he could slow down the process using his own will, but using a seal he would need something more. Rather than altering its size, this one also tells the storage directly what it should do, resulting in it slowing down the construction process. How did his grandfather go about it, first he would release the technique, it would remain unhindered for a couple of minutes and for each minute past, the chakra to activate it would reduce. So Regal could make it outright slow down the process but since this was an already tiring process, it would take more time than his grandfather did. That would be a major part but for a successful weapon it wouldn't matter. So without worrying about how long it would take, Regal created the seal with the kanji for “Slow,” to signify that this seal was going to drastically increase the time it usually takes to create a weapon so its chances of success would be higher.

Another fine technique completed, maybe it wasn't a waste learning fuinjutsu, it came in handy when trying to create weapons. Now came the most important part, what was he going to call this new style he just created. Regal Smithing Style, no he wasn't that conceited, and he had already named his store after him. Black Smithing Style, no that just sounds stupid, but he was on the right track. Arriving back by the Shopping District, Regal would walk into the shopping center continuing to think about what to call his new style. Passing a few stores as he was going up to his own store, he would pass a jewelry store. Looking over at the jewels his eyes would be drawn to some onyx colored earrings. That is it, Onyx Smithing Arts. It signified his relation to the black coloring while also being related to the wonderful jewel. His smithing would take a new turn but now he needed to address his store, walking into it he would look around with a smile on his face. Things seemed to be going well but this was only a check up, he needed to buy more materials for new weapons so he could test his new style.

Description: Regal has spent many years creating weapons, some successes, some failures. During those times of failure, Regal has sought methods of increasing his chances for a success. Researching different methods, Regal found his calling when he started researching fuinjutsu to better his weapons. That is when it came to him, in the form of the Modification seals, seals which influence what occurs inside the storage. Regal's new method of smithing involves using newly created Modification Seals to merge and mold together materials sealed inside a Storage Formula to create his weapons, thus the weapon being unsealed when the process is complete.

Description: Being Regal's specialty naturally he would make his first construction seal based around it. With this technique Regal creates a tiny seal first making a diamond then writing the kanji for “Construct” within it. This construct seal was based on the premise of specifically molding together materials to create a katana. Being placed on top of the Storage Formula, this seal will cause all materials sealed within it to become constructed into a katana, then released when the process is completed.

Description: This is something Regal learned from his Grandfather, rather didn't learn but witnessed. An advantage of Jikei's Glyphs was that he used extending the time between when his techniques were released and when they were activated to reduce the amount of chakra he would need to waste. This part stuck to Regal and using that same philosophy, couldn't Regal slow down the process of his smithing to increase its chances of success, don't they say all good things come with time. With this technique, Regal creates a tiny seal first making a diamond before writing the kanji for “Slow” within it. With placing this seal upon the Storage Formula, it will slow down the process in which weapons are created while increasing the weapons chance of being completed successfully. For every 2 IRL days a weapon being completed is prolonged, its chance of success will be increased by +1. However this technique cannot change the specific chance of success created by the roll, rather it will the set number closer to the number it needs to be. (If chance of success is 2/10 yet a person rolled a 3, after 2 days the chance of success will be 3/10 meaning the person has successfully created the weapon.)

On the road again, yes I know Regal is doing a lot of moving, but ordering materials cost extra money and Regal would rather just walk back and forth rather than waste his money. Rather than taking Neo's pet with him, Regal would leave it to guard his supplies. It was time to make his way to Envoy. He would do this by catching a ride on a passing by wagon, sitting on the back and paying the owners some xel for their troubles. While riding he would take a look over his designs. His wagons were easy designs, he had made them countless times before, even before he rose to the level he was at now. However the train was something new, something he only figured out through extensive research into methods of movement. The particular movement he was aiming for was, movement over any terrain. Many thoughts came to his mind, using Gravity to completely negate the effects of gravity upon the train and using boosters to propel it forward, that would require him to make some sort of source for the boosters to get their energy from. While it was possible the only source was chakra and Regal was not kine on using that to power a train used within the walls of the Republic. But Regal did keep the levitation effect in mind, which led him to magnetism. With using opposing charges, the train would levitate allowing it to cross any terrain. Now was to make it move, which magnetism was also the answer. This must have been his' blood lines will to exceed that brought this into his mind, using a series of attraction and repulsion to move the train forward, being akin to while the front of the train would pull the back would push, allowing the train to move. It was a strike of genius really, but something like that wouldn't work the same for his next big creation, an airship..or would making ships be better.

Either way he would have to figure out how to power them both without the usage of chakra, a ship being the easiest but still something he would need to think about. That was a thought for another time as his main reason for this traveling was to make a proposition. He was going to sell his rights to the train to the Republic, giving them all rights to the xel produced by such, but he Regal would be the person to create the train as it was his original designs. He would also grant the Republic rights to the wagons, again all xel going to the Republic for them, this was to help support the Republic but for Regal to also spread his name as a blacksmith. Being in thought, Regal would almost miss the fact that he had arrived. Impenetrable? Isn't that what they called this place before it was taken over. Seemed that nothing was truly impenetrable anymore, maybe Regal should think about improving his swordsmanship so he could cut through any defense, but prove to all that nothing was impenetrable. He would have to hold off on that as he would make his way to the government building to talk to those in charge.

It was about time for Regal to make his delivery, the main point being that he needed to summon these himself due to carrying them being a real bitch, so he would need to do it himself. So pulling out a scroll, a large one due to the massive amount of seals he had, he would move each individual seal onto the scroll. Thinking about things logically, Regal should abuse his storage seals a lot better. They would make moving items easier especially in this case where he had a big order to move. Well it was time to depart as Regal looked around to see if he needed anything more before departing. He would be making this trip by foot this time, why exactly, quite simple to test how long he could hold the Gates and possibly open up the next one in the process. Opening the First Gate, Regal was off, shooting himself forward in the direction of the Land of Envoy. As he ran he couldn’t help but think, travel would be a lot easier now that the trains were completed. Regal would no longer have to run about or catch a wagon, he would be able to explore the full advantages of his trains. That would be fun and hopefully he would be able to focus on other things considering he wouldn’t have to travel around as much.

Maybe Regal would revolutionize travel, hell he made a magnetic train why not completely change the way people know how to travel. That is something which can give Regal more money followed by him being able to financially ruin the factions in charge. How should he go about that next though? Regal already made his attempt at land, which resulted in the train, the main source of Regal’s ridiculous amount of xel he currently possesses. That would leave sea and air as the two remainders. Air would be a little difficult so sea would be the most obvious choice to pursue next. While boats are the main source of travel, they were common. If Regal was going to take over the sea trade, the portion focusing on creating boats, then he would need something to put his ships out there, but what? Regal had nothing, this might take some time, not like he didn’t have it, all he was doing lately was creating and getting some training done. So rather than thinking to deeply into his next venture, Regal was gaining a lot of future ventures, he was going to be busy once he figured everything out, he would focus on his shop. He needed to fill it with more weapons as currently he had little things. He needed to put together his showcase, throw a few specialty weapons into the mix, you know fancy his shop up. Hell he needed to make another shop while he was at it. While having a shop within the borders of the Republic was good and all, when the Yakuza was up and running his cliental would decrease, so Regal would need another shop.

Possibly throw his other shop in Madness, everybody was welcome there, that was a good idea actually. He should get on that, a person could never have too much money. Onto other things, how long has Regal been in the state of the Gate, a damn long time, at this point he might as well try opening the next gate. What was it called? The Gate of Healing. Taking a deep breath, Regal focused his senses to the next gate in the line, forcing it open as he felt his body feel rejuvenated. This was a fun gate, Regal would have to use it more, not now though as he saw his target in the distance. Feeling full of energy, he charged his way to the Republic center, increasing his speed little by little. He did almost forget one thing, the summoning technique required to release the trains from their sealed spaces. Generic Seal: Summoning, no initial seal only the kanji for summon, place it on top of the Storage Formula, then send chakra or life force into it to summon whatever is inside the storage formula. Sounds simple, Regal was done with that as he arrived and would now make his way to meet the leaders of the Republic.
