Name: Electromagnetic Art: Destabilizing Force
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: D-S
Class: Passive
Range: Self

Description: Due to creating his Electromagnetic Arts, Cyrus has accidentally generated an electromagnetic shield around himself.  This shield is lethal to anything composed of metal and extends 6 inches past his body to form a sort of bubble.  If a weapon equal to his rank or below touches it, it will immediately become demagnetized and crumble into metal filings.  If a weapon 1 rank above Cyrus touches the forcefield, the weapon will shatter.  Finally, if a weapon 2 ranks above Cyrus touches the forcefield, it will simply be repelled but not damaged.  This forcefield has no effect on living creatures or materials without metal within them.  The rank of the weapon attacking the shield is equivalent to how much chakra the forcefield uses.  For example if it is hit by a B-rank weapon, the forcefield will absorb a B-rank amount of Cyrus's chakra.

Description: Due to his magnetic chakra nature mutation, Cyrus has developed a technique that allows him to draw in all metal objects in the area.  Someone with a metal object can resist the pull of the magnetic force if their strength tier is higher than Cyrus's own.  If not, they will be pulled along with whatever metal is on them, unless of course they let go.  This technique can draw in metal objects equal to Cyrus's rank and below and drains chakra according to the rank of weapon attracted.

Description: Due to his magnetic chakra nature mutation, Cyrus has developed a technique that allows him to repel all metal objects in the area.  Someone with a metal object can resist the repulsion of the magnetic force if their strength tier is higher than Cyrus's own.  If not, they will be repelled along with whatever metal is on them, unless of course they let go. This technique can repel in metal objects equal to Cyrus's rank and below and drains chakra according to the rank of weapon repelled.  

Name: Electromagnetic Art: Obsidian Sand
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: B-S
Class: Supplementary
Range: Varies

Description: Due to the effects of Cyrus's Electromagnetic Art: Destabilizing Force, he generates metal filings around him quickly and as such, he must find a way to use these.  When not in use, Cyrus covers himself in the metal filings, resulting in him always having at least a B-rank amount of the "obsidian sand" on his person at any given time.  When he destroys 10 B-rank metal weapons in a topic, it goes up to an A-rank amount, 10 A-ranks it goes to S-rank.  The sand moves and attacks with power equal to Cyrus's current strength and speed tier, it can also block techniques equal to his endurance tier.

Name: Tsuyo Style: Electric Pathways
Classification: Medical Nintaijutsu
Rank: S
Class: Supplementary/Offensive
Range: Close

Description: This is a form of the Tsuyo Style that only someone who has mastered Cyrus's Electromagnetic Arts, can utilize.  Upon touching someone, Cyrus can send electric pulses to the nerve centers of the body.  These pulses can trigger the nerves to do any number of things, including relax, constrict to lock a person in place, or even unlock a greater potential in a person's body.  Using this technique, Cyrus can trigger the use of the eight gates in a person.  As an Academy Student, he can only trigger the first gate in someone, as a Genin he can trigger gates 2 and 3, as a Chunin he can trigger gates 5 and 6, as a jonin he can trigger the 7th gate and as a Sanin (or someone of equivalent rank) he can trigger the 8th and final gate.  Due to it being a forced activation of the gates, for gates 1-2 a D-rank amount of damage is dealt to the target, 3-4 a C-rank, 5-6 a B-rank and 7-8 an A-rank amount.

Name: Electromagnetic Art: Mind Pulse
Classification: Genjutsu
Rank: C
Class: Supplementary
Range: Mid

Description: Cyrus is able to send an invisible and nearly undetectable (unless someone as a dojutsu that can see electromagnetic waves) electromagnetic pulse towards a target that will weaken their resistance to genjutsu by 1 rank. This technique is also used for most of his genjutsu techniques and plays on the touch sensation with the pulse hitting the person, thus triggering the genjutsu.

Yawnz we'll go in order.

DF = D-S rank. Anything higher you'll have to make actual techniques.

Fatal attraction will be treated like other magnetic electromagnetic stuff. C-rank and below non organic, non living metals.

Fatal Repulsion same as above.

Obsidian Sand B-S
When you destroyed 10 B rank metal weapons it goes up to A-rank when you destroy 20 B-rank or 10 A rank weapons in a topic it goes up to S.

Total Control techniques are a no the compromise we have made is to either make them constant chakra drain per post active or making them a gateway technique meaning this technique would only encompass accumulating more of the metal fillings and you create additional techniques which entail moving them around and using them to do different things and the like.

Electric Pathways
Unlocking the Gates this way will be painful add damage to them. 1-2 = D, 3-4 = C, 5-6 = B, 7-8 = A

Tsuyo Style Blood Race/Blood Extract and Electromagnetic Art: Satanic Control all no. Nothing dealing with the extraction of iron in one's body. Even Blood release can not do that.

Electromagnetic Art Mind Pulse Weaken only, Strengthen would classify as Medical Ninjutsu/Genjutsu and that is limited to Entity, Cryptic and actual medical nin only.

Description: After observing the sharks and their electrolocation abilities, Cyrus became inspired to develop a technique of his own.  He will send out an invisible electromagnetic pulse that will bounce off of other objects and people's own electromagnetic field that surrounds them and come back to him.  This maps out an area around him of 20ft perfectly, even in absolute darkness.  This technique is used in conjunction with his fighting style as it maps out the entire nervous system of a person/creature.  

Name: Electromagnetic Art: Obsidian Hands
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: B
Class: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short

Description: Cyrus will shape the metal filings that make up his obsidian sand into either two massive hands and arms or 8 regular sized hands and arms.  The two massive ones are 10 feet across from palm to finger tip.  When large, the hands hit 1 rank higher in strength than Cyrus but move 1-rank slower than him.  When small, the hands move 1-rank faster than Cyrus, but hit with 1-rank less in strength.  When used in conjunction with his Tsuyo Style: Double Finger Death fighting style and resulting techniques, it raises the rank of the techniques and the damage they do by 1.

Name: Electromagnetic Art: Obsidian Hail
Classification: Ninjutsu

Class: Offensive
Range: AOE

Description: Cyrus will send all of his obsidian sand into the air and shape it into thousands of senbon that will rain down all around him and his allies (not harming them).  The senbon move at A-rank speeds and can pierce through A-rank defenses.

Name: Tsuyo Style: Double Finger Death (signature)
Classification: Fighting Style
Rank: D
Class: Offensive
Range: Close

Description: Using his knowledge of the human body and ability to see the electric signals of the body's nervous system, Cyrus had created this fighting style which allows him to target the various nerves and connections of the body.  This fighting style only requires two fingers and acts upon the rapid succession of hits to a target's nervous system, thus interrupting, and in extreme cases even shutting down, the nerves in that particular area.  The techniques in this line become more powerful the higher the user's strength tier is.  It is required that a strength tier be at C-rank for a person to even begin learning this line of techniques.  C-A rank = 1 tier drop.  S-SSS rank strength = 2 tier drop.

Name: Tsuyo Style: 4 Points of the Pained
Classification: Medical Taijutsu

Range: Close

Description: This is Cyrus's most simple form of the technique which allows him to target the nerves in a particular area and then hit them in succession (moving at D-rank speeds) four times.  This technique does nothing more than cause pain to the inflicted areas and push the target back about five feet.

Name: Tsuyo Style: 8 Points of the Crippled
Classification: Medical Taijutsu
Rank: C
Class: Offensive
Range: Close

Description:  Cyrus has upped the anti with this technique by hitting a certain area 8 times in succession.  The first four moving at D-rank speeds, the second four moving at C-rank speeds. Depending on the area, the target's tiers will be debuffed for the remainder of the topic by by a number ranks equal to the user's strength tier each time they are hit.  
Legs = speed.
Arms = strength.
Back = defense.
Chest = endurance.
Stomach = reaction.
Head = barrier.

Name: Tsuyo Style: 16 Points of the Handicapped
Classification: Medical Taijutsu
Rank: B
Class: Offensive
Range: Close

Description: Doubling the number of hits once again, Cyrus hits the opponent four times at D-rank speeds, four times at C-rank speeds, and another eight times at B-rank speeds.  This technique is powerful enough to permanently cause a drop in rank of a tier by by a number ranks equal to the user's strength tier untill healed by a medical technique of A-rank or higher.  The same areas apply to the same tiers as stated above.  
Legs = speed.
Arms = strength.
Back = defense.
Chest = endurance.
Stomach = reaction.
Head = barrier.

Name: Tsuyo Style: 32 Points of the Tortured
Classification: Medical Taijutsu
Rank: A
Class: Offensive
Range: Close

Description: With this technique, Cyrus hits the opponent four times at D-rank speeds, four times at C-rank speeds, eight times at B-rank speeds, and another 16 times at A-rank speeds.  This large amount of hits results in a drop in all tiers by a number of ranks equal to the user's strength tier for the remainder of the topic each time the target is hit by this technique.  

Name: Tsuyo Style: 64 Points of the Vegetable
Classification: Medical Taijutsu
Rank: S
Class: Offensive
Range: Close

Description: With this technique, Cyrus can completely ruin someone by hitting them four times at D-rank speeds, four times at C-rank speeds, eight times at B-rank speeds, sixteen times at A-rank speeds, and thirty-two times at S-rank speeds.  With such a vast amount of nerve damage, the target area will be in such a weakened state that they will have their corresponding tier dropped by a number of ranks equal to the user's strength tier permanently until healed by at least an SS-rank healing technique.  

Name: Tsuyo Style: 128 Points of the Damned
Classification: Medical Taijutsu
Rank: SS
Class: Offensive
Range: Close

Description: This technique is the pinnacle of Cyrus's Points techniques as he is able to reach an unimaginable number of 128 points.  First four moving at D-rank, four moving at C-rank, eight moving at B-rank, sixteen moving at A-rank, thirty-two moving at S-rank, and sixty-four moving at SS-rank speeds.  With this many attacks, all of the target's tiers are dropped by a number of ranks equal to the user's strength tier permanently until healed by at least an SS-rank healing technique.  

Name: Tsuyo Style: Single Point of Death
Classification: Medical Taijutsu
Rank: SSS
Class: Offensive
Range: Close

Description: Cyrus's masterpiece and a forbidden technique that can only be used once per topic.  This technique channels a vast amount of power and chakra into the user's two fingers which then blur, striking out at SSS-rank speeds and hitting the target in the forehead.  This results in the complete failure of the target's nervous system and thus, death.  

**Note about these techniques: if the user's speed stat is lower than the speed at which they are delivering hits, then they will receive recoil damage in accordance to the rules**

Name: Tsuyo Style: Chakra Influx
Classification: Medical Ninjutsu
Rank: C-S
Class: Supplementary
Range: Self

Description: The user of this technique has mastered their ability to control chakra in their body to such a degree that they can quickly send vast quantities to different parts of their bodies to increase their tiers by 2-ranks (capping out at S-rank), with the tier depending on where they influx the chakra.  However, this only happens for 1 post and at the end of the post, the tier that is affected is dropped by 1-rank for the rest of the topic while the muscles recover.  However, the time limit for how long the boosted tiers are activated can be raised to a max of 10 posts by doing a 500 word training topic per post you want to increase the time limit, which takes the place of the user's daily training.  This technique drains chakra in accordance with what tier is being boosted.  IE B-rank endurance is boosted, then it takes B-rank chakra.  The areas and what tiers they affect are as follows:
Legs = speed.
Arms = strength.
Back = defense.
Chest = endurance.
Stomach = reaction.
Head = barrier.

Name: Tsuyo Style: Perfected Chakra Influx
Classification: Medical Ninjutsu
Rank: SS-SSS
Class: Supplementary

Obsidian Hands raise it to B-rank
Obsidian hail lower the speed to A-rank.

Double Finger Death C-A 1 rank Tier drop, S-SSS 2 rank tier drop.

Chakra Influx change the rank from C-S make chakra price equated to the tier being utilized, cap out the raising at S and make an advanced version SS-SSS rank which deals with boosts past those. Keep all the set drawbacks. Also relabel it from Ninjutsu to Medical Ninjutsu. As it falls under it.

I'd also suggest you make the Tsuyo techniques Medical Taijutsu aka Taijutsu preformed using the basis of medical knowledge would be better that way.

Name: Explosive Seal
Classification: Fuinjutsu
Rank: D

Description: Cyrus came up with this technique while witnessing the usage of explosive tags. He utilizes his innate abilities as an Inkan to draw a seal on any surface he sees and can then activate it by the use of a hand sign. Once activated, the seal will explode with the same force of an explosive tag, dealing D-rank spiritual damage to the target. These seals can be stacked to do extra damage with 2 of one equaling 1 of the next rank up. (2 D-ranks = 1 C-rank explosion)

Name: Tsuyo Style: Explosive Touch
Classification: Fuinjutsu
Rank: D
Class: Supplementary
Range: Self

Description: This technique goes hand in hand with Cyrus's fighting style, Tsuyo Style: Double Finger Death. Cyrus will cover his fingers in Explosive Seals and then perform one of the techniques that go in this line. The seals will be placed on the spots that Cyrus hits and can be activated at any time during the topic. Once activated, the seals will detonate, causing spiritual damage equal to however many seals are placed on the target. For example, his 8 Points of the Crippled technique would deal 1 A-rank worth of spiritual damage to the opponent along with the C-rank physical damage it normally does. This technique drains chakra according to the rank of the taijutsu technique. These seals can be easily removed by a D-rank unsealing technique, however, unless the unsealing technique specifically unseals everything on the body, each seal must be removed individually.

Name: Co-Ordinate Field: Restriction
Classification: Fuinjutsu
Rank: C-S
Class: Supplementary
Range: AOE

Description: Cyrus will place a seal on the ground which quickly generates a co-ordinate cube around himself and his target that forms at speeds equal to Cyrus's current speed tier. Within the cube, Cyrus deems a certain type of technique restricted. For example, spiritual, or physical based techniques. Depending on the amount of chakra placed into the forming of the cube will determine what rank techniques of that declared type can't be used. (A-rank chakra put in with natural declared means A-rank and below natural chakra techniques cannot be used). Even if the technique is boosted, it cannot be used as alone it must be higher than the declared rank. The cube can only be broken from the inside by a technique of the declared restriction that is higher than the amount of chakra Cyrus put in. From the outside it can be broken by any type of attack higher in rank than the amount of chakra Cyrus put into it.

Name: Chakra Storage Seal
Classification: Fuinjutsu
Rank: B
Class: Supplementary
Range: Self

Description: This technique was devised while Cyrus watched the medical nin from his clan work. By placing a seal on either himself or his comrade, he can funnel chakra into this seal by training. With each training, the level of chakra will increase in the seal. (Every 500 words = next rank in chakra starting at nothing and going to Soulless levels. Takes the place of daily training) This gives Cyrus, and whoever else he has deemed worthy to carry the seal, a sort of second chakra system to rely on if necessary. This seal is mainly used for giving chakra to those in need however as he must be able to heal those on the battlefield by using chakra that isn't his own for fear of running out. This technique can be unsealed by an A-rank or above unsealing jutsu in which case all of the stored chakra is lost until a new seal is made and refilled.

Name: Blood Storage Seal
Classification: Fuinjutsu
Rank: B
Class: Supplementary
Range: Self

Description: This seal works just like the Chakra Storage Seal but with blood. This technique was devised while Cyrus watched the medical nin from his clan work. By placing a seal on either himself or his comrade, he can funnel blood into this seal by training. With each training, the level of blood will increase in the seal. (Every 750 words = next rank in blood starting at nothing and going up in rank to cap out at SSS-rank. Takes the place of daily training) This gives Cyrus, and whoever else he has deemed worthy to carry the seal, a sort of second blood system to rely on if necessary. Explosive Seal = Requires Explosive Release
Tsuyo Style Explosive Touch = Requires Explosive Release

Co-Ordinate Field Restriction, Sasori Territory and it isn't fuin it's Barrier Ninjutsu. So no.

Chakra Storage Seal = Requires Medical Nin if used like that actual medical nin since it's not something which falls under Tsuyo Style. In addition have it be like Blood Storage Seal unsealed by an equal rank and starts with nothing with a rank up thing capping at SSS-rank. Raise it to A-rank and have it be 1000 word training to go up a rank since I'm supposing it refills every topic. If it doesn't however and is used up and doesn't restore then it can be equal to the user's rank.

Blood Storage seal can be unsealed by a B-rank. Not an A-rank Seals always have an equal rank unseal.

For Chakra Storage Seal it doesn't refill every topic, if you use it, you need to train it back. Obviously if it isn't used, then it remains stored.

As for the Explosive stuff, I used explosive loosely because I couldn't think of a better term. I don't want these things to do chakra based explosive damage because...yeah just no. I really just want them to deal the equivalent spiritual damage I posted in conjunction with the physical damage those techniques do. So is there anyway for me to reword those techniques so they don't "explode" but do what I want them to?

The first thing I see. Mmmk. Still requires an actual medic thing because your storing the chakra and then eventually using it to draw it back into the user's body without any harmful effects otherwise it'll just result in a gentle fist type thing when chakra is pushed into the body. For the second one no there isn't you wouldn't be able to do that by sealing away something and releasing it just like that honestly just stick with the co-ordinate stuff.

Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. This technique can sever tendons and important ligaments without leaving a mark.

Description: Over the course of ten posts (total), Cyrus will spread electrical particles throughout the area, unseen to the naked eye.  During the five post set up, the ions are unable to be seen or really felt, but can be blown away by an equal or above rank wind jutsu.  On the 10th post, Cyrus activates the floating ions and anyone caught within the field (about 50 foot radius) will be electrified, causing their muscles to constrict and lock up as well as dealing B-rank chakra damage.  Those affected by this technique are paralyzed for 3 posts (total) unless healed by a B-rank or above medical ninjutsu.  

Name: Lightning Release: Flash Cannon Reverse
Classification: Ninjutsu

Description: Cyrus places his hands together before letting out a bright flash of light that will blind an opponent for one post.  The flash of light will pass over them and then concentrate into an orb behind them while they are blinded.  The orb will explode, sending a current of lightning chakra at the target's back moving at bullet release speeds and dealing C-rank chakra damage.

I'm getting quite annoyed at the prevalence of Fuin seals to block mental. Like if people made fuin seals for ninjutsu it would turn into this big thing.

Description: Through exposure and repeated healing, Cyrus has become immune to mercury poisoning as well as other metal-related poisons.  As such, he can use his mercury without fear of being poisoned, however those around him must be careful.

Description: Cyrus uses his magnet release to freely control liquid mercury, which he keeps stored in a large iron pot on his back. The mercury is usually in liquid form due to the temperature at which it melts, however by intensifying the magnetic forces between the atoms in the metal, Cyrus can freely solidify it at will. Due to the density of the mercury, Cyrus's speed tiers are lowered by one rank when traveling with the mercury in the pot. Due to the natural toxins of mercury, anyone in the same area as Cyrus will be afflicted by the toxins unless they have a way of purging the toxin from their body, purifying the air, or simply not breathing.  After 20 posts (total) they will suffer from sensory impairment (reduces reaction tiers by 1-rank as well as all 5 senses being reduced in some way).  After 30 posts (total) people will lose use of their senses and blindness/deafness begin to set in.  After 40 posts (total) loss of motor control and paralysis set in.  After 50 posts (total) death can occur.  Each time someone is cut by the mercury or it enters the blood stream, the post limit is reduced by 5.

Description: Cyrus makes his own shuriken by hardening his mercury. These are no different than regular shuriken aside from the fact that they are easy to retrieve and can be returned to their liquid form/reshaped at will.  Cyrus is able to make about five shuriken at once with this technique and can make any form of shuriken he needs in the situation.

Description: After joining the Blades of the Shogunate and acquiring Kubikiribōchō, Cyrus has started training with the sword. He has taken the dynamics of his Magnet Release: Magnet Shuriken and applied it to his kenjutsu. The butcher's knife is given an aura of magentic release chakra that can only be seen by chakra viewing techniques, otherwise it is completely invisible. Upon hitting something, whether it is blocked or not, part of the magnetic aura will transfer to the target. Once this happens, metal objects will be drawn to the person faster and they will be unable to dodge these things, only destroy them or get hit. Once someone is magnetically charged, Cyrus's kenjutsu techniques come in 1-rank in speed faster than usual due to the blade becoming pulled in by their new magnetic field.

Description: Cyrus uses his mercury to raise a wall in front of himself and harden it to block techniques. This shield is able to block B-rank and below techniques, only being destroyed by an A-rank or above technique, physical or chakra based. However, upon being touched Cyrus is able to release a pulse of magnetic chakra that will pass a magnetic attraction onto the attacker. This acts just like his Magnet Release: Magnet Shuriken and any technique using metals cannot be dodged.

Description: This technique begins with Cyrus attacking the target with Kubikiribōchō, swinging it down on the opponent in an attempt to get them to block it. As he does this, his mercury paint will flow around the target. With the butcher's knife swinging downward, Cyrus will force the mercury paint at his feet to stab upward towards the target's stomach, at A-rank speed, dealing A-rank damage, at the same time. He will also have the paint behind the target do the same thing, covering all escape routes so they can't fall back and escape.

Description: Cyrus has formed this technique after studying Lightning Release Armor, Ai Style: Secret Healing Wound Destruction, and Tsuyo Style: Chakra Enhanced Strength. This technique is a perfect combination of all three. He first activates his Lightning Release Armor, covering himself in a yellow aura of crackling lightning. This lightning works hand in hand with the Ai Style: Secret Healing Wound Destruction, boosting the degree of healing capabilities Cyrus possesses by having the lightning stimulate the cells in his body and causing them to divide faster. Having observed the Tsuyo Style's ability to direct chakra into certain parts of his body to give enhanced abilities, Cyrus directs his chakra to begin creating adrenaline. The combination of adrenaline and acute chakra control gives him S-rank strength, speed and endurance, but it also stimulates the nerves in his eyes, allowing them to read movements faster and see movements at speeds equal to his own. In this state he can heal from S-rank and lower damage within a post. At genin he can only sustain this for 5 posts, TJ/Chunin 10 posts, Jonin 15 posts, Combat Med-Nin 20 posts. This technique does not drain chakra per post because he is constantly cycling new and old chakra through his body but never losing it, instead it takes chakra equal to the rank of damage he's healing. This technique takes the utmost concentration to maintain and as such in this state Cyrus is unable to Kai out of genjutsu, activate the eight gates, or do anything with his body that might break his concentration. Side note, when in this state his hair is electrocuted, going straight up and ending in spiky points, his muscles also appear more prominent and taught.

Description: This is a fighting style of Cyrus's that revolves around a combination of Jujutsu moves and wrestling techniques. This style is all about close combat and focuses on throws, pins, locks and other similar types of techniques. The main method behind this fighting style is to be flexible and use your opponent's power against them. It is intended to be a very good counter against close range physical users. Cyrus has infused his own tactics into this style by circulating chakra through his body as he performs techniques. This chakra circulation simulates chakra scalpels, allowing all of his techniques used in this fighting style to bypass defenses completely and deal internal damage as well as allowing him to hit semi-tangible targets. However, when used in conjunction with Lightning Release: Super Saiyan, he is able to his intangible opponents and Phase Release users.

Name: Medical Jujitsu: Knight's Repost
Classification: Taijutsu

Description: This is one of Cyrus's simplest techniques as he waits for his opponent to attack him, lashing out with an arm or leg. He waits fort he absolute last second before sidestepping the attack, grabbing the wrist or ankle. Opponents can only break free of his grasp if they have equal or higher strength tiers. He then quickly hits the joint of the limb (knee, elbow, etc.) with an open palm, dealing no damage on the outside but shattering the bone on the inside. This technique will only work if Cyrus's speed tier is at least 1-rank higher than his opponent's or he can react to speed equal to the opponent's speed.

Name: Medical Jujitsu: Baron's Ballista

Range: Close

Description: Cyrus will grab his opponent, usually while they're attacking him and turn, pulling them over his back before smashing them into the ground on their back dealing damage equivalent to whatever his strength tier is at the time. Opponents can only break free of the hold if they possess equal or higher strength tiers. He won't stop momentum there however as he continues dragging the person through the ground as he turns in a full circle. The opponent can stop him from dragging them if they posses equal or greater strength tiers to Cyrus. He will then hurl them skyward to set up for another technique.

Name: Medical Jujitsu: Baron's Guillotine
Classification: Taijutsu

Range: Close

Description: This technique can be used by itself or in conjunction with Medical Jujutsu: Baron's Ballista. The technique itself is very simple as it involves Cyrus bringing one of his legs up above him and then striking it down on top of his opponent, usually their shoulder or head. This technique deals internal damage equal to Cyrus's strength tier at the time of it being used. However, if used after Baron's Ballista, it will deal an additional rank of damage due to the person being airborne when the strike comes and sending them hurtling back towards the ground so quickly there is a rather large crater left by the victim's body afterwards. Once in the air, the opponent cannot dodge the kick unless they possess some form of air-movement (flight, levitation, etc.) However if they possess reaction tiers at least equal to Cyrus's speed, then they can move their body to receive a rank less in damage.

Name: Medical Jujitsu: Earl's Iron Maiden
Classification: Taijutsu

Range: Close

Description: When Cyrus is behind his opponent, he will wrap them in a powerful bear hug and squeeze, dealing internal damage equal to his strength tier. The opponent cannot break free unless they possess equal or greater strength tiers than Cyrus. They cannot use ninjutsu or anything else requiring hand seals as long as they are in this bear hug because their arms are locked in place, unless of course they have the ability to form single hand seals for their techniques. The idea of this technique is to crush bones in the arms and torso, ideally dealing internal damage to organs as well. However, to finish this technique Cyrus jumps into the air and performs half a backflip before spinning and hurtling to the ground headfirst, his opponent still wrapped in the bear hug. Releasing his opponent at the last second, Cyrus pushes off of them and sends them hurtling face first into the ground. An opponent can only break free of the iron maiden if they posses strength tiers higher than Cyrus's own.

Name: Medical Jujitsu: Duke's Lariat
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: S
Class: Offensive
Range: Close

Description: This is Cyrus's adapted version of the lariat technique in which he charges towards the opponent and performs the lariat, using his inner arm to hit the opponent's neck. The difference with this technique is that instead of blowing out the opponent's chest with a successful hit, the chakra scalpel-esq ability of his Medical Jujutsu will shatter the bones in the neck and chest as well as slice apart the lining of his or her throat and even heart. Additional damage equal to Cyrus's strength tier is applied with each object the opponent is sent crashing through, unless they possess S-rank or above defense tiers. An opponent is sent flying farther depending on their strength tiers.

C-rank: 30 feet
B-rank: 20 feet

Name: Medical Jujitsu: Knight's Lost Honor
Classification: Taijutsu

Description: Cyrus usually uses this technique as a counter, but it can also be used offensively. He will grab his opponent and raise them above his head, one hand holding the back of their neck, the other their legs. The opponent cannot escape this grab unless they possess at least equal rank strength. This technique is performed so quickly they don't have time to react unless they possess speed tiers a rank above Cyrus's own or equal rank reaction tiers to his speed. Cyrus will then bring his opponent down on his knee, with the internal damage severing the spinal chord of his opponent and leaving them crippled until healed by a healing technique same rank or above as Cyrus's strength tier.

Name: Medical Jujitsu: Earl's Silence
Classification: Taijutsu

Class: Defensive
Range: Close

Description: This is a counter move used when the opponent gets close and attacks Cyrus. Cyrus must possess at least a rank higher in speed or equal rank reaction to the opponent's speed for this technique to work. He will dodge the punch or kick before grabbing the front of his opponent in a tight vice grip that can only be broken out of by strength tiers equal to his own, and sneaking his leg behind their own before pushing. This causes the opponent to trip over his leg and begin to fall backwards but an opponent can avoid this if he or she possess strength 1-rank higher or more than Cyrus's own strength. As this happens, Cyrus raises his open hand and slams it into his opponent's chest, internally shattering bones and organs a-like as it deals damage equal to his strength tier. The force also causes the opponent to go into the ground much faster and harder, dealing damage from behind and in front. This move is performed so quickly and fluidly that the opponent usually doesn't know what happened until they're already laying broken on the ground. The only way they can see this counter coming is if they possess reaction tiers equal to Cyrus's speed or a technique like Muscle Tension, a time-slowing dojutsu, or a sensory technique S-rank or above which can track Cyrus's movement.

Name: Medical Jujitsu: Duke's Execution
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: S
Class: Offensive
Range: Close

Description: This is a simple move, but usually used for Cyrus's finisher. Cyrus's hand will dart out at insane speeds, grabbing the opponent's entire head, wrapping around their face. The opponent requires reaction tiers equal to the speed of his movement or higher to notice his hand darting outward. They can also use techniques like Muscle Tension, a time-slowing dojutsu, or a sensory technique S-rank or above which can track Cyrus' movement to avoid the hand. Once this happens, Cyrus squeezes and instead of crushing his opponent's head, the chakra scalpel side of his Medical Jujutsu kicks in and internally crushes the opponent's brain and face bones. The opponent can break free with equal rank strength tiers or above. Also, if they have an internal defense or a means to circumvent the defense bypassing effect of chakra scalpels depending on the rank of that defense it will take a certain amount of posts before it is broken and the victim succumbs to the squeezing.
None = instant death.

Super Sayian - The Healing will cost chakra depending on the injury sustained, it's similar to Topaz's tech in that respect, include that it can remain active as long as Cyrus does not lose focus, likewise using it he is unable to disrupt the chakra flow in his body otherwise it shuts down, meaning he is unable to Kai out of techniques, unlock gates and other things which disrupt the chakra flow in his body. Chakra will be equal rank as you aren't using blood hence why Topaz's version uses one rank below because it's a commonly accepted rule that blood prices are always 1-rank under the rank of the technique. Once those changes are added it's fine. That's all I wanted to say just now honestly.
