No people in clan's can't make a summoning. Not to mention your in the Mikaboshi clan which already has a summoning contract.

As far as I know, CC is gone for good, so I don't have a problem with you picking up the snake contract, HOWEVER. Since you are in a KKG clan I don't believe you can make a contract yourself. Some one would have to make it then train you to learn the summoning/snake summoning. Could be a little wrong there so I'll confirm with cass, and If I'm wrong I'll PM you.

Actually atm contracts are now drops in missions. So unless you stumble upon it in a branching mission you won't be able to obtain it.

Summoning contracts are only able to be found now Cola. You have to take a branching mission and if you are lucky you will stumble upon one.
