A Past Exchange (Haru vs Armenezra)

It was beginning to be the start of a new day as the gentle rays of the sun breached through the giant branches of the titanic trees custom to Echoes. It was a quiet morning, nothing seemed to be stirring within his area of sight. Haru was currently at peace laying upon one of the branches. He had made his way over to the origin continent to meet a certain man. Dressed in his shogunate garb with the twin blades Kiba on his sides. He had sent a messenger ahead of his arrival to deliver his intent to meet here. So while he waited the Bakuhatsu decided to relax and kickback. Taking some joy in being away from his duties as a Blade of the Shogunate. Now that these were now neutral territories he figured it would be fine to mingle about and play around a little. Though he did wonder how Vendetta and the others were doing. Which in turn brought his mind to Xing and thoughts of another match. He really enjoyed it. "This feels nice. Just chilling here feels more my style. The only thing I'm missing is some tea and a sweet snack." Perhaps he'd go for some later after his business here was finished. Maybe even invite the guy as well if things went right. Before long Haru would be back amongst his thoughts and not too far from drifting into a nap.

Sometimes he wondered, why he even wanted to lead? There's just nothing but paper work, policies and complaints. After handling all that, the civilians still find ways to somehow demonize you and for what? Because they didn't get everything they wanted out of your 12hr daily shift. It was truly a thankless job, that inspired young people to eventually run right into the trap of being next in line someday. Worst part about it, if he had the chance to go back and choose, he'd do it all again in a heart beat. Honestly, leading is a drug but sometimes the best cure, is to have days like this. Days where you've worked too hard, and want to give up, but you get a message from a foreigner that someone is waiting on you, "somewhere". Well whoever that someone was, he knew exactly whom to seek out.  A clear 1/5 chance that the mysterious person could've been looking for any other general would have bared different outcomes. But calling upon Armen was probably the better fortune. See he was paranoid enough to take caution but curious enough to go himself.

So yeah, he was all in for meeting this someone. The meeting would serve as a perfect way out of this hamster wheel of a routine he's been on. Something different to keep him going , even if it could be dangerous. "Captain, I'll go and issue you an entourage to .. " Ey ey ey, listen, listen" , Armenezra interrupted his armor bearer  before he could finish his sentence. " Shutchyo mouth . Ya aint funna be sayin shit ta no bodeh , ya dig? Imma go solo dolo , kid." " Commander, we've already discussed this in the meetings. Lieutenant  Decimus strictly... " G..go home bruh. oh and yo, dun't lemme  catch u  dry snitchin  fo real, cuh. I'll whoop yo ass next time I see ya, and dats word to yo moms". " Understood sir." He didn't understand shit. Literally, not a damn word but he'd bow and  head home ; leaving Armenezra to his own vises.


So by the time Haru arrived to the meeting spot, Armenezra wouldn't be too far behind. In fact as Haru began to make himself more comfortable, Armen would be sitting on the other side of the tree. He too was on a branch with his legs and arms crossed. His long white dreads were tied back and he was wearing his typical white and black heaven's corps robe. " Yo fo real. Da whole land gimme dat same vibe, son. We also gots plenty of dem tea and treats ya rappin bout too, most def. We also gots dem cookies too, at least dats wat we be tellin da new recruits." He'd chuckle loudly from the truth of that statement. " Swear to da fallen, dat sometimes I be thinkin dats de only reason dey be showin up to da conventions." He'd smile while looking out at the beauty that echoes had to offer. Suddenly his light demeanor shifted a bit, as the color of his golden brown eyes moved towards Haru's direction." So, tell meh blood..whatcha here fo?" He couldn't see Haru because he was on the other side of the tree, but  Armenezra was remaining cautious. This was the neutral lands, people were allowed to come and go as they pleased, assuming they were not Pandoran, but things were changing. With freedom, comes a bit of lawlessness, and that is usually where the Bachiatari came in.  Yup, the lands were changing but still, a great place to be.
