Garrosh uses dash to get in faster and bash to cave his throat his in and then the arm he's wielding the sword.

Effect: A basic attack which involves hitting an object into another object recklessly in order to deal damage and make the next strike which hits the object that was bashed deal double damage. This technique gives a minor boost to the initial strike, while the second strike can be done by anyone including the user. But if it is done by the user then their Res & Dex is considered Halved until the next turn due to their reckless strikes.

Effect: Tier II Water Magic. By learning how to channel water into a wall form to manifest it around an ally, the monster has gained a standard albeit useful water defense magic that provides a slight defensive boost to an ally, which due to it's magical nature allows it to protect against magic. The cost to use this magic is 6 MP, and it lasts for 1 Turn before needing to be manifested again.

Effect: Req. Tackle (Dominant) & Choke (Recessive). The monster rushes towards a victim with a limb outstretched and collides with their neck the victim sustains slight damage and suffers a penalty to their Res due to choking until their next turn.

Garrosh: E- Str (4) + Bash (1) + Basic Blunt (1) + Throat (2) = 8 damage - 2 (F+) Res = 6 damage to swordsman.

Garrosh: E- Str (4) + Bash (1) + Basic Blunt (1) + Joint (2) = 8 damage - 2 (Tier I leather bracers) = 6 damage to leather bracers durability.

I actually have Observe btw so all those rolls were for nothing.

He had put some distance between himself and you guys, so it seemed logical that after negotiations went south, he'd run.

7-9 = Fleeing Successful (Can be tracked by Expert Track or similar Skills/Magic)

So if you have Expert Track or Skills/Magic that do something similar, you can track him. Otherwise he's gone and you receive half exp for defeating/killing him similar to if you ran from an encounter.
