Another kill, another... (Demohaio)

Demohaio decided it was time to expand the way his faction was moving, at this moment it was time for the faction to gain something that the other didn't quite have; riders. demohaio would glance to gobukas who was the last of the digging unit left, however their memories would never be forgotten. the group was heading east as they were going to gather a bunch of the wolves as both a food supply and a partner in fighting. If they were able to prove their usefulness it would be worth getting bakeana a horned horse, maybe even a dual horned one.

The group would use sneak however gobuhaio would utilize prowl which was only a better version of what they had, he would shove his only piece of meat in his mouth. he did this quietly as it was the meat from the goblin who'd died the night before.

Spoiler:

It was unfortunate but the only creatures they ran into were two Kobolds who seemed to be having a chat in the middle of the forest. They weren't speaking in any language that the evolved goblins could understand but it was clear whatever it was about it was important enough for them to do in the middle of the Great Forest without them bothering to hide. Or perhaps they had gotten into a heated discussion while they were hunting and as a result they were no longer able to conceal their presence. It was unfortunate then that they might just pay with such distractions with their lives.

Demohaio glanced at the two kobolds, he would point at them then his finger went to batribunk. he would then point to the left, he would point to himself and to the right, which would cause him and batmribunk to go to their respective position. The first two to make a move was Bakeana and gobukas, they would sneak over to the two kobold, bakeana would aim for the neck while gobukas aimed for the asshole neither of them was actually aiming to kill them. With both of them more than likely being put out of commission for a while demohaio focus was on gathering a bit of food for the goblins of his faction maybe even those of another faction.

Spoiler:

The Kobolds wouldn't even get a chance to defend themselves before they were taken out of the fight both of them slipping into unconsciousness due to the sheer brutality of their beat down. It was fortunate on the goblins end as they would be able to capture opponents without a struggle and without sustaining any battle damage, whereas their leader would manage to find sticky sap though without anything to collect it in, it would sort of be a waste unless it was used to craft right away. Still these Kobolds didn't seem to have much on them besides their organic barbs, and two Black Wolf Pelts which covered their forms, and of course Lesser Water Spirit Stones which seemed to only have about 5 uses left before they became inert.

Spoiler:

The fight was decided swiftly just like they normally did, but this was just a warm-up compared to the amount they could actually produce. Demohaio commanded gobukas to bring the bodies along with them however they were aiming for something against the norm, East or north to him their wasn’t much distinction or reason to choose From the two. So he’d decided to go north-East from the eastern direction he’d already started heading in. “Where are we going boss” the three would ask yet receive no answer as they snuck around him as he prowled in front of them.

Spoiler:

They would continue moving and this bold choice of direction would result in them being at a weird intersection between the Northern and Eastern parts of the Great Forest, still this would probably end up causing them to run into things which weren't of the norm. Either way they were in for a bit of a trek before they stumbled upon two humans who were currently in the middle of cutting down a tree. The two men would swing their axes in unison the repeated sound of wood being cut into leaving a small echo through the forest. They seemed like the types who had the build of those who worked pretty hard not so much combatants, it was a pity then that a roving band of sneaky goblins was creeping up on them.

Demohaio’s eyes glance towards bakeana, who was already prepared to launch her analysis in one of the two humans. She would wait unlikely demohaio made his move first, which was taking his two horns and piercing the neck of the first human with an axe; though he’d no intention on killing him. Bakeana would see the notion but executed it a bit differently, she would have one horn pierce the back while the other would penetrate the humans rectum. Seeing as their was need in the cave for humans she simple wanted to help in anyway she could in catching them.

The sneak attacks were rather successful, a bit too successful but luckily they weren't trying to go for kill shots otherwise this could of been two quick kills. As it was both of the humans would be incapacitated though it would seem the wounds sustained by the one pierced in the neck was worse than the one pierced in the rectum perhaps it was because they were two stab wounds rather than one. Either way they would need to hurry back home or find a way to make sure he didn't bleed out before they got back to their cave.

Demohaio wasn’t to worried about the guy who was so close to death “next time let’s not aim for the neck, if we want them alive...” demohaio announced then turn to the human whose body was releasing a great amount of blood, demohaio would drink about half the blood before passing it to gobukas, who had successfully drank the blood of the demon spider from before. ”that’s enough you guys let’s get back and prepare for the tournament, since I have a date with demojack.” He joked about speaking to his partners in his native tongue before heading back to the carve, gobukas would so only the blood of Fredrick while they made their way home.

After Leaving their previous home Demohaio's faction headed as true east that they could go in search of a new location to call home, Demohaio, bamibunk, and gobukas lead the since they were considered the main forces behind them were the majority of the Faction. Directly behind the Two tier 1 goblins stood gobueada with gobuvaak and gobusera a bit further back to the left and right of her respectively, between them were demohaio's two kids. Gobudiva who was the mixblood moved at a slightly slower pace than gobuvaak but behind her was her older sister gobuqueen, who was a mere day older yet she considered her younger sister as a twin. At the rear of the group was Bakeana who was able to move at a relaxed pace, considering that she could take and deal most of the damage if anyone tried her, to her left and right were the adorable fully gear goblin duo, muru and miro.

The inner Trio was currently trying to teach gobudiva and gobuqueen how to sneak as it's what helped keep them alive, that and the fact bakeana and bamibunk were amazing and able to defeat nearly anything in their goblin days. "Daddy, do you think uncle will let me keep the pup?" she asked walking around holding her last line of defense in her arms like a baby, however neither of them answered the question instead only gave her a smirk and a glare.

Demohaio's faction:

Encounter:

Under normal circumstances a traveling band of goblins, especially one of this size, could be considered noisy. Fortunately for them, they were a seasoned hunting party and knew what they were doing out in the forest, particularly the eastern quadrant. Unfortunately for them, some of their younger hunting members did not know what they were doing. It seemed Gobuqueen and Gobudiva just weren't made for the sneaking style. Try as they might, no matter how many tips or pointers they received, they simply couldn't get the hang of it. Sticks snapped, dry leaves crinkled and ultimately the whole forest was aware of where these traveling goblins were.

As the semi-noisy band of goblins emerged in a clearing, they would find they had attracted the attention of a small pack of Dire Black Wolves. Two lounged at the base of a small boulder while the third stood atop it, staring down the goblins as they emerged from the brush. The other two stood up and yawned lazily and for a moment it seemed as if the wolves had been waiting for them. True there were many goblins, but these wolves were massive compared to some of the others the goblins had hunted, and even befriended. All three eyed the goblins, encouraging them to leave their territory. The one atop the boulder barked, causing the other two to begin howling and approaching slowly. They clearly had no interest in letting the goblins share their clearing.

Encounter (for mod purposes):

Demohaio wasn't quite sure how to react to this, the inner circle was trying to teach the kids a very usefully skill however, they were still young and over protected so the thoughts of them actually needing to use such a skill never accord to them. The group grew silent hearing the Sound of the bark  echo through the clearing of the wolves which was followed by the other two wolves howling, still it didn't take much for this size group of a group to react, those at the rear quickly moved them selves to the front while the three goblin's surrounding goboqueen and gobudiva would make themselves into a wall willing to protect the kids with their life. These were Demohaio's kids for crying out loud, they use one of the three goblin guards to teach them sneak once again, truly pest for the thrill of danger. this would cause  gobumuru to maintain the wall between the young goblins and the wolves

Demohaio, bamibunk, bankana, gobumiro, and gobukas all stood ready to fight the dire wolves, he knew that he could go toe to toe with one of them so he would choose the one who deemed himself the leader for himself "These wolves will be the start of our rider platoon, Bamibunt & gobukas team up. he paused, before bakeana and gobumiro rushed to the wolf on the ground, With the fights set up like this there was no way they could lose, bamibunk and gobukas rushed to the other wolf on the ground.

Demohaio eyes narrowed down the leader of the wolves hunting party before darting himself at their leader, his hand simultaneously pulled both of the jade horse horns out, holding one in each hand. Once he got close enough to attack the wolf leader he'd do just that, his eye perceived his opponent until he found a weak point that wouldn't hinder the wolf's usefulness after domesticating it. "the ears, eyes, and nose aren't that important for a breeding mule" the thought passed through his mind before deciding to let the jade horse horns feast one the wolf's eyes. "We only need one in near perfect condition. the other two bet them down. he announce however it was up to his team to decide how they wanted to mow down their victims.

bamibunk and gobukas moved toward the wolf in complete unison as they were expecting to do the same however gobukas would was being overtaken by bamibunk's larger size and it wasn't to much of a problem for either of them. bamibunk would wait until he's in melee range before stopping, he would channel magic palms before releasing a small fireball. Since gobukas was hidden behind bamibunk's humanoid frame, she would run(sneak) around him after he fired the fireball, this gave her time to react if the wolf decided to dodge bamibunk's attack or not she'd be right there with her rabbit's horn to pierce it right into the wolf's pretty right ear.

"if you want to live, then follow my lead."she'd whispered to gobumiro, who followed her without wait. both darted at their opponent, bakeana used her size to their advantage quickly taking the lead which made allowing gobumiro to use sneak a breeze. bakeana would be the first to attack using her bladed rabbit horns to peirce the ears of the dire wolf, due to being over lapped by bakeana gobumiro would follow this initiate by aiming for the eyes of the dire wolf and since she wasn't seen by him it was impossible for it to get away.

OOC:

The lead wolf leapt from the rock, hungry for a fight and sprinted towards Demohaio on all fours, racing past its brethren. The creature had plenty of time to watch Demohaio as the two closed the distance between them, as a result, it managed to mostly dodge the first swipe, taking the hit at an awkward angle on the jaw rather than a direct hit to the eye. A small trickle of blood wetted the wolf's rough black fur as it lashed out with its most powerful weapons, its jaws. Teeth would attempt to clamp around the shoulder of the arm that had swung at it, pinning the arm and preventing Demohaio from striking similarly. As far as the wolf was concerned, that arm brought pain so it needed to be stopped.

Seeing their leader charge, the others followed suit, running head long into their prey. As the fireball suddenly emerged from the goblin, the wolf had just enough time to change its stride ever so slightly, resulting in more of a passing/glancing blow instead of a direct hit. The wolf howled with more annoyance than pain and leapt at Bamibunk, jaws attempting to close around the larger goblin's throat.

Finally, the last of the wolves seemed slightly more aggressive, or just not at good at dodging. Not wanting to be left out, it charged Bakeana, raking claws across her arms near the elbow joints. However, it hadn't anticipated the sneak attack from the other goblin and cried out with a whimper of pain as its ears and eyes were pierced painfully.

Calcs:

surprised that gobudiva had learned the sneak, her bigger sister, gobuqueen, would smile and praise her for it, however she wanted something to be praised for as well, she knew the essence of why they were out here and why their father was fighting. "Listen up, you five, will they are fighting lets take this time to search for a new place to live." she suggested to the group, despite not having to listen her they still would go and search for a new place to call home, the group of them would sneak around while they searched for this new home while gobuqueen would stand their by herself attempt to learn sneak once again.

Demohaio face grew a smirk seeing that his attack landed on dire wolf but it was exactly how he planned, yet still a successful process. Demohaio would perceive the gender of the wolves around him, right as his head turned back to the dire wolf he was facing, it had lunged itself onto his golden spider carapace destroying it in one go. This would still work in the favor of Demohaio as he rotated the sharp edge of the horn, in the arm that was attack, aiming to pierce through the wolf's stomach. His free arm would follow through and attempt to pierce the hind legs of the wolf.

"got you, puppy"Gobumiro yelled, knowing that the trick in these mandibles had work when the wolf hadn't given't much effort in moving, this would cause gobumiro to leap into action and take another shot at the dire black Wolf's hind legs being that it would have to depend on its Defense rather than its mobility. Bakeana seen her window of opportunity open, she had to be care when she did this since with too much strength would cause the poor wolf to die, thankfully she was that strong, she would use her two Bladed rabbit horn to cut the dire wolf at its other hind legs, only with enough force to knock it out.

Bamibunk noticed the position of himself and Gobukas, he could left the wolf realize the mistake he made by coming for him when their was fresh goblin bait right in fornt of him, however he would offer up his four colored glove for the dire wolf to bite into this gave him no other choice but to use the weapon in his other hand to attack the dire wolf in its exposed chest with his jade horse horn. gobukas only had one chance to make this right, she decide to go with the move Bakeana had used when she was a Small goblin, she would take advantage of both sneak and ambush before rushing her way to the dire wolf. She would simply stuff the blade horn she possessed and stuff it up the dire wolf's back end.

Equipment :

Exiting the Orc Mine with his son and friend in tow. Alvaro would make his way to the center as he didn’t want to come across anything too powerful while having Garrosh with them. After all, this was his first hunt and even though the boy was cocky and full of himself he’d rather have him fight something weak to fuel his ego other than something that would crush his spirit and his body. With that said, Alvaro would signal to the group of the direction they were heading while instructing Kite to forage for sticks and anything useful they can use.

Kite:

Sorckite would manage to find what he was looking for spotting a tree which seemed like it had seen better days due to a large crack in it's trunk it's leaves barren and devoid of leaves as such he would find it easy to break off sticks from it's branches ending up with six of them in total. As this went on they would come across a group of monsters they haven't seen before, while hearing a common coming from just a clearing away. The monsters they had encountered were green balls of slime which would jiggle in place, there were four of them in total undilating about until they seemed to shift and start making their way towards Orsalvaro & Orngarrosh while Sorskite was still preoccupied with getting the sticks from the tree.

Meanwhile the noise that the orcs could hear in the distance was the battle between Goblins and Dire Wolves, as their battle seemed to be drawing to it's close at least before another bunch of monsters decided to crash the party. As the goblins snuck around and tried to search for somewhere to live they would notice a bunch of green slimes which were approaching the battle probably drawn there by the blood filling the air. Either way there were a bunch of them, seven in total. Five of them would jiggle in place due to the goblins stealthy antics while the other two would pounce on the crippled Dire Wolves their digestive acids finishing them off. It was a tragic end to the wolves the goblins were trying to capture but due to assisting in the kill they would get some experience of their own, albeit now being on the dinner menu of these slimes.

Spoiler:

“I’ve never seen creatures like these before.” Alvaro thought to himself as he watched the slim come their way. Regardless he didn’t want Garrosh to fight any of those things head-on so he would try to either weaken them a bit or just straight up kill them so they could move to a different area with more familiar monsters. Raising his wand and channeling his mana through it, he would fire off two Aqua Wave in the direction of the four slimes hoping that would be enough to send them packing.

Garrosh would see his father use magic and decided that he would try to see if he could create some of the fly. Holding his hand out in the direction of the slime, he would try to create a tidal wave of water to sweep away the slime. If that failed, he would try again hoping he could make his father proud.

Alvaro:

Garrosh:

Demohaio would Glare at the large hopping, ton of green jello before using perceive to see if they had any special skill or magic, however with the group of goblins that left he was up against the rails, he realized that majority of the goblins were using sneak in the bushes after coming across something. "Ana, bunk, miro, kas we are fleeing from this fight and regrouping with the other" He command as the group ran toward gobuqueen and lead her towards the thickness of the tree and bushes, Once he regrouped with the other goblins they would flee back to the goblin cave since they need a place to stay tonight.

-exit, gobumuru died

While the goblins made their escape one member of their group would unfortunately trip on a rock and promptly get mobbed by all seven green slimes first the three which were close by would jump on him causing him to scream out in pain while the others would hop on Gobumuru after smothering the sound of the screams. Meanwhile Orsalvaro would showcase his magical might by sending two waves of aqua which would impact each of the four slimes in pairs of two causing them to jiggle in agony and while his son was initially slow on the uptake it seemed that he was his father's son as he would create a wave of water though it only hit one of them. Either way the green slimes were quite upset and would launch themselves two at a time towards Orsalvaro and OrnGarrosh impacting their bodies before bouncing off and leaving sizzling wounds due to the digestive juices that comprised their slimy bodies. Sorckite due to his elevation in comparison to the rest could hear screaming coming from the distance which was suddenly cut off and thus knew that some other monster had probably died.

Spoiler:

Damn these things are tougher than they look and where the hell was Kite? Alvaro thought as he was surprised he wasn’t able to kill them all in one go. It wasn’t that he was overestimating his abilities it was more that they didn’t seem like that tough to begin with but he was wrong but luckily for them, it wasn’t a life-ending mistake. Alvaro would go ahead and perform two Aqua Waves from his wand once more aiming for the same slimes he did earlier while Garrosh would aim for the one he had attacked previously as well while trying to analyze his enemy.

Alvaro & Garrosh:

Both father and son would manage to land their magical attacks with OrnGarrosh's inability to observe causing him to launch his magical attack before Orsalvaro fired off his second Aqua Wave, but the end result was that all the slimes would perish leaving only their cores as evidence of their presence. As such there were four green slime cores on the ground while Sorckite would finally climb down from the tree and reunite with the other two after picking up the slime cores. "Uh master I-I heard screaming in the distance.. Sorckite said with a slight tremble in his voice it wasn't that he was afraid of fighting but looking at how the slime fought he didn't know what he could do if they were ambushed by more of them.

Thank the Goddess. Alvaro thought to himself as the slimes finally decided to die. “I never expected those harmless-looking things to be so tough, they hit hard too.” Garrosh said out loud while brushing the dust off his armor. “Aye, I thought we’d run into something a bit less difficult for your first time out here but you did well son.” Alvaro said before patting his head before turning his attention to Kite. “Screaming huh? Sounds like there are some more slime around here then. They are pretty hard to deal with but I think we should scout the area first before doing rushing into a fight or fleeing without knowing anything.” Alvaro said before taking the weapon Garrosh had before trying to enchant it with Aqua magic while also trying to analyze the weapon. “You two climb the trees to see if you can see anything from them.” He ordered.

Spoiler:

Garrosh's weapon would glow faintly with Aqua magic before returning to its natural state, though Garrosh and anyone else who held it would notice the weapon was now slightly humming with a small amount of magic energy. That was certainly interesting. With his newly enchanted weapon, the young Orc would take off towards the trees, dashing forward and climbing up them as his father had instructed. Kite would attempt to do the same, failing miserably both times however and falling in line beside Alvaro and directing him to where the screaming had come from. As the Orcs traveled through the forest, only a few hundred feet away they'd come across more Green slimes jiggling about the forest floor. The creatures moved strangely, slowly sliding along the forest floor and leaving a trail of mucus in their wake. Occasionally they'd bump into one another or just come close to the other and jiggle in place before continuing on their way, though they didn't seem to be going in any particular direction. It would seem none of the gathered slimes had noticed the Orcs just yet.

Skill Gains:

Alvaro could help but chuckle at Kite’s failed attempt to climb and helped him up when he fell on his ass before following him to the area where they would come across a small congregation of slimes. Though the Orc in him wanted to rush in and started to clobber all of them until they were all dead but he was smarter than that. Those things were pretty tough and to take on seven of them at once? Madness.  Alvaro would signal to Garrosh that they were looking to move in the opposite direction to put some distance between them and slimes and find something else they could take on that wasn’t a miniature army. So they would both leave on foot while he hoped Garrosh was able to follow them by staying above them hopping from tree to tree.

Spoiler:

The Slimes were unable to follow after those they had no idea existed as such the Orcs were able to head out, and as a result they would be in search of other things to eat as slimes typically did. As they travelled it would seem that Orsalvaro would be unable to learn Observe, perhaps it was because he had already learned something new and due to Observe being a unique skill it was beyond his grasp for the time being. As for Sorckite he just couldn't get the hang of dashing or climbing and it was truly unfortunate as he would have to follow his allies on the ground level as they moved from tree to tree. This would cause him to be discovered by a Human and his pet Night Viper, the former would frown before raising his sword and pointing it at Sorckite with his Night Viper lunging forward and attempting to bite him on the neck.
