Crybaby's journey [damniz]

Well on the inside of the cave wasnt the best of situation, especially with it being a dog eat dog world even within a group who were born together. Gobugramps barely believed in his survival, which is something that an ordinary would pretend to care about even if they truely didn't, gobudamniz used his forearm to wipe the waterworks that started guessing out of his eyes. He need to set himself to a higher standard and grow up early, Damniz would walk over to some of the nearby forest bushes, he began to examine the bushes in front of him. He was in search of a fruit or a berry which could qualify under a quick snack, even if he did find any he'd simply place them within the loincloth to house them for a later use.

Gobudamniz entered the Northern woods, similar to another Goblin that had recently left the cave. Upon entering the bushes and scouring for food, he would have some difficulty before coming across about 6 blueberries. There wasn't much that seemed to be left in these bushes as it seemed almost everything had been foraged by other Goblins.

Found: Enough Blueberries to satisfy hunger for 1 hour.

Well despite the sorryful attempt to search for fruits from a bush someone had already foraged, he was lucky to find anything. Well it was enough to accomplish his plan, damniz looked around for tree branches on the ground, he attempt to find enough to start a fire, if he could find it on the ground he'd simply go to climbing the tree. Dispite it being something new to him, he planned to accomplish what had yet to be done by one from his generation. Upon completing his objective it was time to do some rock collecting, if damniz had fail toclimb the tree he'd change his objective to accomplish something simpler, rock collecting.

There were plenty of stones and wood scattered along the woods that could easily be found. His search for these most basic of basic objects was a success.

Upon collecting the wood and stones it was time to put his master plan to work thus decided to sit down to complete the rest of this plan, he placed all the sticks he collected in front of him, then all the rocks to the left of him. Damniz grip one of the stones in one hand and a stick in the other, at this point damniz gently rubbed the rock against the wood, what he planned to do was sharpen the edges of the wood to change it from a blunt weapon into one better used for stab and slashing enemies. He did this until all of the the branches had a sharp edge, once that was completed he broke six of them; leaving only two at the lenght they actually were. The ones he broke were left in the shape of a three dimensional cone, these were going to be his throwable pieces in case he need to keep his distance or stay stealth for an opponent. The cone shaped sticks were placed at the waist of his loincloth.

As of right now the crybaby was prepared to for a fight, well not a serious one at this something simple. He tightly clinched the spears in both hands, At this point it didnt matter what he wanted, he had a job to do as the only one going to provide food for himself, he left on his journey. Despite the want to actually make more of these wonderful items hed decide to focus on collecting food, sam had went east since damniz didnt want to follow behind sam he'd decided to go west a simple decision to be made.

West of the cave was a simple clearing at first, though there was nothing of note. As he ventured further to the West he would enter the underbrush of the forest. Things were pretty quiet so far. There was the occassional animal noise but it was a bit difficult to determine the exact direction it came from.

Damniz flinched as he felt his soul being taken from his body, but it returned after realizing it was the meal that had a bit of punch to it. Damniz was ready to put his master plan into action after hiding in the bushes of course, he reach within his loincloth and threw the berries out into the open field. With this all he had to was wait until the erfect time to attack. He peeped out from the small holes the bushes contained, he was waiting for the animals to use their nose to sense the berries.

It didnt take long for Damniz to hear some rustling as a horned rabbit came out from the bushes nearby. It stood and sniffed the air, its ears twisting around before it cautiously crawled up to the berries, sniffing them and attempting to eat one.

Perfect, the plan was set into motion. Damniz had a couple was of doing this, he could throw the cones but that would probably lead to inaccurate attack. "Well what if i combine them?" damniz decide to leap out the bush and thrusth the two spears at the horned rabbit at the same time, he then threw the left spear at the rabbit in hopes to hold in down in place. If those two had missed he planned to throw a dart from the left side of his loincloth.

The sudden burst of the goblin startled the rabbit. However, the goblin wasn't used to its new weapon and the first stab merely grazed its side before the rabbit jumped out of the way of the second attack. Due to being startled and wounded the creature turned and began running away, as the goblin threw his other dart the rabbit jumped to the side before gaining a boost of speed and became a blur as it disappeared back into the forest. The goblin seemed to have lost its prey. Now what would it do?

It seemed that damniz hadnt realized something important, he wasnt used to spear only sticks, he took this moment to thrust the spear he in his hand with post of his hands, he continued to do this even after he fuck up dearly. He thurst the spear into the ground then threw a few of the darts he created at a tree, upon empting out the few darts he did have, he walk over to the location they fell then repeated to throw them again this cycle of throwing darts and thrusting the spear continued for the next thirty minutes.

As he for some reason kept tossing the spear/darts and stabbing the ground, eventually the regular sticks broke. First came the darts as they were hitting the hardest object. When he would go to retrieve the first set that he threw he would notice that their sharp tips were now splintered and broken, now nothing more than a dead stick. As for one of the spears he kept stabbing into the ground, it snapped. These were just basic pieces of wood he sharpened, as such their durability was extremely low.

Damniz went to pick up the only spear and food he had left then went to continue looking for sticks, well this time he only needed one stick. Upon grabing a thick stick he continued his journey, well beside the fact the stick was going to use used in the same manner as the spear he had to find a new location to hide in. He found himself behind a tree after he had rolled berries nearby to make sure they were close enough so he could attack.

While he prepared another ambush he would be waiting for quite awhile. It seemed his previous actions and failed attempts at training with his new weapons had caused some ruckus and startled most of the prey from the area. He would need to travel a bit to try and find more prey. After all, most animals, besides Goblins, weren't stupid enough to just stay in the same spot where they had been previously assaulted.

Damniz waited for what seemed like several minutes, this had accounted to him that staying here would probably not resulted in any prey popping out for the berries. He decide to collect the berries then proceeded to relocate once again. he continued to pick up stones along the way. At this point he had three stones, something which would be needed in the latter on, once damniz had proceed more west he decide to try to hide himself behind a bush once again, then he'd roll out the six berries he had collected from earlier. In his left hand there was a regular stick which hadn't been crafted yet, while in the other was a spear made from stones and sticks.

This time after having moved away he would come across another Horned Rabbit, this one slightly bigger than the other he had seen. It didn't seem as cautious as the previous one, considering its size that would make sense as it was the size of a small dog. The horned Rabbit approached the berries without too much of a care and began to eat some of them.

"those berries will cost you your life" damniz thought as his plan was set into motion. Damniz waited for the moment where the rabbit began to chew on the first berry before he decide to jump out and use the basic stick to swing it at the horned rabbit who decide to make a move on his last supper. If damniz was to land that hit successfully he followed that with a second strike with the spear he possessed within his hand.

The first strike was a success as he caught the horned rabbit by surprise. It reeled as it was hit, letting out a cry before its flank got cut somewhat by the wooden spear. The goblin still wasn't too good with it, being used to only blunt weapons, but it did land a small strike, though it wasn't much of anything to the horned rabbit. However, just because his attack succeeded didn't mean that was the end. This rabbit was larger than its brethren for a reason. The horned rabbit quickly regained its exposure and instead of running like the last it turned on the Goblin, its hair standing on end. The Horned Rabbit launched itself at Damniz, attempting to run him through with its spear. It was much faster than Damniz and would end up getting a nice cut across Damniz's side if he attempted to dodge. If he did not attempt to dodge or block then the horned rabbit's horn would easily pierce through his gut.

It seemed damniz hadn't quite gotten the hang of using this spear effectively, but it was enough to actually continue this fight. The horned rabbit didn't seem to like the result of the two attacks, thus would cause the rabbit to charge at him, damniz noticed one thing between the two of them, the rabbit was much faster than damniz which was a bad thing, yet damniz managed to jump out of the way with only a minor battle with wound. Damniz gripped the two weapons in his hand he'd swing the blunt stick at rabbit then thrust the spear at its head, this was only to be followed by another by another swing of the blunt weapon

As the horned rabbit shot past GobuDamniz, its horned left a nice cut on his side which bled some. The blood oozed along the rabbits horn. As the rabbit turned to go for a second attack it would suddenly be slammed in the head by the stick, resulting it in crying out in surprise and pain. It reeled in pain before attempting to launch itself for another attack. However, due to the blow from the stick and its initial cut from the spear, its balance was thrown off and despite Damniz's low skill with a spear, he actually managed to get a lucky shot, as the spear gained momentum from the rabbit's awkward launch, piercing it straight through the throat.

Damniz looked at the dead body which laid underneath the spear it wasn't everyday one would get the chance to effectly kill a horn rabbit and obtain a spoil of war, damniz looked at the horn of the rabbit then back towards the edge of the spear. Once before his wooden spear had broke, but that was due to the durability of the stick. With this horn and his crafting ability he would be able to do some damage after he made into something with a better grip, damniz gripped the horn and tugged on it while gripping the head of this animal with the other hand. If he was successful in seperating them he'd raise his hand into the air with the horn. After which he gaped heavily and returned to the cave.
