Description: The Flame Tribe Style is an external style based on extending the body and long, aggressive techniques that explode and drive through the opponent. The Flame Tribe Style dates back to the year 257 AE, and is the origin of many martial arts. Many of Flame Tribe Style's movements come from nature, utilizing the behaviors of various predatory creatures and the five natural disasters common to the Origin Continent, Breeding Seasons, Eruptions, Earthquakes, Tornadoes, and Floods in order to create fighting style unpredictable to the naked eye. Fire Tribe Style teaches Faunus use their manifested element to penetrate through their opponents (Defense Piercing), sending it outward for either Contact or Long distances. Flame Tribe Style fits the Beast Arts more attuned with the Flame Tribe (Fire, Blaze, Crystal & Explosion) because, like fire, it is aggressive, expanding, and extravagant. Description: Those native to the Aqua Tribe use an internal style that focuses on the control of stamina. It is a very soft, gentle and flowing, but devastating when mastered due to to dealing internal damage to their opponents. Aqua Tribe Style Faunus learn to use little effort to defend themselves, instead focusing on redirecting strikes and letting their opponents tire themselves out. With Aqua Tribe Style, the practitioner creates circles to pass by attacking manifested elements and issues their own manifested element outward over Mid to Long distances. While being used for combat, Aqua Tribe Style also serves as therapy for the purpose of health and longevity as it can actually work to enhance the natural stamina replenishing rate when preformed with minimal exertion of the body. In the original Dobutsu language this style literally translated into "Incredible Energy," and it earns its title when used in the hands of a master. Description: An internal style focusing on dizzying and confusing the opponent, Aero Tribe Style is based around the eight original Nests of the Dobutsu prior to Humanity's invasion. Within the original Dobutsu language this style translates into "eight nexus palm." These can refer to the eight animals which Aero Tribe Style movements are based on; Akantor, Odibatorasu, Deviljo, Kusala Daora, Golden Ceadeus, Shanthien, Ukanlos, and Chameleos. 'Circle walking' is used to train stance and movement in order to retain one's balance even if knocked off balance by knock-back. This teaches the practitioner how to move and change direction without pausing or losing momentum, as well as staying out of the opponent's field of vision. The tactics used are outflanking and outmaneuvering and those who lack the Panoramic Vision (360 Degree) or a Time-Slowing Dojutsu with Reaction Tiers will be unable to track the user's techniques. The inverse of Aqua Tribe Style, Aero Tribe Style surrounds the opponent and delivers their manifested element inward up to Short & Long Distances. Name: Terra Tribe Style Classification: Fighting Style Rank: B-rank Class: Defensive, Supplementary, Offensive Range: Self (Body Movement), Short-Mid (Element Manifestation)
Description: Those in the Terra Tribe utilizes this particular fighting style, a mix of the Rajang and Rebidiora creature styles. This style uses deep, low stances, which give an increase center of gravity, and strong hand techniques capable of inflicting knock-back. Terra Tribe Style is one of the more external styles, but also practices some internal movement. Emphasis is put on having firm, solid stances, in order to dish out blows capable of shattering bones and bruising those who attempt to parry their strikes. Those within the Terra Tribe have a saying "The more connected to Gaia one is, the more power they will have" resulting in an expression of elements at Short to Mid Distances. The translation of this style within the original Dobutsu language means "to stand firm and tall with integrity." With a focus on strong, balanced stances and powerful strikes, Terra Tribe Style is a Terra Tribe members best weapon to use the elements most attuned to them (Earth, Diamond, Thread & Pulse). Description: Volt Tribe Style is a type of Beast Arts imitating characteristics of the Alatreon. An entire system of fighting was developed from observing the God Beasts movements, methods of attack, and insanity. Volt Tribe Style is hyper aggressive and erratic and yet precise with a cold ruthless efficiency unmatched by the other styles, making it unreadable to those with Time-Slowing Dojutsu. Faunus are taught to strike weak-points and exploit any openings left by the opponent to break their spirit while discharging forth elements on Contact or Mid Distances. This is due to the style being geared toward both inflicting physical Pain and dislocating joints to inflict paralysis and hamper movement. Name: Skull Tribe Style Classification: Fighting Style Rank: B-rank Class: Defensive, Offensive, Supplementary Range: Self (Body Movement), Contact-Short (Element Manifestation)
Description: Skull Tribe Style is a close range style that focuses the arms while keeping leg work to a minimum, using low and short range kicks. Like Terra Tribe Style, this style originates from the southern part of the Origin Continent and is defensive in nature. Faunus using this style strengthen the arms and keep them extended in order to reduce the delay needed to gather energy for the next intercepting strike. This style was inspired by a Goa Magala defeating a Kirin, and is apparent by the footwork that Skull Tribe Style utilizes while keeping the expression of elements within Short to Contact Distances. Skull Tribe Style is a unique Beast Art fighting style and is the basis for those elements most attuned to the Skull Tribe (Life, Steel, Paper & Scorch). Note: 1. All of the fighting styles require movements to generate materia depending on how fast one moves the materia is generated faster before being used with a technique, however such cost for movement is included with one's stamina depletion due to tiers, it is only when one attempts to stand still after that the price is separate in that preforming any of them while standing still requires double the usual stamina price. 2. Boil & Ash do not utilize any of the Tribe Styles due to not being attuned to any particular tribe, this is due in par to Boil & Ash being associated with clans which accept Faunus into their ranks. While Boil & Ash do lack any sort of Tribal Beast Art fighting style this is off-set by the Clans said Faunus who use those elements belong to, having their own Fighting Styles. 3. Beast (Humanoid) Pirates are capable of using these Fighting Styles however unless properly taught by a Faunus they are only capable of utilizing the movements for physical strikes while lacking the Element (Materia) Manifestation aspect for techniques past A-rank. 4. Beast (Humanoid) Pirates when utilizing these fighting styles have the cost doubled (2x), however if they use Beast Arts outside of these fighting styles the cost is tripled (3x). For example, using a technique which is based off of the fighting style of Volt Style to strike an opponent versus increasing the size of ones nails so that they are comparable to claws.

Name: Traditional Regeneration: Acolyte's Healing Classification: Medical Taijutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Faunus are known for their ability to regenerate rapidly from damage, making them particularly difficult to kill. However of course this is limited in that they are only capable of doing this to themselves and due to the nature of their healing, mental damage is unable to be healed from, as the scars aren't quite so obvious therein. With this technique, the Faunus learns how to utilise stamina in order to regenerate from surface wounds done via chakra damage or physical damage, however they are unable to regenerate from internal wounding. There is one other issue however in that the Faunus are able to passively weaken their own regeneration due to the fact that their defense tiers make their body even harder to heal however it does make them tougher of course, so it is up to the Faunus if they wish to focus on their regenerative aspects or their passive defensive abilities. In addition, the regeneration lasts for a certain amount of time depending on the Faunus's skill. If the PT of the healing reaches 0 then it heals only half what it should and doesn't continue.

Name: Traditional Rejuvenation: Energy Restoration Classification: Medical Nintaijutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Stemming from the regenerative qualities of the Faunus, they are also able to restore their own energy supplies, be they stamina or chakra by turning one into the other due to the process of chakra=physical=mental. Thus with this they are able to turn stamina to chakra reserves or chakra into fatigue once more, at a 1:1 ratio. This means that 1 point of stamina = 1 D-Rank of chakra and vice versa. Of course the skill of the Faunus in question determines just how much they are able to convert in one post as it is a somewhat difficult process however incredibly useful.

Description: Internal damage is much more difficult to regenerate from than surface damage and Faunus know this. However they have found that by combining their fatigue and chakra together they are able to force more profound regeneration upon the body in order to heal from internal wounds that have been dealt by physical or chakra based sources however mental is still unable to be healed from, requiring possibly another type of energy source to be possible. With this however once again the natural defensive abilities of the Faunus can prove to hinder the regenerative aspects and make it more difficult to heal from damage, sometimes even shutting it down entirely. Description: Although it is much more difficult to perform due to spiritual being more powerful than chakra, Faunus are capable of turning chakra to blood, replenishing their reserves to potentially save themselves from bleeding out or to allow them to perform more powerful techniques. This conversion of course has a limit and is done at a 2:1 ratio meaning that 2 D-Ranks of chakra are converted for every D-Rank of blood due to spiritual being more powerful. The amount of D-Ranks of chakra that can be coverted, 'units' is dependent on the user's rank and if one isn't careful they might kill themselves due to chakra exhaustion. Additionally, the limits to this technique's conversion is shared with Energy Restoration, meaning that using 1 'Unit' on Energy Restoration counts as using 1 'Unit' on this technique.

Description: With this technique, the Faunus has learned how to heal from even the most grievous of spiritual and natural wounds by utilising their blood alongside either stamina or chakra in order to heal surface or internal injuries, respectively. With this, the user jumpstarts the regeneration process of the body but utilises blood in order to prevent the cells from breaking telomeres and thus shortening the lifespan of the Faunus. This allows the rapid regeneration of wounds of spiritual and natural origin making it particularly difficult to finally put an end to a Faunus that is well trained in this style. Of course, once more, the user's Defense tiers can interfere with the healing process and if the total PT active reaches zero then the healing is only half as effective and doesn't linger onwards.
