Blessed [Minarai Castle]

Zaku walked along the large wooden bridge that led to Minarai Castle. He was going to get his blessing from Carmen, also know as the Goddess of Pandora. Despite being around volcanoes, Zaku was wearing his white long sleeved shirt with his red shorts and black sandals. His gear was strapped on to his belt and leg, while his katana was strapped to his back. The reason why he wore the long sleeves was just because the heat didn't bother him. Wearing a long sleeve shirt just didn't make too much of a difference. His pink, curly hair slightly swayed as he made his way into the castle.

It was pretty big, but Zaku didn't have time to explore the whole thing, after all, he was excited to see what he would be receiving. After entering it and his red eyes looking around the entrance, the boy spotted the staircase that led to the room where he was suppose to go into. He climbed the stairs with a quick pace, eager to see what was behind the door. Zaku opened the door and entered, Wonder If anyone showed up...

Minarai Castle, the place where the champions of Pandora would be born and it seemed today it was time for another solider to be inducted in the God Queen Carmen’s army of the undead warriors. As Zaku pushed against the doors to open, they would make a loud eerie creak before revealing the pitch black room, with two glowing red eyes, one situated on the roof while the other was seemingly sitting in the middle of the room. “Come.” A soft voice beckoned the young boy to enter the room. In normal circumstances no one would be stupid enough to enter such a room and expect to live but this as Minarai castle and majority of the people here just loved scaring little children. Whenever he had chosen to enter however the first thing that would greet him was the feeling of stickiness on the floor and if he had managed to touch to walls his hands would come in contact with what felt like spider webs.

Zaku stepped into the room, immediately looking to the ground to see why it was tougher to move his feet then normal. Too bad, it was too dark to see what was on the ground. After trying to see what was on the ground he heard someone tell him to come in. His gaze looked up in front of him and he saw a pair of red eyes. The room was in complete darkness, making it seem like someone was trying to scare him, "Heh, If you are trying to scare me, it's not working my guy." Red eyes didn't scare him, after all his were the same color. Zaku yawned as he walked further in, totally missing the pair of eyes on the ceiling since he never looked up. The boy looked into the red eyes and tilted his head, "So I came here to get something from Queen Carmen. Where is she?" He was trying to get straight to the point, he didn't want to waste his time with people hanging around in a dark room for hours on end. The thought then crossed his mind, it must suck to be in a place like this by yourself all the time, "Do you really just sit in this dark ass room all day alone my guy? That must be boring huh?"

A light chuckle would echo throughout the dark room. The kid was pretty sure of himself unlike the others that had come through the doors in the past. “I’m not trying to scare you little one.” The soft voice said but it wouldn’t come from where he had expected it to be as the one who was sitting in the middle of the room wasn’t the one who was speaking to him. “I just prefer the dark; it soothes me and my kind.” The voice said once more as it crawled down from the ceiling and stood directly behind the young boy. If he decided to turn and face the voice he would see eight pair of glowing green eyes staring at him in a manner how a lion would look at a wildebeest away from its herd. “Carmen is rather busy and so you wouldn’t find her so if you’re here for a Curse Seal then we’ll be the ones to assist you in that and I’m a woman not a man.” The voice in the middle of the room finally said awaiting his response.

Zaku listened as he heard a short little laugh come from above him. Wait, above him? The person he was talking to was obviously in front of him. Then the voice spoke out again, claiming it had no intention of scaring him. It also answered his question about the dark, saying it soothed him. Zaku shook his head in disapproval, "Well maybe once in a while you should try turning on the lights in here." The voice seemed to be behind him now, causing him to turn around, So there's more than one huh? Zaku thought this to himself as he looked into the many eyes of the creature in front of him. Most would be frightened most likely by the numerous eyes from the obvious non-human creature, but Zaku returned the look of a predator spotting its prey, licking around his mouth with his tongue as he did so. His piercing red eyes looking into the green ones in front of him. The monster thing said that Carmen was busy and that they would be the ones to give him his curse seal, Oh, so the gift from the Goddess herself will be a Curse Seal. Zaku chuckled to himself, knowing this would amplify his power. The creature lso made it a point to notify him of her being a female. Zaku's eyes idened in excitement from getting a Curse Seal, "Well come on woman. Let's get started then..." The boy couldn't wait to retrieve his new powers, wondering how much it would improve his strength.

The mutant spider would chuckle once more at the words of the boy. He was quite the interesting one indeed, so interesting that it had wondered what he would be like when he had faced the possibility of being digested alas this was not the time or the place for thinking about food, they had a job to do. Several panels would turn on at the feet of Zaku, illuminating the room showing the true figure of the 8 feet tall spider and the woman sitting on what seemed to be a thrown mad of corpses attached together with spider webs. “As you should know, the God Queen as a plethora of Curse Seals available to her minions, each has its own pros and cons so I would advise you to choose carefully young one as there is no turning back.” Elise spoke with a soft yet seductive tone. Even though she didn’t look it she was currently a Demon of Lust one of the newest Curse Seals created by the God Queen. All that was required of Zaku was for him step on the tile of the Curse Seal he was interested in and then Clerck will take it from there.

Zaku would continue to stare at the monster thing as it chuckled. He had no clue what was so funny, but the damn thing was going to have a katana in its back if it didn't calm down. The panels turned on, lighting up the room so it was actually possible to see what was going on, "Finally we can actually see." Zaku looked at the spider with boredom, he wasn't impressed, he was actually a little disappointed. He thought it was going to be some crazy monster thing, but it ended up being just a big spider that could talk. Zaku looked over to the girl that was talking and listened to her words carefully. It seemed like he got to choose wich one he wanted, causing a smirk to appear on his face. The boy walked over to the vampire one and looked over to the girl who was talking before, "What now?" He observed her chair and how it was made up of dead bodies and web. It was pretty cool. Zaku thought about complimenting it, but he didn't really like the two that much. The spider had a laugh attack after everything Zaku said and the chick thought she was smarter than him. She even corrected him when he called her guy.

So he chose the Vampire Curse Seal? How interesting. Elise thought as her red hues watched the boy’s every move. In truth she had expected him to pick either the Vampire or the Werewolf as they were the most popular with those who preferred physical combat, it was a pity though as he would’ve made a pretty cute incubus. “Bear the mark of the Vampire with pride young one and ensure that you do not fail the God Queen as now your life belongs to the Carmen-sama.” Elise said with a smile before snapping her fingers. The spider would move towards the boy a SS rank speeds and would sink it’s fangs deep within the boys neck and even though he didn’t receive any physical wounds to his body, the transfer of the curse mark to him would cause him excruciating pain that would cause him to instantly pass out. “Welcome to the Pandora Army.” Clerck said before catching his body and laying it down on the floor and after the two exchanged a few glances they would exit the room leaving the boy alone.

Cursed Seal of the Vampire:

Zaku was told to not fail Queen Carmen and that his life belonged to her now. The boy nodded. Then the lady snapped her fingers. Almost immediately Zaku felt fiery, sharp pains in his neck. He wanted to scream, but he could no because the pain was too much. His red eyes rolled back in his head and he fell forward, hitting the sticky ground. When he awoke the pain was still there, nut it was far less severe. His left hand went to the marking and held it as he winced in pain. He slowly stood up, "How long have I been out for?" After saying this his eyes widened. He rubbed his tongue against his new fangs, "Woah... These are nice." It seemed like he was a vampire now. Zaku looked around. It was dark again, but this time no one was with him. He walked back to the door from which he came. He hoped that being in the sun didn't kill him, that would suck. He guessed that it did not since that would make the Curse Seal near useless. The boy left, it was still day time, looks like he wasn't going to die. Zaku wanted to go home and rest, he decided he was going to test his new powers the next day.
