| Alternate Characters:Secondary Characters: To get a secondary character you must have 100 posts. The character cannot be of the same rank unless academy. Additional Characters:- Spoiler:
1. You can have a max of 4 characters. Children do not count in this total.
2. You can make a second at 100 posts. A third at 300 posts. And a fourth at 500 posts.
3. The additional characters follow the same rules as the secondary characters.
4. S-rank Missing Nin that have villages can not have an Alt that is either a Kage, Lord or an Alpha Dobutsu simply because the various amounts of Npc's fill that role this exception is made through having a Kage or/and a child character before assuming control over a village in which then it is allowed as the member has proven themselves active enough to handle the extra strain of managing the lives of multiple characters. However special npc's need to be noted and one can have up to 4 of them (-1 per each Child one has). The difference between a special npc and a normal npc is that they can go on missions alone (Normally npc's must be accompanied by the Missing nin chara/other people in the organization) and function just like a normal pc character. In order to obtain these special npc's you must either follow the post count rules or the npc in question that you want to make special must have a kill count of 20 in which they are then promoted to special status.
Character Death/Scrapping.- Spoiler:
1. When you make an alternate character it is implied that you wish to rp this character for a while, when you scrap a character it will result in a reset of your required posts to make a new character. Meaning if you had 300 posts and have 3 characters. You will have to get 600 posts (300 more) before you can make a new third character. When scrapping multiple it likewise resets meaning going from 5 characters to just one you will have to start by getting 100 more posts, then 300 hundred more than that for the third etc.
2. Note this only applies if you have characters, if you have no characters at all you are able to make 1 for free while everything else will default back to rule number 2. The reasons for this are simple with no characters you can't rp at all while any extra's are more of a luxury than a necessity, and as such it will now require one to be more careful in the management of their alternate characters. Just like before Children do not fall under these rules.
- Character Slot Sacrifice:
Alternatively if you want to sacrifice Character Slots it can be done to empower a specific character's technique. Usually these techniques involve possession, immortality, or enhancing clones/doppelgangers etc, but they can be used for other techniques if one wishes. Merely get approval from the Admin before hand and she will work out how it'll be possible with you. When you sacrifice a character slot it allows for 2 things to be gained from it, per slot. However since it is just a single technique this can be used for often times it's used for, gaining access to things which one wouldn't be able to obtain normally.

| Prodigy NPCSThese are special npcs which are available during peace or war-time which are a cut above the rest of npcs in the world, alternatively former PC characters can be converted into Prodigy NPC's if they go inactive. Depending on the faction there are a set amount of Prodigy NPC's available which can be created to serve the faction. However once that limit is reached no more are available unless through children seeing as Prodigy NPC's can be used to make children with PC characters or even themselves as a way to replenish their numbers. - Prodigy Tech Limits:
Prodigy Characters always have a functionally "Maxed" Tech List & the maximum specializations they can have at their rank. However based on their rank they always have double the available techs a starting npc would get which is aligned with their specializations. Depending on if they are recurring they likewise have additional techniques added to them overtime: Each Topic they gain 1 Extra Technique Each Plot Topic they gain 3 Extra Techniques Each Exam they gain 5 Extra techniques with another 5 if they make it to the finals. Each Rank-up they gain 7 Extra techniques, whereas if they join ANBU, become a Guardian Shinobi or belong to a Village Organization they gain an extra 7 Extra Techniques. If they become Missing-Nin or an Elite they gain 10 Extra Techniques If they are in one of the Plot Relevant Missing-Nin Organizations (Senken or Gekihen) they gain 20 Extra Techniques.
- During Peace-Time:
Prodigy NPC's during peace time are only made available in Exams, Branching Missions or Plots. During Peace-Time Prodigy Npc's are first introduced as a member of the lower ranks, however with time whether through exams, branching missions or plots they will advance through the ranks. However if a Prodigy NPC is able to obtain a position of leadership they become Essential NPC and are not counted among the Prodigy NPC slots freeing them up for additional ones. The Ranks Available are:D C (Low) C (High) Elite C Each Faction has the same amount of Prodigy Npc's however how they are divided is dependent on the faction in question. During Peace-time only 20 Prodigy NPC Slots are available. - Allied Shinobi Nations:
Abisukage = 4 Gurekage = 4 Itamikage = 3 Shinpikage = 3 Onymokage = 3 In the Event of a Koikage that individual gets = 3 - Current Prodigy NPC:
Dipu 1. 2. 3. 4.
Haka 1. 2. 3. 4.
Kohai 1. 2. 3.
Nazo 1. 2. 3.

- Pandora Empire:
Gold Duality = 6 Bloody Ruler = 2 White Dragon = 2 Green Heron = 2 Blue Hummingbird = 2 Black Jaguar = 2 Old Warrior = 1 Mother Snake = 1 Youthful Sun = 1 Violet Dog = 1 - Current Prodigy NPC:

Black Jaguar 1. 2.
White Dragon 1. 2.
Blue Hummingbird 1. 2.

Youthful Sun 1.
- The Shogunate:
Legate Legionis = 4 Legate = 2 Legate = 2 Legate = 2 Legate = 2 Legate = 2 Legate = 2 Tribunis Legionis = 4 - Current Prodigy NPC:
Samehada 1. 2.
Nuibari 1. 2.
Shibuki 1. 2.
Kabutowari 1. 2.
Kubikiribocho 1. 2.
Hiramekarei 1. 2.
Ryujin 1. 2.
Tribunis Legionis 1. 2. 3. 4.
- During War-Time:
Prodigy NPC's during war time are only made available as rewards during war-time. During War-time Prodigy Npcs are first introduced as a member of the middle ranks and through field promotions by participating in the war they can move up in ranks to become some of the best of the best. However if Prodigy NPC's defect they are not counted towards the Prodigy NPC limit unless, they defect to another faction in which case they will continue to take up that slot until they are killed.
The Ranks Available are: B (Low) B (High) Elite B A (Low) A (High) Elite A
Each Faction has the same amount of Prodigy NPCs though how they are divided is up to the faction in question. During War-Time the maximum of 40 Prodigy NPC slots are now available, which will be allocated based on military successes as rewards for achieving them. Unlike in peace-time they aren't split among the Faction in a set amount, depending on the sub-faction's successes they can have more Prodigy Npc's available to them than others.
Prodigy NPC CreationProdigy NPC's are essentially built from the following tenants each prodigy npc has a set amount of points available to them to start with and each time the prodigy npc ranks up after they've been introduced they gain more points. These points are used to essentially purchase things by which the prodigy npc can obtain or be born with. It is through this that a prodigy npc can obtain an iconic skill-set which otherwise would not be possible to a run of the mill npc. - Spoiler:
The starting amount of points a Prodigy NPC has depends on the rank it was first introduced at, in addition to it's Racial Identity, as well as it's bloodline. The amount of points they get each time they rank up however is fixed and there are also opportunities for prodigy npcs to get bonus points when they participate in Plots. Rank Introduced (Points) - Racial Identity (Points) - Bloodline (Points) - SexD (+2) - Human: Ninja (0) - Non-Clan & Non-Family (+4) - Male (0) C Low (+2) - Human: Samurai (-1) - Family Only (+3) - Female (0) C High (+1) - Human: Ronin (-2) - Hiden Clan (+2) - Infertile M (+1) Elite C (+3) - Nova: Soulless (-1) - Dojutsu Clan (+1) - Infertile F (+2) B Low (+3) - Nova: Dakar (0) - Elemental (0) B High (+2) - Nova: Inkan (+1) - Offshoot (-1) Elite B (4) - Zireh: Cypher (0) - Fusion (-2) A Low (+4) - Zireh: Entity (+1) - Special (-3) A High (+3) - Zireh: Weaponkin (+2) Elite A (+5) - Beast: Faunus (0) Rank Up (Points Gained) - Plot Participation (Bonus Points Gained)Rank up to Low (+4) - Mini-Plot (+1) Rank up to High (+2) - Arc Plot (+2) Rank up to Elite (+5) - Faction Plot (+3) Rank up Past S (+10) - World Plot (+4) For example: A Cypher-Soulless Genin who doesn't hail from any clan or family will start with 9 Points (Cypher = 0, Soulless = -1, C Low = +2, 1 Rank-up to Low = +4, Non-Clan & Non-Family = +4) - Purchasable with Points:
*Note: Things below 20 Points can be purchased in advance, which makes them available to the Prodigy NPC however when they gain more points they are slowly paid off. When something is purchased in advance nothing else can be purchased (if total is 20) until it has been paid off and if it is unable to be paid off when the Prodigy NPC fully ranks up then they will lose whatever it is ICly (via Branching Mission, Epic Mission, Exam or a Plot).

| Time SystemOn this forum we have a time system and characters actually age and can die from old age as well as retire from active duty upon reaching a certain age. In addition age also has to do with when one can have kids, whether or not they will survive the endeavor along, along with the chances of mutations. Divergent Time System- Spoiler:
Essentially those people who actively do plots, mini-plots etc can move there characters ahead in the time scheme while those who don't won't move forward in terms of time scheme. In order to interact with those ahead of you, you either have to do plots etc to get up to speed and match the time period or a rapid time period where you add the age to your character and give summaries to what you did during that time but don't have any increases to tech etc. Likewise you can end up getting old, potentially dying depending on exactly how far someone is ahead of you in said divergent time-stream (Only if you attempt to interact with them).
Meaning - Say one faction (Epsilon for example) are all active and make a Plot Arc - Has 6 Mini Plots within it and we finish it. In that time period it could be say....5 IC years have passed. Our character etc are five years older have all the stuff from that time period etc. If someone is going to and do something (Rp in topics) with our characters they have to either do their own arc which would occur during the same time period or they'd have to age up their characters to match up with it for that topic/mini plot/plot line essentially the topics would occur in the IC future for them.
In this way it's fine if they end up dying as it's in the IC future it hasn't happened yet but they know already how there character is going to die. It doesn't however affect their interactions with others in their present time period it just means that if they do die they can't interact with people who are ahead of them in the IC time line. Likewise no matter what they do in the past they'll always end up in the same place, doing the same exact thing and dying the same exact way, time is unable to be changed.
Note: Even they have 5th Dimension Sealing + Time & Space Release, 6th Dimension Sealing with Time Release, 7th Dimension Sealing with Space Release or have a SSS-rank Tech with 8th Dimension Sealing which deals with time-travel and parallel dimensions. In which case they can go into the past/present/future to change events which occurred in an alternate time-line but it will never be able to change the official one (Past), are occurring or will occur though if they see there past/present/future self they will be forever lost in the time-space continuum.
Each Race has a different lifespan however these are merely the general minimum and maximum age that each race dies not dependent on anything else but old age. Human- Spoiler:
Male 75-85
Underage (Incapable of having children) Below 13-15
Prime (Peak Performance) 15-55
Overage (Difficult to have children) Above 60-65
Female 80-90

PetsEach pet has a different lifespan however it is usually common for the pet to have the same lifespan as their original owner and when said original owner dies they likewise lose the will to live and pass on shortly after. This can be prevented however if they are sealed away for long periods of time as they remain in suspended animation. SummonsSummons age in various ways however it directly depends on how much time and effort one dedicates to training with the summon. The more combination jutsu trained the larger the summon can grow however Humanoid, Large and Colossus Summons have a fixed growth rate. Small summons can grow to either Humanoid or Medium before growing to Large however in rare cases they can grow once more to Colossus. Site Time FrameTime on the site is done in skips either as a result of Plots or Site Wide Events the latter of which requires all the active characters on the site to add the equivalent years to their character apps to signify that time has passed. For simplicity sake it goes by Genin, Chunin & Jonin Exams to determine skips however Actual Real Time can be used to measure time in the absence of that. - Spoiler:
Genin Exams - 6 Months Genin exams occur Once Every Two Weeks if there are enough people to facilitate one.
Chunin Exams - 1 Year Chunin Exams occur Once Every Month if there are enough people to facilitate one.
Jonin Exams - 2 Years Jonin Exams occur Once Every Two Months if there are enough people to facilitate one.
Site Wide Plot - 3 Years Site Plots can be started by members however upon being completed it affects all members of the site even if they did not participate in it unless they created a Faction Plot which occurred during said time-frame. There will be 1 Site Wide Plot Added Every Three Months and regardless of if it is completed or not a new one will become available after 3 Months and not any time sooner.
Minor Time Skip - 5 Years Time Skips happen After 2 Site Plots have been completed. They affect all members of the site when it occurs and everyone will be aged accordingly unless they were made post Time Skip. At the bare minimum One Minor Time Skip can possibly every 6 Months and not any time sooner.
Moderate Time Skip - 10 Years Moderate Time Skips happen After 2 Minor Time Skips have occurred. They affect all members of the site when it occurs and everyone will be aged accordingly unless they were made post Time Skip. At the bare minimum One Moderate Time Skip can possibly every Year and not any time sooner.
Revamp Time Skip - 20+ Years This isn't an official time skip mainly because it doesn't deal with the state of the IC world rather if a Revamp is needed it goes along this way allowing old members to have legacies while new members start afresh. There is no fixed time for this to occur but their is usually a great deal of time inbetween one (9 months minimum).
