| Name: Kaii Toketsu Alias: N/A Age: 12 Gender: Male Height: 5'0 Weight: 110 Zodiac Sign: Scorpio Personality: Kaii is a cool and collected boy. He is mostly quiet and doesn't talk much unless he has to or if he is feeling lonely or friendly. He acts like he always as an attitude and doesn't ave a care in the world. Although the truth is, he does care about somethings like his comrades, family, and his goals. He acts so hard all the time because he is afraid of being hurt if he puts his guard down. He likes to relax and be alone sometimes, but he usually likes to train because the only way to get better is to beat his best. Appearance: Kaii has a some muscle showing in his body but not too much, he looks like an average kid. Except his pale skin and his light blue eyes. He has black, short, messy hair. He has rosy cheeks that make him look like he's always blushing. Kaii wears a black long sleeve shirt, brown shorts with black sandals. He also wears a blue amulet around his neck. He always wears a black cloth as a mask over his mouth up to the bridge of his nose. He then wears his headband across his forehead. History: Kaii was born into a family that owned a frozen treat shack and they were really busy. They had a lot of money but his parents were always busy, that made Kaii feel bad, so he started to act like he didn't care about his parents so he wouldn't feel so bad when they left. As he grew up he started to constantly make his parents mad who were only working so hard to keep him satisfied. So he just left one day to become a ninja at the academy to get attention. Description: The users body being cold-blooded is constantly lowering the temperature around themselves, as if they were to stay in one place for a prolonged amount of time the area would actually begin to freeze over. If they stay in an area long enough it would start to snow. It takes 5 posts to freeze, where you could see your breathe and ice crystals begin to form. 10 posts for it to literally start snowing. 20 posts everything will begin to freeze over.

Description: The user spits out a large volume of bubbles which covers the ground and reduces its friction, considerably limiting the opponents' movements. The bubbles are spit out with violent force that is capable of washing away most attacks, such as oil and fire. This technique can also be used as an effective smokescreen. This jutsu is capable of deflecting C rank and below jutsu. However, it is also capable of deflecting B rank and below Fire and Oil jutsu.

Description: The user blends in with water to be undetected by the enemy, this technique can even be used in the shallowest water, even a small puddle. The user can merge in and out of the water as they wish. The user is not turning into water themselves, he/she is simply hiding in the water. Constant chakra drain occurs when active equal to a C-rank each of the user's posts. The user can be detected with a sensory technique that is used to detect underwater movement C-rank or above.

Description: The users gathers his chakra into the lungs to blow out a sphere of air at his target. This Jutsu moves at D rank speeds but inflicts B rank Damage. The wind sphere can not be seen either, other than the movement of objects, opponents can not see the sphere coming because wind is invisible.

Description: If the user has no time to dodge an attack this jutsu comes in handy. Right before the attack hits, a small snow shield blocks the attack of the area in danger of being hit. This jutsu has the ability to block C rank and below techniques. B rank techniques are reduced 1 rank. And A rank techniques and above will break through the defensive snow shield. This jutsu can only be activated if snow is falling, or on the ground.

Description: The user focuses their wind chakra into every step, sending a gust of wind to shoot up from under their feet. This jutsu raises the user's speed rank by one. Description:An advanced version of swift release. Although the user is able to move at extremely high speeds the sudden motion has an adverse effect on the body and multiple movements using the technique and permanently paralyze the user and as such it is limited to 5 times a day with out any ill effects, 7 times will land the user in a hospital for two days 9 would permanently paralyze the user.

Description: The user leans back with a right side high kick to the throat and then follows up with a left kick to the gut, using the shin and then jumps slightly in the air with a 360 right kick to the head, and finishing it with a left knee to the head, sending the opponent spinning away. This technique moves at whatever speed the user is moving. This also leaves the opponent dizzy for 1 post.

Description: The user catches one of the opponent's limbs and holds on real tight, the user then lifts up and twists his/her own wrists, causing the opponent to start twirling in the air. Description: The user sends their chakra to his/her nostrils and sneezes at the opponent, which must be five feet or closer to the user. If the saliva and snot from the sneeze even touch the target, the opponent will believe they have all the horrible symptoms of the cold, from constant sneezing, coughing, headache, to having a soar throat.

Description: If the snow Kaii creates lands on the opponent, the Genjutsu activates. Kaii can select what snow will cause the Genjutsu, meaning not all snow catches people in the Genjutsu, only the portion he selects. This protects himself and his allies to be protected against it. This technique causes the opponent to think they are losing the feeling in their legs, causing them to move one rank slower. If used after the jutsu, Simple Cold, It also causes the opponent to start throwing up every other post until the Genjutsu is either released or broken.

Description: Kaii, after becoming adept with his ice release related techniques has learned a way to bring his jutsu to the next level. The Toketsu Clan has always known how to control ice, but now it's more than just cold. The ice that is made from this kind of technique is black, blue and white and is so cold it actually burns! Any Black Ice technique has the ability to cause burns equal to the technique's rank. If salt is added to the equation these techniques get even colder and are boosted by one rank without any additional chakra cost. Double the chakra cost for all techniques that are Black Ice.

Description: Kaii molds chakra into his lungs and blows out a stream of icy winds of black, blue, and white towards the opponent. This move travels at C rank speeds and causes C rank damage along with C rank burns if the jutsu makes contact. If the opponent breathes in any of the freezing air they will get a brain freeze so bad that they will be stunned for two of Kaii's posts. This also numbs the target for 3 posts. This jutsu takes double the chakra cost.
