He was raised on stories of his great heritage and took it all to heart. After all he was next to be head of his clan so with all this on his back he made a choice early on that he should be as mature as he could. Most people had ridiculed him for this as he acted more of a 40 year old grump than a child. He got over it though and he graced through his early shinobi years being praised and seen as a leader. Just as he aimed. Well these are his positives, now his negatives... He gets rather upset over small things. Guess you could say this is how his inner child escapes. History: Tatiana Shinu, a rather big name in the Dipugakure history, she was a powerful jinchuriki like her father before her as well was the, in secret, co-creator of the Rikigaku clan. She and her sister Felicia had a bout over who would be the head of their clans, so with pride the two duked it out. A monstrous battle, both being evenly match in most parameters, until Tatiana had eventually fallen. As such, she gave her sister her dues and gave her her own half of the Rikigaku idea. In the words of Tati, "Feli is just so talented, my ideas would be better in her hands." Tati lived the rest of her days making her villiage better. Fighting for it with her life, she eventually had a son and well Feli didn't so her child becmae the successor of the Rikigaku. She died in battle, a graceful death. Her son was a good man, living from both his mother's memory and his Aunt's cause. He had a quiet life and just continued on forth, eventually falling for a Nova woman. She gave birth to Tierno's mother, being a hybrid of Nova and human she was... essentially a lesbian. So yes, Tierno has two mothers and is now next in line to becoming the Rikigaku head. Naturally he had a lot of pressure put on him since birth. Though he grew to embace it, and became a rather mature person. Nothing much happened in is life till his Shinobi career began. As a genin he was grouped together with a Nova and a Zakiyoshi. They were cool and they all went on a great adventure, they always joked and called him a stick in the mud. As a chunin he just did his missions and graced through it. He was rather nonchalant about it. And T.Jonin, well let's see what happens. As time went on he recieved a message from his cousin, the current Abisukage. All it said was, " Go become a jonin, the exam is in this location." He listened to his kage and went out to go become a jonin. The test was harsh but manageable as he even grew some friends from the other nations. With his promotion to jonin though, only hell came. He was told to go to the Western Academy and retrieve all Dipu graduates. At the same time, the chunin exam was occurring. He was simply told to wait near the entrance of the academy... As the Chunin exam started to wrap up, it seemed some of the other villages went out of control and started to fight against the shogunate. As much as Tierno didn't enjoy the shogun, he had no right to rebel against them if his cousin did not wish it. So with that and the safety of Dipu civilians, Tierno defended the academy. They pushed all attackers off and well... War begun. The return home to Dipu was not pleasant. Simply telling his cousin was painful enough as he wasn't pleased to be dragged into a war, but at least they still had their economical standpoint. During the months of war though, Dipu sooner or later also joined the rebellion as well not even the money was worth the resources and manpower to fight a war they didn't even want won. Soon enough the reemergence of the Dobutsu as well as both as the rise of Pandora and Epsilon forced the shinobi back into a corner into very limited positions. Things weren't looking good... Only thing that Tierno could think of is that his little Fire Egg hatched and matured a bit. Appearance: The Rikigaku tamer is a curved cylinder which have a finger grip pattern and a spiral point at the top.
Special Ability: When chakra is cycled through the Tamer the spiral point unravels manifesting a jagged whip comprised of pure ambient chakra. Rikigaku can use this to fight as it deals raw chakra damage according to the rank however it's real purpose is used on creatures. When it comes in contact with them it can used to become a collar before causing the creature to be tamed according to the strength. D Tamers can tame small creatures only. Special Ability: Each of the eggs has a growth rate which is determined by their owners time with them and them being taken into battle. Each egg has the ability to absorb their aligned element into their body with seemingly no limit while in egg form and the damage type does not matter as long as it reflects their element. After 1 SSS-rank, 1 SS-rank, 1 S-rank, 1 A-rank, 1 B-rank, 1 C-rank and 1 D-rank are absorbed the egg is ready to hatch which occurs in the topic after the quota was reached. Additional jutsu only further shape what type of creature would emerge from the egg after hatching.

It was created by Tatiana however was revamped by Felicia and involves the merging of an Element Drive with a Golem. Once this alteration has been made the Golem are unable to be harmed by the elemental release that is the same as their Element Soul. Their physical abilities have been boosted to B-rank strength, B-rank Defense, B-rank endurance and C-rank Speed and when active they sport an aura of differing colors depending on the element within them. Name: Rikigaku Art: Golem Custom Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B Class: Supplementary Range: All Ranges Description: Golems which have been outfitted with Element Drives or normal Golems are now able to assimilate weapons into their bodies each Golem having a total of Five Slots, each arm, it's head & torso and both legs. With this technique the Rikigaku clan member can open up a small hologram comprised of ambient chakra which details each of their Golems allowing them to switch element drives between them each weapon assimilated into the Golem gaining the elemental traits of the Element Drive. Name: Rikigaku Art: Techno Golem Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: A-rank Class: Supplementary Range: All Ranges Description: This involves the alteration of an Element Drive Fused Automaton by adding a second Element Drive which fuses the two together allowing a complex element in addition to granting the Automaton a new shape and form which resembles a mechanical humanoid with an elemental aura. Unlike it's predecessor it is immune to not only the element it possesses but the composite elements which form it as well. Once in this form the Techno Golem obtains their own signature ability and gain a further increase in tiers granting them A-rank strength, A-rank Defense, A-rank Endurance and B-rank Speed. When fusing Element Drives only Primary Nature Releases result in Dual Combination Releases while same element Primary Nature Releases result Name: Rikigaku Art: Self Repair Classification: Fuinjutsu Rank: A-rank Class: Supplementary Range: All Ranges Description: This us a special seal placed on a Golem which induces a self reparation system when damaged in battle and are not completely destroyed. Golems naturally repair themselves from D-rank damage in 4 posts (total) and C-rank damage in 8 posts (total). Element Soul Golem repair themselves from C-rank and below damage in 6 posts (total) and B-rank damage in 8 posts (total). Techno Golem repair themselves from B-rank and below damage in 6 posts (total) and A-rank damage in 10 posts (total). High Techno Golem repair themselves from A-rank and below damage in 8 posts (total) and S-rank damage in 10 posts (total). When returned to their plane of existence the repair time is halved at the cost of being unable to re summon that specific Golem until it is finished repairing itself. Name: Rikigaku Art: High Techno Golem Classification: Fuinjutsu Rank: S-rank Class: Supplementary Range: All Ranges Description: This involves the fusion of two Techno Golems in order to create a completely new being which resembles a child sized mechanical humanoid which when in battle is clad in an elemental aura. Like it's composites it is unable to be harmed by both Elements it possesses as well as the four composite elements which make the two up. It's tiers become boosted as well jumping to S-rank strength, S-rank Defense, S-rank Endurance and A-rank speed and the weapons both possessed likewise fuse together to create new combinations. The special abilities of each Techno Golem however are lost in the process of fusion with High Techno Golem not possessing any elements what so ever. Name: Rikigaku Art: Fragmented Armor Classification: Kenjutsu Rank: S-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self/Short Description: This technique causes the Golem to break apart and then glow before refitting itself on either the user or a targeted ally to become a powerful defensive technique. Once cloaked in this armor the target gains the ability to use any of the assimilated weapons in battle as well as becomes immune to the same things that the Golem is as they are completely coated in the armor. They also experience a tier boost while clad in the armor however when used on allies there is a limited time of effect based on the rank of the user. At genin rank it only lasts for 10 posts total with each rank after that adding +5 capping out at 25 posts total at Sannin rank. Fusing with oneself however is double that time limit (caps at 50 posts total). Name:Forbidden Rikigaku Art: Neo Golem Classification: Fuinjutsu/Kinjutsu Rank: SS-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Varies Description: Neo Golem's are forbidden due to how they are created, unlike normal Golems they are the product of a Rikigaku clan member opening the cranium and placing the brain of a diseased individual into their Golem thus making it intelligent. Because it is wired into a brain it becomes a pseudo living weapon and gaining the ability to learn kenjutsu,taijutsu and shurikenjutsu. Neo Golem have superior tiers in comparison to other Golems taking the physical approach possessing SS-rank Defense, S-rank Strength, S-rank Endurance, A-rank Speed and B-rank Barrier Tiers.

Also if it is fixed on ones wrists, if the afflicted do attempt to break out of the stock the paper will tighten and cut into the persons wrists, how deep depends on how much the person resists. Also thanks to the distance between the hand holes in the stock, using jutsu is rendered near impossible.

The discs spins so fast that a collide between two of them result in a considerable impact(Slams into the opponent for A rank damage and than cuts them for another A rank)(May also explode adding another A to the mix)

| Pause is not a passive it is a normal technique
Texture Surprise is also not a passive, its a supplementary ninjutsu. Replace them both.
Also, class is Passive, classification is either ninjutsu, taijutsu, genjutsu, etc | |
