Name: Detention Wall

Description:Obito places four tags in an approximate square formation 10m away from each other at least. The technique is then activated by performing three hand seals. When this is done, the seals on the tags will create numerous other tiny seals that spread out in the shape of a square on the ground at very quick speeds, connecting all four tags together. The barrier is then erected immediately, forming a box that is equal sizes on all edges and faces. This barrier is designed to prevent anyone from leaving its confines. This barrier is highly durable and can take quite a beating; even if sent flying by an attack and hit the wall, they will be stopped and will fall to the floor. This barrier, when the tags are 10m apart, can take about 1ton of weight or an equally strong attack before it breaks. The barrier's reach can be extended by placing the tags farther apart however for every 1m farther the tags are placed, the strength of the barrier is halfed. The barrier will fail if two or more of the seals are remove.

Description:This a rather simple and straight forward jutsu, instead of sealing an object inside a scroll or piece of paper. The user will seal the object in their body, creating a seal on their skin. The seal appears as the Kanji name of the object, and the user can only seal inanimate objects on them. This is a useful jutsu for people to carry around supplies.

Description:After using a single handed, ram hand sign. The user is capable of quickly sealing an object or even a person inside of another object. To do this, they must have one hand touching the object/person they want to seal and the other hand touching what they are to be sealed into. This jutsu however is flawed do to it being cast so quickly, the sealing only lasts a minute or two and once an object or person is sealed. They cannot be harmed until they are released. If the object they are sealed in gets destroyed, they become unsealed and appear.

The user can even seal themselves into an object. With this jutsu, the object can be sealed into the ground, a tree, scroll, even clothes. Once sealed, a mark will appear until the object/user is unsealed.

Description:This technique summons a small, gourd made of Denki material. This technique is used to capture and isolate a victim by dragging them into the Gourd's inside. Isolated from the outside world by a barrier, the space inside the Gourds inside is far larger than the surface size of the Gourd itself.

The environment inside the Gourds's inside is a cavernous chamber, which includes a lake of strong corrosive Lightning like acid that can dissolve anything that should happen to fall into it, along with shores around the acid lake, and formations sticking out of the lake; the already-existing structures within the Gourd's stomach are seemingly unaffected by the acid lake. Once trapped inside, an opponent is cut off from any allies and susceptible to attack, and can then be easily defeated.
The variations off this technique are C-A starting at C the gourd has a seal on top in which the user does the ram and it sucks in the closest Genin level opponent as well as the user who can enter and leave at will, the seal is double layered at this level and requires two C rank equivalent Unseal's to open freeing the opponent. The B rank version is B rank shinobi needing Two B rank unseals and so on capping at Sannin rank with a three layered seal and 3 S rank unseal's needed to break the seal.

Description:This technique creates a spherical detection barrier with the user at the centre. At the user's command, the detection barrier can expand, grasping everything in the room. The user is able to detect anything that moves inside the barrier space with their own "sense". The user may also move, the barrier will follow them as they move. Obito has further modified this technique allowing him to break it down to a seal which can be placed in a tag. The tag when placed on a allie forms a 25 foot version off the barrier allowing Obito to sense more places at once for any reason's.

This seal is mainly used for making sure a attack hits the seal draws all Chakra toward it, it works on justu as well as humans the tag draws B rank and below justu toward it as well as ninja with genin level chakra reserves and below.

Description:When obito knows that he is about to be hit by lightning he starts to channel his chakra threw his body to impress the impact, when he is hit the chakra then quickly lead's the lightning through his open channel way then made to send it out threw hus hand. Depending on the rank of the technique means the rank that the user may deflect and redirect. When the user learns the "C" Rank they are capable of redirecting "C" Rank techniques. When the user learns the "B" Rank they are capable of redirecting "B" Rank techniques. This continues on till "S" Rank.

Description: Obito refined his spark hounds using more chakra to form a armor on each off them increasing their lethality. With the armor the wolfs boost one rank in speed and strength, plus their bite induces paralysis to the afflicted limb for 2 post, adding 2 for each bite with no limit.

Both are approved. However, the redirect will drain chakra from you with the same amount of the redirected attack. And any secondary effects might still harm you from being hit.

Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hounds to attack his opponents from a distance while still connected to the user’s hand through a bolt of lightning. The user then manipulates the technique to attack the chosen target. This jutsu has a maximum range of 50 meters. There can only be three active at once. The hounds move and deal damage equal rank the leash can be channeled through a denki cord to increase the wolfs rank.

Obito will paint this seal with a brush or some other marking tool a line across an opponent’s limb. This limb will then be incapable of moving or being used. For example if the user paints the Seal on the opponent’s arms they will lie limp by the opponent’s sides. It is not as if the limbs are numb, they are just unusable. This effect will last for a period of 15 posts in total. But after 12 posts the invisible weights will start to disappear and by 15 posts they will be gone.

If the opponent tries to move their limb they will encounter an invisible weight that is proportional to how much force and strength they are using to try and lift or use the limb. This Seal has mainly been used to restrict movement of either the arms or the legs, sealing other parts of the body are awkward and therefore not used as much. -NOTE- this seal does not have to be drawn on a person’s skin; if the user draws it in the opponent’s clothes the same effect will occur

Description:Through his talents in the Raiton release, Obito is able to use his chakra to manifest a snake that will do his bidding. This snake is made comprised of pure lightning, and has advanced intellect of its own. It can communicate with the user mentally and follow orders well. This snake is useful for quick gashing and shocking attacks, and if one can manage to coil around the user, the equivalent of a strong 'B' ranked worth shock coarses through their body whole, constricting and shocking. Since the snake is made of raiton essence, it can be cut by blades ‘B’ rank or higher. However, it takes only a ‘C’ ranked extra charge to regrow the lost appendage; the severed part quickly blows up to blind all in the area except the user himself.

Description:Bu-ro Kusari is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Release. When the needed hand seals are formed, the user would curve both hands into cups and use his/her chakra to create an orb of electricity in each hand that are sizes of the user's fists. Between each orb is a one foot chain made of lightning. When used in a ranged attack, the chain grows by one foot per three feet traveled. If the attack makes contact with a solid object, the balls would swing around the object and use the chain to ensnare the object. Once caught, the orbs would collide and release their energies by sending a strong electric current throughout the object ensnared, resulting in damage to the nervous system which leaves the target stunned for two full rounds, while inflicting minor burns to exposed flesh.

Description:After performing the rabbit seal, the user makes a high-speed tackle or leap to the target to grab onto them. When they do, the user charges electricity through his body like a giant battery, causing intense pain to the target. Description:Concentrating their chakra to more of a pinnacle point and gathering it in a singular mass, the user can shoot a concentrated ball of lightning with speed equal to that of a weapon being thrown. Unlike Raikou Yama no Jutsu, this can carry some serious damage potential, leaving second degree burns and can penetrate up to one inch of human flesh. The full charge takes four movements to prepare, with one movement removed each class the user is above C.

Description: An upgraded version of the Kenjuu no Jutsu, this technique draws and stores six times the amount of energy the singular variation would require. The damage potential remains the same however, the charge time is increased to five movements. Once fully charged, the user can fire them straight away at a rate of two per movement, and cannot be stopped until all of the "shots" are released.

Description:An evolved form of the Raiton Kenjuu no Jutsu. Charging an incredible amount of Raiton chakra into a single shot, the user extends their arm outwards towards the target and must keep it locked in this position until the shot is released. When the shot is released however, it moves at a phenominal speed of eight meters per second, and can carry the shot up to a distance of eighty meters before it disappitates. Capable of punching through any defence below B rank, it can also shoot straight through unguarded human flesh. To compensate for the speed and the length of travel however, the projectile becomes more concentrated and refined, smaller in shape and use. The Raiton shot when released is no larger than a thimble. The charge time is significant as well, taking seven seals to charge a single shot.

Description: There are Four Basic Forms of the Denkou-Kobushi Discipline. These forms range in the user's capabilities in strength, and power. These forms depict as to how strong a user is in the art of the Denkou-Kobushi Discipline. Denkou-kobushi revolve's around the usage off natural lighting for fighting.


Inner Spark - The Inner Spark is the first stage, the primary stage of the Denkou-Kobushi. The Inner Spark is the understanding of pushing an Electrical current out of a person's body, learning how to control that Current, learning how to manipulate the Current, change its shape. Within the Inner Spark the users learn the capability of deflecting the Electrical Current as well as pushing the Electrical Current. The users learn the meaning of the inner spark, learning the fuel that in which drives their spark, which is either life, or death. Within the Inner Spark the users are capable of learning the basics, as well as the advancements of techniques in which they are capable of going into other types of Lightning, as well as the understanding of using the Lightning within other styles of combat.


Forked Lightning Spark - The capability of forking Lightning, creating multiple currents within a single shot, creating multiple formations within a single shot. The feel and capability of the Forked Lightning is the next evolutionary step within the Denkou-Kobushi where one is capable of creating a multiple creation of multiple formations of lightning within a single shot, to attack within a wide area instead of a single area.


Dry Lightning Spark - This type of lightning is the most common natural cause of wild land fires. Dry lightning may also be referred to as heat lightning. A Heated Lightning is used to cause burns both exterior and interior, within the human body and outside the human body. A type of technique to concentrate such heat within power capable of creating, and causing fires, a type of Lightning where the user is capable of creating an explosive spark.


Bead Lightning Spark - Bead lightning is a type of lightning strike which appears to break up into a string of short, bright sections, which last longer than the usual discharge channel. It is fairly rare. The Bead Lightning is also known as the great Chain Lightning effects, where the user is capable of controlling the ability of a Denkou-Kobushi to where it stops, breaking, and channeling through a small break. This type of lightning is quite bright in strength, capable of blinding those who see depending on the user's capabilities. The Last evolutionary step of the Denkou-Kobushi.

Description: A technique capable of being performed from virtually any joint or ligament within the human body. This can be performed along the user's feet, shins, knees, hands, fists, elbows, and shoulders. When the user performs this technique the begin to circularly move their arms gathering energy, a burst of static energy emits out to shock the opponent. The way the lightning looks is like that of a simple burst of static electricity not to much sparks flying in a concentrated area before the blast burst outward. When the user first learns this technique the distance of the lightning can be pushed out within the distance of a good meter, as the burst looks the size of a human head. When the user then learns the more advanced version the user is capable of exceeding out a much larger burst as it may exceed up to three meters with a burst the size of a human torso. This technique is used for very short-range combat.

Description: When a user spin kicks, or sweeps their arms they are able to create rings or arcs of lightning used for evasive combat, as well as arch like combat to knock an opponent away. The lightning is able to ignite anything that is flammable including clothing, and is capable of causing severe electrical burns. When the user first learns this technique when they create an arch or a ring with a sweeping, or spinning attack the lightning covers the distance of that sweep or spin starting from the foot of the attack. The lightning never starts ahead of the leg of the attack. When first learned the lightning is shot out in front of the user at a small distance of one meter only being one foot in width, while the lightning shoots out in an arch, or cone effect increasing for that one meter before dissipating immediately. When the user learns the "C" rank version same effects apply, however the cone effect lasts as long as up to five meters in distance while the width increases of two feet, while the "B" rank version of the technique shoots out in a cone of ten meters while increasing the width of the flame of one meter. The Arcs and rings when hitting an opponent has the capability of a knock back effect knocking back an opponent one third of the actual distance the cone may be shot out after the cone reaches its destination. This means that "B" rank will shoot an opponent back of a good thirteen meters while shocking them becoming flamed by the attack if they are clothed.

Description: Not exactly a "useful" technique in power, however this type of technique does one thing that no other lightning user may do, that is change the spectrum, the color of the lightning. Different colors allow users to add uniqueness within their performance of Denkou-Kobushi. The Lightning do not add more power, or decrease power, all it does is to just simply change the color. The colors a user may chose from is the Seven Prism Colors found when light hits a prism. These colors are Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. Yes, a user may change the colors within these ranges however; the color that changes can only be changed by adding or subtracting another color within the Seven Colors. This means no Pink, no Black, Brown, Gray, or White colors. Therefore, a user is able to create a Blue-Green colored lightning, a Red-Orange lightning, and so on and so forth.

Description: When the user throws an attack with their fingertips, palms, fists or legs, they focus the inner heat within their body allowing chakra to pump through. When the user is ready they extend out their ligament out in a straight line towards what they are trying to aim at. As the lightning is forced out it is shot into a large stream towards the opponent. Depending on the user's knowledge and capability the stream has a different size. When first learned the stream is capable of being shot out into the distance of three meters with the width of the user's hand. When the user learns the "B" rank version this technique is capable of being shot out within the distance of nine meters with a width of a human head. When the user learns the "A" rank version of this technique the distance is increased up to eighteen meters with a capability of launching with the width of a human torso. Shocking damage partially paralyze's for two post.
